Went on a walk bc I was close to a panic attack. The walk made it worse I was heading home to like change into loose clothes to help the anxiety when I saw a cat like down a drive way and I made kisses noises thinking she’d ignore me like very other cat in this neighborhood. But she ran on over and let me pet her for like 5 minutes. My allergies are really hitting my sinuses but my anxiety gone. Love and peace on planet earth

i watched one (1) movie about big pharma and now am researching the allergy meds i've been on for 18-13 years and connecting unexpected dots
#i don't actually understand enough about pharmacology to be that confident in anything#but am now curious if being on daily antihistamines for most of my life contributes to having The World's Driest Fucking Skin#and also intrigued by the fact that the reason i was told they didn't keep me on prednisone year-round (despite it being the only med that#actually lets me breathe completely freely + have a sense of smell) is that it causes bone loss#but ??? it apparently also suppresses the immune system?#which ig sort of makes sense if allergies are essentially ur immune system going whack attack at random benign shit#and FASCINATED by the fact antihistamines can be used for insomnia when they r in fact#insomnia making drugs for my family#also this is all a reminder i rlly rlly need to go see an in-person allergist sometime this year#both bc i'm apparently due to get my lungs checked and also bc i would like to talk w/ someone abt the montelukast thing#like i am not eager to go off it bc it's the most effective med i've had in#y'know#18 yr of allergies#but the side effects are. kind of a lot.? and were not explained when i was started on it#so would just like to see what my options are#also start allergy shots x_____x#personal#this has been medical history with curio hour

feeling weirdly itchy tonight and i don't know why. last time i was weirdly itchy it was a freak allergic reaction but i have taken a zyrtec and i also have No Idea what i would be reacting to since i finished dinner at 7 pm and haven't eaten anything since or touched anything that i haven't touched a million times before.
my best guess is that either i kept my earrings in too long today (i just took them out, for the record) or i'm somehow reacting to the sweater i put on when i got home -- the sweater i've been wearing around my room for like a week. neither of these seem particularly plausible but i literally don't know what else it could be.

I feel like my crown just shifted up oh my god
#i have a cleaning thursday before work so like i can tell someone#but also why did i do that i schedualed it super early like im already regreting it#considering itll be the day after valentines which means my shift ends at 9/9:30#and ill have to be there at my dentist by 7:30am#its whatever i just need to finish my dental work at the office then get my wisdom tooh pulled and ill be done w my teeth health wise#and then its onto the allergy shots which reminds me i have to reschedual my appt w my ent hoepfully its not anything too crazy far out#but i wanna talk w him and be like hey these shits are expensive what are my options or do u wanna be a homie and update my diagnosis#so they can get covered by my insurance cause i think if i can breath at like even 80% capacity my life would immensly change#and i was reading abt how like major chronic allergies lead to inflamation and my drs were concered abt that n i know i need to lose weight#but not being able to breath thru my nose hinders that to a degree#but like severe allergies are horrible for inflamation and like fucks up ur body and its like no wonder i feel horrible all the time#and itll prolly massively improve my sleep which also helps you#and i gotta go see my thyroid dr whos on the opposite end of town and wont answer the fucking phone to schedule and appt#cause i have to do that to renew my prescription and frankly i wish my primary dr could take care of that or get a new thyroid dr in general#but shes on maternity leave so ill have to wait for that#my dentist is also on maternity leave so ill have to see a diff one#i also ghosted my cardiologist but he literally called and was like ur fine the tests we ran showed ur in good health#but u should be more in shape and i didnt want another lecure abt being fat so i didnt go but i prolly should tho my results#prolly arent relavent anymore#and ive attemped ive done my bike workout a bit but its also been winter and i cannot bring myself to do anything besides rot in bed#most of the time and if i am going out its like to the movies or events where i just stand around and talk to people very low effort#i also have to email that lady abt my cetificate i still havent gotten abd the haircut place who charved me twice and write that damn review#that ive forgotten so many times

That's not a joke answer. Getting my brain and my body to function at even close to the expected levels, it's taken 4 separate prescriptions, plus several different vitamins.
#T fixed my gender#anti-anxiety meds#meds for what's apparently fibromyalgia#high blood pressure meds#vitamin C cause I can't have a lot of fruit#Vitamin D cause I live in the Gloomy State#B12 because I have negative energy#Year round allergy meds cause I'm allergic to so many things#9 pills a day#plus a shot once a week#oh wait 10 pills a day#cause melatonin to help me sleep#caffeine helps too

My back hurts so badly I want to lay down but I can’t bc I have gerd so I need to wait hours after eating to not be sitting up perfectly straight or I’ll suffer terribly. BUT. The way I’m sitting I’m having to hold my phone up real high so my head won’t be titled down bc I’m also having bad neck pain that started later today. And like haha that’s messing up my chronic hand issues. It’s. Truly. Today kinda sucks lol. I just wanted to get my training done for my journal done today. So I could sew some tomorrow but I couldn’t bc I was in so much pain I was making a lot of simple mistakes and couldn’t focus. Hopefully the back pain will not get worse like it has been the past day or two. And I I’ll be able to finish it before it’s due lol haha.
