I know you’re doing Monster High lines, but I was wondering, how do you think Danny would look as a skullector doll

I've thought about this before actually, cuz it totally depends on the line yeah. There's Haunt Couture and Haunt Couture Midnight Runways, but also you also have like the classic skullectors that arent MH characters at all but more iconic horror films. There's also the Howliday dolls, SDCC, Fang Vote, and the Fang Club too. Plus all the misc designer dolls.

Classic Skullector: It'd have to be a two pack I think, not that its unheard of to have a singular dolls(Dracula, Black Lagoon, Pennywise, Greta etc) I just think it'd be an interesting avenue to include Vlad. The thing with these is they tend to be genderbends. there's only two male skullector dolls to date, Jack Skellington and Frankensteins monster.... Fem Vlad in the older sister body mold would be sick as hell imo. technically you could then put like, Danielle with him instead of Danny but knowing mattel they'd probably just say its a genderbent danny regardless. would be funny if they put him in the little sister body mold on top of that so theres this big height difference lol

Haunt Couture is meant to take inspiration from the original dolls but elevated in a modern way as well as bridging the gap a bit between g1 and g3. Also the HC dolls are the ghouls as seniors rather than sophomores. So for Danny I'd think about how I'd imagine him to be like at 17/18 and how I could elevate his casual looks to something a little more designed. (Midnight Runways I'd have to think more on)

Howliday Doll: personally I'd prefer this as like, a halloween take on Howliday. Give him an outfit that references the Fright Knight, it's gotta be more glammed up cuz howliday dolls tend to be like fancy dresses. But like a little suit with a purple cape and like the fright knights sword as a tie or something, it could be sick.

another Howliday option would probably be a valentines date 2pack but i hate thinking about this cuz I know it'd be him and sam :( (Him and Valerie two pack though ?????? Oh i'd lose my MIND)

OBVIOUSLY an SDCC doll would have to be about the ultimate enemy. There's no way around that. Either it would Be buff future phantom or some sort of decked out fusion state. Where its like a base Danny doll but the fits super overdetailed.

arguably a cool sdcc two pack would be a regular danny and also tua. I could also see them make a Super and Fun two pack for SDCC! SDCC skullectors tend to play around more. They made a ghostbuster Frankie in 2016.

Fang Vote, Fang Club, and other misc designer dolls could be whatever, they're usually themed. A fun Fang Vote one could be like a ghost king themed danny where the different accessory choices lean into different headcanons.... this would actually be pretty fun to do just on tumblr I should try that out.

the geoff retcon is just so poorly done in so many ways. when i think abt it i just rly do have to roll my eyes because it wouldn't even be that hard to be like "actually, paul westfield was duped by agenda under orders from the contessa" and have that as the explanation for the introduction of luthor dna instead of paul westfield's, if you MUST include it. like that way it doesn't blatantly contradict the entire luthor plotline with mae in reign of the supermen, and it could've been a reveal to luthor himself, too. that couldve been fascinating ESPECIALLY in the context of lex having baby lena in that era, until the y2k event.

but fuckign. why do that when we can directly contradict kon's entire origin story which explicitly states he escaped before they were able to put control codes in his head. and when we can also just completely dismiss the ethics of "they [wanted to] put control codes in his head" in favor of "what if... some genes... make you BAD..." which is just very thinly veiled eugenics that the narrative entertains, for some reason. frankly, imo, lex was far more interesting as a character in every plot other than this, because he became so one-dimensionally evil in a very boring stock "manipulative" way. and we didn't even get a single mention of lena in all of his "my son" bullshit. using the contessa wouldve been such an easy and perfect way to tie it all together!!!! but sure. why do anything like that, right geoff.

oh my god i forgot i was making an entire post abt how, w the current information we have on every single lser, there is nobody FOCUS couldve farmed for hearts without banning them or it being discovered by other players (besides vortexdragon). so squiddo and 4c either lied abt not being given hearts (as possible heartbanks for someone) or they were exploited hearts in some way since i do not believe that vortex was farmed for even a second

This post got away from me bc this game makes me think a lot but what I actually wanted to say is: Curly could have done more by being more present for Anya and being more Aware of Jimmy's actions (and intervening to make sure he isn't able to interact with Anya in isolated settings). Like I also think straight up murder isn't an ideal solution but like. There's a lot of fucking THINGS YOU CAN DO TO SUPPORT VICTIMS THAT ARENT MURDER

In the end I think it's a consequence of basing the approach on punishing the aggressor rather than supporting the victim, because like. It's less important to Kill Jimmy (no matter how much you want to) and way more important to KEEP ANYA SAFE

smthin important for me in my understanding of mr benton bentoni fraser is that yes he's got the martyr syndrome and yes he was raised in a pretty austere (but loving) environment and was probably one of those kids with an unnervingly large vocabulary and he has real issues related to living up to his father's "image" and that image itself being tarnished and doesn't often allow himself to feel his feelings and has definitely always been an outsider to his peers but...

Theresa is not superstitious. It's easy not to be, in a small boring town like hers, until it isn't anymore. Scott McCall makes first line, Allison Argent blows into town, and suddenly everything is topsy turvy.

There is, first of all, the devastation of watching her crush get a girlfriend. She knows she doesn't have a claim on Scott, obviously, but that's kind of the worst part; even if she'd made a move, it wouldn't have mattered. When she got hit with a lacrosse ball last year during their shared practice, he'd run to help her, and a year later, she still couldn't stop thinking about it; Scott, on the other hand, was always helping someone do something, and probably hadn't thought about it since. She wasn't rooting for the guy to be unhappy, obviously, but pining had been a lot easier when no one else noticed him.

There is also the unfortunate fact that Theresa, generally, seems to be noticing a lot more these days. It's hard to accept that the rash of attacks in her town are really animals when she keeps seeing flashes of men with teeth. It's hard to focus when her thigh itches even though there's no scab there. It's hard to enjoy school dances when she has the deep, deep feeling that something is wrong. It's hard to talk to her friends when none of them are seeing what she's seeing and it's hard to figure out what she knows about what's going on when she has gaps in her memory. She'd read once that brains will sometimes do that to protect you, but she doesn't feel safer.

But it doesn't matter. Men don't have sharp teeth and she doesn't have any marks on her body and superstitions don't mean anything. This will pass, as it always does, and Beacon Hills will be boring again.

If Lydia Martin hadn't almost bled out on the lacrosse field the night of the formal, she might've been able to believe that.
