Good Morning RAD!

Diavolo (over the morning announcements): Good morning, everyone! I hope you're all having a pleasant start to the day. Today at lunch, some Devi Scouts will be stopping by to sell cookies, so be sure to be nice to them. Also, we have Satan and Mammon here to apologize for... the incident in the lab yesterday.

Satan (grabbing the mic): Good morning, demons of RAD. I just want to say, I deeply apologize... that you're all a bunch of weaklings! Honestly, what kind of demon can't handle a tiny explosion?

Mammon (yelling from the back): Yeah! It was a science class for crying out loud! Stop being such wimps and grow a pair!

Lucifer (trying to pull Satan away): Satan, that’s enough—

Satan (clutching the table): And to whoever ratted out Beel for eating the teacher’s lunch, Mammon and I are coming for you after school!

Mammon: Yeah, you made my baby brother get punished! We’re not lettin’ that slide!

Satan (as Lucifer drags him away): You can all burn in hell! Oh wait, you’re already there, you pathetic losers!

Diavolo (long pause): Well... that went well.

Lucifer: Diavolo, I think it’s safe to say... no more public apologies.

Diavolo: Agreed. I was so sure they'd behave this time, too. So sure...

Lucifer (sighing): I should’ve known better.

You stood in front of the large wall of nail polish in Asmos room, trying to find a color that would suit you for the week until you would eventually have to change it again. You go through the different options of all the colors until something catches your eye.

Eight bottles of polish, neatly lined in a seemingly specific order. Of course you know why they're in their own little spot away from the rest. It's the polish each of the brothers use.

Starting at the red Lucifer wears and ending at the blue Belphie wears. Each brother having their own unique color that matches them, of course with the exception of Asmo who likes to have two colors on his nails.

You can't help but giggle to yourself when you pick up the white bottle, smiling as you walk back to your room and begin to paint your nails.

The next day Mammon notices immediately.

Although he'd never admit it, he secretly looks forward to Monday morning when he gets to see what color you picked for the week. He can't help but feel a little pride that vou wanted to match with him.

For the rest of the day he goes on and on about how "of course ya would wanna match with the great mammon!" And telling everyone that his human just was so taken aback by his greatness that you wanted to be like him. And although this wasn't the case, you let him have his fun.

The problems only started that next Sunday night, when your nail polish was chipped and needed to be fixed meaning you had to pick a new color.

And as you walked into Asmos room you noticed he was there this time. Of course you said hello and explained you were just stopping by to try a new color. But this time he insisted he had to pick It.

And of course you knew what he was doing when he reached towards that bottom shelf. He pushes two bottles into your hands, one a shiny green and one a shiny pink. Obviously they were his colors, but you didn't mind.

And that night you went in your room and painted your nails, waiting until the next morning to show Asmo. The next morning he couldn't shut up about how cute it was that you two were matching and that you two absolutely had to hold hands throughout the day just to show everyone that you're matching!

But that week came and went and once again you had to repaint your nails. And this time you decided to go with Lucifer's color, a nice red that looked nice on you.

Lucifer wasn't the one to notice that morning since he had official business, or at least so he said. But Satan definitely noticed.

He started complaining about how you would wanna match with Lucifer and not him. Eventually Belphie joined in, complaining about how you could have chosen him or Beel over Lucifer.

Obviously they had noticed the trend and all wanted to be next. Eventually mammon joined in, originally trying to stop them from arguing or complaining too much but accidentally turned them against one another.

Before you knew it the brothers are all fighting over the color of your nails.

Eventually Lucifer does come back, and thankfully stops the fight. And for the next four weeks you were on a schedule of what Cole you could paint your nails and who you were matching with.

At the end of the four weeks you breathed a sigh of relief, wiping off the bright blue on your nails and picking a black polish a nice neutral color that nobody could possibly have a problem with.

The only thing was, you forgot Diavolo paints his nails black.

Seeing Mammon constantly getting made fun of lowkey infuriates me like. I know it's a running joke and it is funny but there are certain instances where the fandom ignores his whole very complex character just for the sake of this "dumbass thief tsundere" image on the surface of his character. Maybe I'm nitpicking because I love to deep-dive into characters but it gets so annoying sometimes.

Mammon is arguably the most emotionally mature of the brothers, Asmo right below him. The reason why I think that is Mammon has incredible hold on his powers and temper. He has every right to be angry and every right to lash out to his brothers with the way they treat him. But he doesn't. Because he's emotionally capable and mentally strong. Even Lucifer, the strongest of them, lashes out multiple times through out the story. Yet we've never seen Mammon, the second born and second strongest, with every right to be mad at those around him, even so much as raise a finger.

