Ouran's Giant Host Club Chapter 4
First 2 3
Welp, this is the end of episode one, and the chapters that I have written. I'm working on writing episode 2, but I can't make any promises about how long that will take. Thank you to everyone who has read and left such nice tags, I really appreciate it.
Enjoy!
------------------------------------------
For Haruhi, it was like time itself had slowed down. As the table shifted, so did gravity. She felt herself slide with the rest of the table's contents. Her mind was frozen, right up to the moment she became airborne. She closed her eyes and heard the thud of something else hitting the floor, and felt herself being dragged down in a free fall. She had heard that in moments like this, most people see their life flash before their eyes, but not her.
Eyes closed, her mind focused solely on the sounds and feelings around her. That odd weightlessness of her body, the sound of a shout, the air feeling like wind blowing past her, a bit of tea from Ayano’s cup splashing against her side. It felt like it had lasted an eternity, but as soon as she was sure she would hit the ground, she instead felt something else cushion her fall.
A hand.
Somebody caught her.
She heard something hit the floor and shatter in the background. A shiver ran up her spine. That could’ve been her, shattering on the floor.
She can’t bring herself to open her eyes yet, so she just laid on the warm palm, trying to steady her breathing.
Tamaki knew he was right to keep an eye on Haruhi. Ayanokoji had always been a jealous girl, he just never thought she would take it this far. As soon as he saw Ayano grab the end of the table, he tensed. And when he saw the legs of the table leave the ground, he shot up from his seat and ran as fast as he could towards them.
“Haruhi!” he shouted as he reached for the human, praying that his reflexes would be fast enough. Thankfully, he was just in time. He felt the tiny, fragile body land safely in his hands.
A small group of people had crowded around, trying to see what the commotion was about. Tamaki promptly cupped his hands against his rapid-beating heart to keep Haruhi out of sight, away from the prying eyes.
“Tamaki,” a far-too-sweet sounding voice drew his attention away from the human, and to the giant on the floor. Ayano was sitting there in a pitiful pose, one you might see a storybook princess drawn in. “I felt faint,” she said, a dainty hand placed on her head, “I must have hit the table when I fell. Please help me.” She held out her hand, clearly expecting Tamaki to take it. His hands didn’t move from his chest.
“Get up.”
Ayano drew her hand back. “W-what? Tamaki-”
“You did this on purpose,” he said with a dark expression on his face. He could still feel Haruhi’s slight shivers against his palm. “You pretended to fall and you nearly killed our newest member. Get up.”
“What are you talking about?” For just a moment, Ayano looked enraged. Then her expression shifted back as she cradled her head in her hand, pretending to be hurt. “Ow… do something, Tamaki!”
Tamaki stared at her for a moment more, before sighing. “Ayanokoji, you’re a beautiful girl, but you aren’t classy enough to be our guest, dear. Please leave”
Her face fell, truly upset.
“Why Tamaki?” she glazed around, seeing the other members glaring down at her, “...you idiot!” She ran away, crying.
Tamaki took a deep breath before moving his hands away from his chest. Looking down at Haruhi, he was relieved to see that the little guy was unharmed. Haruhi was sitting up in his hands, staring down at the shattered flower vase on the floor.
“Hey there, my little rookie,” he said, brushing over the human’s hair with a fingertip, “I hope that didn’t spook you too bad.”
Reaching up to push the finger away from her head, Haruhi stood back up. Tamaki was surprised to see the kid so calm after a debacle like that. “I’m fine, Senpai.” Haruhi lifted the side of her shirt, grimacing a bit at the large wet spot covering it. “Some of her tea got on me, though. Can I go change?”
“Of course!” Tamaki looked around for a moment, shooing away the small crowd of people still watching. He grabbed another of Haruhi’s small uniforms from the changing room, before walking over to a secluded table in the corner. He set Haruhi down behind another vase for privacy.
Tamaki went back over to the other club members, who were mumbling amongst themselves. They stopped as soon as they saw Tamaki approach.
“Tama-chan!” Honey was the first to shout. “Is Haru-chan okay?”
“He’s fine, as far as I can tell,” Tamaki said with a smile.
“That’s a relief,” Kyoya was writing something down in a notebook. “If Haruhi got seriously injured during club activities, we’d most likely be liable.”
