before i dive into this i want to say i decided on the twins names. going off my own headcanon (i don’t wanna hear it) that jj stands for jesse james, im gonna say the twins have names taking inspiration from other figures too. jj’s little brother is called billy, named after another cowboy billy the kid (much like jesse james.) jj usually calls him bill for short, depending on his mood. jj’s little sister is called liv, or olivia — based on olivia newton john. her mother loved grease when it came out so it felt right. jj often nicknames her olive ‘cos it makes her laugh.

but yes, sometimes it does just get too much for jj. as soon as you pick up the phone, you hear the wailing of two children in the distance— and before you even greet your boyfriend he’s rambling down the phone at you.

“hey, hi — you picked up, okay so— y’know i really hate to ask this of you i mean really, you’re not a babysitter by any means n’i don’t want you to think i just keep you around for — whatever, the issue is— i’m goin’ insane. both of these kids are screamin’ and i’ve tried everything man i just can’t do it—”

they were both in hysterics when you arrived. there were toys all over the floor, a pair of pants, some food too. you step through the mess and find them, rolling about — screaming the house down whilst jj tries to intervene.

it turns out, billy was the first to get upset— and billy being upset and loud made liv get all overstimulated which caused a whole kerfuffle. you separated them, taking a child each and calmed them before putting them down to have an afternoon nap— knowing jj would need the peace and quiet for a little. once you’ve entered their shared bedroom and checked on them, you tip toe out to find jj sat on the couch amongst the mess with his head in his hands.

“theyre out cold, exhausted themselves i think.” you smile softly, easing yourself down next to jj. he jolts, like he didn’t know you were there and sits up suddenly, trying to be subtle about the way he wipes his eyes and sniffs, huffing out a bashful laugh.

“yeah.” he chuckles, cheeks splotchy and pink. you exhale out your nose, resting your cheek on his shoulder as you rub his back. “sorry it’s just, ah— one of those days or whatever. m’not cut out for this, man.”

“s’okay, jayj. it’s hard raising two kids that aren’t even yours. i think you’re doing good.” you muse and he shakes himself off, not wanting to get too vulnerable as he stands up— surveying the mess.

“yeah, it’s whatever. i should probably clean up around here, looks like a bomb went off at the lego store.” he sniffs, averting his eyes as he twists his body to look around. you stand, moving infront of him and placing both hands on his chest.

“or… i clean up, and you also take a nap.” you grin, tilting your head sweetly in a way you knew would help convince him.

“tempting, buuuuut i can’t let you do that, young lady. this is my very humble abode n’i gotta take care of it. so if i could just—” he goes to move you aside but you dodge him, standing your ground with a grin.

“well, you’re my boyfriend and i gotta take care of you. so now what?” you challenge and he huffs out a chuckle, shaking his head as he whips his hat off his head— slightly vulnerable still.

“i’ll have you know, i’m meant to be taking care of you, girlie.” he pokes your waist and you giggle, trying to force him back on the couch.

“you’re difficult.”

“rude, you’re sexy.”

you bust into quiet laughter, careful not to wake the kids as you finally manage to wrestle him back down on the couch, straddling his lap to make sure he stays down. “hm, i like where this is going.” he wiggles his eyebrows.

“its nap time. go to sleep.” you cover his eyes with your hands and he smirks, his lashes tickling your palms.

“effective method babe.”

What type of person did Johnny become post trial? Like Nick became Narcolas because of how much he looked up to his father, in both timelines so how did being raised by Jodie affect him?

When Jodie became a demon did Johnathan embrace it like Nicky did and also did he get his memories back like Nicky did?

