"Arya wouldn't have been able to survive in KL" is really one of the dumbest fanon takes where you can tell someone only believes it because they like the idea of Arya and Sansa being "exact opposites and perfect complements" (even though it goes against the books). Actual evidence from the books to back it up? Never anywhere to be found despite how confidently people make this claim.

And not only does it severely mischaracterize Arya and ignore what she's been through, it also ignores her importance as a political hostage. The Lannisters weren't searching for her, and lying about having her, for no reason. They needed her because having only one Stark after executing Ned put them in a poor position to negotiate. So Arya would have been more than capable of handling herself (thoroughly shown in her Harrenhal chapters) and the Lannisters would've done everything in their power to keep her alive but, somehow, she wouldn't have been able to survive? It's truly one of those takes that falls apart if you think about it for more than two seconds but apparently, that's too much effort for some people.

“You are bound and determined to get sick again, aren’t you?” Enji chuckles when you step outside with him under the Pagoda tree in nothing but a long-sleeve shirt and leggings.

“I’m really not; I just wanted to keep you company for a little bit. It’s not so bad.” You insist. “Besides, that just means you’ll need to snuggle in closer in order to keep me warm.”

“As if that’s a problem.”

It’s not. In fact, Enji takes off his own coat and pulls it around your shoulders, taking the time to button it up even though it’s clear the fabric swallows you whole in its massive size – so much so that it drags along the ground. Enji doesn’t seem to mind, taking extra time to roll up the sleeves until your hands are free to roam. 

Only then does he scoop you up and cradle you against his chest. Every sunbeam that’s ever touched the ground would never be enough to match the light radiating in your heart for Enji Todoroki; it only takes one look up at him to confirm this as he sits down with you on the bench.

“You complete me.” You close your eyes. “Never forget that.”

“I’m not sure you’d let me.” Enji’s fingers rub soft assurances against your covered arms. “Every breath you take in my presence is a gift I don’t deserve.”

“Waxing poetic today, aren’t we?” You giggle, opening your eyes again to stare into the deep blue sea of his eyes. “I didn’t take you for a poet, Enchan.”

“I’m not.” He grunts, looking away with the softest blush painting his cheeks. “At least, not for anyone else.” 

“That’s enough for me.”

TMI under the cut, but I need to rant!

After waiting almost two months, I had my urologist appointment this morning, and boy, disappointed is an understatement for it. I expressed what I think my problem might be (IC or even OAB) and the doctor disregarded me completely when it comes to both things. No further testing being ran, other then the urine sample I had to give.... Nothing. I'm just supposed to take cranberry supplements for the UTI symptoms that have been persisting since late April. I'm... I'm at a loss for words here.

he thought that just about everyone had either gone home from the compound , or gone to bed. that would make sense , considering it was likely only an hour before the sun would start to set , and steve had woken up before his alarm went off for him to get up and start his day. sleep didn't always come easily to the blonde , and running had been a way he spent his morning since he had enlisted.

steve figured he could walk about the compound , slowly warm up before heading out on his routine run , but that plan was stopped slightly when he saw tony's workshop door open when he reached that floor. brows furrowed as he stepped closer , hearing music playing and used that as his reason to step inside. obviously someone was there , but he had thought tony had gone home.

((Yeah, I could see that! Headcanon accepted. Their mindset is along the lines of: they know that Giving Gifts is a Good Thing that People Like. But they don't know what actually constitutes a good gift. They know that many people like receiving flowers and that Ze'mer's flowers are especially precious, but they don't know why that is. They also know that most bugs like Geo, which are basically shiny fossils and rocks. So maybe this other rock is also a Good Gift? Here you go, Friend!))

((I think that'd fit them really well actually, yeah! Not a verbal question, of course, but just a silent wondering! But over time they eventually come to understand or at least accept that That's How Things Work.))

also shoutout to the hospital for sending us a bunch of PDFs with information about preparing for surgery and what to expect, except the information was all generic stuff where most of it does't actually apply to wisdom tooth removal, so I had a huge panic attack where I nearly threw up because a bunch of the stuff mentioned in there is extremely triggering for us, only to then find out that stuff literally doesn't apply anyway, but now I feel like I have even less of an idea of what to actually expect because it's so hard to figure out which information does apply
