Water Way Apartments

Two complexes with multiple units in each!! Kinda furnished only basics so you can fancy it up with your own things, choose whichever unit you like and make it your own :) or you could even make a household and have them live in all the units!!

Top floor apartment units have 1 bd 1 ba, ground floor apartments have 1 bd 1ba, and the basement units are 1 bd 2 ba :) the size is 20 x 15 and i put it on the water tower way lot in copperdale !! and its no cc :) it uses some packs but its mostly basegame

Normal life continued for the Dreamers and Kit was determined to rise the ranks in his school's football team (you know, not because that's part of his teen aspiration of course). He practiced at home and diligently attended every training session.

After one such training sessions, as he left the school's main building to go wait for his father to pick him up (no school busses at that hour and Rayne was still enjoying some unemployed times), he noticed a girl sitting on his spot. She looked kinda cute, but as he approached her, he remembered Zinnia telling him that apparently another Landgraab kid had joined their school. Hermes's younger sister.

Ew. Hermes. He and Kit would probably be enemies forever. Mean, greedy Landgraabs. Even stealing his waiting spot like immediately. Typical...

He decided it would be better to just ignore the girl and wait on another spot, so he tried to walk past her as casually as he could.

Girl (softly): "Hi." Kit (walking past, not reacting): "..." Girl: "You're Kit Dreamer, right?" Kit (giving her the side eye): "Yeah, what of it? You're Hermes's little sister, right?" Girl (frowning): "I'm not my brother, just like you are not your father."

Touché. Kit turned towards her, trying to think of a fitting answer. The nerve. But then he noticed that there wasn't any malice in the girls expression. On the contrary, as she averted her gaze, the girl looked sad and... lonely? Kit felt conflicted. He quickly scanned their surroundings. Was someone watching this? Was this some weird prank?

The girl let out a sigh. "Don't worry, there's no-one around. No one cares. My family doesn't like me and I don't like them," the girl spoke with a surprisingly soft voice.

If it was a prank, Kit decided to go along with it. The girl looked so honest and sad, he just couldn't walk away. He sat down next to her. "Why would your family not like you," he hesitantly inquired. The girl looked at him. "Because Landgraabs are selfish jerks."

Kit shrugged in agreement. Eventually, he frowned. "Doesn't that make you a selfish jerk too, then?" The girl turned to look at the ground before her feet. Instead of taking the bait and start to argue, like Hermes would've done without a second thought, she reacted calmly and almost deflated: "I suppose it does. But I don't want to be like them..."

She looked at him again. "I'm Penelope, nice to meet you."

Kit would never have thought a Landgraab could be genuinely friendly, but this girl did catch him completely off guard. The two teens continued to chat a bit about school, as she was newly transferred. Before he knew, Rayne pulled over, apologising for being late. Kit gave Penelope a look. "Do you want a lift?"

What world were the girlies hanging in?🥲 I swear your game is so beautiful, I don’t even recognize it as Sims 4 half the time.

I love when the girls get together. Something about their girl talk always lands so well, and it makes me happy they have each other! I also love how different they are. Hope with her settling down so fast being such a stark opposite to miss Hot Girl. I love how you use them to highlight aspects of each other. I just need them both to beat up their stank ass brother. LOVE THEM DOWN!

I couldn't do anything but grin HARD reading this. I mean it was a little smile at first and then it just kept growing and now I'm sitting here eating my pasta with the shells like

BECAUSE THEY ARE MY FAVESSSSSSSSS!!! I love how they're always getting together to work out, I love the bond they have, I love how real they are! Indya's girls grew into beautiful and smart women. Its what we love to see friend.

LADY CHAOS SAVE FILE [VERSION 2]

Hi everyone! Well, it took me more than a year to finish it, but it's here: the new version of my save file! It contains two worlds complete makeovers (Windenburg and Willow Creek). I wanted to upload it to SimFileShare, but it seems the site has a file size limit now (and support doesn't answer emails). So everything is now on Gdrive!

🔸 IMPORTANT [PLEASE READ]🔸

You can download two versions: the cc version or the nocc version. I’d recommend choosing the cc version so that my Sims look the same in your game as they do in mine and so you can fully enjoy gameplay in most of my community lots.

🟣 CC version: I used cc only for CAS and mods only for community lots (Auto Employees) and personalization (More Selectable Icons). ➡️ Almost all the cc you need is included in the download file, but you also need the cc listed on my Patreon post.⬅️

🔵 NO CC version: no cc is needed for this save file to work, but I did use all of the packs.

⚡⚠️THERE IS A BUG related to rental residentials that makes off lot objects disappear if you don’t have TOOL. So I’d highly recommend having the mod in your game, even if you download the nocc version.⚠️⚡

I thought I was being organised by printing some labels out to save time, y’know? But then I forgot them at home when we went to my uncles and dad said we’d only be gone for a month, so I figured it wasn’t a huge deal, but then we stayed for what felt like it’d be FOREVER and I couldn’t for the life of me remember your address which is ridiculous ‘cause I SHOULD’VE had it memorised by now and I felt so awful as the months passed. I tried to remember it a couple times but you never wrote back so I figured I obviously got it wrong-.. then I tried finding your house on a stupid online map but the internet was crappy at best and the Bay is WAY bigger than I thought it’d be and I’ve never really seen your house in full view from the street either so, like.. I barely knew what I was looking for, and what if that camera car didn’t even map your house, y’know?!