Only worried about the numbers. Classic Kyoya. Tamaki thought with a grimace.
“We’ll definitely need to keep a better eye on him,” said one of the twins.
“Where’d he go anyway?” the other finished.
Tamaki pointed a thumb over his shoulder to the corner table, “He’s just changing into a dry uniform, he should be about done by now,” he said, walking back over. The others followed him.
“Hey Haruhi, are you done yet? It’s been-” as he said this, Tamaki pushed the vase aside. Haruhi was behind it, wearing only pants and a bra.
Tamaki was frozen, staring at Haruhi, and he… she?... was frozen, staring right back. Tamaki slid the vase back into place, obscuring the human once more.
“Haruhi…” he asked hesitantly, “you’re… a girl?”
“Biologically speaking, yeah.” Haruhi stepped out from behind the vase, now fully dressed. Tamaki felt his heart speed up. Despite being in a replica of the same clothes, Haruhi somehow seemed even cuter now. “Listen, Senpai, I don’t really care whether you guys see me as a boy or a girl,” Haruhi said, straightening the collar on her shirt, “In my opinion, it’s more important for a person to be recognized for who they are rather than for what sex they are.”
Kyoya jumped in, “Well, isn’t this an interesting development?”
The twins smiled at each other. “Oh yeah,” they turned, “though I’m guessing you knew the whole time, Kyoya.” Before he could respond, Haruhi spoke up again, looking up at Tamaki.
“You know, I have to say Senpai, I thought you were pretty cool earlier.” She smiled up at him. Tamaki gasped, putting a hand over his mouth and quickly turning bright red.
Kyoya smirked at the other hosts, “Now I could be wrong, but I think we may be experiencing the beginnings of love here.”
Haruhi barely noticed Tamaki’s reaction, she just continued talking to nobody in particular. “Being a host and getting fussed over by a bunch of girls might not be that bad.” Tamaki was taken aback by this, but Haruhi kept going, “I wonder how I can pull it off?” She hit her hands together, “I’ve got it!” she said, looking back up with her eyes wide. “I’ll just call everyone dude and bro now!”
She laughed at her own joke.

there's a lover in the story, but the story's still the same
Ahh, don’t you love it when fear motivates your drawing mood? (not really)
That’s what I felt reading the scene that is drawn below. It’s fear for Yuuji but also feeling excited picturing an emotionless teen!Gojou so here I am. Always down bad for Vox’s Goyuu fics, aren’t I? *sighs*
Welp, here we go.
Title: there’s a lover in the story, but the story’s still the same
Author: @voxofthevoid
Second fic of the series there’s a lover in the story, but the story’s still the same
Pairing YuuGo, NSFW, please read the tags carefully before giving it a read... the usual drill ∠( ᐛ 」∠)_
!!! SPOILER FOR THE FIC !!!
Highly recommend you guys to read them first. Or not, it’s up to you honestly :v
Usually I would gush about the fic but I’ve already done that under the fic itself so I just want you to know this comic is solely carried by me wanting to draw the ticking time bomb called teen!Gojou-post-discussion-with-adult!Ieiri. You could probably guess what they’re talking about :”)
The fear for Yuuji’s well-being started this, but Satoru’s cold eyes kept me going. I can’t get rid of it from my mind lmao
You can say drawing these kind of expressions is my jam ( ̄▽ ̄)
I hope I did Satoru’s emotions justice haha
A bit of my thoughts and doodle below. Unhinged maybe, it’s midnight, I got more work to do after this, and my brain cells are barely hanging on. Haha I'm living the life-
I AM STILL REELING FROM THE FACT I MANAGED TO GET THIS DONE.
There are so many things I want to talk about in the process of making this. But after I typed it out, most of them sounded so unnecessary so I rewrote it a few times. I tried to make this as short as possible lmao
Typesetting and sketching are the roughest parts of this project. During these stages, I kept feeling everything I did wasn’t doing the scene enough justice, and it was frustrating. As I planned this project, I read a few doujins and noticed the font types scanlation teams use. There are so many of them, and each helped convey the tone of each image. Felt like crying when I realised I’m not knowledgeable enough to apply good typesetting, ngl. And then the interior design. Fuck, the frustration is so real. I am absolutely clueless about this kind of thing. Tracing lots of references because I have no perception of space makes me feel even worse. I knew first times rarely create a masterpiece, but I was not satisfied with my accomplishment and the feeling of failing to fulfil my own expectations hurt.
