自分をもっと良いバージョンにしたいので2024年はもっとステップアップすると決めました。 ５年前、日本に行きたくてどうすればいいかと考え始めました。自分でもある程度尊敬できる仕事として日本に行くと思いました。ですから、一所懸命エンジニアを勉強して将来エンジニアとして日本に行けるかなと思いました。 自分は成長したけど、一番良い自分になったというわけではありません。ですから、４年前投資をやり始めました。最初はうまくいかなかったけど、やっぱり少しでもちゃんと一つの投資分野を習いたいと思ったので、頑張り続けました。2. 5年前初めての大きい投資をやり始めました。今うまくいっています。１年前、この文化が全く違うアメリカ人の私はようやく信じられる日本人の友達ができました。４７都道府県も全部回りました。他にもあります。それでもまだまだです。もっと良い自分を会ってみたいので、頑張り続けます。 日本語の能力も、日本の文化に対する知識も、友達関係も、投資も、ビジネスも、などなどこれから上達しなきゃいけないと思います。 ですから今年は色々な効率の良い習慣とかテクニックとかをマスターしたいです。最初は大きすぎない具体的な目標を作って達成するという習慣から始めたいと思います。 ２週間の毎日１時間をレベルアップするために投資します。そしてレベエルアップセッションごとに一つの目標を設定して達成しましょう。 今年そのエネルギーを共有してみようと思います。他のもっといい自分になりたい社会人の皆さん、一緒にレベルアップする仲間になりませんか？（もちろん学生さん達もウェルカムです！） もし明日は早すぎるなら、１週間後から初めて１週間だけでも大丈夫です。2024頑張りましょ！ I've decided to step up even more in 2024 because I want to become a better version of myself. Five years ago, I started thinking about how I could go to Japan, a place I wanted to visit. I saw working in Japan as a job I could respect to some extent, so I dedicated myself to studying engineering, hoping to become an engineer in Japan in the future. While I've grown, I haven't become the best version of myself. That's why four years ago, I started investing. It didn't go well at first, but I wanted to properly learn about one investment field, so I persevered. Two and a half years ago, I made my first significant investment. It's going well now. A year ago, as a culturally different American, I finally made Japanese friends I can believe in. I've traveled to all 47 prefectures and more, but there's still a long way to go. I want to meet a better version of myself, so I'll keep striving. My Japanese language skills, knowledge of Japanese culture, friendships, investments, business, and more all need improvement. So this year, I want to master various efficient habits, techniques, etc. I'll start by creating specific, achievable goals, and I plan to invest one hour each day for two weeks to level up. I'll set one goal for each level-up session and achieve it. This year, I want to share that energy. To all career peeps who want to become a better version of themselves, would you like to be leveling-up companions? (Of course, students are welcome too!) nothing like reading with your face in the sun - I think virginia would have agreed (it’s so lovely to be back in her company, 4 years after getting right inside Mrs Dalloway at A-Level. the older I get, the more certain things jump out - her privilege in society is hard to divorce from her creative output, for example, and I’m not convinced by her personal branch of feminism, but nonetheless, it’s an absolute pleasure to get lost in her sentences)

Today has been productive.

I dosed of during my first lecture because I stayed up late last night but I caught up with chapter and completed my notes and my HW !

I have a Biology test in study and I'm done revising two of the three chapter although I have to practice MCQs on Cell Cycle and Cell Division , it's a tricky chapter and requires MCQ practice.

Gratitude Practice lifts my mood instantly ✨
