HI NANA i am op. hi :3 very underdeveloped horrors (the au is mu qing centric) but bflf live happily ever after..i was thinking sqx goes through something similar to canon before meeting hx (swd doesnt die though) and hx hc and mq are sort of family but they get separated so hx is very angsty on his own for a long time and theres a lot of bflf healing and kisses later……this was mostly thought of after the audio drama fucked me over and i needed them to kiss forever to cope

Hi Village, how do you get an enemy?

Hello Ms. In A Coat. This is a question that I am sure is completely unrelated to my recent blog endeavors so I will give you some advice.

Ville's guide on Making An Enemy:

1. Have an ingregious amount of things in common. I am talking baffling and unsettling. So unsettling in fact it leads me to step number TWO

2. It becomes so genuinely unsettling and also distinct enough that your differences become much more apparent than your blatant similarities. Minimum three people including this persons mother should point out how similar and yet different you are

3. Bring this up CONSTANTLY. Eventually it will be so common that you won't even notice you've pointed something out until you're both staring in disturbed silence at a passive revelation.

4. Establish that this was clearly predetermined and your enemy has been out to get you since infantry and you in kind have been out to get them.

5. Also establish that because of this you are always looking for a fight under increasingly ridiculous means for unrelated reasons. Things will probably escalate from there. Glowstick tazers. You understand

6. Have fun and be yourself!!!

Being someone who read Under The Red Hood and came out with the firm belief that, for Jason, it's not about killing Joker, it's about Jason wanting proof Batman would choose him over the Joker (bc shelia chose the joker). Makes seeing any other media where it's all about just wanting the Joker dead is a teeny bit frustrating. to be honest

Jason could've killed the Joker himself, really, really easily. Jason kidnaps the Joker before the confrontation. I can't open my comic for a reference right now, but it felt like he had the Joker for quite a bit before the confrontation. He had him. He beat him up with a crowbar. He had every single opportunity to kill the Joker himself, but he didn't because that wasn't his goal. Make no mistake, he did plan for the Joker to be dead by the end of it, but do you see what im trying to say here

It's not about making Batman kill either. When Batman says he won't kill, Jason adjusts and goes, 'Let ME kill the Joker or kill me to stop me' instead. The test is all about Batman choosing him. The whole final confrontation is Jason's first death again. The parent, The Joker, and the explosives. It even ends with Jason unable to move as a bomb goes off right next to him again because the parent didn't choose Jason. And instead tried finding an option that'd benefit them and (consequencely) letting the Joker walk, again, lol, lmao <-in agony

Just thinking about Dick freaking out over losing his title of best uncle to Jason.

Dick showing up to take Lian out and give Roy a break only to hear she's having a fun day with Jason

Dick walking into the room with the toy he knows Lian really wanted, only to find out Jason got it for her first.

Dick showing up to game night at Roy's only to find Jason already there.

Just Dick getting increasingly frustrated and his rival Jason having no clue well the the rest watch on in humor and exasperation. Roy finds the who thing hilarious.

Picturing it all coming to a head when Dick is babysitting Lian and she shows him a new photo they put up. Dick all dejectivly being like, "look, it's you and your favorite uncle."

The pure shock and joy he feels when Lian tells him he wrong and her favorite uncle is "you uncle Dickie, duh!"

The door opening and Lian shouting "Papa!" As dick turns to excitedly tell Roy what Lian said only to see it's Jason who's holding Lian.