BUT.
Thank goodness most of the things I need to draw are Shouko, Yuuji and Satoru. Because dear g o d drawing them healed me. I found so much comfort in drawing Shouko’s long hair and Satoru’s eyes and drowning Yuuji in an oversized hoodie. The comfort zone of character drawing never feels so real lmaooo
Drawing them was so effective that I can look back at the backgrounds with acceptance. Hey, I did it! Not perfect just yet, but I did it!
Haha I feel like I’m losing my mind. I don’t know if it’s in a good way or a bad way. Guess I do have one or two screws loose.
Only for Yuuji lmao
(nah I just need sleep, or cooling down from the rush of having finished this)
It might come off as a surprise if you’ve only seen my art on Tumblr, but I’ve always preferred to draw feminine-leaning ladies. I’ve always loved drawing their curves, whether it’s the figure, the clothes, or the (long) hair. But I’ve grown to like drawing masculine gentlemen as well with their sharp edges and straight lines, and now my ladies start to look more androgynous lmao
Anyway, I was pretty stoked to be able to draw adult!Ieiri! I… I kind of miss drawing long hair so here have some more before you go on your day ∠( ᐛ 」∠)_

The King Arrives - Chapter 3
(A few days after ‘Plant Care’ from ‘Hues’ Collection)
Everything felt off.
Everyone was on edge.
Something was wrong.
They don’t have long to fix it.
Fandom: Super Mario & Related Fandoms Rating: Teen and Up Audiences Relationships: Luigi & Mario & Wario (Nintendo) Warnings/Additional Tags: Violence, there is cursing!, fighting ghosts, separation, illusions, here we go!, this is gonna get crazy!
“Alright, so, let’s run through this again.”
“We have very limited time to fix this issue. We’re not 100% sure where the Boo that’s causing this is located. As well as where Mario’s been placed. And I don’t think we have the time to see if clearing out more Ecto-Ghosts would help us in this situation.”
“Welp, that’s it, we’re dead.” Wario stated.
Peach sighed weakly, “Not helpful…”
“So what do we do? There’s nothing we can do. Either because we don’t know where to go or we don’t have the time,” E. Gadd hummed, “Yes…I think we’re well and truly stuck.”
Letting out a devastated whine, Luigi looked back to the computer screen. Eyes scanning the information. As if something was going to magically pop out to solve all their problems. “There has to be something…anything! When you saw the large area of energy, was it moving slow? Fast? M-Maybe we could predict-”
“Sonny, I honestly couldn’t tell you. It was a small blip on the scanner that it means nothing. As well as you seem to forget this place is a maze now! With that shake, the entire castle could have reformatted in some way.”
Biting his lower lip, Luigi gripped his hair as his mind scrambled for some kind of solution. Eyes eventually lighting up. “W-What if we killed two birds with one stone?”
Peach gasped softly while Wario gleefully commented, “Well, a little barbaric, but I’m down for it.”
“Calm down, you youngsters,” E. Gadd waved his hand, “It’s a human turn of phrase. We’re not actually going to do that. What are you thinking, sonny?”
“Divide and conquer,” Luigi started, “When we went out the first time, we thought if we just cleared out enough ghosts we could find the way to fix it. But we don’t have time to do this again. So we do this a different way.”
“We go out and capture more of those Ecto-Ghosts. Even if it doesn’t help clean up the scanners, maybe it’ll upset whoever’s in charge enough to have them slip in some way. Even then, we can be in a position to keep an eye on the scanner, so if something does come up, Wario and I will head that direction immediately. If this Boo is issuing a challenge, then we need to show that we’re ready for it.”
E. Gadd slowly nodded, “In theory, yes, it could work… But we technically have one more issue to focus on.”
The professor pulled the Poltergust closer, holding out the nozzle. “While I’m super impressed that my creation could capture a Boo, I don’t think it’ll be enough to tackle the big Boo. The vortex, sure. But definitely won’t be able to contain it. Especially if you mean to capture other ghosts before the face down.”
