Alright up next on the clone commander shawl project is dearly beloved Commander Ponds!

One of my main goals with this project was to mostly use up stash yarn, which I succeeded with in both Cody and Fox! (However very quickly I ran out of white, so most shawls from here on out will be stash+white bought specifically for it lol). But with Ponds... I could not for the life of me find a brown that matched him, and then when I did it was only in Sport weight, so he's the exception to the rule: his yarn was bought entirely specially for this project!

Also I sent a quick shot of this shawl right after I got it off my needles to @hastalavistabyebye before I even got it blocked or its beauty pics and they immediately got back to me with a fanart of cosy Ponds wearing it so please go tell them they're amazing for that too.

@crazify linked me in a "spell your URL out with songs" post and I was like hmmmm probably not. I'm pretty shy with my music tastes. Then I did this anyway and not only picked song titles but also the specific OC from OIFIL that I would associate it with.

Yes, B is just the same song. I didn't really have many B titles that could fit Rick..... so I just slam dunked him like a leech onto Karen's B song. It actually still works for him so its fine.

I know how it sounds at first, but I really gotta feel bad for the boys that sacrificed edwin; I mean even the term “sacrificed edwin” paints them in a more sinister light than they really deserve– considering that wasn’t really, actually their intention.

they were bullies, they were homophobic (and/or were self loathing gay boys themselves taking it out on edwin, or were equally likely peer pressured into acting a certain way), they planned something stupid and mean to do to an innocent, anxious boy with the goal of scaring the shit out of him, all because he was effeminate and an easy target. but they didn’t know or expect any of the ritual stuff to be real. they were all laughing and joking during the ritual because it was just that to them– a joke. a cruel joke, but a joke.

teenagers can be mean and stupid and they usually regret it as adults and grow out of it / grow from it. they were stifled the chance to grow out of it, at least while alive. none of those boys deserved to be instakilled and sent to hell; they’re really not that much less deserving than edwin himself. they were all just kids, after all.

i'm rewatching 6x6 and i already knew that liam had decided to get theo out, but i never realised how quickly he decided that. it was like liam had been searching for a reason to get him out, everybody already knows that.

what i mean is that the scene where hayden and liam are in the hallway talking about liam's plan, the scene directly before mr. douglas mentions something about absorbing the lighting and liam instantly thinks of him.

when they're in the tunnels liam could've sent him back like hayden and mr. douglas suggested, but he hesitated, he always hesitated because he didn't really want to, which was why he never pulled the sword on him unless influenced and why he allowed theo to hold him against the walls in the tunnels.

Is there a Tumblr social convention where if someone says they are asking a question in good faith they are actually not asking that question because they want an answer, and instead are trying to make a statement, even though that would mean the exact opposite of what they said (like how most fic authors would absolutely not want constructive criticism even when they ask for it)? Is this convention known enough that people can understandably get angry with you if you fail to pick up on it? I really wish websites came with an "Are you autistic?
