So, tomorrow is Saturday and also Wild Winter Wonderland at Evergreen Brick Works. And Evergreen Brick Works is also where you'll find wafelbar where owners Marco and Elena are serving up some delicious Liège-style Belgium waffles. I'm a purist and opted for their classic waffle with a dusting of icing sugar on top. Can I tell you just how much I loved the density of the waffle and then the caramelised coating from the melted sugar pieces in the waffle. So yummy and just the right amount of sweetness that you could have it as dessert or (if you're like me have it as lunch).

Off-White. . Can you see the ever so slight difference in white between the lone tree and the forest behind it? . It’s what caught my eye when I was walking in the park last year. The foreground tree was just bright enough to make it stand out from the background trees, which was darker because of its density. .
