highlights from "searching for oswald...and chicken"

wow I loved this episode...I feel like I say that every time but I REALLY REALLY enjoyed this one

first of all its a Dagur episode, which automatically makes it great...most of the screenshots I took are of him. Honestly all of his dialogue is very quotable, especially since so many of the jokes they give him are thinly veiled adult humour

also the B plot with chicken was certainly something (and makes me think the writers were thinking about the end of the hidden world while writing it?)

ok so the beginning of the episode was already tugging at my heartstrings. I love seeing Dagur and Heather's sibling relationship, whether hey're arguing or getting along.

Well that's deeply upsetting! and the fact that he said "most of his life" makes me wonder how much of the confidence Dagur displayed as a teenager was a cover for whatever he was dealing with internally.

The part where Dagur hugs Heather and she looks happy but almost surprised was very bittersweet. It seems like she's still getting used to having a family, and affection catches her off guard.

This is funny but also very upsetting! Snotlout and Dagur really make a habit of using humourous line delivery to cope with being deeply unwell:

*clears throat* uh yeah Dagur, I'm sure you do love a good "fruit bath," from time to time if you know what I mean...

Come on, the writers, animators and voice actor HAVE to have known that line came across as suggestive. Like the way he sounds? His facial expression? They may not have intended it to specifically imply he was talking about getting in a sauna with some twinks, but it certainly sounded like something sensual was going on.

Also I didn't get a shot of this but when Dagur starts listing adjectives to describe Heather's reckless behaviour, Hiccup says "Sentinel" while looking at Oswald's journal. Dagur says something like "that's not quite the word I'd use," which makes me think Dagur was going to call her a not so PG word...

Snotlout staring directly at the camera while narrating Tuffnut's emotional breakdown in the style of a pun-loving mystery novelist:

What an asshole (I love him). there's something really funny about Tuff leaning against the tree with a hand on his hip. Poor guy. Astrid and Stormfly were clearly less amused than I was.

Ok let's talk about Hiccup motivating Dagur to open the door to Oswald's shelter. My little Dagcup heart was really soaring here. And look at the lighting!

LOOK AT HIM! LOOK AT HIS FACE!

Oooohh man, Dagur expressing guilt about his past and Hiccup trying to help him through it also really got to me.

Dagur: I was a villain!

Hiccup: No, you were a kid

Me: *crying*

Because yeah, Dagur in Riders of Berk/Defenders of Berk did horrible things, but he was also enabled by all the adults in his life who could have stepped up after Oswald left. I've already written (both in posts and in one of my Dagcup fics) about how being thrown into a dungeon as a kid only made Dagur a worse person (no one in the show talks about the scars on his face that weren't there before...). And There is clearly an opportunity for restorative justice when it comes to characters like Alvin and Eret that wasn't extended to Dagur despite the fact that they had already overpowered him and could have at least given him a choice between punishment and trying to make up for his actions. Anyway...let me not rant about that anymore.

Before the episode where Fishlegs helps Dagur fly Shattermaster, I would have assumed Dagur would make fun of Fishlegs for being a nerd -- but instead he appreciates it. I think their friendship is super adorable, and I wish we got to see more of it.

Wilbur

- Prone to singing or humming whenever given the chance, when there's an audience he puts So Much Effort into it but he'll do it when he's alone aswell - Her first instinct in most situations is to laugh, she doesn't mean to but it just sorta slips out regardless of the circumstances - By far my wildest Wilbur hc: Wilbur is a nature spirit- my basis for this is mostly Greek mythology. In Greek mythology it's common for the children of gods and immortals to be some sort of nymph or dryad (basically a nature spirit) and the concept of nature spirits is a really vast one that can range from "pretty lady found in Trees" (Dryad) or "Unidentified mystical energy" for my HCs I tend to use more of the ladder. So Wilbur is a physical manifestation of the wilds, basically a shapeshifter but add a connection to the world itself. In theory he has no "true" form but the form he took when he was born was just a straight up fox (later learned how to shift into a more humanoid form as he grew) - More thoughts on nature spirit Wilbur ahead: how she appears and how well she can hold her form is entirely dependent on her current state, because of this she changed a lot between L'manburg and Pogtopia :3 When she first came to the SMP she looked almost entirely human, save for a few "off" traits (strange eyes, fangs, slightly pointed ears, ect.) but when Pogtopia hit she changed rather suddenly, becoming more like Fundy in appearance. Ghostbur was just a straight up spectral fox, and post revival Wilbur always has a few fox-like traits showing that she can't seem to get rid of - All of their mannerisms are slightly off- they don't quite emote "right". When they're fully human they come off as oddly animalistic, when they're more animal-like they're weirdly human. They tried to play themselves off as at least Mostly human for awhile but gave up pretty quickly - Has no fucking clue what his species is because of the samsung smart fridge nonsense- honestly he just assumes that he was Born Weird. When asked he's always weirdly cryptic about it - God awful cook, y'know those posts about people fucking up their food in unbelievable ways? That's Wilbur. Do not let her into the kitchen she will burn water - Disaster bi, seemingly most attracted to people who are either actively against her or have done shitty things to her in the past and she Cannot be normal about it (See: all of the shit said about Schlatt, Eret, Quackity, the list goes on) - Touchy but only when they're in a good mood. L'manburg era they'd always be putting an an arm around someone's shoulder or ruffling people's hair, small acts of physical affection, but any other time they've actively shied away from touch unless it's initiated by them. This is mostly because they're easily overstimulated by touch (despite being incredibly touch starved post revival)

Eret

- Wither hybrid, they can shift to hide some of their wither parts. When they were apart of L'manburg they also played themselves off as human - Loves to bake and stress bakes when especially stressed out- I like to think her and Niki would often bake together - Looking directly into his eyes activates a person's flight or fight response, which is why so many people have gotten Jumpscared by his eyes in the past - Probably has one of the best fashion senses in the entire SMP and yet only really dresses up whenever someone is coming over (90% of the time she just lounges about in comfy clothes, we love a comfy queen) - His memory is absolutely god awful so he's prone to writing things down or- more often- taking photos. A lot of the pictures from early L'manburg were taken by him - The L'manburg uniforms were made with Tommy and Eret's combined efforts (Wilbur supervised and occasionally stabbed himself trying to help <3) - Sews all of their own clothes, they'd love to sew for someone else but they haven't gotten the chance to outside of the uniforms (if they did they'd probably make an entire wardrobe though) - She's the one that taught Tommy to sew :3

Niki

- Catgirl c!niki supremacy - She likes churus (the cat treat) and will eat them like gogurt - Being as close to Wilbur as she was she's absolutely heard way too much about all of Wilbur's awful crushes on their enemies (she can never look at Eret the same way again) - She has autistic girl swagger idk what it is but she just does. Has the most unsettling stare known to man (by complete accident) - Despite being a cat hybrid she enjoys playing around in local bodies of water, big fan of stomping around in rivers

Hi, after what we saw today I'm ready for the new fics! So may I request Clay or (Dream) x fem!reader were they also announce that they are getting married after he revealed? "Also we're getting married in 3 months" P.s -can you make it were none of their friends knew, and found out sametime as the fans?

Because of the fact that the video clearly took more then one take to get it right. I'm gonna make that one of the key points of the Story.

