at my secondary school we had to choose an activity each term (maybe the american equivalent would be an elective? idk) which we did on wednesday afternoons and there was one term where a lot of people chose yoga and my form teacher said "i suspect people are choosing yoga because they think it's a good opportunity to sleep" and i was like oh shit, we can sleep in yoga? and proceeded to choose it as my activity every single term until i left the school