“So we need to contain in another way… How do your containers work?”
Practically giddy about going over his inventions some more, E. Gadd said, “Oh, it’s quite simple actually. See, it all comes down to energy. Both positive and negative. In simplistic terms, ghosts are negative energy. That’s not to say all ghosts are ‘evil’, negative doesn’t measurably mean bad. But since ghosts aren’t living beings, their energy is negative.”
“So…dead energy?” Luigi asked.
“Rightly so! Good analogy. My containers work with ‘positive’, or lively, energy. The easily created form would be electricity. When ghosts are caught in the vortex, it’s not wind that captures them, but a positive charge current.”
“And since positive and negative attract,” Luigi excitedly continued, “Ghosts are basically stuck. Like magnets!”
“Exactly! Well done Luigi!” E. Gadd exclaimed.
“How does this science speak help us?” Wario called out.
Luigi beamed as he faced the other, “If we can positively charge an inanimate object, a big one, we can trap this leader!”
“But-”
“I can do that, with my Thunderhand!”
E. Gadd clasped his hands together, “Yes, yes, that could work! You give a strong enough charge, you can make your own container!”
“Wait, wait, wait!” Wario frantically pulled Luigi away. Making sure he had the younger brother’s attention. “This is dangerous in so many ways. First big one that comes to mind is that you haven’t been trained to use your powers.”
Luigi shook his head. “It doesn’t hurt me and I’ll be using it on an object, not a person. No one but the ghost is going to be hurt.”
“Also, ghosts don’t really feel pain. Just wanted to quickly put that out there.” E. Gadd interjected. Slowly backing away as Wario glared down at him.
“You’re still putting yourself in direct danger,” Wario weakly argues.
“We’re all in danger if we don’t get this solved,” Luigi frowned, “Please Wario. I know what you promised Mario. But you can’t let your worries stop me. I know what to do, let me do this.”
Wario was more than a little shocked by this. But he eventually let out a soft laugh, playfully pulling Luigi’s cap down. “Alright hero, let’s play this your way. Where do we start?”
“I have an idea of what to use, I just need to have a clear path to it,” Luigi answered with a smirk, “E. Gadd, could anything be used as a container?”
The professor nodded, “In theory, yes, but it’d have to be pretty sturdy.”
“How about a frame?”
Time: 3:02am Stability Lost: 94%
“Move with a quickness, but don’t do anything stupid.”
“Those are two conflicting orders you just gave, professor.” Wario commented dryly.
“We’ll do our best,” Luigi quickly answered, “Just try and keep us as up to date as possible.”
“I’ll give it my best. But even with what the Toads are collecting, we still have a lot of interference.”
“Just…please call us the moment you see anything.”
“...I will.”
Luigi let out a slow sigh, eyes traveling over the darkened walls. Hearing the Toads from the nearby rooms doing their best to capture as many ghosts as quickly possible. Worried over the broken segments of the once sturdy castle falling away to show the void they were all trapped in. Wishing there was something more they could be doing. Time was ticking down. He could only hope that this would work.
“Hey,” Wario smirked when Luigi looked over to him, “Mario’s gonna be really proud of you when he hears about this.”
Luigi’s heart leapt. “Y-Yeah? You think so?”
“I know so! I’m blown away at how well you’re handling all of this. Probably the most level headed out of all of us. …Minus that professor. I can’t imagine how proud and impressed he’s going to be when he hears all of this. You lead the charge against the capturing ghosts and you worked out a plan. You’ve been on fire!’ Wario gently shook Luigi’s shoulders, the younger brother laughing softly.
“I’ll feel better when all of this is over.”
“Fair… Can I ask you something?”
“Uh, sure.”
“This morning…or, well, yesterday morning, when everyone was losing their minds. When we had no idea what was going on. We were a wreck…except for you. You weren’t affected by any of this.”
“Huh…you know, I didn’t realize that.”
“Really?”
“Yeah, like, I knew something was wrong. But I was more worried about Mario. Just trying to make sure he was okay.”
Wario nodded slowly at that. “...You know what’s weird.”
“What?”
“You and Mario seem to like…neutralize each other.”
Luigi blinked. “W-What do you mean?”