Ava: That was.. a lot. Alex: Sorry-.. you’re not mad, are you? [Robin shook his head and took a breath, but nothing came out] Wren: Oop. Byrd: Yeah, I think he broke. Over the last few weeks, I have been spending my time working on my save file because I'm gearing up to start a Let's Play series on Youtube. As I've been building the stories for the characters in my save file, I started thinking about the Sims universe as a whole and how I want my Sims to travel between worlds. It got me thinking that some worlds feel like they're just a short 4-hour car ride away, while others feel like you'd need a plane to get there.

So, I decided to map out my sims universe. I got a lot of inspiration from different Reddit posts as well as the EA descriptions of each world. This has been so helpful for me as I plan out the buildings I want to place in each world. It has been so helpful with finding inspiration for creating builds. I hope you can find this helpful too.

I'm really happy about my Sims universe turned out. I'd love to hear what you think about it! Are there any worlds you disagree with me on? Also, when are we getting an African world, EA?

North America

New Crest reminds me of suburban New York, mostly because you can still the city skyline from there.

Brindleton Bay reminds me so much of New England.

San Myshuno is quite obviously New York.

Willow Creek gives me a New Orleans vibe.

Magnolia Promenade is somewhere in the south because of the name (magnolias grow in the mostly in Southern United States - Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina). I placed it close to Willow Creek for story telling purposes.

Chestnut Ridge gives me a strong Texas vibe.

Del Sol Valley is undoubtedly Los Angeles.

Oasis Springs I think of as Palm Springs with the desert and all, also the Langraabs live there.

San Sequoia I think of as San Francisco mainly because of the Golden Gate Bridge and Bay area, I have all my tech gurus living up there.

Strangerville is straight up Area 51 with all the weird stuff going on there.

Granite Falls gives me a National Park vibe, so I chose my favorite, Yellowstone which is mostly in Wyoming.

Copperdale seems to be in the rocky mountains, I placed it in Montana because of the old mining town description. Butte, Montana used to be a huge mining town.

Moonwood Mill reminds so much of the thick woods in the Pacific West somewhere Washington or Oregon.

Glimmerbrook I imagine is close to Moonwood Mill and the witches and the werewolves are always beefing.

Evergreen Harbor gives me a strong Pacific West port city like Vancouver (I know Vancouver is not in the US, but you get the drift).

Sulani reminds me so much of Hawaii, the beautiful beaches, volcanoes, and mountains and the culture portrayed by Sulanians.

Ciduad Enamorada reminds me so much of Mexico City, Mexico.

South America

Selvadorara gives a strong Amazonian vibe so I placed it in Brazil.

Europe

Britchester because of Britchester uinversity reminds me of Universtiy of Oxford, or University of Cambridge so I placed it in the UK.

Henford-on-Bagley gives off a strong English country vibe so I placed it South Central England.

Windenburg gives off a German vibe because of the style of buildings placed in the world.

Forgotten Hollow I think of as somewhere in Transylvania so I placed it in Romania.

Tartosa is undoubtedly mediterranean so I placed it in Italy.

Asia

Tomarang with the tuk tuks and the tiger sanctuary reminds me of Indonesia.

Mt. Komorebi, my absolute favorte world, is Japan. I can't wait to visit someday.

P.S. Batuu is not included in my sims universe because it is in space, I don't anticipate my sims ever traveling there, but if I ever feel otherwise, I will include it in here.

As he stepped outside, Kit noticed Penelope standing there. He hadn't expected to see her today. At school, they usually didn't interact, to keep up the appearance of the 'Dreamers vs Landgraabs'-dynamic. Except for Ezra and Elisabeth and of course Zinnia, no one at school knew about the friendship, let alone the romance.

Still, after what just happened at Career Day, Penelope was a sight for sore eyes. There wasn't anyone around, so Kit walked up to her.

Kit: "Hey, nice to see you! Did your class end early today?" Penelope: "..." Kit (noticing the redness of her eyes): "Pen, have you been crying? Are you ok?" Penelope (slowly shaking her head, looking at him with a sadness he had never seen): "Yes. And not really." Kit (increasingly worried): "What happened? Who made you cry? I'll kick their ass, boy or girl!"

As he asked his questions, he stepped closer towards her. To his surprise, she moved back a step, putting some more distance between them. Kit stopped in his tracks, confused. Had he done something wrong? He desperately tried to remember what he had done or said recently that could have made her so sad.

Penelope avoided his gaze and looked pale. He wanted to take her into his arms and tell her that it, whatever it was, was going to be ok. If only they didn't have to hide... "Wait," Kit inhaled sharply, "did they find out about us?"

Penelope bit her lip. "Can we talk somewhere else?" She looked over at the small hill a little to her right. Behind it, there was a small open air theatre area that was practically never used. Kit nodded and followed her there. The silence was killing him, but he waited until she started to talk.

"They don't know... yet," she said, "but... But we won't be able to hide anything anymore very soon." She still avoided his gaze, waving her hands around nervously. "I...," she started again, but the words seemed to get stuck in her throat. "I... am... pregnant."

Kit stared at her for a few moments. Or did he stare through her? Into some unreal distance? Had he heard this right? "How?" Penelope gave him a look. "We woohoo'd, remember?" Kit nodded: "Of course I remember, I... But we were safe... We used... It was safe!"

"Don't you think that I thought that too? I bought the best stuff, I had done my research. I don't know what happened. But I've been peeing on so many of those little sticks and they ALL gave me the same result. I... I..."

Penelope suddenly started to cry, fruitlessly trying to wipe her tears, unable to say another word. She was trembling and looked like she could collapse any moment. Kit rushed towards her, putting his arms around her and pulling her as close to him as he could. She buried her face in his sweater, softly sobbing. He felt her grab on to him with a desperation that reminded him of when his father finally had come home and had hugged him. "It's ok, Pen, it's ok," he kept repeating.