ALSO YEAH . NO WAY BETWEEN 4 DADS THEY EACH ONLY HAVE ONE KID (again, minus the oaks, but theyre twins thats like the same kid twice). and like i know that henry was originally going to have a daughter, but theyre cowards for not going thru with it

1) post trial, johnny becomes johnathan d. foster [the d for dee, jodie's mom]. instead of johnny's black denim jacket, he's got a brown corduroy one, plus a polo shirt, no hoodie. and timbs instead of combat boots lmao

in the original timeline, johnny loses morgan and has since then become very protective over nick and overall very anxious. since johnathan still has morgan, he's much more lax and honestly, a bit more distant towards nicholas, like in the sense of an older sibling not wanting to hang out with a younger sibling. [as a youngest sibling i 100% get nicholas getting way too attatched to a parent as a result]

in relation to jodie, he's pretty much just a cop's son. which is to say, a stick in the mud, but not to the degree of tattletailing 'um actually 🤓' that nicholas is.

he's less of a bassist and more of a pianist in this timeline, and has the free time that johnny doesnt to take up hobbies like photography or pottery [if johnny had the time and resources i think he'd love photography]

i have a scene in my head about when glenn is threatening jodie during the meth bay prison riots, that part where he pins him to a wall; johnathan would be the kind of guy to tackle glenn from behind to get him off his dad then IMMEDIATELY cry for help upon realizing he cant fight a 50 yr old prisoner

2) yes, he also got his memories of being johnny back when he becomes a demon. nicky embraces being a demon much quicker than he does, but he gets there eventually.

im still debating on this in my own mind, but the scene where nicky stops jodie and glenn from fighting; john would be right there beside him, but i think they would split ways. nicky goes to hell with jodie, but i think the part of johnny that resides in john still hurts for glenn, and recognizes the pattern of destruction he would inevitably fall into, so he'd stay with glenn. of course, he has no idea how to interact with him as johnathan hated him, but he tries.

i think he would be numb when glenn dies. too many emotions, too similar to when morgan died, yet he doesnt see him as his own father, yet he does- its too much for him so he just mentally clocks out for a hot minute i think

he'd also have a very strained relationship with nick jr. how do you cope with your ex dad having a rat named after your brother.

3) ok funnily enough, i think johnny was the opening act before the red brands and the watermice battle, but not as a band. i think he was thrown up there to stall for time as henry, ron, and darryl seduced the rival band, and he ended up doing bad stand-up. think john mulaney's salt and pepper diner story, but from someone with no experience in public speaking. he basically just retells a story of him and nick goofin around. he recieves very stilted applause.

at bull e. wugs, glenn definitely pitches the idea of putting him in the ring as he has an 8 yr advantage on them, but he fervently denies as he doesnt want to fight a kid. that is to say, he is a Close Boy at heart, so instead he goes around the restaurant, swaying the people's bets, ensuring the maximum amount of winnings for him, glenn, and nick in the end

As stated before, Dutch and Hosea raised Tilly, John and Arthur...meaning they bought a house and lived together. (not in a gay couple way. in a friend way /hj)

They still live together despite the kids being grown up. Tilly and John live with them. But Arthur lives on his own.

Dutch and Colm are neighbors. And are rivals in this AU. They often make snarky comments about one another and give glares.

Arthur enjoys being friends with Charles Châtenay, Albert Manson and Algerson Wasp...even though theyre a little erratic. He feels comfortable being around creative people like him c:

Tilly has a crush on Javier. The other girls tease her about it. Arthur knows about it too and will bring it up if he wants to antagonize her (canon btw)

(kind of filling the spot where the topper character leaves a whole). and evan is,, idk probably in love with both of them. which is, again, twisted and weird and bananas. since theyre. adoptive siblings on paper. skjgjsd anywho! i'm still not sure what to do about wheaze and rose. i considered bellatrix and delphini (that affair child bella had with tom) but i could never make her barty's adoptive mom. she'd just encourage his psycho ass and then the plot would crumble in over my head. at this point i also wanna take whoever is reading this by the cheeks, look u deep in the eyes and remind you of the little rafe x kie (bartylily) crumbs we'd get when exploring the s3 plotline :3 oh! oh!! also dorcas as cleo. hot sexy badass, french/jamaican accent having goddess of a young women that lily pathetically immediately falls for. it's just a big ol' OH moment where lily is like. yo i'm into girls?!?!!!!! i've pondered for a long minute what to do with the pope x kie romance plotline and i think i'd wanna make it a mutual comphet thing. remus is pissed at sirius for rejecting him after they have an almost kiss after dancing around each other for so long and then lily is there so he takes the out.

