I wanna lift weights for once but my arms are sore :/
#I'm very lazy n not keen on exercising but felt it might help w my arms#cause I got hurt (nothing serious afaik) but I want to draw n play videogaames....#honestly for say rpgs n phone stuff it's nbd but it can hurt w the rest#maybe I'll have to pay a visit to the doc.. or at least let my arms rest for a week or so salve for...assignments maybe?#I'm also trying to use more my arm.shoulder to draw rather than the using the wrist but precisely#I got hurt in the rest of the arm n shoulder too lol#the shitposts are true though... u get drawing ideas when ur unable to draw. sob#they're not gg related though I'm just so deep in my pk.mn hfixation I'm considering animating stuff.. the characters r so fun to draw#apologies in advance if my gg art ends up looking a bit pk.mn esque for a bit#also I'm bored but I think all my friends r busy rn so aghhh. maybe I should resignate n study for once lol#not gg#text tag2b named#also if anybody has any arm xercise for artists I'm all ears.. idk for now I have tried to stretch n stuff they say in the net but no avail

- 5-10k steps daily
- at least one youtube w0rkout daily
F00ds & Drinks:
- popcorn
- rice cakes
- strawberries, blueberries, bananas
- cauliflower rice
- salad
- sushi
- sparkling ice water or regular water
Self Care/Hygiene:
- do skin care and brush teeth every morning and every night (remember sunscreen!!)
- shower every night, wash hair every other night
- take meds every night
- make sure to get a good amount of sleep
Things to Remember:
- One bad day won’t ruin all of your progress.
- You’re not hungry, you’re just bored.
- The guilt hurts more than the hunger.
- All of this will be worth it.

Me: internal battle between wanting to eat like a normal person in front of others and not wanting to put another bite in my mouth
Everyone at the table: eating, talking, not paying any attention to me
🙏😁🥰 this always makes me so happy literally sigh or relief and I just move my food around my plate and nobody can tell the difference. Especially if I offer some of mine or mention how great the food was! Remember this for thanksgiving! Sometimes people aren’t watching your every bite so be at ease. Obvi unless you are in r3covery and your family knows about it then that’s a different story. But if you are still chubby like me people most likely won’t notice.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
Take this time to be grateful for anything that you have. Whether it’s your ability to have control over what we obsess over everyday, the blessing of being able to drink so much water whenever we want, the gift of knowledge we have over f00d and c4ls, being able to walk/run/xercise, family if we have any around us today, friendships here and irl, the one bite of pumpkin pie I’m allowing myself hahaha. Just really anything you can be thankful for! It’s very important to stay grateful and keep pushing to be the version of you possible today. I love you all 🦃🦃🧡🧡🍂🍂

INTRODUCTION
about me
First of all, I'm not gonna use my real name. Actually, I'm not gonna use any name at all.
Secondly, my €ating di$order have never been diagno$ed, so from medical point od view, I'm h€althy.
My story with - let me call it - €ating di$order had begun when I was really young (about 8 years I think). That time I didn't knew that something was wrong, but I constantly was trying to lo$e w€ight - just like my mum.
I don't blame her for anything, but we can all agree that she had the biggest impact on my way of seeing my own body.
However, that time I had just that desire and hadn't been doing nothing about it (maybe some €xercises).
Now, I'm 16. I'm doing kind of great. I was struggling with d€pre$ion last year for a long time, but actually I'm quite happy. I mean, when it comes to overall mood.
Even though, I don't look $ick, I've been trying hard to lo$e w€ight for a year now.