For the past few minutes Clay has been doing take after take. Trying to get the perfect way to drop the news of us getting married. But after at least 10 minutes of him mumbling at a camera I just got up from the bed in the corner and walked behind him.

"Do you need help?" I ask with a chuckle as I pull up a chair. "Hi camera, you might know me as Y/n, Y/u/n or just that random person who betrayed L'manburg with Eret and starting dating Dream afterwards" I say with one breath.

But I stop at the sound of the tea kettle sitting beside me doing his iconic wheeze before I continue "And you also may be asking why I'm in this video, it's about Dreams face reveal, not some random girl" I get cut off by Clay suddenly saying

"your not a Random girl" as he kisses me on the forehead and turns back to the camera "And the reason why she is here is because a month ago we got engaged" Clay says with less mumbles then before.

"Dear god, this is gonna be weird to post" I say as I hold up my hand to show the ring he got me. "The wedding is happening in 3 months and we are both hoping for all of our friends and family to show up. And hopefully he doesn't start a WAR with Tommy at the wedding". I look at him with a strong death glare.

"I'm more mature then that" Clay says as he turns a bit in his chair. "Clay, we make governments in Minecraft for a living. There is no such thing as being mature" I say as we spend the next few minutes explaining what's gonna be happening and when.

We have been looking at the chat flying by during the face reveal, saying either hateful or kind things about him. And I've been standing behind him and leaning against his gaming chair from moral support the entire time.

"How many people are gonna say that your hot?" I ask as he laughs and responds with "There hearts are gonna be shattered at the end of this video". "Most probably more by the fact that it's me and not George." I say as we break out into a fit of laughter.

"I love you, remember that no matter what they say I will still love you" He turns to me in his chair and pulls me onto him so I sit on his lap. "I love you too" I kiss him as we turn back to the monitor, "Here we go!" I say as I show up on screen.

'Who is she?'

'Is that Y/n?!?'

'Who the fuck is she'

The chat says but when we suddenly say the big news the chat completely changes and turns into.

'WHAT?!?'

'Will someone explain to me who she is!?!'

And

'POG!'

And some hateful things but we don't pay attention to those because suddenly from across the house we hear Nick scream

"WHAT THE FUCK!" Which completely catches us off guard and sends us into another fit of laughter as we hear him run up to the door and open it. "Why didn't you tell me!?!" But we don't answer because of us still dying on the floor.

Ring!

"oh dear god someone is calling" I say as I get up and check who it is.

Ring!

"Some- someones calling me too" Clay picks up his phone while trying to calm down his laughing as Sapnap is just left there with no answers to his several questions.

(The aftermath)

We had to answer a lot of calls that day. And when George got to the house he stole my ring and wore it the rest of the day. And I also spent half of my day talking Eret into being my maid of honor because of both of us being the traitors of Lmanburg and also the bride and maid of honor would be very funny to me...

(this was a lot funner than I thought it would be so I might make a part 2 thats the wedding so... Stay tuned!)

Eret: I'm.... I'm fine. Just clung for my dear life the past 3 hours until the dragon I flew on finally stopped. I think flying with backwards view is not my style.

Hiccup: What? And the leaflets in your hair?

Eret: The saddle slid upside down...

Eret: Monstrous Nightmare gel... Changewing sheds.... Death Song amber.... Scauldron venom? Sand buster's tears??? What do you need it for?!

Snotlout: For a very important stuff of course! Now don't come back until you bring every item! You have until the sun sets.

Eret: You didn't say I was on a timer!

Much later that day....

Astrid: Hey Snotlout? Did you see Eret? We were supposed to meet up for his flying lessons.

Hiccup: And it's dinner time already.

Snotlout: Wait? He's not here? Well, what a pity. Pass me the bread please.

Eret: Hey guys....

Astrid: Oh my Thor, what happened to you?! Are those dragon bite marks?

Hiccup: And acid burns? Hey hey! Don't-

Eret: *passes out*

Astrid: Someone get help!

Hiccup: Do you have something to do with it?

Snotlout: Um... No?

Eret: No. And if anything, I was never interested in her in the first place. Especially because how creepy she acts around me.

Snotlout: Hear that Ruff? Looks like your chosen one who appreciates you is me.

Fishlegs: No! It's me! Remember when we got married? I still have your shark!

Ruffnut: Aaaww, you do?

Eret: Hiccup, from now on I'm not taking lessons from these wackjobs.

I have my problems with the hidden world, like many others. And i just want to gather all my thoughts in one place here because i feel like many agree that the ending itself isnt the problem, but how they did it. For me, personally, they ruined it with the reactions to the dragons leaving. Specifically, the reactions of the dragons.

First, we have Meatlug, who in the past has been shown thay merely HEARING FISHLEGS' VOICE causes her to become overwhelmed with excitement. (RTTE S2E9)

And yet here, she looks like this:

Like?? Not even a frown when she's leaving Fishlegs, who is clearly her favourite person in the world (literally watch ANY HTTYD media and this is made abundantly clear).

Moving on, we have Barf and Belch. Now it can be said that the twins and their dragon don't really have as many emotional dragon-rider moments as the others, but it is still clear that Barf and Belch love their riders. Except here:

The twins look DEVASTATED, meanwhile they (sorry belch is cropped here I couldnt get a ss with both in it) hardly look sad. Barf at least looks a little upset but still, its borderline.

And moving on, to perhaps what angers me the most, Snotlout & Hookfang. These two are easily my fav dragon-rider duo/team, and for many reasons.

Very quickly, allow me to take you back to RTTE S1E13, in which Hookfang goes out of his way to protect "Girl-Hookfang" and her eggs from a Titanwing Monsterous Nightmare when she sends out what Hiccup describes as a "distress signal".

When Snotlout tells Hookfang to choose between him and the dragon, he ultimately chooses defending her. But at the prospect of leaving Snotlout, he looks LIKE THIS:

He looked MISERABLE and even made sad little dragon noises (idk how to describe them im sorry). So,

TELL ME WHY

IN THE HIDDEN WORLD

HE LOOKS LIKE THIS

SNOTLOUT LOOKS LIKE HES LISTENED TO AN ENTIRE MITSKI ALBUM, BROS FUCKING SOBBING SCREAMING CRYING THROWING UP.

And Hookfang hardly even looks at him, just kinda gives him a sideways glance. Like

HELLO???! And ONE OF THESE had a lower budget as a TV show AND a lower quality model (which, unrelated, ive seen some people really dislike but I think the show models are great!)

The only one to act somewhat appropriately is Toothless, who warbles and makes his little dragon noises at Hiccup, almost talking with him, they have their big heartfelt moment and their cute hug before he leaves. Because of course they get it, its Hiccup and Toothless.

And yeah i get it that clearly the dragons are sick and tired of hunters and therefore understand the need to leave. But they dont even look sad! Breaks my heart because after three movies, two tv shows and all the specials of the dragons and riders bonding and caring for each other and they don't even get a heartfelt goodbye.

And let us not forget that Snotlout, Fishlegs and the twins, who have been riders since the FIRST MOVIE, and main characters in their own right for years, don't even get a GOODBYE LINE?? LIKE LITERALLY, Astrid and Valka? Absolutely, they deserve it. Gobber? Sure, he hasn't known grump nearly as long but he's been a relevant and important main character as long as the kids. And Eret-

Now, I love Eret. He's cool. He's great. Love a hunter turned rider.

