I have no idea if this has been suggested (joked?) about before but as a trans person. Atsushi has yellow-purple eyes and a white-black outfit. So I jokingly suggest non-binary Atsushi for consideration. Personally keeping our favorite tiger boy at he/him because enby people can do whatever they want.

Kenji thinks it's super cool because he's flabbergasted by everything (in a good way). Kunikida reads a bunch of books to try and learn more when he can just ask Atsushi. Yosano ominously suggests if he wants any surgeries. Ranpo just goes "Yeah I knew that the moment I saw you". Dazai goes "sure sure" and immediately starts talking about suicide again. No other reaction is noteworthy that I can think of.

And they/them Sigma. I have no basis for this one it's just vibes.

It’s mega weird to be that bsd TikTok will be so protective of gay headcanons and then turn around and find a way to hate on every popular lesbian headcanon. First it was Higuchi, then Kouyou, and now fucking Yosano of all characters??? I get that some ppl can be annoying and push their headcanons onto others but we rly don’t need to make a whole campaign against the headcanons themselves. And I never see callout posts of gay Chuuya/Ranpo headcanoners acting the exact same way

Yosano will jokingly use the pet names when they're off the job or making fun of Dazai, but honestly takes to using them at work as well after a while, they're really pretty when they blush, wat can she say? (transfem!Sigma x Yosano yuri.... I think maybe)

Kunikida, after months of yelling at Dazai for being unprofessional and Sigma telling him "it's fine, really, it... it's not that much of a bother", will deadpan the pet name's with a very tired "I can't believe this is what my work like has come too" tone, esepcially cause Dazai will only refer to Sigma as said pet names in his reports (which Sigma and Kunikida always revise) and in the office groupchat/email chain.

Ranpo uses them in the gc.

Fukuzawa is tired of getting the reports from Dazai where a birdy is missed by Kunikida and Sigma's tireless revisions.

everyone else knows exactly who's being referred to when they hear those pet names, even if they don't use them themselves, just like Sigma pretends to not like it, but responds every time he hears one of his many titles.
