are a couple of completely out of left field SHOCK VALUE VIDS. like to intentionally be alarming. drama vids and things you're enticed to click on bc they're upsetting, and deep deep closeups on zits. what the fuck is going on. So you know that I was drawing spiderverse comics lately. Because they are fun to do. And I think people like them. I mean the most popular one has like 4K notes? That's lot for me when I usually dwell in tiny fandoms made out of like 3 people and their dog. So it's nice, everybody is having fun and I'm grateful.

BUT

I just found out that somebody took few of that comics. Cut them up and run the text through ai reading voice and posted it as reels on fucking youtube.

And it's not even that I'm stumped why even turn 4 pictures into video. First time I see such a time wasting thing but ok. People do like different things.

And even lke some effort was done to erase text from speech bubbles so it appears as the ai spews it aloud but it's not even about it

I had pictures taken and posted somewhere else. Usually without credit. At least this time it was credited? I guess I should be grateful.

What fucking gets me is that those comics have several hundred thousand views and few hundred comments each.

I hate Twitter because usually it gets a lot of views and likes and rts but if I stop being constant one day, it kills the views. Meanwhile TikTok can be either nice or a curse because no one sees me on their fyp but this comic is the one with more views till now. I know I have to be patient but I'm surprised how well received it is on TikTok so far.

Instagram is also a weird case, till a few days ago no one would give a shit about my prsk content in there but suddenly I started to get more likes and followers? Where are these people coming from?

Despite all the cons of each app I'm always thankful for all the interactions in my art, I'm happy people enjoy my content as much as I do drawing it.

time for a new battle with the algorithm: watched a video or two on trans girl voice and youtube has decided i must be freshly trans or something and the recs it's giving me are just reminding me, no disrespect but god i hate how some people talk about like socially transitioning and all the little things you Have To Do to pass

when i was brand new to this whole thing i got so anxious about having a feminine gait i fucked up my hips trying to force it and one of them started dislocating when i walked, because all these guides are like 'you have to swing your hips when you walk and you need to piss into the bowl so nobody in public bathrooms can Hear Your Cocks Presence' (not making this one up it said you'd get attacked if someone heard you pissing like a man) and its just like. some of these guides create so much unnecessary fucking anxiety for new trans people. its fine. itll be okay
