The Autobot and Decepticon insignias come flying out from space and across the landscape of Cybertron before the scenery changes to that of Earth. The "Transformers" title then appears and is snatched in the jaws of Grimlock, where it morphs into Thrust. Grimlock releases Thrust as the rest of the Dinobots transform and fire upon Blitzwing. Blitzwing transforms to tank mode and makes the mistake of firing upon Omega Supreme, who transforms to robot mode and squashes him beneath his heel. Scrapper picks up the remains of Blitzwing, and Omega fires on the approaching Astrotrain, who transforms to space shuttle mode just as the tracks drop off into a pit of lava. Down in the lava, the Insecticons are swimming about for some reason. The lava then changes into a Tron-like grid where Optimus Prime and Megatron clash before sinking into a wormhole as the title explodes onto the screen.

we beat ttyd after picking away at it for 2(?) weeks, it was nice to finally get to see the end after getting so far with the gamecube one. (I think I made it to the moon base but I never saw past that and then I lost access to the copy I was using.) the final boss did kill me once but we reconfigured and didn't really have any trouble the second time.

I think the heat further set back my getting resettled, I've just felt really anxious the past few days. or, it's not exactly anxiety, but I really don't know how to explain it well. some kind of animal distress. not wordable worries like "what if I forget my key" or "what if the bus drives off the bridge" but just kind of an undefinable howling. that's not actually anxiety. (fun fact, ocd used to be classified as an anxiety disorder before it was reclassified into its own separate category, but I think there was merit to it. they're both rooted (in part) in a lot of "what if"ing without genuine due cause. ("what if"ing with genuine due cause is usually a trauma response.) if you didn't know that the wordless howling isn't actually what "anxiety" is supposed to mean uh, you're welcome I guess.)

maybe I will eat some pasta before bed.
