So many factors are at play, your stress level, sleep patterns, the way you #exercise - overdoing endurance #training actually stresses the body! Toxin heavy foods and many hours of no food stresses the body! Stress is a very important factor because it makes us store fat! That's why the normal saying exercise more and eat less will make you fail big time! So what we should focus on instead is not how much, but what! It's what we eat and how often in accordance with how much we train and how much sleep and relaxation we get that counts! The better #fuel you feed your body, the better results, as simple as that. Yep, challenge your body, give it new stuff, make it even harder, learn something new, shock it, change program every week, the body wakes up, it gets pushed to change, and the #gains appear. Not only that, it's #fun and different, and I mean put stuff in your #fitness #workout program you never considered before, push yourself over your limit, move on your #edge and amazing #results arrive. This goes big time for your #nutrition - if you wanna change: change! My new clients often sit in shock and look at the nutrition program I designed especially for them: and they go: "No bread?"
