I turned my 12 hr fast into a 48 hr fast!! It went so well I could’ve went for longer but my Tia caught me last night saying it’s not right to not eat for so long. She said she’s sure I could go days without eating. I can’t stop thinking about it. I don’t want them knowing but it felt great to hear some confirmation

I’m gonna do a 12 hr fast today and see how much longer I can surpass it. It’ll end at about midnight and I should be asleep by then which mean I’ll have a full 24 hr fast and hopefully longer. Wish me luck!!! >_<

My mom is starting to take my phone at night so I no longer have it and I broke my 24 hr fast last night at hr 13 I was so upset ugh I hate myself. I just need to get back into control after spending a week b1ng!ng

Update about my moms convo

She was saying a lot of things like she feels like a bad mom and we need stability but mainly she wanted to take me out to get to know me better apparently because she felt like she doesn’t know me.

I recently came out to her and she’s Christian.

We’ve done this a couple times in my life where she’ll take me for froyo and just talk to me a lot it’s always uncomfortable. I call it my traumatizing froyo trips LOL

I’m kinda freaking out over the cals but I think I’m just gonna fast for couple days beforehand in a way to save up cuz there’s not really a way to get out of it

99 used to feel so good, I was so beautiful and the lowest I’ve ever been but now it just feel like the fat on my body. This is the highest I will ever be again. I refuse to go over 100 and see 3 digits on there but damn this still feels awful

The feeling when pvrg1ng

I feel it sliding up. I feel my stomach getting lighter. My body shakes and I'm cold and hot at the same time. I have goosebumps everywhere. My breathing is heavy. I can finally breathe again, a breath of fresh air. I feel it coming up. I want the feeling to last forever.

My eyes and cheeks are red. My eyes are watering and my face feels wet. My nose drips like I have a cold. I have never felt prettier.
