honestly happily surprised; I ran for 20mins straight ! I think that’s the longest continous stretch I’ve ran as an adult ever !! Like usually my warm up is 10mins straight so that was a double today!
#I think I could’ve gone longer but it’s leg day so didn’t wanna push it too far bc then the rest of the workout would suck#it was on the treadmill tho yeah so obv a lot easier than running outside#but still was nice#maybe being a little scared for ur safety truly is the best preworkout lmao#(I walked to the gym at around 4am & some (drunk) dude ahead of me kept stopping & turning to look at me and wait but I switched#to the other side of the street and I don’t think he noticed bc on the next time he turned he kept looking around like confused (dude was#out of it) so it was all good just a little bit like do I turn around or keep going situation)#(bc he might’ve just been on other things & paranoid tbh)#anyways not a big deal the point was that I got some adrenaline and boii did that make the running so easy#maybe I should always listen to some idk horror things before/while running#maybe that ’’zombies run’’ app was onto something#march 2024#2024

in relation to whether or not john would have killed or attempted to had he not died in 2.01, i think john himself was already living with the impression of/duty relating to the idea that he'd have to either save sam or kill him from whenever he'd found out about the special children and that sam was a special child to the point at which he passed on this revelation to dean. so the question becomes moreso akin to dean's own season two conflict after the job of 'save him or kill him' has been passed on: what is john's own dichotomy of monstrosity? as patriarch, is it or is it not it capable of being stretched to fit sam within the ideal of what is not monstrous (evil)? and the thing is that i feel like the remainder of the first season, as well as 2.01, past the point at which john is made aware of sam's abilities answers this for you: sam was capable of fitting within what john considered to not be monstrous/john did stretch the dichotomy of monstrosity to fit sam within those who are innocent/the victim because even with his knowledge about what happened to sam, he did not attempt to kill sam.

I decided to look yoga apps up because yoga has mental health benefits and I wanted a way to stretch and work my body's muscles, improving flexibility and generally just making sure my body is moving and my muscles are working. Instead the first app I downloaded immediately asked for my height and weight, which I should have taken as the red flag it was, because after putting in the information being 5'6 and 200 pounds gave me a fuckin orange writing warning I'm obese and "might need to lose weight to be healthy."
I don't know how or why anyone would make an app where the first thing it does is insult the user and fat shame them instead of oh, I don't know, give me the simple yoga routines I was looking for but I immediately deleted that app because I'm not interested in immediately bring told my body is wrong and bad and needs to be changed! It's deeply dehumanizing, ignorant, and alienating. I don't care if you think I'm a fat piece of shit all I wanted was a way to move my body, not a needless and ignorant lecture from an app using the famously extremely accurate and not at all problematic BMI 🙄🙄🙄
