It’s never been about finding an aesthetic or money for me. It’s jus that I wanna document my life. I’m not getting any younger. I may end up forgetting. So I jus go in life riding it the best I can with what I got. May as well have fun doing it! I understand how important it is to find a niche and have an aesthetic which I feel I’m still trying to find. Honestly, sometimes I have no idea what I’m doing | #ollopk #wfpf #freerunning #parkour #outsideallday #limitless #cutthecords #midwestmovement #goodvibesonly #lifestyle #triumphfreerunning #storror #3run #flightorfight #stlouisgram #stlouisblogger #stlouisphotographer #nikon #canon #instagood #springs #composition #beheadwear #portrait #landscape #aperture #lens #model #light #shadow | (at Meramec Springs State Park)

"This tip is specifically geared towards people who can do the flip but struggle with perfecting it! It is not meant to be a full tutorial, but I will be making one soon . "Things I didn't have time to say - . "It takes time and a lot of reps to know exactly when to extend your legs to the ground, make sure your landings are comfortable before adding this tech into your Webster. . "Websters are very complex and have many different styles, this landing technique is universal to all of them, the take off and tuck are not. . "Once you perfect your tech you don't need much power at all for websters, I did my best to demonstrate low power websters here with both good and bad tech to highlight how much this small piece helps. . "There's about 10 million more things to say but I'll leave it for the full tutorial!" -Joey Adrian . ⏩Go follow @joeyadrian. Hey!! I have a question about Castle of Glass, okay so from my understanding y/n is hurt because her family isn’t normal, cares more about protecting Gotham, and never spends quality time together,, so does Wayne-family-pizza-Fridays happen after y/n runs away?? Or were they a thing before she ran away also?
Because just that alone is so much mf angst like imagine ur kid runs away bc they felt lonely and unappreciated and you don’t go looking for them BUT you make a pizza Friday family night for your vigilante kids who didn’t run away 💀💀
OKAY LOOPHOLE EXPLANATION TIME BECAUSE SOMEONE FOUND ONE SOONER THAN I EXPECTED THEM TO.
Bruce understands her reasoning for leaving, realizes that her reasons aren’t unfounded, and fears that his other children are quite possibly feeling the same way. Whilst looking for her, he wants to keep the other children home, wants to make them feel like a real family because he realizes that their family isn’t normal, so he starts the WFPF’s to induce normalcy. And he realizes that the family was missing exactly that. Normalcy with one another, spending quality time outside the suits. However, let it be known though that Bruce has been looking for her, always, he just didn’t tell anyone because he was concerned what would fallout from the rest of them.

