This is my third time putting up a vegan pancakes recipe on my blog or YouTube channel. The recipe never really changes to be honest. I always use either chia seeds or flaxseed as a binder, any flour will do, and, I just use whatever plant-based milk is on hand. (Those older recipes can be found here, here and here. Funny story - remember those couple of times that I made an absolute shambles out of millet and hated it with a passion? Well Seán mistook it for quinoa the last day and cooked up a batch - turned out tasty - but gloopy. But I think that's just how millet is so I'll accept that. Anyway there was loads left over after this dinner we used it on so I turned it into porridge 💃🏽 I added too much liquid when reheating it so added in oats to balance it out and ''this was the result. Not too bad I must say! There's a full kaki fruit mixed in there and some cinnamon and maca too. Topped with toasted hazelnuts - fancy! So millet is not too bad after all 🙃 (en Barcelona, Spain)

What a week😳 sorry I've been quiet on here my lovelies but holy hell have I been busy. I can't wait to share all the changes with yous though! Small summary: moved into a new flat on Friday past there, it was hectic af. The house was left destroyed by the last tenants so the owners, me and a professional cleaner all had to clean it. It took 3 days - I literally am only after sitting down. It feels so good though! Such effort! Some major obstacles along the way too though, not getting my full deposit back from my last place for absolutely no reason was a bit of a pain in the hole. But I'm just so glad to have escaped that anxiety hole that I will gladly just let it go *☮️☮️☮️☮️* fair play to the main man himself though for fighting my cause and standing up for the truth 💪🏽 and for making this amazing sandwich 😍 and for putting up with me for the past3 days on my rampage of cleaning and clearing out like an absolute mental woman. Sucking in the sweet pure oxegen! What kind of Christmas tree is everyone getting this year ? Fake (plastic)? Or real? Apple tart and vanilla ice cream ALL VEGAN I kid you not!! Letterkenny Folk get yourselves to the Lemon Tree this winter for a full 3 course vegan meal! It's UNREAL! @lemontree_lk who's been? What did you have?? I think they change their menu quite often! And all their veg is sourced from Ballyholey Farm! Couldn't beat it 👌🏽 (en Letterkenny)

Feeling really happy with the progress I've had with my skin in the last 2 weeks. Aside from the natural methods I've been using (talked about in a recent video) I also think the facial I had recently had a lot to do with it (it was a deep cleansing facial) plus I haven't cycled into work since I started working on a little project.i haven't completely cleared it though but I have a few more tricks up my sleeve (well that I stole from @mythical.mia 's sleeve😅😂)so I'm excited to try it all out and documentit for you folk! 😘 hope you're all having a chill Sunday ✌🏽 how many cups of tea have you had so far ? 🤔 (en Barcelona, Spain)

Just gonna mess things up here. I had a pattern but why bother if it's not working. 😓 ha sean speaks some sense some time! So this day wa sa great day and the last proper sunny day of autumn and it was spent with @rachannah_when she came to visit me! We had such a lovely weekend visiting all the lovely vegan spots in Barcelona! And a great sizzle day at the beach. after the bread and (vegan) butter sorted us out 😉💜 SLOW FASHION DEETS: Rachel the dote brought me this white t-shirt from home - it says "vegan for the voiceless"(fitting), the sheer dress is 2nd hand (obvs) plus hand me downs from my mammy!! ♻️♻️♻️

Ever since i was in primary school and learned about pollution, littering and the rain cycle, I’ve been a sort of mini-environmentalist. I followed the recycling rules in our house to a T – and actually we were one of the first and only houses to start recycling that soon (early 2000’s..maybe even before). I never littered and wasn’t ashamed to pick friend’s litter up and give them a stern look…

Rocking my @insaneintherain jacket on a rock 🗻 I picked up a lot of bits of plastic bags and rubbish this day on the beach, most of which was buried underneath the sand...I've no idea where it came from or why it ended up there, but I am certain that out dependable on plastic for packaging and bags etc is furling the production of plastic which is obviously going to result in excess plastic all over the world. It doesn't just dissappear when we throw it away! Best thing to do is to completely stop buying / using it in the first place. Refuse plastic cutlery, straws, plastic cups and bags. Eventually shop owners and restaurants will realise that people want change. I very often nearly fight with shop keepers here who really don't get that plastic is a problem - but I don't care - I have to make my point for them to be made more aware. Reusing plastic is also a good way to reduce waste - my coat in this pic is made from 17 plastic bottles and it makes me feel like an eco warrior princess!! 👸🏽🌱🌍♻️ we really need to tackle this problem now so that future generations (our children, nieces and nephews) don't end up living in a rubbish tip of a world. 🚫 (en Barcelona, Spain)
