“Oh, yeah.” Elaine nods. “You hate sex.” She then nods to her left shoulder and her eyes drop and she lets out a laugh, seeing the love bites now exposed from the cardigan slipping.

“Like I said, I hate it.” She laughs.

“How is your relationship with sex? I mean, what has your experience been with it?”

She considers for a moment, “I’d say I have a good relationship with sex. It was never a topic that was shied away from when I was younger. He huffs, obviously not liking it, but he hopes that the podcast will do well, be received well, so at least Ferrari will be forced to accept it because fans like it.

“Did you mention me?”

Her eyebrow raises, “No. I want on a podcast to talk about my sex life so you obviously didn’t come up.”

He hums, moving his hands under her cardigan and top. “What did you say?”

When she had accepted the invite it was only after a long talk with Charles, one she had to force, to go over what she could and couldn’t mention. Charles had been fine with her mentioning whatever she wanted. Uncaring that it would be out for the world to see, his colleagues, friends, and even family if for some reason they decided to click on it. He had stuck by that after their talk, though had asked her to keep most of the details of their roleplay and their love of rough sex to a minimum.

That statement comes out of nowhere. "Yeah, I know, but what'd I do that's got you sayin' so?" They were talking about a hypothetical book, one in which Ichigo is teasing about painting fictional him as being pretty pathetic. If anyone has seen him embarrassed and read him well enough to recognize it, it's Ichigo, so he knows Ichigo's telling the truth about having seen him embarrassed. He's not going to argue that, but he narrows his eyes. "Twice in the last hour? That's not even possible. I was drunk and you were sleepin'."

He doesn't even know what to say. They're both sounding like broken records. He knows if it were that easy, it would have already happened. Nothing can ever be simple between them. "But I didn't." He hates this part of the Grimmjow topic. "I had no control over that and you know it, and you still let him believe that. You know I didn't want that to happen." They talked about it. Ichigo truely seemed to understand the situation. But what he wants doesn't seem to mean much these days. He does know that Grimmjow's stubborn as fuck, though and that getting anything other than prickly tough guy exterior isn't easy. "My friends aren't problems." He mutters. He doesn't think he's a very good friend, and he doesn't make friends easily. Most people, he couldn't care less about, let alone call them friends. But he does care about the few people he does call a friend.

He glances over at Ichigo after they're both parked and out of their respective cars. A bell chimes when he pushes the door open. A bored looking employee looks up, then back down at their phone. Shiro gestures Ichigo down a narrow isle between racks of clothing. "Go nuts. You gotta do some digging sometimes, but I guarantee you'll find something you like."

At first it was kind of difficult to imagine Ichigo sitting at a desk, writing into the early hours of the morning, hours he's usually out roaming the streets or working a very different kind of job. But the more they talk about it, the more easily the image comes to him. He never really saw Ichigo bent over his studies when they were together, but he knows that's because he was too much of a distraction. Without himself in the picture, it's a lot easier to imagine.

He scoffs, "I never do anything embarrassing." Very very not true. Ichigo makes himself so punchable sometimes. Shiro struggles not to roll his eyes, and plays along instead. "Oh, don't downplay that. It'll be the most interesting part of the whole story. Who doesn't love a doomed romantic subplot attached to the misunderstood character? Most of the criminal population probably doesn't read anyway."

Ichigo's not wrong, but damn that's kind of harsh. "Yeah but I'd say no to all of them real fuckin' fast to say yes to you instead." He'd drop everything and everyone for Ichigo. Obsessed, like Ichigo's going to write in his book. And he's glad for the confirmation that he's the hottest guy Ichigo knows, but he didn't really want to hear about whatever complicated thing is going on between Grimmjow and Ichigo. Except it shifts gears into something. Shiro blinks, then heaves an exasperated sigh. "I understand he's mad at me, but I'm literally so loaded I don't know what to do with it. All he has to do is say something. Hell he could'a just sent me his rent bill or something." What an asshole. He doubts Grimmjow wants handouts from him, "Or I could find work for him. Doesn't even have to be illegal shit. I have a lot of connections."

That scowl makes Shiro's hackles raise, but the words take most of the fight out of him. He's so twisted up about Ichigo. He sighs. "I do. I do wanna be friends." The problem is that he doesn't know how to be just friends with Ichigo. He's going to settle for it, because it's all he's going to get, but it's going to hurt.

He shrugs. "Not all of it. I move the important stuff. Politicians, celebrities. People who think they're being discrete. Only reason I never moved my own product before was because I didn't trust myself around it often." He offers up a sort of self deprecating smile. "That's not an issue anymore. But it's a lot of product, a lot of money and a lot of networking to trust to someone else, so it works out."