and sirius can't say shit because he's the one that bailed on remus, so remus lets him suffer (and also punishes himself for advancing on him in the first place). and for lily it's just that it takes her a minute to understand that the reason she can't choose between her boys is not that she's an indecisive slut but that she really does love her boys all the same amount, just not in a romantic way. cue dorcas strutting in with her knife wielding skill and her criminally sexy little belly button piercing and her braids and. yeah,,,,.

i'm also thinking latino james possibly, lily being mixed ghanaian (1) (2) (3), cambodian black siblings, and remus can be the token causasian lmao. barty as well and evan will always be some kind of blasian to me.

okay before i come to an end i wanna talk about trans fem reg for a second though. i've been browsing the net and reading about mtf transitioning a bit to portay regulus accurately and give a good enough representation. in my mind regulus, in this au, noticed that she's different pretty early on. and what with having sirius and it being a very modern, 21 century au, her transition began rather early. medically it's typically recommended to start with testo-blockers around 15 and added estrogen at 16. and that's exactly what regulus does. like always, when taking hormones there's gonna be some side effects, unfortunately. thrombosis risk increases, your libido decreases and you're probably gonna be tired and exhausted a lot and also more emotional and sensitive, have a shorter fuse. regulus does a lot of biking and swimming in her free time against the thrombosis, preferably in their long pool at the riddle estate but when she's feeling good enough about her body she does like to take out the boat with barty and evan and beat them in a swimming race. she's nap queen, she's sleeping everywhere, all the time and when her and james start getting together he calls her sleepyhead all the time and in the most affectionate tone and it sorta just keeps being the main pet name he has for her. also the low libido/possible body dismorphia go very hand in hand with the sarah arc where she's unsure about having sex for the first time. all in all regulus is pretty snappy and thin skinned, emotinal. but it makes her passionate and compassionate especially, which james loves and adores. all of it. yknow how in s2 sarah and john b stay at that hotel and jb steals the phone. i want james to overhear a pair of older-ish women complain about menopause and their pills and then break into their room when they're away for dinner and steal regulus some estrogen pills. it's probably not the right dosage and reg can't take them but!!!!!!!!!!!! it's the thought that counts and to regulus that counts A LOT.

thinking about spiderverse (both movies) because i always am and i just really like mister jefferson morales like especially when thinking about like the contrasts between him and gwens dad (i forgor his name and dont care enough to google it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ pretty sure its like john or george or geo-/jeff or something basic like that) [other people who are much smarter/actually know what theyre talking about have probably discussed this/analyzed it/dissected it but i cant find any of it so this is just all my own (probably not that deep) thoughts on the subject {if anyone has made like a video essay about this i would eat that shit uppppp}]

both of them found a spiderperson standing over the corpse of someone that not only they held dear but more importantly (for this line of thought) someone their Kid held dear and like their reactions to the situation are very different in a way that makes me like jefferson even more

jefferson sees the Brand New, ROOKIE spiderman standing over the corpse of his BROTHER

gwens dad (gd from here on out) sees the Already Established, relatively prominent spiderwoman standing over the corpse of his daughters best friend

jefferson is dealing with a situation that is (at least i would say) inarguably Worse than gd's [not to compare trauma severity or anything, just saying theyre different Kinds of traumas here] and yet we Never see jefferson exhibit hostility in any comparable amount to that of gd's to gwen towards miles (this, i think, is because of what happens in the portal thing that i cant remember the name of at the end of itsv where miles saves jefferson But its applicable because gwen comparably saves her dad And Yet he is the way he is)

we actually see jefferson treating spidermiles in a similar way to how he would (presumably) treat Any kid around miles age in both the end of itsv and the beginning of atsv. treating spidermiles like a person rather than a threat or, worse, a murderer

We are taking it over several businesses today

*one of them is Walgreens and it's a decent size pharmacy a lot of people go there it has a decent clientele meetings at is a lot of regular people that clearly it's pretty high volume and it is comparative to CVS and Walmart. And it has a fairly decent store and it's a large convenience store it's often said if you can't find it as a grocery store you can find it at Walgreens cuz they have a wide variety of food there as well I'll cover the basics. We need to shop for our purposes yeah we don't want bad drugs out there going to anyone and we are taking over other pharmacies although this pharmacy has been fairly decent as far as keeping it straight over recent years

