hello my loves! happy wednesday! self care is something extremely important to me, and an easier way to enjoy self care in my busy day is to have apps to help on my phone! so here are some self care apps i recommend.

note: i am not affiliated with any of these apps! these are just suggestions based off of my personal use of each app.

🩰 1. finch

finch makes self care a game! you can write journal entries, make goals, stretch, do breathing, and so much more. it is a free app, however you can purchase a premium subscription, which gives you access to even more features.

🩰 2. emmo

emmo is an app that lets you add an emoji to describe your day! you can also give a simple entry and choose another emoji for the weather!

🩰 3. worrydolls

worrydolls is an app where you can tell a doll what you're worrying, and you can notify it every time you're worrying it. this can help you with self care when you're feeling down or stressed.

can I perhaps interest you in an app called WorryDolls? You tell a doll your worries and they think about it/worry about it for you. I’ve found it works pretty well for me!

Aw thank you Angel. I am Anxious 24/7. I used to have a literal worry doll when I was younger ( until my dog ate it and honestly I feel like that’s a sign in itself really ) I didn’t know there was an app. I am downloading immediately