He watches Ichigo check his own vehicle from the driver seat, and starts rolling down the drive when he sees Ichigo climb into the car and start it. He takes them into the city, to a hole in the wall alt fashion shop that has too many items crammed into a too small of a space. It's his favorite place for clothes though.

The Passion of Sanemi Shinazugawa

Sanemi has no chill.

We all been knew this. His chill is one of the things that the fandom has accepted canonically doesn't exist, like Inosuke's uniform shirt or Zenitsu's dating standards, but the reason for his lack of chill and generally aggressive behavior is still a much debated topic to this day.

I have made two posts here and here breaking down his backstory, his trauma and socio-economical circumstances that made him the man he is today but, I still wasn't satisfied. Something nagged me about this character and his personality that I couldn't put my finger on. So I pondered, for days going through each episode, rereading the manga taking note of his actions and interactions with other characters.

Then, it finally hit me.

Ladies and gentlemen, I believe I've found the answer.

Sanemi, our sweet boy, is SEXUALLY FRUSTRATED.

Let me explain.

What is sexual frustration?

According to Medical News Today,

Sexual frustration describes a state of irritation, agitation, or stress resulting from sexual inactivity or dissatisfaction. Sexual frustration is a common, natural feeling, and it can affect anyone.

Feeling irritable, restless, and edgy (so Sanemi's entire personality?)

Engaging in unhealthy coping skills (like wanting to brawl with another man for no reason and after having a sexually-charged training session 🤨)

How did this cum to be?

Okay so, I have this headcanon that the Shinazugawa men have a high sex drive. I mean, there's the seven kids from Kyogo which means he had to be laying pipe...a lot(F's in the chat for Shizu 😔) and Genya's horniness when he breathes the same air as a girl, so it's safe to say that Sanemi also has a high sex drive.

After the tragedy that struck his family (Shizu killing the kids, not Kyogo's death because fuck that guy), Sanemi lost any hope or chance of a normal life. In the light novel Sign post of the Wind, Sanemi tells Masachika that life isn't for fun, and he has expressed his distaste for 'frivolous' things.

He denies himself these things because he believes he doesn't deserve them, why should he enjoy life when he killed his mom, when he couldn't protect his siblings, when his brother rightfully hates him, when demons still exist, when families are still being ripped apart, when his colleagues and juniors are being killed and when Genya is in constant danger. The only thing he allows himself is ohagi which is a reminder of happier times.

He has no time for friends, for love and definitely not for sex, which by extension includes masturbation. He won't be able to jerk off without seeing the faces of his mom and his siblings -and yes, that sentence was just as awkward for me writing it as you reading it- so he resigned himself to a life of solitude and sexual frustration, which caused him to develop his aggressive and no-chill personality but at least he was able to manage for a while, that was until he met Giyuu.

Sanemi's no-nut journey became even more unbearable when he met Giyuu. There was just something about that sappy, derpy, stupid face that stole his heart and even though Giyuu's personality should've made it easy to stay away, the power of love and horny didn't allow that to happen.

Now that's not good. With the failure of trying to reach out to Giyuu in the Hashira meeting and the disaster that was the attempted eye-poking incident and being shamed by a 16-year-old Sanemi decides 'fuck it' and tries to reach out to Giyuu again.

But he can't go crawling to Giyuu and be like 'please fuck me', no no no that would not do instead he has the brilliant idea to challenge Giyuu to combat under the guise of 'training' in some misguided hope that the spar would get both their temperatures up which would in turn get Giyuu horny enough to rip off his clothes and fuck him. Yay! The plan is foolproof!

I already mentioned in this post how Sanemi's suggestion for a brawl made no sense as he could have just taken the Muichiro route and suggested they use their actual katanas, but no he wanted a full body contact brawl. Like look at how excited he was at the concept of brawling with Giyuu, like no wonder Tanjiro was scared for Giyuu!

Not only that, but Tanjiro clocks in Sanemi's intentions and decided to put a stop to it by hitting him where he hurts; ohagi.

Imagine your biggest social opp coming along with his innocent, stupidly sweet face when you've finally decided to open yourself up to fucking your forever crush and killing whatever and all sexual tension with his annoying innocence!

Then, as if on a mission to destroy your spirit, reveals your secret love of ohagi! A sweet typically enjoyed by children! Right in front of his future baby daddy!

