Really wish all the “low impact” exercise routines I find weren’t hyper focused on like squats and lunges and shit. Like bro, my knees DO NOT WORK. They simply do not function properly. If I do 15 squats today I’m not going to be able to walk properly for literal days.

…….but like I’m so tired and I NEED to work out to help with my fatigue, and I don’t have the attention span for yoga right now. So I do the five bajillion squats anyway.

"I can't stop playing video games I'm so paralyzed" vs my mouth and face are slowly paralyzing themselves because my immune system won't stop attacking my cranial nerves. I gag and choke on everything I swallow including my own saliva- this is dangerous. I drool, both in my sleep and when I'm awake. I slur my speech which makes people think I am drunk. If I don't get to debate the logistics, morals, and overall architect of the game Mouthwashing I'll break down into a rage, I love debating and this game is the precipice of my moral questioning and interest of the breakage of human psyche- the ability to tell a story, a good horror without using a monster, but rather portraying mankind as its own beast. There's no need for a monster when there's already one lurking, their mind breaking, their mental stability on its last legs before it snaps. It's so interesting to me that they manage to tell a coherent story line along with portraying several ideologies all in one easy to bite game (spare the hallucinogenics) between a company that exploits and uses its people- belittling them so far as to only see their value as transporting a crude substitute of proper 'mouthwash', only giving them 5 hours of sleep, and letting 5 crew members abord a shuttle that only has 4 cryogenic dewards in case of emergency, paired with a man on the brink of instability due to his own shortcomings and inability to "take responsibility" (a motto preached by capitalism), and crew mates that all have their own way of thinking when the question "Who Are You?" Is presented. It's a twisted story, one I need to sink my teeth into and never let go because when they all answer with their own shortcomings and who they THINK they are, their biggest downfall is not only this but its the fact that they can't see one another through eachothers eyes, pulling wool over their eyes and leaving themselves open to the predator that lurks, Jimmy.

slytherin skittles house md au. regulus is dr house. he’s saving lives. he hates them all. he doesn’t actually care about the peoples lives per-say he’s just endlessly, obsessively fascinated in the problem solving of it all. the analytics. he’s committing medical malpractice. barty and evan are breaking into patients’ homes. they’re collecting samples of some rare bacteria in the sink for testing and then fucking in the most inappropriate place they can think of before leaving. dorcas owns the hospital and has become seasoned in handling the many lawsuits regulus’ practices generate. she knows he’s a genius and his rule-bending (at best, heinous crimes at worst) is what makes him one of the best doctors in the world but she’s also the only one who can genuinely put him in his place. Pandora is also on reg’s team and she’s the kindest to the patients but she’s really just better at hiding how crazy she is; she’s just like the rest of them yktv. James is an oncologist with a big heart and he frequently cries over patients while Reg judges him and tells him he needs to care less but secretly admires the way he cares sm. James sees the humanity in reg that he hides behind walls and walls of bitterness and apathy.

Thinking tonight about how I've had neuropathy in my hands and feet since I was 19 and now that I'm 28 I'm in full blown disease flare with all the symptoms.

I just wish there was an easier test to tell that I had Lupus 9 years ago. So I could have started treatment back then and I wouldn't have to go through all this pain.

I guess if you're a young adult with pain like mine, and you get a lot of symptoms or starting to get more every year. It's probably not you getting older. Track your symptoms in a document. You'll thank yourself later.

Why and how did I miss the diagnosis.
