Anyone remembers when Project: Mordekaiser dropped and everyone started loosing their shit and claimed THIS was the best legendary skin in the game? How easy everyone threw down the river Dark Cosmic Jhin.

But they give a GIRL champion ONE more range of emotion and they fucking loose their shit. Male champions get full armored rad skins and everyone claps and make fan edits with the quotes and female champions get their splashart upside down and a reddit post saying 'Ok guys do you think they made her boobs bigger or nah?'.

Literally Ashe gets pushed away for speaking and in the meantime Viego is literally speaking his whole life and everyone goes like 'Wow... this slaps for an instagram reel with his quotes and stolen fanart'.

Riot does not want to put effort. Even now they are cutting down minutes of legendary and definitive skins voice lines to 8 minutes cause well they want the money money but they dont want to pay pay actors.

Riot constantly gives the 'thicc tiddy' skins to female champions. If they do to male champions, its because in their canon model they are shirtless/wearing revealing clothes etc (for example, Rakan or Sylas). Coven constantly gives this skins to female champions and then give a cool monster/spirit to male champions. Yes, covens are always composed of women, as star guardians are based on the magical girl trope and we still have Ezreal and Ekko there. Do we actually NEED to be 'historically correct' about coven?! Motherfuckers put girls in ridiculous clothing to call them witchy and then try to be historically correct. And they give the guys the cool skins. For what?! Cant we have an Old god Bel'Veth? Cant we have any female champion actually turn into monstruous eldritch horror? If they want to be so calculative and respectful to 'feminist part of history' then do this?

3. The community sucks and its mostly formed by dick-in-hand men. They see titty on a girl they go ooga booga. If the champion speaks and doesnt say anything cool rad about darkness and killing and slavering people then they loose interest and cry. 'Shut up woman i dont care'. In the end we will turn back to the 1 minute carousel lines cause nobody gives a flying fuck about what characters say. The amount of videos/shorts/reels i have seen recently about champion quotes theres not even ONE said by a woman champion. They always quote something corny about Sett being strong whatever. They always quote Viego in a romantic way, as if provoking mass genocide with the excuse of 'love' wasnt a red flag enough. They quote Mordekaiser (literally a torturer and an slaver, yeah...). But hey, i guess they are easy to harvest so Riot will keep producing for them.

I do not shame anyone's character/fictional other/kin at all. this is a half formed thought, but one of the biggest themes in svsss is agency and how the characters should

be aware of their own agency, responsible and aware of the impact their actions have in the world and the people around them, and

respecting other people's agency and acknowledging they are their own persons and should make their own decisions

you see it in how sqq isn't aware of the impact he has in the world around him and how he disregards lbh's agency before their resolution in maigu ridge. you see it in how zzl disregards sqq's agency, thinking he's doing what's best for sqq.

and we see it in how sj blatantly denies he has any agency over the things that he does and the things that happen to him.

he victimizes himself. constantly. "lqg makes him angry. it's lbh's fault that sj abused him. yqy makes him angry. the world makes him angry." it's really sad because he never escapes the slave mentality (he's a thing and things happen to him, he's a victim of the world around him, and everyone deserves his hate and derision), not until the last moment where he somewhat acknowledges his own agency and that he basically dug his own grave, and that he is who is is, a person that enjoys other people's unhappiness.

I think the Van Scene was also important for some of the audience for WillEl. To just emphasize once and for all that while he may have been a bit petty towards her at the roller rink, when it really comes down to it over Mike, he doesn’t let them be “pitted against each other” and sacrifices himself for her happiness as well.

It’s so sad because he shouldn’t feel like he has to sacrifice his happiness and there was absolutely a way for him to share his love as his own without it being a competition or even romantic but it is also important to have that emphasis that he is prioritizing what he thinks Mike wants, yes, but he is also prioritizing his sister. Nobody talks about that. 

It’s for both of them. To him it’s not just deprioritizing himself, it’s that the happiness is two against one anyways. Either they’re happy and he’s not and they don’t have to know he’s not or he’s happy and they’re not but he’ll know they’re not so he won’t be either, in his mind as the options. So he hears that Mike is struggling in his relationship because he’s insecure and he validates him by saying what he believes El feels and has just also not expressed in so many words. But because Will spoke for them, we don’t actually know what they’re thinking in relation to each other because even with the speech, El and Mike still have not had a conversation about it. But Will still basically pushed them back together. Both of them. For both of them.

Idk, people just forget that he’s also sacrificing his happiness for El’s.