Tanjiro then drives the knife even further by asking him his ohagi preferences, talking about how his grandma used to make ohagi and shit!

After the events of the final showdown we see a more relaxed, almost peaceful Sanemi which tells us one thing - our boy finally got laid!

But when? and with whom?

Well Giyuu, duh. I theorize that it happened sometime during the three months of recuperation before Tanjiro woke up, and they had their last Hashira meeting. I mean, look at how they're smiling at each other, you can't tell me these guys didn't fuck at least once.

Sanemi came(lol) out(lol again!) of the encounter a changed man. He's moisturized, demure, in his lane, thriving.

In Conclusion, Sanemi's character development is really inspirational because it's a story of one man's triumph over thirst and yea I don't know how to end this post, so I'll just leave you with some words of wisdom:

I think there is something that needs to be discussed with Lando fans about the whole mental health topic. Absolutely, people have gone too far with the Lando hate, death threats, actual bullying, harassment, taking shit out of context, that is never okay and I will never support that. rivalries and "hating" teams is supposed to just to be another fun thing about sports and people have definitely ruined that a bit.

However. People keep bringing up how Lando is open about mental health and his own struggles and how he's an advocate for these things and it just doesn't sit well with me in context to the things he has said about other drivers. I'm not talking about the weird comments in the cool down room or the "simply lovely" thing, those are arguably just incidents where he has read the room wrong or just not been able to keep quiet in the heat of the moment which is excusable- I don't have to like it, in fact it's the main reason why I don't like him, but at the end of the day it's not that deep.

But I genuinely cannot find any reason, excuse, justification for the shit he said about George and Lewis after Singapore on stream. And I'm not saying this or making this post just to give shit about it, I genuinely cannot fathom why he said that, it is such a meanspirited, childish, and unsportsmanlike thing to say and it cannot be chocked up to the heat of the moment because this was well after the race. A race that he won! By a huge margin. People can claim that maybe he's just a sore loser but that doesn't work in this context.

As much as I don't like him, it actually gave me whiplash because it just was honestly such a mean and self absorbed thing to say.

I think there is important nuance to any conversation about mental health (and yes I know I'm talking about nuance on the internet, not a great idea) because yes, Lando has his own struggles and people shouldn't be disregarding that or saying it's now a big deal because he's rich or famous, that's weird, but he's also an adult, who is responsible for his own actions and choices and is absolutely not exempt from criticism just because he has mental health struggles.

Everyone has mental health struggles, just because you don't see it doesn't mean it isn't there- you can't sit there and try and say that a guy with as fucked up a childhood as Max Verstappen doesn't have mental health issues- and using mental health as a blank defense for Lando isn't the progressive move people think it is.

It also annoys me when people try to make it out as if Lando is the only person on the grid to advocate for mental health when Lewis has been doing it for years but that is an entirely different conversation.

October 7, 2021

Hayden walked into her house after playing a preseason game against Vancouver and she got to see Quinn for a little while before he had to go back to Vancouver.

Hayden petted Archie before jogging up the stairs to her room and getting into a pair of sweatpants and a sports bra and a pair of her house slippers.

She grabbed her phone turning it on and frowning at the amount of notifications that popped up specifically coming from her group chat with her NTDP friends.

Hayden almost dropped her phone in shock seeing that Matt fell on the ice almost two hours ago and was taken down the tunnel and he did not come back to the game.

Hayden frowned hating Matt got hurt a few hours ago and she only saw it now.

Hayden paced in her room texting in the group chat and Matt sent a text in the chat saying he was getting x-rays.

Hayden frowned biting her lip wanting to be there for Matt right now but knew she couldn’t.

Hayden decided to try and eat something to distract herself from worrying as Matt gets his scans done.

Hayden connected her phone to the speaker and turned on a mix of some of favorite artists and she started making her self dinner.

She made a teriyaki chicken bowl with a lot of vegetables in the bowl and fed Archie before she sat down on her couch and turned her TV on and ate her dinner as she watched a hockey game.

Hayden finished eating her dinner and washed all of her dishes, took Archie out for a short walk and locked her house up before heading up to her room and got ready for bed.

She was braiding her hair when she got a text from Matt in the group chat saying he was back home and he had broke his ankle and would be out for a little while.

Matt was laying in his bed with his foot elevated on a pillow with a bag of ice on it, he was absolutely exhausted and devastated. He would now have to wait even longer to have his first NHL game.

Matt groaned as his phone rung not wanting to talk to anyone else today, he was absolutely done with everyone and everything.

