Greepic Animal Guide

So, as some may have seen, I am creating my own species. Eventually I will make a sideblog and archive everything about the species there. For now, I will give the different animals one can choose from

~Base body~

There are different variations of the base body that are based on different animals connected to Odysseus.

Those animals are as follows: Laconian Dog, Lion, Eagle, Black Sheep, and Boar

Eagle variants have griffon-like ears, and griffon-like tails. All types have some sort of mane situation going on. Sexual dimorphism doesn't exactly exist. It's more based on who's more dominant in the relationship. The more dominant partner(s) in the relationship will normally be seen with thicker manes, some of those manes going all around the neck in some cases. The less dominant partner has a smaller mane, some even being as small as a mohawk.

Now, onto the fun part (in my opinion) of this species

~Additional Body Parts~

These are based on different gods, goddesses, and higher beings mentioned and seen in both EPIC: the musical and the story of The Odyssey.

Normally this species has some sort of wing-like appendages. Wings/fins are very common.

Hades: Screech Owl, Black Ram, Serpent, Cerberus

Ino: Dolphin

Heracles: Nemean Lion/Lernean Hydra/Cerynitian Hind/Erymanthian Boar/Stymphalian Bird/Cretan Bull/Mare of Diomedes/Cattle of Geryon/Cerberus

Helios: Rooster/Horse/Cattle/Sheep

Aphrodite: Dolphin/Turtle Dove/Sparrow/Swan/Hare

Athena: Snowy Owl

Calypso: Dolphin/Crab

Circe: Wolf/Lion/Swine

Hera: Cuckoo/Cow/Peacock/Lion

The combination is up to the creator of the character on what they want to add in. I plan on having a point system for certain mutations and traits, but it's going to be an open species.

I'm thinking of offering up animal traits from other gods as a rare trait with higher point usage. Eventually I will have a ref guide for the different traits and base bodies with point counts.

For now, I'll post behind the scenes knowledge and updates that aren't fully official to the species here. I will post all official to an official tumblr blog once I get the chance.

Wip but I am enjoying my anatomy glow up!

I did a bunch of studies of lions in particular, and I think I have finally clicked how to draw the chest/neck/shoulder correctly. This also makes their necks look more proportionate (sabercats do have longer necks than lions but they shouldn't look as giraffe adjacent as the old sketches smh).

Note that these are just intended to be the everyman Fleet/Ice Fang (or everywoman technically). I also shaved them to show the proportions better, but they aren't going to lose their fluff in comic c:

Nuss is indeed single! but unfortunately, she is quite oblivious to any and all courtship attempts thus far, maybe something to do with her constant travels or the fact she hasn't met anyone that tolerates the amount of heat she can produce with that Boiling pot she calls a shell, who can tell!

And yes, I have indeed been working on the R'lyetha species for a good chunk-a-while. Have been my passion project since around 2016.

Here's a timeline of all the surviving pieces of art I have on my PC, the others are probably lost in a forgotten notebook I have no clue where it might be...

And for any WIPs? well...

I MIGHT be working on some adoptables, but hey, who knows... ;)

When Shepard first left the Battery, door swooshing close behind her, leaving Garrus alone in what could only be described in a fugue state in a room that resembled less of a gun battery and more of a coffin-- the only thing he could think of was how in the world he was supposed to have sex with a woman without plates to protect their skin from his talons. Did she realize that? That she had such a thin epidermis that all he had to do was look at it sharply and it would rupture? Had she ever seen his talons? He knew the answer to that before he ever proverbially asked it in his own head: no. Of course she hasn’t seen your hands, he thought. That’s much too intimate for whatever it is that you and Shepard are. Maybe she’d back out if she saw them. Maybe she’d come to her senses. Or maybe, he’d shave them down for her.  Garrus attempted to lean over his calculations once more on his console. All of the numbers on the screen blurred together, seemingly floating into the air around him and making him slightly motion sick. Or, it was possibly due to the fact that the only friend he had left in the galaxy just told him she wanted to fuck him. That potentially could have been it, too.  He’d talk to Dr. Chakwas, get Shepard’s medical history. Maybe Cerberus undid a few of the screws she had left in her head. Or, maybe the Collectors were one big, elaborate cover for Cerberus. Maybe they just wanted to run tests on cross-species intercourse, and Shepard was the galaxy’s most expensive guinea pig.  Despite it all, despite the disbelief, Garrus felt a warm sensation in his gut. It wasn’t heartburn or indigestion. It wasn’t a stomachache. It wasn’t anything that could be explained rationally. He ate the same exact thing every day, and unless Gardner decided to mix his rations up with the levos, he doubted that he was getting poisoned.  It wasn’t until Garrus tried to touch his stomach did it flourish into something else entirely. It was arousal. He swallowed it down, suddenly horrified and disgusted with his own treacherous body. Was that all it took to get him going anymore? What was he, fifteen years old and fresh faced cadet in his first week of bootcamp? Had it been so long since he’d been with another person that even just the insinuation of sex turned him on?

Here's a WIP of 2 of the main characters I have for my little Transformers project. Both a sneak peak of what the aliens from this post look like (they don't have a name yet, but I'm working on it), and what one of the Autobots look like as well. I think I might have failed at making the Transformers themselves look appealing to a male audience (since I was trying to write this as if I was going to present this project to Hasbro themselves lmao), but I've gone so far down the rabbit hole, that at this point I don't care anymore.