But WHY DID THEY GIVE A LINE TO HIM AND SKULLCRUSHER (approx. 1 year relationship) OVER THE SIX YEARS OF FISHLEGS, RUFF, TUFF AND SNOTLOUT? THEY DONT EVEN GET A "Goodbye." WHAT.

And again thats not me shitting on Eret getting one, its on the others NOT

And this isnt even beginning to mention Valka and Cloudjumper do not START ME on their TWENTY YEAR FRIENDSHIP AND BOND BEING TORN APART IN A ONE MINUTE GOODBYE.

Anyways on a lighter note, the parallel with Hiccup removing his hand from Toothless in a reverse of the first time they touched all those years ago always gets me emotional. My fav part about the ending.

And that's pretty much all I like about it LMAOO

Anyway, I've been posting some heavy whump as of late, so why not post a much lighter fic for today? :)

Today is a bad day to go grocery shopping and Hiccup knew that before they left, but he assured Astrid that he would be fine.

He’s certainly regretting it now.

He’s trying not to lean too much on the cart as he limps around, following his fiancée. Astrid is pretty much running around, trying to get as many of the items on their list to cut this shopping trip short. The pain in his stump was less pleasant than usual earlier today, but after driving here and walking around Berk’s one and only supermarket for the past ten minutes, it has become so much more unbearable.

And Astrid is annoyed. Not with his pain, never with his pain, but with the fact that she trusts him to tell her when he can’t do certain things because of his leg and he didn’t do that today.

It’s so bad, the pain in his leg is giving him a migraine. And what doesn’t help are all the people trying not to stare at him.

He had a couple of plans, a few things to do, but it turns out he’ll be canceling all of it. He’ll be glad when they finally get home and he can crawl back into bed.

Eventually, Astrid manages to find the very last item on their list and then they head over to the register with a very full cart to pay for it all. Once all of their items have been scanned, Astrid tells him to go ahead and head for the car while she pays. He shouldn’t even bother to load any of the stuff up, she’ll take care of it.

Not feeling up to argue with her on that, he does as she suggests and heads out ahead of her. He limps out of the store and finds their car in the handicap spot. It is mercifully close.

Still, his limp draws enough attention. Particularly from a man who only moved here a couple of months ago.

“You need any help?” Eret asks. He was just about to walk into the supermarket himself when he spotted Hiccup struggling with the cart. The uneven terrain doesn’t exactly make it easy to use, not with an obviously painful leg.

Hiccup considers how stubborn he’s feeling in the moment before relinquishing the cart to him and nodding. Eret comes over and takes it from him. Crossing those last few meters together, Hiccup opens up the trunk of the car.

He and Astrid don’t use it often, just on days like these, when the alternative is walking across the city with a very achy stump.

“I got this, you go sit down,” Eret tells Hiccup when he attempts to help. The younger man shoots him a grateful smile and heads on over to the passenger seat in front. He’s not driving when his leg is like this, he’s not driving with a migraine, so he’s certainly not driving with both.

He drops into his seat, lies his head back and closes his eyes. They’re heavy, if he wasn’t in so much pain, he would be falling asleep right here as he waited for Astrid.

After barely any time at all, Eret has loaded up all their stuff and returned the cart. Hiccup knows he’s done when he appears at his still open door and gets his coin from the cart back.

“Sir,” he gives him a friendly, though playful smile. Hiccup returns it briefly, which takes more energy than he can spent.

“Thank you for helping out, Eret. I really appreciate it,” he thanks him, but all Eret does is flash him a smile and tell him to take care of himself before heading into the store himself.

In the side-view mirror, Hiccup watches him go.

Eret moved to Berk a good few months ago in the hopes of starting a new life. He hasn’t shared much about his old one, just that he’d made some bad decisions in the past, go involved in a job he hated and then came here when he quit it on a whim.

Currently, he’s working down at the docks as a fisherman.

Hiccup and Astrid are friends with him. Hiccup certainly since he’d gotten his number after that night of bowling with their entire friend group. And although Ruffnut tried very hard to get it all evening, Eret gave it to him just like that after a single conversation.

A moment later, Astrid plops down next to him in the driver’s side.

“I saw you had some help,” she mentions to him.

“Hm-hm.”

A moment of silence.

“Eret is such a hot piece of ass!” She states quietly, as if he’ll be able to hear them inside the car. Hiccup smiles before immediately regretting it and moaning miserably. His entire face is starting to hurt from the migraine.

“Don’t you think so?” Astrid asks as she starts the engine. She knows Hiccup has his number and Eret has his, she’s onboard with the idea of them.

“He’s nice to look at,” Hiccup admits. “But most importantly, he is nice.”

“I wouldn’t mind if he was nice to me, too,” Astrid admits to her fiancé and they share a smile before she drives out of their parking spot and leaves for home.

Inside the store, Eret can’t help but look back as well and watch as the two drive off. His day definitely made afte r an unexpected encounter with them.

“What are you doing?”

Wilbur froze in place at the sound of a voice. Specifically the voice of someone he raised. Someone Fundy grew up with. His daughter. “Y/n.”

Y/n stepped inside the small stone room. She noticed all the signs inside, but her focus was on Wilbur Soot and the button that was placed on a wall in the room.

Wilbur gulped. “Okay, I will admit…Do you know what this button is?”

“Yes.” Y/n had crossed her arms and stared at her father. “I do.”

“Have you heard the song on the walls, have you?” Wilbur glanced at them. “There was a special place where men could go but it’s not there anymore.”

“It is there.” She stopped Wilbur from continuing. “You’ve won it back, dad.” She glanced at her communicator and saw everyone spamming her name, specifically her little brother, but she paid no attention. 

Y/n jumped in surprise as Wilbur yelled in frustration. “I’m always so close to pushing this button Y/n! I have been here like 7 or 8 times.” He covered the way that Y/n had walked in from, so now it was solely just the two of them. “They’re fighting.”

Y/n could hear the fireworks that came from outside. Even if they were muffled, it gave her a weird sense of security. Probably reminding her that as long as they were going off, it still meant people were alive. “You want to just blow it all up?”

Wilbur took a deep breath. “I do.”

“But dad, we fought so hard to get this place back…” Y/n quietly trailed off, trying to ignore what was really happening, her father was crazy. He wasn’t the man he used to be. 

“I don’t even know if the button works anymore Y/n. I could press it…”

“There is a lot of TNT connected to that button right?” Y/n slowly came to the realization that Wilbur was crazy. He was officially crazy and there was no way she or anyone could bring him back.

“Y/n…There was a saying… By a traitor, once part of L’manberg. You of course know Eret.”

“Yeah.” Y/n whispered.

“It was never meant to be.”

Horror spread across the young girl’s face as she watched Wilbur move his hand and press the button. “NO!” She screamed. Y/n grabbed Wilbur’s arm and with enough force, she was about to pull him back so he wouldn’t be harmed by the explosions that rang in the air.

“Dad!” Y/n moved closer to the edge that now showcased the country that was destroyed. She saw a few citizens standing there staring in disbelief that their beloved home was destroyed. 

She didn’t get to do anything as her attention was pulled back by her father, who was breathing heavily. “My L’manberg Y/n! My unfinished symphony! Forever unfinished! If I can’t have this, no one can.”

