hello! sorry if you've answered before, but will you or have you shared what reshade/gshade preset you've been using recently? i love your screenshots and how neutral yet warm your game looks! (:

helllooooo, no worries and also thank you :)! I have been switching back and forth between the same two reshade presets for a long time, one of them is hunny bee and the other is one that was shared with me privately. I def use hunny bee the most and mess with the toggles for different shots. Also the link says it is for reshade 3.0.8 but I use it with 4.9 or whatever and it works fine <3

Hey, thanks so much! I have 4 other close to complete or complete lots I built in San Sequoia. Three are residential houses and the other is a shell that I was going to make into a vet clinic but it could be used for anything really…it’s like a residential house converted into a business with a small parking lot. I can start putting them up this week!

Caruso's Pizzeria & Ice Cream

A very small pizzeria next to an even smaller ice cream shop. Two separate apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor- one is a 2br/1bath and the other is a studio with 1 bathroom. I have played the restaurant in my own game before and it seemed buggy (not sure if that's me or EA or what) so these would probably be best as "set dressing". More stuff under the cut:

Woodbine Stop N Shop

A small generic lot on a 20x15 in Copperdale. It has an empty "store" space attached with what could be an office or apartment on the second floor. I have not play tested this lot, it may be better as set dressing but could definitely be made functional. Floor plan pics and stuff under the cut

would you ever be open to uploading your nonresidential lots? (if not that's fine) but I love ur builds sm and I've downloaded nearly all of them, it would be cool to see how you build other lots!

Hey there! I can sometime in the next month or so package up the community lots I have although they would be extremely cc heavy. I don’t go on my pc a lot anymore but I have been meaning to do this at some point. I only have a few but here’s some examples of what I have:

-Pizzeria w/ apartment upstairs and non game playable ice cream parlor next door (Brindleton Bay wharf)

-Small town boat club. Can be used as a restaurant or bar (Brindleton Bay)

-Donut cafe w/ craft market. The cafe is so small I don’t think it is actually functional, just set dressing (wharf in Brindleton Bay)

-Grocery store with empty space for whatever next door (Copperdale)

-giant very old 64x64 lot with living space I built probably 4 years ago now or longer

hello! no worries at all, I used windows from these 3 sets here (TSR warning) woodville 1 / woodville 2 / woodville 3 I also used some from this set as well growing together add on windows
