Every moment of your life is essentially an investment in yourself. You are gonna spend it anyway. You might as well care for your self and find what you can wherever you are.

I know life itself is exhausting...but this has been all I could find.

During my next plant medicine experience, this time with a Sacred Healer from Emporium Black, I will be meditating on lessons from the Queen of Cups card throughout more shadow work writing exercises. 💚🥰 The main message from this card is to treat yourself with compassion and sympathy.

It's okay to care about and support yourself. Here are some other questions I'll be answering in a notebook for further healing with my root chakra. I found them on Google. I decide to focus on just 10 at a time, plus anything I didn't finish last time I sat down to do this.

this is something always in the back of my mind because of my own experiences.

my special interest is spirituality/the paranormal. ufos, cryptids, ghost, reincarnation, enlightenment, witchcraft, ritual, mythology -- you name it -- i love it!

that is because i have had paranormal experiences since i was a toddler.

my earliest memory was having a precognitive dream, then experiencing deja vu because what happened in the dream HAPPENED irl.

ever since then there has always been something slightly off about my perception of reality.

i have also had near death experiences. and ufo exp. and a faerie once. and lucid dreams. and astral traveling. more deja vu. repeating numbers is the most consistent and normal thing i exp anymore.

every now and then i'll have a weird dream. feel vibes.

but i am also autistic. and have cptsd. i've always felt different than other people. even before i knew that. i'm trans. i'm brown. i'm more intelligent than average.

these characteristics put together.. just make me a super minority. but i have read a few times from different sources that people who were "odd" or had different sex/gender characteristics were generally shaman. before western colonialism.

but it may be true that "odd" (disabled/neurodivergent/queer) people are more connected than normal to the spiritual world.

what is odd is that there is some correlation(?) between neurodivergence and intelligence/creativity. as well as between these two things and being queer.

so there is a physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual "triple threat" circumstance going on here.

outsiders. pariah. misunderstood.

but now it is much more normal. it is more acceptable. and that is good. and hopefully that means we are advancing into a world where everyone can be themselves and be supported to their full potential.

bc that is what this is really about. everyone being fully connected to who/what they are on a deep level. on the deepest and most intimate levels.

and i think that is what a spiritually advanced/connected or self-actualized (abraham maslow) person looks like.

1. I have four tattoos. Dragon scales, which will never quite be complete cuz I plan on continuously adding them over time. A goth lions mane mushroom person. A crying cartoon ghost with a coffee cup. And a giant pentagram with the words "Witch Heal Thyself" on my back.

Know your craft/Learn/Apply knowledge with wisdom– Never stop learning. There is always more to learn. On one hand, Wicca is quite simple. It is a religion that worships a pre-Christian God and Goddess, reverences nature, and practices witchcraft. On the other hand, there are so many facets to it, you can spend your whole life studying and barely scratch the surface. History, mythology, quantum physics, magick, folklore, herbalism…the list goes on and on. And it’s not just knowledge for the sake of knowledge. It’s knowledge to know the God and the Goddess better and to grow in our relationship with them. It’s knowledge to grow in our Craft. It’s knowledge to help heal this world, to do our part to end the evils that threaten us. And it’s knowledge to hone our Craft, so we leave something even better and more complete and more accurate for the next generation.

Keep your words and thoughts in good order– This is one of those ideals that is in every religion. Your thoughts are basically the oxygen of your inner life. And your words are the expression of that inner life. Thoughts that you allow to get away from you can poison your soul, and they will spill out of your mouth. Note that I am NOT speaking about the sadness that comes along with depression, or the thoughts that come along with anxiety, or what have you. I’m talking about choosing to dwell on the harm that someone did you, or continually thinking negative thoughts against yourself instead of working to think thoughts of self-love, or allowing your temper to get out of control. Revenge, fury, self-hated, bitterness-these need to be purged like the toxins they are.

Celebrate life/attune with the cycles of the earth– These are givens for a religion that reverences nature, that honors not only human life but plant and animal life as well. Everything participates to some degree in the immanent divinity and thus, everything is sacred, which should affect how you act. The Goddess and God are not only transcendent, they are immanent, and they are in the trees and the waters and the air and the animals to various degrees. Don’t take life carelessly or needlessly. Realizing the sacred nature of Nature makes us aware that she has lessons to teach us, and the Wiccan religion believes she does this through the Wheel of the Year and the monthly cycles of the moon. Ignoring those and not making any attempt to celebrate them or connect with their mysteries is missing out on a large part of what Wicca is about.

Breathe and eat correctly/exercise the body/meditate– The body and soul are inexorably linked during our life. What you do to your body affects your soul. And your body is made up of earth stuff. It’s linked to the Earth. It has lessons to teach you, too. The fact that your body can help in the creation of life shows how important it is. Take care of it.

13 Honor the Lord and Lady

Honor the Lord and the Lady– the reason we’re Wiccan. We’re not Wiccan to get whatever we want through spells, or to get warm fuzzies when we go out in nature. We’re members of the Old Religion, after all, and the roots of the word ‘religion’ means to “bind, connect, or cleave to”. We are looking to bind, connect and cleave to the God and the Goddess, however we see them as. Wicca without deity is something that many seem to be trying for today, but I would strongly argue that is not Wicca. That is witchcraft. Wicca worships/reverences/honors (whatever term) the God and the Goddess.

The 5D laws of Sacred Life ~ Divine Earth

I have experienced vibrational rape on every level, every dimension for the sake of another's ego, clout, the false and arrogant unhealed bidding system of what the devil wants, the wounded arrogance of selling human flesh and spirit in ego driven lack wounding

When you sit, dear ones, sit, before you wound the soul of another - know 10X's it will return and wound you and you will face until you have accepted and cleared It whole;

Heal thyself - so your wounds do not become another's - know thyself and all is well - it is really that simple

The abuse of another, because you think, want, ache to take, to know yourself as another - or have or fill yourself with what is already within - the devil is only that of a wound and pain, trauma and drama that at some point was not your fault and in such, the master is one that sees and forgives all to create cycles of love and light -

Break the cycles of pain, trauma, abuse, and misguidance of the universal creational laws - creational laws supersede all human magic and unlawful witches, warlocks, and underground masonry groups egoically corrupting communities with greed, selling and bidding of life - wake up dear ones - wake up - who are you -

Arise - we are far more intelligent than the taking of another - in any way - you are love and light - heal thyself listen to thyself - forgive and let go - Source is

the devil works this way - to feed what is bottomless; and the devil will always come knocking for it is built on nothingness - the temptation to feed, the wounds of envy, greed, gluttony, jealousy of 7 sins, the wounding of the inner child;

I just want to take a second to be appreciative.

A little over three months ago I was correctly diagnosed for the first time in my life, at the age of 43.

I learned that I have been SURVIVING BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder). The news, while a welcome key to solving some of the subtler mysteries of a painful and isolating life, hit like a ton of bricks. I have been resolute in ending my own life 4 times, beginning at the age of 18.

I was hospitalized for the standard week, then rereleased into the wild. The system has been giving me the old brush-off, as the system does. Therefore, I've spent this time researching, learning, and educating myself about this monster (me) that lives in my brain.

In this pursuit of truth and knowledge I have also been leaning into my previously undertaken study of Gnosticism.

Here's where the magic happens:

My studies of both mental health and Gnosticism have converged and become a big blinking neon self-help guidepost.

Yesterday, after meditating, I experienced crazy synchronicities all day and felt comforted and secure for like... two hours, which is as rare as a vacation.

I am grateful for the amazing minds that have paved the way of knowledge and truth.

Fuck the system.
