Law of Attraction For Weight Loss
You may be struggling to lose weight and be wondering why you don't seem to be able to achieve results. During the holiday season it may seem even more difficult and stressful. You may even end up surrounded by family and friends who judge you more harshly and critically than you wish. If you have wondered why time and time again, despite all good intentions, you have struggled to actually once and for all shed the pounds, your will may not be the problem. You may be struggling with the issue of a poorly programmed mind.

If you continue to struggle time after time, you can rest assured that you have somewhere in your brain decided that making the change would be too painful to achieve or that to give up the ability to eat what you want on demand would take away your pleasure. This poorly programmed brain will inevitably focus you back to eating time and time again. That is why after a period of dieting that would be described as a great success you immediately begin to overeat and gain the weight back. Your mind is desperate to put you back in order in the way you have subconsciously demanded.
The mind is an amazing tool that can create and achieve any goal we give to it. The trick is to firmly believe that it must be achieved and reprogram the brain to give you the help you need to easily begin to lose the weight. The first step is to begin journaling. On page 1 of your journal, as soon as you open your notebook, write out in clear measurable terms your weight loss goals. I want to lose 50 lbs and be 130 pounds by June 30th. Make sure it is clear, measurable and written!
Your second step is to spend time investigating the reasons you think that changing your eating habits would create pain is a great first step. Start a journal and begin writing. Ask yourself questions surrounding your emotions regarding your eating and dieting. What is actually going on inside? Are there certain words or statements that you use before you break your diet? Is it when your upset? Happy? Do you give your diet much thought before you break it or is it a distant thought in the background? Once you get a handle on what is actually happening, you can begin to use tools to actually begin to manifest the weight loss you so desire.
Once you've spent time looking at how your mind has protected you in the past, the next step is to reprogram. Open the journal again, and begin writing what will happen if you fail to make this change. Write in explicit detail exactly what it will mean if you do not lose the weight. For instance someone might write "if I don't lose the weight I will not be able to keep up with my children. It will mean that I won't be able to coach their cheerleading squad. I won't be the type of parent i had always dreamed of being. Nothing is more important to me than how I parent my children." Get the idea? Really get in touch with what the consequences will be if you do not change.
Finally, your fourth step is to write in joyful and expressive detail what losing the weight will mean to you. What will it feel like? What will the effect in your life be? How will it change your life. Feel it, smell it, taste it and then write about it.
Change doesn't happen without making a decision to break the habits that have been holding you back. This work will allow you to understand what has been keeping you down and what needs to change in your life. It is still up to you to make the decision that enough is enough. When you finally make the decision, you can create rapid change in your weight loss goals.

Expect, Expect, Expect!  When we prepare and expect what we desire, we ultimately receive.  When we focus on our heart’s desires, we receive all that is ours by Divine right.  
The Law of Attraction is a perfect law.  It is set up to give you what you focus on.  If your thoughts are those of “I can’t lose weight,” then that’s exactly what you will receive.
You’ll be attracted to everything that represents “I can’t lose weight.”  
Remember your thoughts have energy and when you have a thought, it goes out to the Universe to try and find its vibrational match. Your mind does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined.

“I can’t lose weight” will find non-nutritious foods, poor relationships, fatigue.  The underlying components of not deserving will keep showing up for you.
Likewise “I am my ideal weight” will find nutritional foods, high energy level, exercise program, meditation, great relationships.  Deserving all that is wonderful and miraculous will keep showing up for you.
This law is so simple, isn’t it?  If you’re going to think a thought, then why not make it a thought of huge proportion that will give you the results you’re desiring.  
Expect your ideal weight and it automatically shows up for you.  
For today, go out and buy an outfit that represents your ideal weight.  Hang it in your closet or put it out where you see it everyday.  Envision yourself in that outfit.  Don’t you feel incredibly sexy?
I have my own ideal weight outfit.  I purchased a jumpsuit when I was 21 years old and kept that jumpsuit in my closet knowing I would fit into it one day.  This year when I turned 50 years old I was able to wear that jumpsuit and it feels amazing!
I wear it when I speak in front of women’s groups to create the visual that anyone can do it.  It’s a very powerful message.

There is a kind of inherent distrust in the health and fitness industry mainly because a lot of people out there just try to market all kinds of crazy things. It's even hard to talk about a subject like fat loss or fat burners without turning people off. I want to address certain misconceptions and misunderstanding about fat burners.

First, I want to braked own how fat burners actually work, and if they do work how do you tell the difference.
I would like you to have some basic idea how this process work, so that you can make an informed decision if you will continue taking fat burner supplements if are already taking them.
When you look at the process of burning fats, specifically fat burners, we are looking at a process called "Thermogenesis", it is actually the process of generating body heat, it's also the process known as the thermic effects of food. Our metabolism in a nutshell is simply the process of taking in food, our bodies absorbing and process it. Thermogenesis is one of the three ways your body legitimately burns fat. There are other different ways your body burns fat like, intermittent fasting, whenever we begin and maintain a new exercise regimen and we limits calories intake, your body burns fat in which case it uses energy stored in the fat cells to fuel new activity. All these are different means to an end when it comes to stimulating one of these three things. So, we're talking about thermogenesis, the production of heat, our basic metabolic rate or our natural calories we burn at rest, and of course physical activities. These are the 3 pinnacles we need to be paying attention to when it comes to fat loss and even choosing a fat burner.
You have to understand that our metabolism in general is greatly dictated by the amount of lean body mass we possess. Lean body mass is everything in your body that is tissue that is not fat. Organs, muscle, and things like that not referring to bones here when we are talking about lean body mass on a person, that determines what their metabolism is like. Studies have shown that when you look at it from the stand point of per kilogram basis, if people have the same amount of lean body mass, their metabolism is usually the same. So, our metabolism as far as body mass goes, pretty similar between you and I. For example, if you have two 200 pounds person has 30% body fat and the other person who weigh 100 pounds with 5% body fat, this second person will have a higher resting metabolic rate.
In summary, when we look at fat burners how does this affects you give the example above? Most fat burners in the market today claim themselves to be thermogenic, however, it does not seem as thermogenic alone can actually directly increase your body temperature, because it all comes down to the beta-adrenergic receptors (betaARs) and our overall catecholamines response.
These are members of the large family of G protein-coupled receptors that affects our body response to fat loss. Next, we have the EGCG we see this in a lots of fat burners too and it works. You also have an ingredient known as carnitine in a lots of fat burners. We are told that carnitine allows more fat got into the cells, with this you have Triglycerides; 3 fatty acids bounds to a glycerol molecule.
In conclusion, when you take a fat burner supplement before work out, there is more fat loss. Yes, studies show that fat burners do actually helps you burn fat, however, it must be accompanied with body exercises to make them more effective.