Y/n blinked trying to get rid of her tears.

Wilbur grinned and it came more manic-like and he grasped his young daughter’s shoulder, spinning her around to face him. “Kill me! Y/n, kill me! Look, they all want you to.”

She looked back and noticed the crowd was bigger than before. “No I can’t. You’re my dad!”

Wilbur’s smile faded and he soon became angry. He narrowed his eyes and began trying to pull Y/n while she fought back against him. Neither of them realized how close to the edge they were until Y/n slipped, pulling Wilbur with her.

Y/n could feel her heart beating and the wind rushing past her ears. The last thing she heard before she hit the ground was yelling and calling of her name.

Then it all went black.

Y/n gasped for breath as she immediately sat up in her bed, her eyes shooting open. She brought her hands to her face in a panic, yet when she checked, there were no marks on her skin. No ash or soot or debris. She was alive.

Y/n’s head turned towards the door when it flung open. Standing there was her mother, Sally. Movement from behind her mother caught her eyes, and she saw it was her father, Wilbur Soot.

Y/n did the only thing she felt she could do at the moment. She began crying. What else was she supposed to do? She had never had a dream like that for as long as she remembered, most likely because dreams were kinda rare for her to have.

She felt herself being embraced by arms and pulled into someone’s chest. The scent of cinnamon and orange fill her senses. It was her mom who pulled her daughter into her arms.

Sally gently shushed her daughter, rocking her back and forth, trying to calm her kind down. She couldn’t recall seeing her beloved child like this. For as long as she remembered, Y/n had never cried, only really letting tears fall when her brother was hurt. It does sorta make sense, since Y/n vowed to protect her little brother no matter what.

Wilbur quietly moved forward, sitting down on the plush bed, slowly moving closer and bringing his warm hand onto Y/n’s head, lightly petting her hair.

A few minutes later, Y/n’s wails and sobs had tuned down to a small sniffle here and there. Wilbur had left and come back with a tired Fundy and steaming tea, setting the orange haired boy down next to his sister, and placing the hot mug on the nightstand beside the bed.

Sally kept running her fingers through the h/c haired girl’s hair. “Do you wanna tell us what happened in your dream?”

Y/n debated on whether she should tell them, but ultimately decided to just go with a blunter approach, and beg. “Please don’t leave dad.”

Wilbur’s eyes focused on his daughter, slightly confused. “What?”

Y/n cleared her throat and spoke up a little louder. “Please don't…don’t leave and start that nation you talked about with uncle Tommy.” She brought her head up and looked her father in the eyes. “I’m not being dramatic, I don’t want you to leave, stay with us.” Tears slowly started building up in the young girl’s orbs once more.

Wilbur and Sally shared a discreet look. Wilbur was set to leave tomorrow. Should he lie and tell his daughter he won’t go, but leave when she falls asleep, or comply with the wishes and stay with his loving family. Wilbur glanced at the clock in the room. It was 2 in the morning, everyone could get some sleep and then talk about it in the morning.

“Alright.” The brown haired man heaved out. “I’ll stay, and we can talk in the morning when everyone gets some sleep. I’ll call over grandpa and Tommy and Techno. Does that sound good?”

Y/n was desperate, so she would take what she could get on such a short notice. She nodded and slipped under the covers more. “Can you guys stay with us?”

Without a complaint the married couple turned out the lights and joined the warm bed.

Everyone was still pretty tired so sleep came easy, but the one question on the parents’ mind was simple.

‘What did Y/n dream about?’

So for the dnd con au, it takes place 10 years after Dream has been locked up in prison. So by now Ranboo, Tubbo and Tommy are adults and they have their own lives to a degree. Everyone “trusts” the prison that has been made and life in theory is good— the Five Kingdoms have some bickering but nothing that’ll escalate to a war, just some political and personal issues. There really is not true threat of anything--

But everything goes into chaos the second Cala escapes the prison with Dream:

The first that would be notified is the King of Las Nevadas obviously. King Quackity would hear the news from Sam, who saw Dream teleport the two away right as he was about to land a killing blow on Cala. Quackity would be beyond furious; he would scream, he would yell, he would fucking go into a breakdown because they were trusted into keeping this man locked up-- but thats not just it- he lost one of the thriving things that gave him power and control. He lost the one good thing he had going for him over the past ten years. He would quickly send out mercenaries and other people to track them down and to try and bring Dream back alive, but he doesn't care what would happen to Cala.

News would spread around fast, and it wouldn't be long until the Kingdom of L'Manberg hears of what happened. King Wilbur, who is teetering onto becoming a maddened king at this rate would be livid in a different way. Dream-- the man who caused him all this strife but at the same time the man who revived him and gave him life, a man he idolizes to a very unhinged degree, is out now. He could be a threat to the kingdom, he could be a threat in general! A part of him would feel burning hatred for him and Quackity for letting something like this happen, but another part of him is excited. He could relive out the old days of when his kingdom was new! Who knows?? And this young halfling paladin that managed to get him out so easily? Well-- thats all the more curious for him. Tommy, his personal knight, would be conflicted. A part of him is scared; this man that practically corrupted his friend and terrorized him is back and who knows what he is doing, but he knows hes not a boy anymore-- if needed he could deal with Dream all by himself. He won't be terrified of him anymore. He would fight if needed, as long as Wilbur says the word.

Meanwhile, the rival Kingdom known as the Kingdom of Manberg would hear news about it. The King's personal knight known as Tubbo would tell him the news. His voice would be hesitant since he has the same sentiment as his friend Tommy. But rather than anger or hatred, King Schlatt would just laugh. It's a mocking, almost amused laugh. Ater all Quackity had one job and he fucked it up! Schlatt isn't scared of Dream, but he knows how all the other kingdoms would react. it would be complete chaos and Schlatt would instantly try and win it in his favor. In fact, he would love to find Dream and this Paladin himself! He wants to be the one to take them in before the other kingdoms even find them, so he would send scouts to see if they're near. "If needed, bring them in with some force." Was his simple request. Tubbo would hesistate, seeing that familiar glint in Schlatt's eyes. It's the look of him having a chance to be in more power.

Queen Eret would hear the news fast that something had happened in Las Nevadas. She would learn very quickly that the person who caused the breakout would be one of her new knights, a halfling woman named Cala Warmroot. Instantly she would have a feeling of dread. Eret knew that back in the day her betrayal towards King Wilbur was the leading factors that caused friction to the kingdoms today. If word got out that one of her knights caused this-- she fears that old wounds would open up. However, she's not upset at Cala. She knows that Cala has a big heart and what she does is never out of an act of malice or pure evil. So she must have a reason to break him out right? Something must have happened that led her to that moment. After all, Cala swore the oath of redemption and Eret expected her to take her oath seriously. But.. would this act be too much? Did the little halfling bite more than she can chew? She would sit on her throne, thinking hard as she realizes that something big is going to brew from this event, and she prepares herself for the oncoming events.

