RANKING MDZS CHARACTERS AS HOW MUCH I THINK THEY WOULD SURVIVE IN FNAF:

11. MO XUANYU: he dies during the first five minutes. Don't know how. He just does.

10. JIN ZIXUAN: he doesn't listen AT ALL to Phone Guy and just...doesn't do a thing? He probably thinks he's too rich to die.

9. JIANG CHENG: he dies the first night. Just, sorry. He wouldn't follow Phone Guy's instructions at all, or try at the beginning but then gets mad and fights the animatronics. Sorry jc you're not winning this one.

8. NIE MINGJUE: he's not fucking surviving more than 2 nights, I'm sorry. He doesn't know how anything works, he survives the first night by sheer stuborness, but gets out of luck on his second night. He dies fighting thought.

7. XIAO XINGCHENG: he actually gets to the second night, but his problem is that he tries to help the children to move on and, unlike lxc, he gets killed.

6. SON LANG: survives 4 nights, but gets bitten by an animatronic and dies from the injury. He's the only other character who makes it to night 4 this is so funny mdzs character's would be amazing at surviving or terrible.

5. WEI WUXIAN: he ALMOST survives, but he gets scooped in night 5. Idk how, because this is based in fnaf 1, but he gets scooped, 100% sure.

4. LAN WANGJI: is lwj. He doesn't involve himself in the drama like his brother, but is able to survive the 5 nights. Never comes back.

3. LAN XICHEN: weird position, because lxc doesn't look like he would be the best with computers, but he's a Lan. He's not only going to survive the 5 nights, he also saves the souls of the murder children, because he would try to talk to the animatronics and give them therapy sesions.

2. NIE HUAISANG: he actually suffers the first night, because he doesn't know what's going on. The second night tought? He already knows the cheats. He survives and as a plus makes a theory about the lore that it turns out to be true.

1. JIN GUANGYAO: listen, LISTEN. He not only survives the five nights, the extra night and the 20/20 mood. He's jgy. Being a night guard at Freddy's is actually a vacation for him. Animatronics aren't worse than rich people. He even gets bored at night 5.

HONORARY MENTIONS FOR CHARACTERS WHO DOESN'T GET TO BE IN THE RANKING BECAUSE THEY'RE A SPECIAL CASE:

-XUE YANG: this fucker messes with the animatronics ans disassembles them for fun. The animatronics are the ones hiding from him.

-THE FOUR JUNIORS + A-QING: they are the kids possesing the animatronics. Sorry juniors :(

-YANLI: befriends the animatronics somehow. She makes them soup :D

-MIAN MIAN: stays one night, survives, never comes back. They don't pay her enough for this bullshit.

-WANGXIAN: they fuck in the security office and the animatronics are traumatized.

-WEN QING: finds the bodies of the kids and reports it do the police

-WEN NING: look, I think he would get springlocked but wouldn't become a vengative animatronic (unless he's possesed). He's just there behind a wall.

-LAN QIRENG: survives because Lan power, but instead of doing his job as a security guard starts to reprimend the animatronics and tries to teach them THE RULES.

Another name for the series could be the cat’ty concubines. Seriously. The entire series is made up of a man the marquis (played by Wallace Chung) who has a lot of concubines that try to outdo one another in all different sinister ways. It also has a. hateful terrible mother who was the one who picked the concubines in the first place who who apparently we are supposed to sympathize with?. For me it takes a handful episodes to get into, but then it becomes fun and enjoyable where you root for the good side watching everything unfold. Yes it might be predictable and cliche but it’s entertaining as heck. Unfortunately it doesn’t last long and towards the last ten episodes it falls of the rails again and becomes meh. Still would recommend it though for a watch just keep the fast forward button handy.

Hi! I have a question. Im not entirely sure if these belong to chinese fashion because I only ever saw them in uncredited pictures. Theyre very intricate "eye patches", seemingly made from like gold or metal? they cover only one eye and I was wondering if they have a name or if its something made up? thank you for all your work!

The intricate gold/metal "eye patches" covering only one eye that you see are most likely based on "半面妆/Ban Mian Zhuang" ("Half Face Makeup"), a popular Chinese novel written by 萧十一狼/Xiao Shi Yi Lang and published in 2015. Well-known Chinese gufeng-style illustrator 古戈力/Gu Ge Li provided beautiful artwork for the novel, as seen below (1, 2):

Gu Ge Li's artwork inspired many hanfu photoshoots with ornate eyemasks (1, 2, 3, 4, 5):

These eyemasks are essentially made-up fantasy masks with Chinese elements incorporated into the design. They are not based on historical Chinese masks, which look very different. Thus you can just call them 面具/mianju, which is the general Chinese term for masks.

On a related note, similar types of fantasy masks also appear frequently in Chinese guzhuang (period costume) films & dramas, especially in the wuxia and xianxia genres. As @audreydoeskaren touched on in this post, these masks are typically not historically accurate, but are included for aesthetic effect (like many other elements in guzhuang media).

Hey, doesn’t that look like that one sopping wet kid he pulled out of the river once when he was storming away from qi-ge when they were out on a date? (he got embarrassed, why does qi-ge stare at him like that, ah!)

LBH is sure he's going crazy. The immortal gege that saved him from drowning in his namesake river after being pushed in by his bullies is his Shibo? And all the rumors he can hear about him is just excerpts from Liu Su Mian Hua's novel series Longing of a Thousand Li?? Shibo... are you and Zhangmen-Shibo really...????

That espers with dragon patrons has inherit the heat part from them. But thankfully theirs are mora calmner and not so violent as their godly patron. Or short the dragon esper becomes a cuddly cat that takes pepole into their nests for cuddles!!!!

But mine's a bit different-

First, I don't want to call it "heat", it makes me uncomfortable. And what it is called is up to the person.

And it is not a cycle. It can happen anytime ! It depends on the mood, how overwhelmed or underwhelmed, etc.

That being said, Dragon Espers likes to collect things like trinkets (ex : Long Mian with Miramons, Xiao Yin with souvenirs, Fu Shi with candles, etc...), but they are not limited to one collection, it can be a lot of things. So when they go crisis mode, they go scavenge things around and cause chaos XD Once they deems they got everything they need, they start building a nest. Literal one. And once its done, they go shut down or super cuddly, depends on the mood and the person.

I can see Fu Shi cuddle Embla almost non-stop. Xiao Yin is 50/50, sometimes he wants his friends, sometimes he doesn't want. Long Mian and Lian are more complicated, they tend to close off but there's a chance they allow people that can break through their shell. There's no chance with Li Ao, too glutton and greedy to share time with him XD