16 October 2020: King Abdullah II participated in the 2020 International Borlaug Dialogue held by the World Food Prize Foundation (WFPF), which focuses on developing the agricultural and food processing sectors.
He delivered a keynote address, via teleconference, on the closing day of the Dialogue, which opened on 12 October. (Source: Petra) Following is the full text of His Majesty’s remarks:
"In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful, Thank you, President Stinson. Dear friends, My great thanks for the opportunity to join your conference this week, especially on World Food Day. It is a day to celebrate the people who put food on the world's tables—growing, transporting, storing, and distributing this essential of life, and keeping us safe in this time of COVID. But today is also a day to remember the fact that for too many millions, this is not a day of food. It is another day of hunger. Let's ask ourselves: Why, in the 21st century, are nearly 690 million people hungry? Why, in this day and age, do almost 9 million people die of malnutrition or related causes every year? As long as scarcity and hunger exist, we have work to do. And as you have all been discussing over the past few days, the threat did not begin with COVID. This pandemic has had a massive impact on the food systems we depend on. But other, serious challenges to food security were already there to see—climate change, global threats to fresh water, global economic crises and regional turmoil, and an unprecedented global refugee crisis, burdening food supplies for refugees and host communities alike, an issue Jordan is all too familiar with. So the question isn't whether to act; the question is, what kind of action will take us where we want to go. It won't be enough, after COVID, simply to rebuild the old ways. We need to seize the moment, to create a better, more effective, more inclusive global system. This is why I have been calling for re-globalisation—strengthening collective global action for mutual benefit, and focusing on the innovative spirit the future will demand. Re-globalisation would steer global resources as needed into key areas such as agricultural infrastructure. Let's ensure adequate support for advanced ideas for production, supply, storage, knowledge sharing, and connectivity. At a time when so much resources are being invested into arms, let’s prioritise the health of peoples. Support is especially important for farmers in developing countries, who need better access to finance and training to serve their communities. Let's leverage new agri-tech solutions, to diversify crops and create strong food security safety nets. Collaboration is key to regional, as well as global action. Jordanians have long taken pride in being a source of support for our neighbours. Our strategic location—at the crossroads of Africa, Asia, and Europe—allows Jordan to serve as a facilitator of broad international action and as a regional food hub. This would also help speed up and strengthen the world's response to food crises and disasters, such as the tragic blast in Beirut last August, which destroyed food silos and vital port facilities. Responding to global threats means recalibrating our world and its systems. To build global food security and nutrition, there must be strong regulatory and policy frameworks, including fiscal instruments, better global exchange of agri-tech know-how, and increased investment in scientific research. And we need to move forward now. Coordination is essential to prevent the global crisis of hunger and malnutrition that could occur, if we aren't ready for new pandemics and crises in the days ahead. My friends, In the Middle East, we have a deep understanding of food security and the promised better life it can bring. Some ten-thousand years ago, my region was home to the first agricultural revolution, when human beings first began to grow and trade crops. Those ancient peoples, of our lands and others, looked beyond the old ways of doing things, and the innovations they made, liberated early humankind to look to the future. Today, we need to act no less boldly, and look to our own future with new eyes. Before the harvest, always comes the work—planning, planting, watering, caring, meeting change with change, and finding new ways to help life grow and thrive. We have a responsibility to safeguard today's fields and farms and harvests, and more; it is up to us to plant new seeds, so that future generations can live and thrive. Planting seeds for the future is what you are doing, in this dialogue and other efforts to achieve global food security. God willing, your work will result in a worldwide harvest—a safe and nutritious food supply that is sustainable, affordable, good for the environment, and accessible to all. We must keep working together, if we wish to succeed. Thank you." Introducing the King’s keynote, WFPF President Barbara Stinson commended His Majesty’s efforts, since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, in calling for a renewed global focus on enhancing food security, an issue Jordan has prioritised, as it continues to work closely with organisations such as the World Food Programme (WFP) towards the Zero Hunger SDG. The King had sent a letter to WFP Executive Director David Beasley, congratulating the UN agency on receiving this year's Nobel Peace Prize, and stressing Jordan's keenness to continue working with the WFP on the Zero Hunger target, which is part of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. The 2020 International Borlaug Dialogue features the participation of representatives of UN agencies, NGOs, and international institutions working in the agricultural and food processing sectors. Participants are discussing the impact of climate change on food security, food accessibility and equal access, nutrition, and investment in modern agriculture methods and technology to improve the quality and availability of food. Based in the US state of Iowa, the WFPF seeks to elevate innovations and inspire action to sustainably increase the quality, quantity, and availability of food for all.