Kinoko Kingdom would be the last to know. They live in a lush forest area, but the news does come in as soon as it is able to. The drowsy King George would be falling asleep on his mushroom throne, not processing what is happening until someone would come in, frantic as they would yell the news that Dream has escaped Pandora's Vault. At first the King's personal knight, a fire genasai known as Sapnap, would be instantly probing the person for more questions. They're joking right? It's been ten years and he hasn't even made attempts at escaping! But as they get the detials, the king would be more wide awake as he realizes that the news is true. For once he would be up fully, quickly telling Sapnap to go to their wizard Karl to see if they can scry either on him or on the woman that broke him out. Sapnap would want to personally go out and kill him himself, but King George orders him not to. He says to keep things as normal and if they come here, then let George handle it. As Sapnap begrudgingly leaves to contact Karl, George stares up at the glass stained window that depicts him with the God of Creation, XD. He prays softly, wanting to know what is going on and if there is anything that he should be worried of. He isn't scared of Dream, but he is wary on what this means.

While the Kingdoms are in chaos, all the way in the snowy area of the world is a group that is trying to dismantle the kingdoms as a whole. Not out of malice no, but just so that there can be no more monarchy in general. Their efforts have lessened some over the past ten years as Techno has been trying to figure out a way to break Dream out, but it has been constantly failing. As well as that, the attacks of a cult has been diminishing their plans. One of the crows would fly to the area and perch onto Philza's shoulder, telling him the news. Philza would instantly tell his friend what had happened, and for Techno is beyond speechless. It took them ten years to try and find a way to break Dream out, and this halfling did it instantly!? He would be happy, beyond happy, but also on edge since he doesn't trust this news. Something isn't right. He would tell Philza to send his crows to spy on them while he would go to Niki and Ranboo and ask them to get ready to scout if needed to. He knows how the Kingdoms would react and he needs them in their area ASAP before something drastic happens. He needs to see Dream again-- he has to.

A passing by mercenary would hear the news of what had happened as he's travelling between kingdoms. He would pause as he eavesdrops, hearing the details of how a foolish knight managed to break him out. He would then chuckle some, amused. After all, it had been a long time since he has seen his old friend. He thought by now that Dream was going to stay in there permanently, and he certainly tried to break him out himslef but it led to a few scrapes from the Warden. He would keep a mental note and instantly start to track them down; after all he needs to give him back his book and catch up.

In all honesty, BadBoyHalo didn't expect the woman to pull it off. He thought she had a slim chance even with his assistance to sneak her in, but once the news got out that they escaped-- he would hide his pure excitement. Him and Antfrost would make an excuse on how they didn't see her; how she was too clever and sneaky for them. Meanwhile after they are dismissed, they know that the kingdoms would be more focused on the escapees and they would have no idea of anyhting else. So they begin to set more of the seeds for the Eggpire, quietly setting in some control as they pretend they are scared of the big bad Dream escaping. All of this would be a good distraction so that the Crimson Egg would grow and thrive-- and so that Skeppy could gain complete control in general.

A pirate captain would be in one of the bars at the dock, wanting to rest for the day after a long voyage across the world. She would relax and order a drink, and as she relaxes she hears the dreaded news of what had happened. She pauses and neasrly spits out her drink, shocked. She instantly asks for more information-- and once she realizes fully there's a mix of dread and... relief in a way. Her son escaped, but she has no idea what would happen next. A part of her wants to track them down herself but she knows not to, the least she can do is wait and hope they would be near at least the docks. She.. She wants to see him, after everything that has happened. She needs to see him again, she wants to hug her son and hold him, at least for a moment.

POST ABOUT THE GODS AU I CANT CARRY THIS BURDEN ALONE

you would be the one to ask 💀 I've been tormenting you for YEARS with this au

okay so since this is going to be a massive word vomit post ill put it under a cut after I give a quick summary of the basic premise

so there is a family of gods who are known to be cruel. who have a hatred for all mortals and will use them for their own entertainment as some sort of sick punishment for the wrongs of the past

philza, the God of death, and his sons techno, willow, grian (you can ask about this LATER), and tommy. who are the gods of blood, madness, tragedy, and chaos respectively

now to give a brief summary up to right before purgatory (I will be skipping over the grian stuff but if you want to know more about that I will explain) meaning I'm not going into full detail, because if I did this post would be a novel

*disclaimer!!!!!! I HATE dream but unfortunately he is a big villain in this au so he is gonna get mentioned just be aware that he will always be the most vile person in any au I make

DSMP

SO it all starts when willow gets bored of her challenges (the 100 player challenges) and decides she wants to do something new. she takes tommy and they disguse themselves as mortals and go to the land of dsmp to spread their madness and chaos there

tommy pretended to befriend tubbo because he found him interesting and then the three of them created l'manburg. tubbo doing it for a place to be free and the two gods doing it to see how other residents would react

the revolution was exactly what they wanted, beautifully chaotic and allowed willow to let her madness infect everyone who opposed l'manburg

erets betrayal wasn't planned but it was wonderfully entertaining for the gods watching the revolutionaries get beaten over and over just to keep getting back up

in the end tommy makes the deal to trade his disc's for independence because he and willow had already planned an election

and the elections go exactly as planned with the betrayal of schlatt being planned since the beginning. you see schlatt was someone willow had previously turned mad and she knew exactly what would happen if she brought him in

in Pogtopia is where things start to go off track, because tommy starts to realize that maybe his friendship with tubbo isn't just pretend and he starts trying to convince willow that blowing up l'manburg won't be as entertaining and leaving it be (it doesn't work)

techno just makes things more complicated because he wants blood to spill, and to help his brothers with their little game

the red festival and tubbos execution creates a conflict between techno and tommy, and willow just thinks it's because tommy wanted to mess with tubbo more. to settle this argument they fight in the pit

November 16th is when everything goes ary. at first everything is according to plan, techno "betrays" them, willow blows up the country, phil is waiting in the wings to collect all the souls. but then something unexpected happens, tommy doesn't go through with his part of the plan and refuses to kill tubbo

the others have to improvise, because even though they could kill everyone there, tommy doesn't want to and they aren't going to go against family, they couldn't care less about the mortals but tommy is another story and if he wants to play nice they'll let him play nice (for now). willow and phil stay back to keep an eye on him while also playing the parts of father haunted by his dead daughter just for the fun of it

and tommy does well for a bit, keeping his chaos in check at least, and not seeing tubbo as just another mortal (he couldn't care less about the others), he does find the newcomer interesting though and doesn't immediately dismiss them

when his chaos reaches a point where he needs to let some out he takes the new guy (ranboo) and goes to rob the mushroom house, things get a bit outta hand and the house ends up burning

tommy takes the fall

he gets exiled by the same person he went against his family for

he is hurt

brought to logstedshire, he plays along with whatever, letting his chaos and willows madness infect dream, taking joy in watching it consume the man. when he finally gets bored he leaves and joins his brother at his cabin

not even a week later the butcher army come to try and execute techno, which doesn't end well at all. tommy stayed behind while techno humored the mortals letting them attempt their little execution than easily breaking free and killing quackity in the process. phil goes with him

doomsday is planned by the gods to get back at the mortals who hurt their youngest. tommy blows up the community house so he give the warning for what's to come

during actual doomsday they finally reveal what/who they are, so the residents of New l'manburg can see just how badly they fucked up

tommy is supposed to kill tubbo, before he can however tubbo asks him if it was all fake, and tommy is honest. tells him that in the beginning it was but at some point that changed, and he started caring and now he'd be lying to himself if he said he didn't. he can't even bring himself to kill tubbo