Mammon has taken care of his younger brothers when they fell, he was the second to crash and first to follow Lucifer. He said fuck you all and followed after his older brother. He's incredibly loyal and reliable no matter how "dumb" he is, he's always ready to do anything for the ones he holds dear. He can very much assert dominance the way Lucifer does if he wanted to but he doesn't because he knows, at the end of the day, that those are his brothers, and scaring them the way Lucifer scares Mammon won't help.

He lets his brothers walk all over him because he cares about them. Even if they hurt him while doing so he knows it's their way of coping.

I believe that after they fell, with Lucifer obviously busy, Mammon had to take care of his brothers. He knew they were in a terrible condition and he knew making himself the object of their hurt and anger would help them cope. He let them make fun of him and blame him and humiliate him because he knew that no matter how hurt he was by it, his brothers would be better because they had a place they could direct their emotions at. Because he cared.

I think he did this especially with Levi. Because if you squint your eyes you can see that Levi is jealous of Mammon. Jealous of his carefreeness and laidback attitude, of his confidence. And his position as the second born, being above Levi, doesn't help it. He envied Mammon. Repulsed by himself because he saw everything he couldn't be in Mammon. And Mammon's aware of that. He knows Levi envies him, he understands it's because of his sin, so I think Mammon is especially a bit more lenient towards Levi because he wants Levi to feel better about himself.

The first thing he wants to do when they fall is to carve a place among the demons, a respectable position in Devildom for his brothers and himself so they don't get made fun of. He wants them to be comfortable in a strange place where nobody welcomes them by forcefully opening a space for them where nobody can make fun of them.

Mammon, no matter how dumb he may seem, is the most emotionally intellectual and understanding of his brothers. And he deserves better than the treatment he gets; hell he knows he deserves better. But if it's for the greater good of his brothers he doesn't mind it.

Mammon is caring and complex and I don't want to see anyone saying otherwise.

I find it really funny that Mammon is genuinely one of the kindest demons,

• He rarely loses his temper

• He was picked to look after a human because of this and so he's the only brother that never attacks or genuinely threatens MC

• He adopts some random 9yr old orphaned human, is determined to pay for all her needs until she's an adult, and lets himself be extorted by the witches just so they continue to look after her

• He forgives any slight against him if the person who wronged him says sorry

• He has put Luke's happiness & safety over money multiple times

• His whole reason for Falling was just so he could follow Lucifer & continue supporting him while he was suffering

• He gave a birthday present he received to a random demon who tried to hurt him because he figured that demon needed something to make him happy

• Even though Raphael doesn't see the good in him, he still wanted to help Raphael see the beauty of the Devildom

• He was worried about Simeon and ready to fight Michael on Simeon's behalf

• He tries to give up a prize he would have won for Asmo

• The thing that makes him initially reach out to MC in Nightbringer is seeing them being nice to Levi

• Levi describes him as a "jerk with a heart of gold"

• Levi says Mammon makes friends easily and isn't selfish

• He cares deeply about consent

• MC says he's "innocent & genuine"

• MC says Mammon has "always been kind" and the others don't disagree

• He says that angels, demons & humans are all people and shouldn't be treated differently because of what they are

• He gets upset because of the way Cinderella's family treats her because he thinks family should love each other, and it doesn't matter if they are blood related or not

• He cries during nature documentaries

• He's the one that takes the first step to make things normal with Belphie again after what happened in Lesson 16 despite the fact that he was the one who was most outwardly affected by MC's death and was mocked for it by Belphie

BUT

The only thing stopping him from doing a complete 180° and becoming a villain is that MC has decided to use their considerable power for chaotic neutral level hijinks and not chaotic evil level destruction

it’s rather hard to catch lucifer off guard, but congratulations! you succeeded. as he felt you pull his belt and tumbles somewhat gracefully into your arms, he holds onto your shoulders to stabilise himself from the surprise manoeuver. with not an inch of space between the two of you, he gives you a charming smirk- the one he knows you swoon for. “oh?” gently pinch the fat of his waist and pull him into a kiss, it’ll humble him.

mammon yelps as he all but crashes into you, even though you’re sure you didn’t pull that hard. “w-what was that for, huh?!” his face is so close if you so much as squirmed, you would kiss. and fortunately, he does- he’s never been one to stay still for very long. but he holds still as soon as your lips touch his. he hooks his arms around your neck to pull you even closer, and whines when you stop and say that the two of you can’t do this in the hallway.

leviathan lets out a very wobbly sound, and his hands are clamped up against his chest. you’ll have to gently tell him that it’s fine to hold you, and he’ll shakily put his hands on your shoulder. “y-you can’t just do that! give me a week- no, 2 weeks warning before you pull a killer move like this!!” he sounds like he’s complaining but the red on his face and the way he’s trying to hide an embarrassed smile is enough to tell you that he very much enjoys it. give him a kiss on the cheek if you want to, he’ll faint though.

