If you watched the live version of Front Street from the Will Wood BBQ on YouTube, you'll know the story he told about faking being British on a radio broadcast and accidentally playing a song that said "fuck" several times and having to cut the broadcast. WELL.

I will NEVER not tear up when listening to live performances of Skeleton Appreciation Day, when all of the instruments are silenced for a moment and you can hear EVERYONE sing "give me all your LSD" in this gorgeous, melancholy chorus. Something about it man I don't even know. It's such a gorgeous display of humanity in a way... it's so incredible.

We specialize in low and slow alder and birch smoked beef and pork. Each 16 hour brisket that comes out of our smoker is competition grade, meaning it passes the pit bosses inspection for fat to protein ratio as well as colour and tenderness. We source locally just because we can and we like it!
Our 10 draft taps rotate daily with unique locally sourced craft Ale, Lager and Cider! We usually have at least one organic option either on tap or by the bottle.
Our servers are as passionate about our product as we are and all have extensive knowledge of the products we sell. So, if you would like to know more or even get a smokehouse tour then just ask!
