like the drawing implies kohaku is a lot friendlier and bubbly. their mother often remarks she is the kind of woman sumire "should be", but despite of that there isn't a rivalry between them.

Hypothetical for you all: You are given three wishes by a genie! However, this is an evil djinn, and while he's willing to give you any wish you want (as long as it's not a wish to change how his wishes work or just asking for more wishes) to your exact specifications, there's a catch! For every wish you ask for, depending on how much good that wish does somebody, an equivalent amount of misfortune must be done to other people.

For example, the genie warns you not to wish for world peace or to end world hunger or something similar, because the equivalent amount of misfortune that'd affect everybody on the globe would mean the sun explodes or something equally horrific. Wishing for something personal, like a vast amount of wealth, would cause the misfortune to only affect one person, but that person is random and the misfortune will be SEVERE, since that's such a big boon for you.

Wishing for something small will, naturally, inflict less suffering upon random folks, but are you really gonna waste a genie wish like that?

With all that laid out, you have your three wishes. What do you wish for? How do you try to get around the balance of misfortune?

Tl;Dr: You get three wishes, but depending on how much the wishes benefit you/a group of people, an equivalent amount of misfortune must be inflicted on another, random person/group of people. You cannot use your wishes to alter this fact, nor give yourself more wishes, but you have no other constraints on what you can wish for. What do you wish for, and why?

yep, lucky shot is very much meant to look like a weird little raptor-cowboy c: he's def one of my fav to draw other than null. he's TECHNICALLY a mage, the gun he has is a prop gun and he uses it as a magical focus. the only spell he knows is "bullet."

JUSTIFICATION:

"i think she marks the transition from jjba's traditionally masculine protagonists (who's masculinity is emphasized) to its more androgynous characterization and aesthetic appeal protagonists. she showcases the transition from 80s bancho/yankii-esque herculean/masculine art at the start to araki's more defining androgynous/unisex art as the part went on, where he emphasized beauty and style inspired by fashion models.

part 4 also has an unintentional habit of emphasizing male figures' destructive tendencies, with multiple older male figures—especially the main villain of the part—indulging in the negative aspects of masculinity in brutal, often sadistic ways and male figures closer to josuke's age either being taken advantage of by older male figures or resorting to violent masculinity themselves. josuke, on the other hand, opposes these ideals by generally being kind, emotional; only resorting to violence at the insulting of her hair, which we learn is because of when she was saved by an unknown male delinquent who, despite what he appeared to be (and by all accounts, should've been), showed her and her mother kindness by saving her. (in contrast to many male characters in the part)

i think her being a girl would make the part a lot more interesting on a grander scale, considering the focus on masculinity being a sort of "perpetrator" image, and how'd she fight against that by being the exact opposite. whereas stands and powers up to this point focused on destroying, her stand focuses on restoring. instead of using her stand to hurt, her stand manifested as a response to her empathy and wish to heal.

and my final case: the main villain of part 4, who's first victim was a 16-year-old (school)girl out of his impulse, ultimately being defeated by a 16-year-old schoolgirl /due/ to his impulsivity (in revealing himself) after so many years of targeting and terrorizing countless and helpless women is not only poetic, but a facetious and satisfying sentiment of justice prevalent in jjba." - Anonymous

—Redesign heavily inspired on Leone Abbacchio from JJBA!!

—Doing it justice and at least giving it a decent story. Alador comes from a family that was in its own world. His parents' neglect, manipulation, and blackmail towards him were normal. Although he didn't like that. All that resentment and trauma led him to what he is now.

We can say that Alador applied the "I suffered this, and now I want my children to suffer what I suffered." We can say that it is a chain of family abuse. Making Alador victim and victimizer; "the abused becomes the abuser"

—By spending time with himself, she was able to get to know himself well and also see beyond how he identified himself. getting a taste for makeup, feminine things, and so on; but also feeling like a boy or nothing

but Alador is more aligned with the feminine, always wanting compliments of these or being treated with feminine pronouns, sharing that with Darius and Odalia. This is where Odalia comes in.