something shifts in tommy and he is no longer chaos, and instead becomes loyalty

phil, techno, and willow are blinded by rage towards the people who made tommy hurt and attempts to kill tubbo but something unexpected happens

for his accomplishment of doing the impossible, making a cruel God kind, tubbo is turned into a God. the God of forgiveness

the three leave once tommy runs up and hugs him, realizing Tommy's domain has shifted and that like it or not a pair of gods have just been born

ranboo ends up being taken to the cabin along with tubbo because he has no where else to go. it helps that the gods have all taken a liking to him

over the next few months tubbo along with ranboo start working with the gods to try and get them to see mortals as more than just tools for their entertainment (the two also get married and adopt micheal at this point)

everyone else on the smp believe beeduo got kidnapped by them and keep trying to "save them" and failing miserably every time

ranboo happily playing cards and winning with them, cut to quackity spying on them and thinking this must be some advanced torture technique

all is well until tommy and tubbo get attacked by dream using a god killing axe (he was angry that tubbo took his only chance to become a god and now wants to kill him). while protecting tubbo and fighting back (killing dream twice) sam and the others arrive and think it's tommy who snapped and attacked first (they still think he is chaos)

he gets captured and put into the prison that was built to keep the gods imprisoned. tubbo runs back to the cabin and tells the others what happened, and while he is breaking down tubbos domain shifts from forgiveness to destruction and becomes cruel

Niki joins them at this point and the syndicate is formed

over the next few months while tommy is trapped in the prison, tubbo pretends to be glad he is free and roams the server letting off radiation and slowly weakening and killing anyone he comes across. just biding his time until the syndicate is ready to break tommy out

when they are ready they strike at night, tubbo gets in by pretending he wants to settle things with tommy and "get peace", once he is on the moving bridge he reveals his true colours letting his radiation kill the warden

he finds tommy weak and in chains, tommy who even after months in prison, has not gone back to chaos. wasting no time tubbo destroys the chains and breaks down the "impenetrable" walls with his destruction. meeting up with the rest of the syndicate who were waiting on the outside

ranboo and Niki were told to stay behind at the cabin incase tubbo couldn't control his power, unfortunately that's what dream was expecting. so while the gods aren't there to protect them, dream attacks, they hold him back long enough for the others to get back but right as they get there ranboo is struck with the same axe dream used against tommy

niki takes tom so tubbo and willow can go to ran, while techno and phil fight off dream. willow plays a song to keep ranboo calm, while tubbo tries to stop the bleeding. in this moment they are not the cruel gods they are known as, and like tommy months earlier, their domains shift

madness becomes music, blood becomes protection, and death becomes family

dream is killed for good this time, ranboo is healed by phil who refuses to let his death take him, and they leave for good with the few people they care about. they can learn to be kind later for now they need to heal

between dsmp and qsmp

there is about a 1000 year gap between the two. and the first 400 of those years is spent happily traveling together and leaning to be kind with ranboo and micheal, who have been made functionally immortal by phil (he asked beforehand of course)

willow is the first to split off wanting to play his music for the world and distance herself from her past madness. then tommy leaves because he wants to explore the world, techno goes with him for protection

leaving phil to look after the _Beloved family who have made a little home for themselves. tubbo has to leave occasionally go preform whatever duties he has as a god, but he always comes back. and micheal goes on his own adventures for years, even decades at a time, he too always comes back

after 200 years of this little routine ranboo asks phil the question he's been dreading for 600 years. he waits until tubbo is out of the house and asks if he could take back the immortality. says that he's been thinking about it for a long time and now that he's lived such a long life he's ready. when phil asks if tubbo knows, ranboo can only say his expression would make him change his mind

after explaining that ranboo would still have to live out the rest of his natural lifespan and that ranboo has to promise to tell everyone sooner rather than later, it is done, and ranboo is mortal once again

the first ones told are micheal and tubbo, who comes home a year later, the tears are expected and there are a LOT of tears, it's almost like ranboo would drop dead any minute and not live nearly another 100 years. tommy, techno, and willow find out not long after and their reactions are similar, with lots of tears and hugs

they all promise to make as many memories in the next 100 years as possible

and once those 100 years are up, phil personally escorts ranboo to the afterlife to be taken care of by his wife, the goddess of death

ranboo would be joined by micheal not much later

NOW FOR QSMP

qsmp is set long after the gods have learned to be kind (thanks to the efforts of ranboo and micheal) now the family is off doing their own things and trying to atone for their pasts. their old domains will always be a part of them and they still have power over them, but they don't abuse that power

willow and phil just so happened to end up on the same train to quesadilla island together. little did they know the descendants of people they once knew (and tormented) would also be on the island, along with foolish and slime who are the same people from the smp

they both end up finding foolish and slime and apologizing for what happened in he past. slime doesn't really care cause the gods never messed with him much, if anything he was one of they few people they were kind to, and foolish had no problems since what they did never really effected him 💀

of course neither of them reveal what they are to any of the other residents (that don't already know) and just go on with their lives on the island, well willow goes off island for a while so she can go off and spread her music and phil stays behind giving small blessings to the islanders

when the kids come it becomes increasingly clear why phil was drawn to this place, he is the God of family after all. and to his surprise all of the kids have been blessed by various gods given to the residents to be raised as new champions, and of course the one phil ends up with just so happens to be blessed by one of phils own sons, techno

when willow comes back she can feel the presence of the young champions, but there is a stronger presence that she couldn't explain, at least not until she meets tallulah

because unlike the other egg children, tallulah isn't blessed by a god, and she wasn't born from the dragon like the others (I WILL BE MAKING A SEPARATE POST ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT IT GETTING LOST IN THE MASSIVE SUMMARY POST)

while the other eggs are simply blessed by gods, tallulah is one, and she's not just any god, she's a god born from music itself, from willow

she's not sure about being her mother at first, she's too scared her lingering madness will infect and ruin her, but when she helps her paint her first sunrise she knows she will never be able to let her go

when she has to leave again she promises to send her the prettiest birdsongs every morning so she knows she will always be there for her. phil promises to protect her with his life while willow is away

the nightmare that happens isn't actually a nightmare, it really happened, and it's the first time phil uses his influence over death in centuries. he refuses to let his kids die like that, but if something like this were to happen again he wouldn't be able to bring them back. not without the other islanders finding him out

and no one does find out, at least not for a while, when the Brazilians came a few of them seemed to know something was up but couldn't quite place what it was.