“you..” you know just how to tug at satan’s heartstrings in all the right ways, don’t you? you’re 100% using the fact that he’s an absolute hopeless romantic for things like this to your own benefit, but he can’t get mad. not when he’s enjoying this as much as you are. gently pull him close, place your hand on his cheek and kiss him- maybe even dip him if you can. he’ll be yours forever.

asmodeus lets out the most dramatic gasp, like you ripped off his clothes right then and there when all you did was pull at his belt and hold his waist. he stares at you in shock for 2 seconds before he lets out the cutest giggle and practically throws himself onto you. “oh, dearie~ of course you want to hold me! who wouldn’t?” his arms around your neck pull you closer and he covers you in kisses, and now your face feels sticky from his lip gloss. if you mention it, he’ll invite you over to his room so he could help you wipe it off and spend the rest of the day with him.

beelzebub kind of just looks at you for a while, like he’s still processing what you’re doing. when his brain finally catches up to him and he realises he rather likes this position, he lets out the tiniest “oh..”. if you rub gentle circles into his hip while you hold his waist- he’ll fucking melt. his cheeks heat up and he looks down, he’s kind of embarrassed but he wants you to continue.

belphegor looks at where you’re holding and smiles- and he’s all flustered but he manages to look you in the eyes and tell you he likes it. “don’t worry, you can have me all to yourself. i won’t go anywhere.” he’ll try his best to not fall asleep, but he always wants to close his eyes when you hold him like this. before he knows it, he’s leaning on your shoulder and his head is tucked into the crook of your neck.

diavolo’s eyes widen at the unfamiliar feeling and then lets out one of his booming laughs. his cheeks start to heat up and he’s always surprised when you make him feel this way. “how courageous, my dear.” he’ll expect it to be a one-time thing but he’ll be pleasantly startled if you do it again. and every time, he gives you a light peck on the cheek. his favourite part is always when the position inevitably turns into a very long hug.

barbatos sucks in the smallest gust of air when he feels your hands on his waist, but his face soon turns neutral (though the pink on his cheeks are still there). “you certainly know how to surprise me, love.” his hand is under his chin like he usually does when he’s contemplating something or someone he finds amusing. he might do the same thing to you, but he likes it more when you do it.

you hear the most beautiful, softest gasp you’ve ever heard. simeon has always been breathtaking, but he’s even more so when his hands are delicately placed on your shoulder. he lets out the prettiest laugh you’ve ever heard and moves closer. “hello to you too, dove.” the way he looks at you will never not make your heart melt. it’s soft and sweet with just a hint of guilt and uncertainty- like he’s not sure he should be doing this with you but he will anyway because it makes him happy, and it seems to make you smile as well.

solomon looks at you in shock before he giggles, a sound that’s always been light and comforting. “something wrong, darling?” he teases, but in all honesty- moments like this are the reasons he wakes up in the morning. when he turns around in his bed and sees you sleeping peacefully, he knows he wouldn’t give this up for anything in the world. he could write a book on everything you make him feel, but for now- he relishes in this moment and kisses you like it’s the last time you’ll meet.

honorary mention:

yuki’s usually blank and rather daydreamy stare is gone when they feel a tug on their belt and a hand on their waist, replaced with a look of surprise, but it’s gone in an instant and in its place is content. “do you need something, lovely?” no matter your answer, all they do is give an airy chuckle. they’re known to be patient, but never when it comes to you, so it won’t take long for them to gently place their hand on the back of your neck and pull you closer- only to kiss the corner of your lips.

- Her sexual orientation is as a lesbian.

I think this is just a personal opinion as far as headcanons go. Though, I genuinely think that if they gave her a female love interest maybe even like Cameron or just some random girl, it could've added so much to her character. I'm not saying Cuddy isn't already a pretty in-depth character I just think this could've added to it a bit more and that would be awesome.

Also, she would be such a femme lesbian, I can just see it. I say this because she already dresses pretty feminine so it would only make sense that if she really was a lesbian, she would be a femme. And I just know she would top you after a stressful or busy day at work, I can just sense it.    

- She keeps a bottle of wine in her office just in case of anything.

I just know this. I can fucking sense this from the bottom of my intestines. Perhaps she once downed a whole bottle of wine once after a very stressful day and passed out on her couch whenever she got home. I want this to be canon so badly. She probably stores it in a locked cabinet in her desk that House perchance broke into it and stole it just to mess with her. Also, I feel as she would rather drink out of the actual bottle than a wine cup if she was in private.  