He rubbed his eyes as he grabbed his phone and felt himself soften seeing Hayden was facetiming him, the only person he wanted to talk to right now is Hayden.

Matt answered and immediately saw his favorite face and she was laying in her bed too and he could see Archie laying next to her, “Hi.” Matt softly whispered feeling the slightest bit better since he fell.

“Hi Matty.” Hayden softly spoke back looking at him in worry and frowned slightly seeing his sad and dejected face.

“Are you in pain?” Hayden questioned in concern giving him a stern look not to lie to her.

Matt let out a soft fond breath, “No i got more pain meds when i got home.” Matt reassured her.

“I’m sorry you have to go through this Matt.” Hayden told him sincerely she hated he had to wait even longer to start in the NHL because he got injured in his first preseason game.

“Thank you.” Matt swallowed knowing out of anyone, Hayden means those words the most and they are truly sincere coming from her.

Hayden gave him a soft smile and decided to get his mind off his injury, “Did you finish the book?” Hayden asked him changing the topic.

Matt and Hayden have always shared a love for books and since they met they would always share and switch books with each other and that did not stop when they moved away from each other, now they just send each other packages with a few books or send a online book to each other.

Most of the time they would annotate the books too and that’s why Matt loves reading a book after Hayden the most because he loves reading her annotations.

“I did. You were right it was great and definitely a shocking end.” Matt fondly told her making her grin proudly, “Did you finish your book?”

“Mhm this morning.” Hayden nodded her head in a way that Matt absolutely adores.

“And what did you think?” Matt asked her wanting to hear all of her thoughts. It is one of his favorite things hearing Hayden ramble about a book.

Hayden smiled and immediately started rambling about the book and her thoughts about the book making Matt smile as he listened to her.

He shook his head fondly because only Hayden could get him to smile after literally breaking his ankle and he’s not going to be playing for weeks.

Matt continued to keep asking her questions about the book keeping her talking because it makes him feel better listening to her ramble.

And Hayden knows that and she made sure to ramble as long as she could knowing Matt like listening.

Hayden eventually ran out of words to say about the book so she stopped talking.

Matt and Hayden just starred at each other through the screen and more than anything Hayden wished she could be there in Minnesota to be there with Matt.

“I can come to Minnesota and be there if you need or even want me to be Matt.” Hayden told her best friend seriously, all he had to do was ask and she would immediately be there in a few hours.

Matt smiled bittersweet because he would absolutely love having Hayden with him but he knew she was getting busy for the upcoming season and truthfully his injury is bad because it is an injury but it is not as bad as it can be and he doesn’t want to disturb Hayden’s life. Even if he knew she would come the second he asked and that’s why he will not ask.

“It’s okay Hayden Lee.” Matt softly declined even if he wished to hug Hayden right now, “I’ll be okay i promise.” Matt reassured seeing her disbelieving look.

Hayden’s nodded accepting Matt’s wishes.

“Thank you.” Matt told Hayden seriously, he would’ve sat in a pity party if it wasn’t for Hayden and she made him smile and comforted him.

“Always.” Hayden promised softly.

Hayden stayed on facetime with Matt for hours, neither of them realizing how late it was getting as they talked with each other for so long. Eventually they slowly started falling asleep on the facetime. Matt smiled softly seeing Hayden peaceful sleeping before he shut his eyes and fell asleep.

In the next month college will start again, that means I'll have... much more less free time... or I'll be staying up all nights (And I will, because I want to create, but my health doesn't like it at all *chuckle*)

I don't work, all my day I literally draw (and if I have an opportunity to freely draw while I can, I will), but sometimes I still have to take commissions because... I don't like to ask for something and feel uncomfortable if it's something that I didn't earn myself, I have something that I need and sadly it isn't made out of grass *giggle*

The point is, I'm 100% I will be working on "Agnes" animatic in my free time, aaaand I can make some kind of monthly subscription (on boosty, sorry if it is unusual for you, but it's the only option for me) where I can send all wips, scream about what I want to show or add, I'm pretty sure I will be working on more than 1 animatic simultaneously and will be screaming about it too (that means I will stop shitposting and throwing wips every few minutes on tumblr and then delete to develop your paranoia XDDD (And Cass won't see anything, two rabbits with one stone), pretty sure you can ask me some questions here and I will try to answer, I was thinking about streaming process of animation but not sure that it will be interesting (it will be quiet)

In the end, of course, I will be publishing everything! I always do, I don't keep anything for myself *giggle* It's just, I think if there's any point for it if there won't be anyone. In that case I will continue taking commissions anyway and keep animating, just in slower pace~
