My wonderful friend Haya is only 18 years old and trying to get her sick mother (a kidney failure patient) and the rest of her family evacuated from Gaza to Egypt. They barely survived an airstrike that blasted all the windows out of the house they were in when Israel attacked Deir Al-Balah last week and were displaced again 02/24/2024 and the situation is extremely desperate. I think everyone is aware Patch 7 fixed Gale’s ‘last name’ dialogue so that it activates in the game now, but equally as important is that it also fixed his expressions, too. Previous datamined clips showing this dialogue had him looking very ‘flat’ while he spoke, so you couldn’t really read into his emotions:

Gale: You like so many things about me I’d have sooner discarded…Your generosity is quite wonderful. Gale Dekarios likes you too. Very, very much.

Now, after watching the updated animation, it struck me how he says “Gale Dekarios likes you too” with a serious, sincere look on his face—but then he pauses, and his whole expression shifts into a loving smile as he emphasizes “Very, very much”…

Look me in the eyes and tell me this isn’t him thinking about how he’s going to propose to Tav 🥹

The Lighthouse and the Kraken, my silly little idea for something to do with a damaged ceramic lighthouse I had that turned into one of the most labour intense art projects I've ever done. I poured so many hours and love into this thing, and posting the progress on here and having you guys cheering it on kept me motivated to see it through❤️ (even when I had to take a break for a few weeks because my shoulder got worn out from working on it)