when tallulah got attacked by the code phil got carried away and death slipped from his grasp causing tallulahs death

and everything goes back to normal, or as normal as things could be, until Bobby's death. and there's nothing phil can do, his domain may be death but even he has rules he must follow and he's already broken them once, he cannot do it again. the most he can do is bring Bobby's soul to the living world and allow his parents one final goodbye

he can't help but feel guilty for not being able to do more for the grieving parents of the island

when the codes disguse themselves as Phil's kids he is pissed, and he can't help it when death surrounds him. if he uses an excessive amount of power while fighting them, the only one to notice is etoiles who had only seen philza use this kind of power once before

finding tubbo had been a surprise, and phil hadn't expected the warm hug he got. not after he left 300 years ago, after the loss of his family. but as it turns out he missed phil greatly and was excited to see him again

introducing him to tallulah and chayanne was easy, and they took to him quickly. phil was quick to make him their godparent (pun intended)

one day after putting the kids to bed with him, phil could tell there was something on tubbos mind. he didn't have a chance to ask what was wrong before tubbo spoke, saying he hadn't put a child to bed like this since... he couldn't even finish his sentence. sometimes he would see micheal in the egg children and it was just too much for him

and once again things seem to be going back to normal until the eggs are taken away. phil knows they aren't dead, he would have known if the were, but still their absence drives him mad. he has half the mind to think willow is behind his madness but he knows his daughter would never

tubbo is a mess with them gone, he doesn't want to lose another family

the birdhouse is much like the prison tommy was once put in, and with the stress of losing the eggs, phil starts seeing things. and he really starts to wonder if some of willows old madness was re-emerging

willow comes back to the island as soon as she stops seeing tallulahs paintings in the sky, and when she finds out she's missing... that madness he's been running from sneaks back up on him. she leaves before it can infect anyone else, and when phil finds her later he doesn't mention it

when she finds the recording of her song with tallulahs turtles, all of the madness disappears. perhaps it's her music that will reach her

(2 days before the wedding)

It has been 3 months since the big reveal. And every time me, Clay, Nick or George go live we have been bombarded with questions from chat. And we have always answered it the same

"You don't need to worry, Tommy will vlog it so you get to know what goes down."

So we could continue our streams with less interruptions. And we also have FINALLY found out who Clay's best mans gonna be. And well the options were supposed to be Nick or George but because of the constant arguing... Patches, has been bought a suit and will be the best man.

But enough about the past few months. I gotta tell you about today!

Today I have packed my stuff because I'm gonna be spending the next 2 nights at a Hotel with Eret, my bridesmaids and some friends.

And also Tommy because he wants to vlog

And because of the superstition of no seeing the bride before the wedding. I have been packing. Slowly, because of Clay distracting me with his honeymoon phase already being activated.

"Clay... Stop before this goes to far" I say as his chin nudges even further into the crook of my neck.

"do you haft to go? The tradition is stupid anyway?" He says with a whiny voice while kissing my jawline "the tradition may be stupid but I've already told my friends I was gonna be there in an hour" I respond while moving a bit away from him and kissing his nose while getting up. He whines as he tries to drag me back to the floor "jesus, your acting like a clingy cat" I laugh while I pick up my bag and walk out the bedroom door with Clay following shortly behind me. "do you have your dress?" He asks even though he already knows it's in the hands of Eret and the bridesmaids.

"bye Y/n!" I hear Sapnap say from the living room as George holds Dream back from follow me out the door.

"bye you guys!" I say as I wave goodbye and walk out the door. "There gonna burn the house down" I mumble to myself while getting into the Uber.

"It will be around a 30 minute drive" The Uber driver says while I nod and turn on my favorite song to listen to for the drive.

And when I look up from my phone I see my friends all waiting for me. Which Tommy has brought over Ranboo and Tubbo to keep the vlog interesting.

"The woman has arrived!" Tommy says while holding the camera up to my face "You don't need to scream, I'm right here!" I scream back jokingly as he continues to scream into my ear.

"How did Dream take you leaving?" Eret says while taking my bag from the car and all of us walking inside. "I think he took it well" I say while clearly joking as I look around the hotel lobby. "This is gonna be a fun 2 days" I say as Tommy turns off the camera

(1 day before the wedding)

I have been playing competitive Candyland with the Bench trio for the the last 10 minutes and so far Ranboo is in first, Me in second, Tubbo in third and Tommy in last. "You haft to go back to licorice castle Tommy" I point as he screams "What the fuck!?!" As I move his red character back to the castle. "Why do you keep on going back?" Tubbo says with a laugh as Ranboo pulls a card. "I win!" Ranboo lifts his card up showing that he has landed a red and moves his character to the end.

"What the hell did I just walk into?" Niki says as she walks in with Wilbur shortly behind her. "NIKI!" I scream as I run to her because of her sudden appearance "Did you think I was gonna miss this! I get to be a bridesmaid!" She says as she hugs me. "I'm just gonna slip on through here" Wilbur says while walking in and immediately getting tackled hugged by the three boys that we're just sitting down in the living room. "All my bridesmaids have finally arrived" I say while letting go of Niki.

One thing Hiccup didn't expect to see so up close was a picture of some more furred deer with large antlers and body made of lines. Much less to bump into the picture on the box.

He was running late to meet up with his ex for a breakfast at their favorite cafe and already sure that he attached his peg leg wrong. Now he was on his back and trying to regain consciousness over seeing tribal furry deers fly above him. It took him a few minutes to notice someone was calling him.

"Hey! Are you okay?!" As if an alarm activated in his head Hiccup sat up and instantly held back of his head in pain.

The big box was dropped on the ground carefully as the one holding it rushed to help him.

"Hey, slowly okay? That was quite a fall." The man spoke softly and one big arm supported his back while other batted his hand away to feel any swelling.

After regaining some consciousness and his vision cleared up better(though every around the center was still blurry), he noticed a tattooed man with tribal tattoo on his chin watch him with deep worry.

His eyes were amber brown, his skin was tan and he had his mid long hair tied, but that didn't stop bangs to sneak past his ears. Wait, were those beads in them?

After looking down he noticed that he was wearing a worn out dark green sleeveless hoodie and grey sweatpants.

"Hold on, I'll bring you some water." He quickly left, but not for a very long time. Just now Hiccup noticed that the man put a folded blanket behind his head and put his legs in the air by putting them against the box he was holding.

At least he seemed to know what to do.

Hiccup on the other hand didn't know what to do at all. But guessing by the spinning feeling in his body he could only wait to get better before-Oh shit.

Astrid!

He should be going, else she's gonna be worried sick!

He tried to get up only to find his peg leg detach when he tried to take a step.

What would have surely been a splat on the ground was avoided by a strong arm hooking him from below around chest to stop his fall.

"Easy now I got ya. Holding on?" Asked the man and tried to help him balance on one leg and aim him down to sit.

Once they managed that Hiccup let go of his hold and accepted the handed sports bottle of water.

The man took the prothesis and placed it next to the leg it belonged to.

"Want me to call you an ambulance?"

"No no, I'm fine thanks. I was just in the hurry and didn't notice you in the hallway." He took one more chug of water and gave the man the bottle back for now.

"Thanks."

"No problem, sorry for causing your fall. I'm moving in and this was the only box I could take while my cousin is parking." He motioned the the huge box with the reindeer logo.

Hiccup chuckled and reattached his leg "Yeah, this hallway always seemed too narrow for my taste. Hopefully I won't see reindeers in my sleep now."

His joke got the man to snicker before he held out his hand to Hiccup.

"Eret Eretson, room S8." He said with a bit of an accent. Maybe British?

"Straight?"

"No sir, gay."

Hiccup burst into laughter after the number pun and grin Eret pulled on after saying that.

After minimizing the laughter to giggles he said "There's no room S 8. The landlord ordered wrong fond so the 5 looks like a S."

"Shoot, there goes my chances of an endless joke opportunities. But at least it's not A5. Because anyone I would anger would write an extra S there and my address name would be an Ass." Joked Eret, cracking Hiccup again before saying.

"That's your aim anyway, so it would give a straight up message."