My final animation for the M.A.R.S project. I wanted to create something that had something to do with the olympic sport fencing but I didn’t know what to do so I thought about other ideas and sports like parkour. I started to look at things such as fancy Pants Adventures and the WFPF championship and thought about creating an animation on that but after doing more research I then decided to change it as the animation might be a little to time consuming as I would need to use stick men instead of a detailed character(s) and even then it would be difficult and I didn’t feel that I had the time to complete it overall and the other reason was that Parkour isn’t an official olympic sport so I couldn’t use that as a sport.
My animation was roughly about a robot was going to be used for the first time in an olympics events as a competitor against a human but some how someone had messed with the robots aggression levels and cranked them up to max making the robot extremely deadly causing it to grow blades and attack the human competitor and completely destroying his face after impaling him with it’s blades causing the head of the human to become ‘loose’.
So I decided to look at fencing again and decided to go with that instead. I started of by designing the robot and I was thinking about getting ideas from some of the lego star wars figurines and their heads but I thought that they would be complicated so I went with something more simple so I designed something that was more simple and used that instead. After i finished my robot I went on to create my human character but as I was designing it I realised that I didn’t feel the sport I had chosen was a good choice so I went with something else and chose Karate instead and thought that would work better with what I had in mind and it did.
I then based my character on Chuck Norris and and then after I created my plan and I had created the background I then went onto creating the animation by using tracing paper and tracing out the characters and then transferring the image onto paper I did this until I had completed the entire animation.
I then uploaded the animation onto photoshop after I had taken the photo’s and of each frame and then created a frame animation and got each frame in order. I then made some changes like adding color to the characters and to the blood and adding some additional things such as blood splatters were the robot hits the man and the blood spraying in the air as the head is destroyed I wanted to do all that on photoshop as it would be easier to digitally than by hand. Once I had added in the blood and some extra frames I then went on to finishing the animation and seeing the end results.
Overall I enjoyed making the animation but I felt that could have done better if I had planned it more and I had the resources I needed (a phone) I think I would have done better as a whole but other than that I guess it went okay.

I had the pleasure of attacking these I-Beams last week while warming up for another descent I had planned for.  It’s important to try all angles and sides on climbing structures as it builds other movement challenges you might not have considered. For example it was easier to climb the outside part of the I-Beam versus the inside because it allowed me to get to a higher point before transferring to my feet to the Parallel I-Beam on the second floor.  However this also is opportunity to address the slower slide and prepare for that situation again.  Another thing you don’t see from the POV climb is that I used my Knee “OH NO!!!” in the concave part of the Parallel I-Beam.  Now look I fully understand why we preach to not use your knees, but in situations where it becomes the better leverage point and is actually safer than using your feet please by all means use them.  Safety has no place for unnecessary Dogmas.
The flat portion of the I-Beams were way to slippery with my current shoe, I think barefoot or a stickier rubber would have been better. I am currently wearing MingRen  DoubleStar shoes which in my opinion are a flashy alternative to Feiyue if you like thin cheap shoes that work fairly well.  here’s a link to an Amazon Seller https://goo.gl/G4ej35  They are not my only shoes I prefer, but are great all around shoes in my 17 year of Movement Practice Opinion.

In the last portion of this video you see me set up for a descent and decide to not do it.  It’s moments like these that I am happy to get on film.  Any time you train at height you need to feel comfortable with your skills and ability to handle dangerous situations.  Danger is always present but Risk can be mitigated. How so? Think of a business proposal between you and another person. If you have all the skills required to do the work necessary within the deadline there is little risk on your part because you are sure you can do the work, if you don’t have all the skills required for the job or are over worked you may not be able to get the deadline.  That being known deciding to train at height is similar.  I felt that I had the skills to complete the movement I was about to do, but I didn’t have the rested legs to feel safe with the impacts since I don’t plan on rolling aiming for a ledge.  I could feel the soreness in my legs and when I went through a mental Opps check I said I don’t feel %100 for this kind of Danger and the Risk feels higher.  Also I could sense my heart rate had increased and my breath was getting shallow as well as my hands were starting to sweat.  All were signs that adrenaline was kicking in when I didn’t want it to.  You want to decide to do the jump with an alert mind. Being mindful and in tune with your body keeps you healthy. I was truthful to myself and decided to not do the Descent that day but instead wait for or plan for a day when I know I will be fresh and ready.  Another factor was the time of the day and week.  It was busy with people and I know that I was only going to get one shot at this descent due to knowing that I might get some “attention ;) ” after doing it. That added on to my list of things and in the end I said this isn’t for me today and left.  I don’t feel bad or upset that I didn’t do it. In Fact I feel better that I was able to stay level headed during the whole situation and think clearly.
Thanks for reading I will be posting regularly on all aspects of my training and life.  Please if you like these posts show some Love and Like my Blog, Follow, or Share. It is my goal to become self sustaining though the spreading of knowledge of my practices, lifestyle, and goodwill toward others.
