bandages (you can also go the extra mile and make a mini first aid kit, although this is optional!)

getting started in the gym for the girls
for the girlies who are excited to get fit this year—i’m so, so proud of you. here are a few things i’d tell myself if i could go back to when i first started.
first things first
ditch the “i need to crush it every day” mentality. that’s how you burn out, not build strength.
you don’t have to look like a fitness influencer on day one (trust me, no one’s watching you that closely anyway). be kind to yourself, especially when things get tough. no one starts off lifting 50-pound dumbbells.
progress isn’t linear. some days you’ll feel like you’re killing it, other days it’ll feel like you can’t even do a single push-up. that’s normal!
shoes!
you don’t need every piece of gym equipment you see on tiktok on to get started. here’s the real MVP: a good pair of sneakers.
you don’t need anything too fancy, but you do need something that can handle a variety of workouts. here are some great options:
nike air zoom pegasus 40
adidas ultraboost 23
new balance fresh foam 1080v12
check out outlet stores, amazon, or dsw for deals that won’t hurt your wallet.
clothes!
no need to splurge on high-end brands like lululemon when affordable options exist that work just as well.
target’s all in motion line: super affordable (leggings for $20–$30) and cute enough to wear outside the gym.
old navy activewear: comfy, supportive, and usually around $25–$40.
walmart athletic works: comfy, super affordable prices range between $18-35
amazon activewear: brands like baleaf and crz yoga are highly rated and won’t break the bank.
aerie: blends athleisure with everyday wear, usually priced around $30–$50.
the goal is to feel comfortable, not restricted, so you can focus on moving your body.
consistency > perfection
when you’re starting out, consistency is the name of the game. show up—even if it’s just for 20 minutes. those little wins add up, whether it’s going to the gym three times a week or doing an extra set of squats.
you’ll get stronger every time, and the results will come. just keep showing up.

Holy shit. Okay chat this time im not affirming or wtvr im being 100% real w everyone rn. it worked. I passed my driver's exam today!! all those months affirming n listening to subs worked!! Btw this was my third and last attempt n i did fuck up some times in the exam but i still got 29/30 n passed! i almsot cried.
this is actually crazy. my life is gonna change sm now!!! 😋😋😋

UPDATING THE BLOG...
So for like a few months or so a guy had been stuck in my mind. Yet today I was quickly dissapointed by him and his family. This means that I'm going to start moving on from K.
So in hopes of continuing to manifest someone worth my time I decided to try to make up or think up a cute guy. One that if I see him I'll be able to recognize him right away. This means that I'll be able to tell when and if Aphrodite has sent him.

Zafiro's guide to stop bedrotting.
- From someone with ADHD.
Ever had a specially bad breakup? You failed a test? Your face just had a horrible break-out?
These are all reasons you might find yourself brainrotting and falling deeper/into in depression. But I can tell you what personally helps me.
HOW CAN I IMMEDIATELY STOP?
Short answer is... You can't. You can't just suddenly stop feeling like crap and get your life together no matter how good you feel but that doesn't mean you have to stay miserable forever. Everything is a journey, a process.
GIVE ME THE STEPS!! NOW!!
FIRST: I need you to stop doom-scrolling, seriously. Scrolling through tik-toks endlessly is not going to make you feel better specially when you just keep finding yourself comparing yourself to the people on your screen. Everyone has bad days sometimes.
SECOND: Now, I know you feel like crap right now so I will not be asking you to make your bed. Instead, go get yourself a snack. When was the last time you ate something?
THIRD: brush your teeth, take a shower, try to empty your thoughts as you feel the water hit against your skin. It's a good cleansing method.
WHILST CLEANSING: Don't try to usher the bad thoughts out right away. Instead linger on them, reflect on them, acknowledge they are bad and give yourself the reason as to why. Slowly let the thoughts leave your mind like raindrops leave a cloud. Take as long as you need on this step.
FOURTH: Go back to your room, play the happiest playlist you have and listen to it. Listening to sad music like mitski will only make you feel worse, so don't. If you don't have a playlist like that at the moment you can simply play the radio, or maybe even blast a 2000's mix. Or maybe just listen to Ayesha erotica, she's one singer that makes me feel cunty.O r maybe something like this:
(STEP FIVE AND SIX ARE ACTUALLY INTERCHANGEABLE, DO WHICHEVER YOU PREFER FIRST)
FIFTH: Do your skincare, facemasks, watch a movie or two. Journal, draw something up, do a hobby. Don't forget you still need to take care of yourself both mentally and physically.
SIXTH: Now, you don't need to go out or whatever. BUT I find that if I dress up as cute as possible I always feel better and get a big shot of ego. So I want you to dress up like you are going to the club and are planning to make everyone's jaws drop. Dress yourself, do your makeup, your hair, everything as if you are about to go out and meet the love of your life. I just want you to dress like what will make you feel like the best version of yourself.
FINALE: With this, it's basically over. Now I want you to get some Vitamin D. With this I mean you can either take vitamins, eat something with it or step outside and get a bit of sun. This will make you feel better in the long run as you now try to go off and do your chores or hobbies.
I hope this is able to help whoever comes across this! Take in mind I'm not a professional or whatever and this is basically just what works for me. Change this method up as much as you need for it to benefit you.
