Its always about therapy..... Training is the one thing you can do where your mind is else where... Where you can push limits that you never thought possible without even realizing until your done.. Its the one thing that for those two hours or so... You get a release of whatever is getting to you... Dont get me wrong, my whole training is about building muscle and athletic performance, but its always therapeutic for me.. Theres too much in my head to not train everyday to somehow deal with it.... So i say to all of you that are dealing with things and cant handle certain situations... Go to the gym, go for a walk, go for a jog, drop to the floor and do calisthenics daily.... Get your therapy on... Im not the most perfect person in the world but i try to be good.. I make mistakes daily.. But always learning from it.. Never done anyone wrong but did lie thinking itll protect .. I dont know.. Life is short .. Do the things you want with the people you love no matter what, bc you never know whats going to happen.. Work for the future but also live in the now at the same time.. Bc who knows if we got tomorrow... Just do right by the ones you love.. Always choose love over everything.. Love for your spouse, love for your family. Love for your craft. Love over anything.. Bc thats all that matters...Theres always a choice, a chance.,hope.... Im rambling.. Just get your therapy on.