- She secretly has favorite nurses because she's gone out with a few even though favoritism isn't allowed. 

I know she probably has favorites but it's kinda going out on a stretch saying she would go out with a nurse since I think she wouldn't be so public about her sexual orientation. Plus, if she did, I feel like House would find out pretty quickly. But I still stand on the favoritism part of the headcanon. 

- Cuddy once had a day off so she either binged greys anatomy, gilmore girls or like yellowjackets on her couch with a tub of ice cream in her hands.

I can see and imagine her doing this. Though, the only one I've watched is yellowjackets, I don't really watch greys and never really actually watched Gilmore girls, I can just think she would watch them. From what I've seen from Gilmore girls, I'm pretty much 100% certain she would watch that show. I can also see her as a binge watcher, I mean who isn't. 

Maybe she at least went through like two tubs of strawberry ice cream once? That's kinda a stretch but I know she has at least gotten through one before.  

- Wants to have a wedding in like france or italy.

She just seems like the person who would want one of those vacation wedding with a pretty view to take nice photos, etc. I don't have much to say for this one, but I stand pretty certain on this.

- Found Cameron hot and once had a little fleeting crush on her.

LISON COMMUNITY RISE. As I said before, a little storyline like this would've added so much character depth to her even though her character already has levels to it. This would've been a nice little touch to it.

- She yearns so much.

yearner women lover. She probably can relate to the song casual by Chappell Roan. I can just feel this coming to me like I'm Lottie Matthews. Infact the wilderness told this to me. She would cry and yearn. Though, I feel like she would run one of those #Ihatemybf accounts whenever she was dating a man while she first found out she was a lesbian.

- She probably has a strap with like vibrator spikes on it.

I don't think this, I know this. Don't question me. She also tops you.

- Has had flavored strawberry or cherry chapstick before.

She still uses them to this day even as a grown ass adult. Her favorites were probably strawberry or watermelon but still uses other flavors. I know she hates the banana and grape flavors with her heart. 

Also, I feel like she would buy them for Rachel as she grew up. Talking about flavored chapstick, I feel like Cuddy would like vodka flavored ice cream a bit. I don't know just kinda reminds me of her.  

- likes some of lana del rey's music.

I don't really listen to much of Lana's songs, just her popular ones but Cuddy really reminds me of playing dangerous and brooklyn baby. Maybe even Salvotore but that's going out on a stretch as I would say. She definitely listens to her, but I feel like she would've mostly listened to Lana in high school and during med school.

I was gonna say she would also listen to Fiona Apple and Fleetwood Mac, but I've never listened to them so let me know what you think of that. Though, Cuddy reminds me of 'Tom's Diner - 7" Version' by Suzanne Vega and DNA.

house is definitely going to pretend like he does not care for valentines and will go out of his way to act condescendingly about it. even though it genuinely does irk him to see corporates shove "love" themed merchandise down everyone's throats, he would make a sincere effort to get you flowers and something nice. he wouldnt buy you roses (unless it is your favourite, even then he would go out of his way to get them in a rare color) because he wants to be edgy but also thinks a flower you like/ represents you is a better gift. it's really sweet :')

wilson would be prepared in advance. he'd have a dinner reservations at a place you like, huge bouquet of roses on the dinner table first thing, even teddy bears. but in typical dad fashion will act like he forgot all about it when you mention it. "oh oh my god i have a surgery that day" just to see you pout and then surprise you. he's so stupidly cute (😭)

cuddy would defo go shopping with you if she got the time. she'd defo buy you clothes and shoes and everything you need to get dolled up for her. she wants to match outfits really bad. she'd get flowers delivered to your workplace with an elaborate card and everything. dinner at a nice cozy place followed by wine in the bathtub and head 🗣️

chase isn't too much of a bouquet kinda guy. he would much rather spend the day with you rather than do something too elaborate. of course he would buy you anything you ask but he prefers getting the princess treatment himself. he would be into a (disastrous) cooking date where all he does is nibble the ingredients in a corner and sing corny love songs in his heavy accent. he would be all over you physically tho <33

cameron has a binder. she's been planning valentine's day since february 15 of last year. she likes to try the cute things she sees on pinterest and then jot your response to them like you're a patient 😭 "patient tloml enjoys handmade treats and quality time" she's super into crafting/ handmade things (she's so cute)

foreman is a late night skyline view dinner and wine drunk sex kinda guy to me. he does it by the book most of the time. he really would appreciate you doing something for him but he doesn't have expectations from valentine's day. he's moreso obligated. I think he'd be more involved if it was a personal milestone day like anniversary or your birthday, then he'd go all outttt. but he makes sure you have a good time nonetheless. maybe would gift you some jewellery :>