*another pharmacy we are taking over Lock stock and barrel today and firing John remillard and company would you CVS pharmacy and we are taking over the whole thing Lock stock and barrel it is a decent pharmacy same size as Walgreens and they usually put one right next to each other each one turns out an amazing number of drugs a day to the public about 670,000 prescriptions a year each location and that's on the average and we think that's way too many so we are watching what it is and who goes to yes

*also taking over many pharmacies are inside grocery stores as I said before all these pharmacies are all the brand name pharmacies within grocery stores so Walgreens and CVS would be ours

*as well as rite aid which we are taking over they're about a quarter of the science of the other two but they are pretty big we have some outstanding pharmacies after this a lot of private pharmacies and we are approaching them for deals and we I'm taking them over if they don't like it. I want to mention that they are a hospital that is it's about second in size and volume and his number of buildings and assets it is a huge undertaking to take a facility over like this and in doing so we are forced to take over medical equipment companies or they simply said they wouldn't sell to us and I'm was a big mistake because we started to take them over to that and a lot of them died.

We plan to acquire Blue Cross Blue shield and all of their facilities today as we physically have a presence that we feel is adequate. And yes I'm a little pissed off at this idiots I'm going to take over the rest of the hospital industry because of what they're doing to you there's far too much of it and because of other things such as covid and things like that that we forgot to thank them for. This is a huge hospital system and insurance company we're taking over both, Lock stock a girl in firewood and we're firing John rainbow Lord and company and he will suffer for his crimes he was doing there and his idiots because we are releasing the warrants whether he shows up or not. that last post made me insane so here is what I have for latinxchesters: john winchester, still the whitest man alive, went down to mexico city on a holiday and as a result encountered the loveliest woman at a bus stop. yes ma’m this is maria esther castillo, she has dark eyes, dark hair and john is the palest motherfucker alive next to her. john stays a while. a long while after that. when she gets pregnant with dean he makes the move completely down there. maria doesn’t wanna leave mx and he doesn’t think she should have to. john gets a job as a mechanic down there, learns a better broken spanish and maria, who already had a solid grasp on her english because that’s what they do in technical schools in mx, keeps her job as a secretary to some big business. dean is born and he’s named dean because mary had a friend who dated another white man named dean and she loved the name. mary’s father’s name is still samuel, so that fit for sam when he was born. 

john and maria got married in this BIG catholic celebration under god and everybody in the fucking barrio, novela style wedding because john researched what a good mexican marriage was and he found a bunch of novels and novelas on tv.

dean grew up watching el barrio sesamo and topo gigio all while still listening to led zeppelin and metallica. his mom would make him atole when it got cold and when he got stick one time, she tried using vicks but dean got fucking bronchitis so she’s sworn off of it. after that when dean got sick she’d make him sopita. 

dean grew up with a few christmases, a few posadas where he got to hit the pinata and he was the baby passed around several pairs of arms who were ready to call him cute and adorable and their güerito because as we know he was blonde as a baby. then sam was born and dean never made it to the next posada. 

dean was taught to pray the angel de la guardia every night before he went to bed and john catches him and sam in the act one day, both of them little and praying together and he drunkenly tells them they don’t need to do that shit anymore. it’s the first time dean feels the culture clash, but he’s a child so to him it feels more like embarrassment. john talks to them about maria in the same way. she becomes a saint in the metaphorical way and in the way sam grows up praying the ave maria before he goes to bed whenever he feels he’s done something wrong.

dean and sam's first language is spanish and remains as such because it’s the language mary spoke to dean and the language he taught sam. when john takes them back to the states dean KEEPS the language because it’s what he uses to communicate with sam and as he gets older and he realizes he’s not home anymore, he doesn’t have his mom anymore, the language is really all he has left. so it’s a ten year old dean winchester, hair dark, eyes a dark shade of hazel green, tan skin going, “esquenoentiendesquesamsesientemal--” and john just. snaps at dean to speak to him in english because dean speaks too quickly and john can’t keep up. it’s when john begins dumping them at tio bobby’s house. 

dean, in his mostly still broken english, because he doesn’t go to schoooooool, goes up to bobby and says, “i can have... eh,” and he can’t remember the english word for juice and bobby gives this little brown kid a smile and goes, “whatcha need kiddo? agua? soda? jugo?” because bobby knows SOME spanish and dean’s eyes light up and he goes, “si! tantito jugo.”