“Okay, well… Both of your powers seem to calm down when the other is around. No matter how unbalanced you’re feeling. Mario is literally willing to do anything to keep everyone safe, but especially you. His first instinct is to get you out of harm's way or to just take down the problem.”
“I really thought it was just older brother instincts. But what you said just now. About wanting to make sure Mario was okay. It…I don’t know, it just made it sound like you were immune to what was happening.”
Luigi paused to think that statement over. “...I’m not sure. I mean, we aren’t the only siblings here, right? Why would a pair from Earth be the thing to counteract so much?”
“I mean, I’ve seen siblings get along before. But not like you two.”
“Maybe… With the conversation E. Gadd and I just had, I sort of theorized that it was my powers.”
“Didn’t you say that positives and negatives attract?”
“I mean, yeah,” Luigi continued, “But we’re also talking about magic powers and ghosts. So, I’m not fully sure how all of this works. It’s all just a guess…”
“Maybe…”
As they reached a break in the hallway, both jumped when their communicators went off, Luigi answered first, “Professor?”
“I have good and bad news.”
“That’s not what we want to hear.” Wario replied.
“I found the source of the energy…sort of.”
“Sort of?” Luigi frowned.
“There are two.”
“You said before there was only one!”
“There’s another issue with this. While capturing the ghosts have helped, that’s not what caused the readings to appear.”
“This was…deliberate?” Wario voiced.
“If I had to take a guess here, one path leads to Mario. The other goes to the true source.”
“It’s a trap…” Luigi swallowed weakly.
“Can you tell which one is which?” Wario asked.
“No, both look exactly the same.”
Luigi frowned, “How close are they?”
“Complete opposite sides of the castle maze.”
“We’re really at a crossroads, huh.” Wario muttered weakly.
Luigi was about to reply when a heavy chill washed over him. Same as when he’d faced the Boos, same as when he’d first encountered an Ecto-Ghost, but he felt the chill bite into his bones. His entire right side felt as if it had become covered with ice. Without really knowing why, Luigi knew it was him being called.
“Wario…”
“Yeah?”
“Can you get my brother for me?”
Wario frowned softly, but nodded. “Yeah… Be safe, okay?”
“You too…”
With that, they departed. Wario going left. Luigi going right.
“Sonny…Luigi.”
“Yes professor?”
“I’m getting some heavy interference coming through. I don’t think I’ll be able to talk to you for much longer.”
“Is everything set up where it needs to be?”
“Just as you requested.”
“Okay… See you on the other side?”
“You got this Luigi.”
The hum on the communicator cut off and Luigi was left alone in the darkness. The hallway seemed to stretch into the shadows, seeming infinite before him. His own footsteps were the only sound that broke through the eerie quiet.
The darkness at the end was soon broken with the appearance of a large set of double doors. Ornate and colored a dark purple with black accents, towering over Luigi as he approached. The human unable to help but think he was walking towards the open mouth of some dangerous animal.
The doors suddenly opened, a deep rumble seeming to shake the floor. A black void now stretched before Luigi. Heart hammering as he stood before the emptiness.
“Luigi…”
The human jumped away hearing his name echo out from the open doorway. A deep laugh following it.
“Well, don’t just stand there… Please…come in…”
Taking a deep breath, Luigi squared his shoulders and walked in.
The door closed behind him.
Time: 3:58am Stability Lost: 94%
Just as the first time he’d faced the Boos, Luigi was surrounded by absolute darkness. Feet seeming to connect with solid ground he couldn’t see as he moved forward. Hands clenching the nuzzle, looking around fearfully.
It was quiet.
It was concerning.
There was a sudden sound of a heavy thud. Luigi jumped back, only to scramble frantically as a sudden spotlight was shown. Letting out a relieved sigh, finding Mario, unable to hold back a wide smile as he walked forward.
“Mario!” Luigi rushed forward. Happily wrapping his arms around his brother. “You’re okay! You’re really cold. What happened, what did they do to you?”
The older brother pulled away slowly. Luigi’s happiness faltered slightly seeing the worried and exhausted look Mario gave back.
“Why didn’t you listen to me?”
“W-What? What are you talking about?”
“I told you to find Wario… I told you to run.”
“I-I know, I know you did, b-b-but I wasn’t just going to leave you-”
“Why do you always make this so difficult?”
Luigi took a step back. “What?”