Now that cracked Eret into laughter "Good one."

"Hiccup."

"Um, bless you?"

Hiccup then chuckled "No that's my name. Harry Hiccup Haddock. But everyone calls me Hiccup. My mom's idea when she was high on adderall and dad on antidepressants on stress. My room is 54."

Eret clearly fought another laughter as he grimaced and made stiffened giggles after shaking his hand and helping him up.

"That must be a great story for office parties."

"Eh, after a few years it gets old." Shrugged Hiccup and drank rest of the water.

"Anyway I should go else my ex is gonna think I stood her up on our breakfast plans."

"Trying to get back together?" Quizzed Eret curious but Hiccup shook his head "Nah, just a tradition from college years together. Anyway, see you around. Hopefully next time without any crash collisions." Eret let Hiccup walk past him before taking the box and taking it to his apartment.

"No promises. See ya!"

Was granted fairy wings from DreamXD

Sam employed her and c!Boomer to work under Awesamdude Inc. She is the bank manager. Boomer and her share a strange connection/familiarity, and became fast friends.

Sam holds what happened at the Red Banquet against Hannah, but she wants to move on since it’s “all in the past.”

Boomer tears off her wings accidentally, they declare each other as enemies and fight. Sam wants them to fix their issues for the sake of the business. She’s upset at both of them for not caring.

Currently: desperate to have her wings back, wants to ask DreamXD but can’t get in contact

c!Sam

Locked the Egg away after the Red Banquet, was still the Prison Warden. On the side, works on Awesamdude Inc. for the bank and Las Nevadas for Quackity.

Big reveal that he can transfer his soul between (possibly artificial) bodies that lay dormant all around the server. He knows c!Boomer from the past.

The whole giant Prison Saga which I’ll sum up very briefly: People die on his watch, he continues getting corrupted mentally by the Warden role. Allows violence, kidnaps and takes lives himself believing it’s for righteous reasons, and everybody escapes from the prison in the end. Very few people trust him now.

Gets locked in the prison as retribution. c!Dream visits every day, breaks down his willpower, and takes a canon life.

Has nothing else to do but throw himself into work with Awesamdude Inc. Regularly doing projects with Sam Nook and Foolish.

Egg Resurgence Arc. He finds out that the Egg is growing in power, realizes his methods to contain the entity didn’t work, and is worried about Bad.

Sam Bucket Saga

Currently: just disturbed by everything.

c!Ponk

Post-Red Banquet, moves into the Summer Home to regain Foolish’s trust and heal from egg control, they become good friends, and she later moves out

Confronts Sam for chopping off his hand. Finds out that Foolish went on a date with Sam and breaks off their friendship. Cuts off all ties and lives in a cave for a while.

Later rebuilds their friendship with Foolish.

Confronts Sam again after the prison break for what he’s done. Is disappointed in what Sam has become, when he used to be such an amazing person.

Still lives in a cave, not doing too well & had another bad encounter with Sam

Currently: desperate to get his hand back and went to the Egg for help (egglore finale)

c!Puffy

Still unsure of how she got to the dsmp, had gotten amnesia from her ship crashing during a storm.

Accepts that everybody on the dsmp is evil in some way, even herself for killing Antfrost at the Red Banquet. Ant and her mutually apologize. Was still upset at Bad.

Slightly involved in the L’Sandburg War arc

Gets her restaurant exploded. Later on decides to leave, wanting a new start.

c!Eryn

Half demon, knows Tommy from childhood. His parents died in an attack on their village, and after many years of traveling he arrives in the dsmp. Tries to befriend Tommy again.

Immediately gets attached to Badboyhalo as a father figure. Views Sapnap as a brother.

Big reveal that they can relive past moments of war and violence as auditory hallucinations. Hears the Red Banquet but doesn’t believe that c!Bad would’ve ever hurt anyone.

History lesson from Eret. c!Dream prison escape happens.

Everybody on the server seems on edge and depressed now, Eryn is upset that he can’t help. Feeling lonely & also scared by the past violence he heard, they hide underground for several weeks until c!Aimsey comes and the two become friends.

Currently: deflecting their emotions but otherwise is doing okay

c!Antfrost

Apologized to everyone for his involvement with the Egg and Red Banquet.

Continued to work as a prison guard under Sam.

Takes his work vacation only to come back and find that c!Dream has escaped the prison. Sam blamed him for not being there to help.

Ant talks to Bad and they confront Sam for abandoning the Badlands and blaming them when he should be responsible. After more arguing, Ant quit the job and left.

Currently: unknown

c!Seapeekay (C!PK)

Fox that can travel to different dimensions and ended up in the dsmp.

Is given a tour by Ponk and later Badboyhalo. Bad repeatedly loses his memory of meeting CPK during this because of the egg trying to control him. Foolish quickly intervenes and brings the two to the Summer Home. Bad later takes CPK to the egg room, before managing to stop himself and disinfects the two in a panic. (this is one of my favorite lore streams)

One day CPK hears creepy voices, curiously goes to the source (egg room) then passes out.

Starts changing his preferences to the color red & his fur becomes discolored.

Another day when cc!CPK is not at the computer, his character begins unconsciously moving on its own. He goes to the Egg and touches it, then runs away. 

He and Aimsey make a team devoted to fixing things but it doesn’t work out. He decides to destroy stuff instead and his house gets exploded.

Currently: unknown. probably not doing very good

c!Badboyhalo

Was not willing to apologize to everyone for his involvement with the Egg and Red Banquet. Trying very hard to repress it out of guilt.

Continued to work as a prison guard under Sam.

Decides to live with Foolish at the Summer Home, beginning the very long rollercoaster ride that is the Roommate Saga. Many arcs are part of it, in order we have:

The L’Sandburg War arc

The DreamXD Statue arc. We find out XD hates Bad for some reason.

The L’Cactusburg Prank War arc. Bad & Skeppy’s house got moved to Ohio.

Dream prison escape, Bad quits his job as a prison guard along with Antfrost.

Egg Resurgence Arc. One part being the CPK tour egg-control thing already talked about above. The other part follows Bad and Foolish trying to find out why the Egg is growing stronger, as bloodvines are growing around the Summer Home & Foolish’s builds.

Bad moves out, ending the Roommate Saga “for now”

Currently: friends with Sam Bucket, concerned about the Egg and is gathering people for Puffy’s birthday party

Post-Red Banquet, the Egg was in his head until he drowned it in prime water. They apparently have a long history that Foolish doesn’t remember.

The Roommate Saga & the Las Nevadas Saga happening at the same time

DreamXD Statue arc, became besties with XD and was granted immortality and knowledge of the Death Book.

Egg Resurgence Arc same as with Bad. Foolish used his immortality to destroy the Egg; the action kickstarting the Sam Bucket Saga. The egg moved locations and is now more dangerous.

Roommate Saga end & Las Nevadas Finale

Currently: fixing Las Nevadas with c!Quackity

Was slightly involved in the L’Sandburg War and L’Cactusburg Prank War arcs. Him and Bad’s house got moved to Ohio so they rebuilt it.

Was a victim of the Egg long ago. He wanted his dog Francis back and the Egg said it could help

Badboyhalo rediscovered the egg and got corrupted. Sam Bucket wasn’t able to stop the Red Banquet & could only watch
