Kadayawan festival gives the tourist the uniqueness of all tribes’ method or technique in creating such art. Many can experience the diversity and the arts that every single tribe possesses in Davao City.

We consider the Kadayawan Festival to be the most exciting and best in the region. The Kadayawan is a meaningful and beautiful day for us. Every outcome of the Kadayawan is a completely good, satisfying, well-spent day. If you join the Festival in Davao, you can get a unique local experience that you will never forget.

The streets are rolling with creatively made floats with dashing combination colors. For us, our favorite part is the Indak-indak sa Kadalanan where they depict the Davaoeno Culture. We watched Indak-Indak last 2019 at Rizal Park. We can feel the intensity of their dances, facial expressions, costumes, and amazing performances. It is mesmerizing how all competitors attempt to dominate the stage by embracing and loving our culture.

The festive activities and the best attraction here showcase the unique techniques and practices in Davao City. The sweat and noise that we also experienced were worth it. Just a few reasons why Kadayawan is an incredible place to go. But hey, you better go and experience your own Kadayawan festival.