Alador has preferences for boys, but the family didn't care about that and made her get engaged to Odalia. Of course, manipulation by Odalia towards Alador is carried out; blackmail and everything

although, their relationship was strange; codependency on the part of Alador, Odalia only complying with compliments, praise and more sweet words for Alador, and having her like a dog paying attention to her and that he is on his own was part of the negligence and so on towards her children (first point)

—Alador's personality is still the same as it is in the series, only that I liked to base it more on how it was shown in the Reaching Out storyboards; someone harsher, arrogant, selfish and showing that without Odalia's own account, he could be worse than her, believing that what she did was fair and at least putting into practice her dilemma of "I suffered, let them suffer now."

At work, he is careless and someone, questionably perfectionist and obsessed. His arms, part of his legs and shoulders are full of cuts; part of self-harm and work accidents, deep scars, which for her is a good thing and bears fruit for his work.

Neglecting a lot about hygiene, appearance and so on. (little bathing, makeup always ruined because he cries a lot; the dress he wears is totally destroyed and stained, etc.)

—After the event of the Collector and Belos, Alador has a calmer and more positive attitude, taking care of his appearance and well-being, recovering from self-harm and correcting his mistakes; working on himself for his children and having a good relationship with them (also adding that she is now Darius' partner)

During the Collector's incident, he suffered a wound to his head, leaving a scar that reaches part of his forehead, leaving him unconscious and turned into a puppet. At the moment, this has not affected his health/his brain brrr-

—Short stature! His children and his wife are taller than him

All of the Boiling Isles are intersex/have double genitalia. They can make one appear, have both or remove (although they can make it appear again, it is not permanently) both internal and external reproductive system, combine both or have only one.

In this case, Alador conceived the twins and Amity, making the womb, uterus and that appear (yes, Odalia and Alador have both genitalia and combined reproductive system|one way or the other. I no longer remember my biology classes)

i feel like he would have nightmares a lot. he's been through a lot of trauma, so that would get him in his sleep

you didn't know about this either because he got too nervous to tell you

so when you decide to spend the night after dating for a while, you wake up to the sound of him heavy breathing and literally SOBBING

you put your hand on his back, tuck his hair behind his ear, and ask him what's wrong

he forgot you were there, so you scared him a little bit, but after he got over that, he just let you hold him for a minute

he's not usually a vulnerable guy, but when he's tired and in the comfort of his own bed with someone he loves, he can't help it

so he tells you while you just hold him

he insists on just going back to bed and that he's fine, but you want to help

you run your fingers through his hair while he tells you about what his nightmare was about and you just listen

he then wraps his arms around you and cries a bit

you just hold him and whisper how much you love him

he feels like a huge weight has been taken off of his chest

neither of you can really sleep after that, so you make the two of you some tea

when you come back, you realize that it's actually nearly morning

"can I do your makeup?" you ask with a giggle, almost as a joke

he says yes and you get really excited

it makes him feel much better to know that he has someone on his side to help him out and do his makeup perfectly

after you get ready for your day, he thanks you and presses kisses all over your face, leaving lipstick marks behind

you're left with a smile and more than willing to do anything for your bf <3

hello! when you showed us a bit of marty, i could feel my jjba nostalgia rushing back. and now i’m watching someone streaming sorry we’re closed on steam (idk who it is can’t find her on twitch but i think you sent her the game? she thanked the devs just now) and she mentions that character design feels jojo-ey. were you inspired by jjba in any way? how do you feel about such comparison? hope it doesn’t upset you, i mean it only as a compliment, cause i’m in love with jjba character designs

Haha it doesn't upset me at all! I do love Araki's work! It's an interesting situation, because I really adore his work, but I think I was into this kind of weirdo fashion, bright colours, androgynous but kind of butch people for a long time before I came across his works! I think the JJBA comparisons kind of come though because he's a great reference to extremely camp work that's entered into the cultural sphere of relevancy (for lack of a better phrase). He himself is inspired by people such as Prince, who I also adore! SO I think for many people, its a good way to describe camp stuff without maybe knowing about camp culture itself? The answer is kind of yes and no I guess? Its like the combination of fashion, hot ppl, and like weird situations that I think give it the jjba vibes lol I dunno! I'm just glad people are into it though, and if there's anything that's great to be compared to, its definitely JJBA!
