I still need to sit down all the time. I guess I鈥檓 just making a note for future me. It鈥檚 hard for me to tell if anything is better. So far I think, no? I鈥檓 doing the work and I am healing and I would imagine stamina can鈥檛 really return until maybe months of walks and normal activity levels. I don鈥檛 know. I was checking in with myself because I really want to make soup and deviled eggs and I keep going into the kitchen and then immediately feel like I need to sit down.
