Help a Vlogger Out!

So, I've been vlogging for almost 3 years about life, culture, language, and food in China (link to my channel). I see there are a few big time vloggers in this space, but everyone else seems to have very low subs and views.

I'm wondering if this niche is too crowded or if there just aren't enough interested viewers out there? I enjoy making the videos, so subs and views are not an end-all-be-all for me, but I would like to get my content out to more people. I try different styles of videos, ranging from music videos to animations to sketch comedy to talking head videos. I'm still exploring more styles, and hope to find people to collaborate with.

Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions, recommendations? Thanks in advance!
