I saw someone in JP fandom pointed this out (the fact that Jin may not be the Frostheim captain last year) and was flabbergasted at how different the wording in the EN translation is.

Honestly it never occurred to me the possibility that Jin may not be the Frostheim captain once (considering his status y'know?), but this changes things...

I wonder if this is a mistake? Since Kaito said until last year, Jin is "the definition of a Charismatic Leader"...

They became different people after they were "divorced" and it hurts, but not as much as it hurt them. They were never the same. They were very successful apart, but only fans of M&L will notice; the joy, the laughter, everything was gone. They were a part of each other and then they weren't. What really happened? I don't want to say it was sudden because they did argue but according to the both of them, they always got over it. Dean even said in June of 1954, if people would just leave them alone, they would be fine. Something happened in the last three months of their partnership that made them split. And in my opinion, it was something big, something very personal.

The thing that's actually killing me about the whole situation is that if I told him a guy did what he did, I would hear for half an hour about how I deserve better and how men suck, like, I can hear him saying it so clearly because he did it before and now I'm sitting here trying to figure out what's the truth. i'm one hundred percent certain that after percy and annabeth made out underwater. and he wanted to make their relationship official. the question was not "will you be my girlfriend?" but "can i be your boyfriend?" i don't care what the canon says. percy gave annabeth the space to take the lead in the relationship. because after a lifetime of being abandoned by everyone she dared to care for. and then watching her on the brink of a panic attack at the thought of losing him the last four years. he wanted to honor a new beginning between them by follow her lead and moving at her pace.
