order and eat ur favorite foods, or if u want to you can take an asmr kind of approach so that then u can enjoy your food and the sounds r SO GOOD in my opinion. when u do a mukbang or asmr u can try new foods and give feedback which gives u something to talk about. some things i've mukbanged recently are

mexican tacos and rice water and for dessert i had cheese cake tempura with some mochi

it was actually my first time trying rice water and it was SO GOOD. it was so delicious and refreshing and the tacos were amazing too. the cheese cake tempura was a bit small but it was rly good and the mochi as always was delicious.

• dont watch tv while u e4t!!it gets u into the habit of needing to snack on something when u watching a show/movie

(instead of doing that u can play a game on ur phone or do something to keep ur hands busy while u eat so ur distracted and arent immediately stvffihg stuff in ur mouth, e4ting slow helps u stay full!!)

• find l0w c4l f00d there r sm alternatives for ur favorite sn4cks, its okay to have sn4cks once in a while the key is control!!!

• port1on out ur f00d, use small pl4tes and small utensils it helps trick ur brain into thinking ur e4tihg a lot since it looks b1gger on the plate

• like me a lot of ppl with a b3d try to immediately jump into f4st1hg THIS WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! it will cause u to want f00d more therefore u b1hg3 its a repeating cycle

(instead l0vv3r ur c4ls, m34ls, p0rt10ns, etc everyday by a little ur b0dy will adjust super f4st and ull get fvll3r and will be able to e4t way less, ik how hard it is but if u jump into a4a without recovering or having some type of self contr0l u will most definitely b1hge)

• if u have a cr4ving please stop r3str1ct1ng urself this will only make it w0rs3 and you’re gonna end up b1hg1hg, take a b1t3 of whatever ur cr4vihg and then leave it

• get hobbies it helps sm, go out hang out w friends do something anything to distract u from b1hg1hg!!

(idk anyone in my area but there r so many things u can do like crotchetting, playing an instrument, i play the electric guitar and its helped me sm times! draw, watch a show, clean ur room, do laundry, etc. there r a lot of things u can do)

• ik everyone says this but its so true STAY HYDRAT3D! sometimes ur not actually hvngry, and if u feel the need to b1hg3 chvg down water until ur fvll

• do a vlog whenever u e4t, r3cord urself e4ting, keep what u e4t in a journal, do b0dy ch3 cks for urself, its so g00d to look at whenever u feel like b1hg1hg, it def motivates me and might help u too

• if ur gonna bihg3 count to 100 outloud, or while ur e4ting count to 10 before each bite and make sure u ch3vv a lot

• a big thing that has helped is s4botag1ng my f00d, make it super oily, too sweet, too salty, too bvrnt, uncook3d, whatever ur having make it t4ste awful

• e4t with ur opposite hand, if ur right handed e4t with ur left and if ur left handed e4t with ur right

• watch films or mukbangs w ov3rw3ight people, mukbangs might be too tempting so dont unless yk it wont trigg3r u

• get a buddie keep eachother updated, trade tips, compete, just having someone who relates is big help!

Such were some of the silly comments Y/N would see every day in the Live Chat.

"Pahahah, they don't know..." Y/N thought to themself, almost snickering. The 'Y/Nsters' as they liked to call themselves, were so obsessed yet they weren't even aware of Y/Ns true appearance.

Yes! A disguise! Y/N wore an obnoxious green wig, though it was worn perfectly, in a way that it looked completely natural (well, dyed, but attached to the head). On top of that, some nicely bedazzled Sunglasses, completely hiding the eyes.

Y/N's Parents were completely unaware of Y/N doing Mukbang. They made good money as well, but knew that their parents probably wouldn't fully approve of Mukbang, because they would rather have their child play soccer. This was also the majority of the reason for the disguise. Another reason was just not wanting to be recognized, or not wanting to show their face to the entire internet.

Y/N lived in a large house with their 4 dads, Noel Noa, Marc Snuffy, Chris Prince and Lavinho. Who knew if they were dating or just friends raising a kid together. From a young age, Y/N was playing soccer. As soon as they learned to walk, there was always a ball o kick. They were never super insistent, never forced soccer on Y/N but it was still a relevant part. In school, Y/N was known for their great soccer skills, as well as captain of the soccer club!

Y/N takes another passionate, big bite of the shrimpilicious sustenance. "mmh mmh mMMMMHH!!! whe fwawors awe mewting on my tONGUE!" Y/N mumbled, the food making their words hardly coherent.

"Oh Y/N, Why would we be mad about such a thing?" Noa went in to hug Y/N and the others soon followed, leading to a comforting group hug. "As long as you're safe, happy and healthy, we don't have an issue with it." Snuffy gave them a gentle smile. Chris agreed "As long as your grades don't slip, or you reach an unhealthy weight or something, were totally fine with you doing this as a... side job?"

"Yeah, and you're using a disguise right? So it'll be harder for strangers to find you." Lavi added.

They weren't mad in the slightest, just a little confused maybe, but proud for sure, because they had gotten quite successful! Y/N promised them they would play more soccer, or at least do more physical exercise with them, so that Y/N would stay healthy and not become the next Nicocado Avocado. Surprisingly, Snuffy even suggested that they could join Y/N on a stream sometime. It would surely bump their viewers if a world-class soccer player ate Mukbang with Y/Nzilla! Yet alone four!