and bobby notes how this is. overly important to dean as he gets a little older and comes to know him more so when dean is like. maybe 6 or 7 he takes dean into the kitchen, lifts him up in his arms and points to a pot and goes, “como se llama?” and dean gives him this silly look and goes, “olla.” and bobby picks up a fork and goes, “esto?” and dean goes, “tenedor.” and it becomes a game for them, it helps bobby’s spanish and it lets dean keep the language. sam joins in on the game when he’s old enough to. bobby asks about mexico and dean tells him what he remembers. he likes talking about the posadas because everyone was extra nice to him and gave him tonnes of food. 

one day john dumps them at bobby’s for christmas and bobby has bought, a whole chicken and mashed potatoes, some pie, and some frozen tamales for them and its the happiest day dean spends that year. dean tries to explain champurrado to bobby but he ends up just making chocolate milk for them. 

by the time they’re old enough to start school they still dont know much english and have to go through the process of showing up at a school with the name Winchester and have the white kids laugh at them because they don’t know english. dean gets by because theyre never there for long, he looks the way he does and all the girls think he’s so exotic and sam gets bullied relentlessly and he ends up screaming spanish obscenities at a bunch of kids more often than not. that is, until they get shacked up in a place like new york, or los angeles or houston. where sam gets approached by a ragtag bunch of kids browner than he is who know less english than he does. dean picks up english a little better than sam, and both of them eventually grow to be fluent but it never is the fluidity of a native speaker u know, they both have accents when they speak. 

so when stanford comes along sam is as usual ready to get the fuck out of there because the MACHISMO on john winchester doesnt change but dean buys into it even further. i wont go into the details of abuse when latinx but it’s nasty and even more complicated than it already is. dean and sam don’t get into fist fights. ever. because you just don’t do that when you’re family. and so when john tries to shove sam back and sam fights back that’s dean’s breaking point and he lets sam go. dean doesn’t necessarily agree with john but there are lines you don’t cross. dean still feels abandoned, he still feels resentment, but sam crossed a line. it takes him a while to unlearn that. 

and down the road, when sam gets slammed onto the ground that fateful night and dean looks down at him with the shit eating grin the first thing sam says to dean, annoyed, angry that his older brother is here is, “no mames.”  and its the first thing sam has said in spanish in like, the entire time he’s been at stanford.

okay. yes yes yes! and i have something very important to add. when sam meets shawn at stanford it is the funniest fucking moment because sam comes face to face with his doppelganger who introduces himself as "Dean"

and he's like WHAT! and shawn is like haha hey twin brother sam... where's older brother Shawn? And sams like WHAT. and this all happened because red eyed angel fucked up and didn't know which child shawn was so he just decided he was Dean. so shawn has been raised thinking he is called dean.

so yeah now sam and dean have a brother called shawn with angel powers who thinks his name is dean and that gives sam an even bigger complex because one of his brothers is part angel and the other is the vessel of an arch angel and "the righteous man" and theyre both called dean. while sam is like demon blood freak lucifer vessel like. damn. also dean has a complex because he is the only brother without powers and also now he basically has 2 sams so he sells him soul even more and its crazy.

this makes it even more awkward for John when Adam is revealed like. bro. how do u mess up four sons

in the good supernatural that exists in MY head sam has a twin called shawn (NOT sean. this is important.) (John namrd him) that gets kidnapped by the “red eyed angel” on the night that mary dies. john made a deal with the angel (bc he thought it would cancel out marys deal with the demon) that the angel could take one of his kids if he stopped the yellow eyed demon but the angel just. took shawn 😬. anyways then the angel raises shawn and this somehow gives him angel powers at some point! sam meets shawn for the first time at stanford and rings dean bc he wasnt told he HAD a twin and so hes like brooo theres a guy that looks JUST like me. deans like fuck. we forgot to tell sam abt shawn (dean has been angsting abt losing shawn his entire life btw). also john has gone missing by then so dean rocks up to stanford and they do spn 1x01 but at the end shawn like senses brady and kills him with his angel powers so jess lives!