“I told you to get away, to run. I knew I could handle this on my own. I didn’t want you getting in my way. Like you always do.”
Mario’s voice was cold and neutral. Cutting through Luigi like a knife. “M-Mario-”
“Why do you think I keep leaving you behind? This world was built for me, and I’m not going to let your fears rule over my life.”
“W-What about…the Piranha Plants? You said-” Luigi shivered weakly as Mario laughed. Sharp and icy.
“I said Peach wanted your help!” Mario laughed out, “She’s been so convinced that you’re supposed to be some great ‘hero’ too. It’s taken forever to convince her otherwise. This kingdom doesn’t need two heroes when it has me.”
Luigi weakly shook his head. “...Y-You… Y-You don’t mean that-”
“I mean every word. You’d be more useful rotting away in Bowser’s dungeon. I don’t need you.”
Legs giving out, Luigi collapsed to the ground. Tears fell from wide eyes as they watched Mario stalk forward. “You don’t… You don’t mean that- Please, Mario…”
Mario merely smirked, teeth sharp, staring down at Luigi with a cold glare. “Why would I need a weak little nothing like you by my side?”
Even with the pain and grief clouding his mind, Luigi felt something nagging at him. Feeling his world crumbling around him, he knew something about this just felt wrong.
This…This couldn’t be Mario…
It’s not!
Everything about this was…wrong…
You need to get back up!
How had Mario escaped? Wouldn’t he have come looking for them?
Weegee, get up!
Everything about this was wrong. Mario needed Luigi just as much as Luigi needed Mario. They were brothers.
Those words…
“Those are my words.” Luigi choked out, tears no longer falling.
“What was that?” Mario hisses, eyes flashing purple.
“Those are my words, you’re using my words.” Luigi stood back up, wiping his cheeks before glaring at his brother. “That’s every negative, harsh, self-deprecating thought I’ve ever had about myself. Everything I’ve told you…and that you’ve always fought against.”
“I…” ‘Mario’ faltered, “I was… I’m using your words against you now-”
“You wouldn’t do that. You get upset, you get frustrated, you’re stubborn.. But you’re not malicious.”
“What about Wario-”
“You were annoyed, sure, but nothing like this! You don’t act like this, you never would! I don’t know who you are, but you’re not Mario!”
Before the fake brother could get away, Luigi grabbed onto the nozzle, whispering ‘I hope I’m right’, and activating the black light. He shut his eyes tightly as ‘Mario’ let out a scream of pain. Only opening them again when the sound stopped.
‘Mario’ had been replaced with a dress mannequin. Luigi let out a yelp when it clattered to the ground.
“You insolent little pest! Do you really think I would let a simpleton like you could truly face me?”
Luigi’s attention snapped up. His resolve falling, his eyes widening.
A Boo, larger than Luigi had previously seen, was floating right above the shaking human. Soulless eyes, an inky black with a shining outline of purple, seemed to bore into Luigi’s soul. Feeling as if his insides were turning to ice. A mouth, currently twisted into a deep frown, showing off rows and rows of jagged teeth. Purple saliva dripping out from the down turned corners. Entire form an icy white, with a large jeweled crown resting on top of the large form.
“After all the trouble you’ve caused, I don’t know which punishment would be more deserving. Being trapped in your own nightmares for the rest of your pathetic life, or just consume you whole now.”
“W-What… W-Who are you?”
The Boo laughed. “You, peasant, may call me King Boo. I’m about to become this world’s new ruler. …Once I get rid of you.”
Clenching his fists, Luigi glared back as best he could. He knew that his entire form was shaking, which wasn’t helping the situation. “W-Where is my brother, w-where’s Mario?”
King Boo laughed again, floating uncomfortably close to Luigi. The human felt as if his spine was about to break with how far back he was leaning. “You are a curious human. Fearful, panicky, a coward…”
Luigi felt himself tense further as the large Boo started to travel around him. A chill traveling down his spine.
“Yet you break through my illusions. No matter how powerful they are. You weren’t affected by my powers or the fear that I feed into the air. …You captured one of my Boos.”
Luigi heard the warning hiss in the last statement. “...I-It honestly wasn’t that hard.”
He let out a small scream and stumbled away as King Boo stopped short in front of him again.
