it’s been a year i need a new intro post

hello!! im zaven!! (pronounced z-ahhh-vin)

i’m a 19 year old artist and college student going to school for graphic design (but i hate it and want to change to illustration soon)

i love severe weather, the adirondacks, tiny chihuahuas, famous last words (the band), and old man fashion. im making a webcomic but its been in development hell/hiatus for a bit. it’s called stray nightmare and it’s on webtoon. it’s about some gay ass dudes going through a quarter life crisis plus god trying to kill them for their property.

i also think i have more diet coke than water in my body

Zaven had somehow piloted his injured walker all the way to the tower, and now it was acting as a conductor, drawing the power of the cannon into itself. Lightning spun in a whirlwind around the goddess walker, glowing brighter and brighter until Alek had to shut his eyes.

"He'll be done for in there," Dylan said, and Alek nodded.

A few seconds later the Tesla cannon began to fall.

It doesn't feel right to just skip past Zaven's death without saying anything. This is another moment I hope we get in the Anime, and I hope they give it the space it deserves.

(I also feel like the two of them should have been a bit more fucked up about Zaven's death. They'd lived with him for a month. He was a trusted adult. He died trying to save them. They barely mention him in Goliath at all.)

Cardinals @ Commanders - Week 1

A kind of sloppy win, but a win nonetheless for the Commanders over the Cardinals. Commanders QB Sam Howell had a rough 1st half as Washington trailed 16-10 to start the 4th quarter. But Howell would redeem himself, throwing a touchdown pass and running in for another score to lead the team to a comeback 20-16 win.

Cardinals veteran QB Joshua Dobbs served as backup for Kyler Murray who will miss at least the first 4 games.