“Should I rip off your mouth or tear out your throat for that comment?”
Luigi recovered quickly and glared back. “I-I’m not afraid of you-”
That got a roaring laughter from the Boo. “What an absolute BOLDFACE lie! You’re shaking like a newborn Yoshi.”
“O-Oh, I’m terrified! I would like nothing more than for this h-horrible nightmare to be over. B-But I’m not afraid of you. So, I’m g-going to ask again. Where’s Mario.”
“Well…if you’re so determined to see him…”
The double doors opened once more with a heavy slam. Luigi gave a quick glance to his only exit before facing King Boo. Already slowly backing his way towards it.
“How about I give you a head start? Before I deliver your corpse to your soon to be broken brother.”
Heart hammering, Luigi’s legs tangled together. Causing him to topple to the ground.
“Tick tock, I’m being generous as is.”
Back on his feet, Luigi rushed towards the double doors. King Boo’s cackle echoing from behind, seeming to follow the human. Luigi tearing down the long hallway that seemed to end much sooner than he remembered. Tucking himself into the first room he came across and slamming the door closed behind him. Pushing against the door as he waited to see if King Boo would come bursting through any second.
It was a tense first moments before Luigi realized he had more time than he previously thought. Letting out a shaky breath before stepping away from the door. Stealing his nerves and letting out a short, sharp whistle. Polterpup immediately popped up from the floor. Wagging his tail happily.
“H-Hey pup. Ready to lead me through?” Luigi asked. To which they gave a bark, circling once and sat back down once more. “O-Okay. You know what to do…”
Polterpup phased through the door. Luigi waited a few more moments and stepped back out into the hallway.
It was still quiet.
“...No way I just lost him like that.” Luigi whispered in surprise. He couldn’t wait around. Filling his lungs with air, Luigi bellowed out, “What’s the matter? Bored already? You’re all talk and no show!”
That got an immediate response.
A heavy, angry atmosphere fell over Luigi. The walls and floor alight with purple bolts of energy traveling through it. Items in the hallway now free floating, suspended dangerously above the ground. The large Boo taking up the entire end of the hallway. Harshly glaring down at the human.
“You were saying?”
“Oh shit.”
Luigi turned and ran. Feet pounding against the slowly breaking floor. Stumbling when something heavy landed right behind him. He didn’t look back. Focused on moving himself forward as quickly as possible.
A flash of light caught Luigi’s attention. Polterpup turned left, Luigi following close.
Another long hallway filled with numerous doors lining them.
“How many h-hallways did you make!” Luigi shouted, “You’re not very creative, are you!”
He let out a yelp as something heavy just barely missed, the hair on the back of his head ruffling as he just avoided it. Looking back showed a large, slime covered tongue being slammed into the wall. Which fell away to reveal the swirling void laying beyond it.
Polterpup’s form disappeared behind one of the many doors. Luigi practically launches himself in with King Boo dangerously close behind. Clearly uncaring as the castle broke apart to accommodate his large form. Luigi left to jump between the large portions of the broken floor. Knowing he had to stay on the small path or he was going to be lost to the void.
Once more, the spectral pup was the beacon of hope Luigi clung to. Following the corporeal form while mentally chanting, ‘I must be close, I have to be close.’
As Luigi took a sharp turn, King Boo unable to keep up, the human’s heart leapt. Finding Polterpup sitting by the door on the opposite side from where Luigi was.
Grabbing the nozzle and switching to the black light, Luigi waved the beam of light over the large Boo. Who let out a hiss, Luigi swearing he saw steam rising off of the other, hiding his face with his arms. Allowing Luigi enough time to run through the door and slam it shut behind him. Polterpup following close behind.
It was strange to be back here after so long. Even if it was just the morning before. The broken glass was long gone, but the large golden frame was still leaning against the wall.
“Thanks pup,” Luigi panted out, “Now, go hide.”
Polterpup whined softly. Clearly not like the idea of leaving the human alone.
“Go, I’m not letting him hurt anyone else. I’ll be fine. Just go.”
Polterpup gave a small huff before phasing away.
Letting out a slow breath, Luigi pulled off his gloves. His entire body warmed up as the blocked energy was finally released. A few small arches of electricity jumped between his fingertips.
He could be amazed by this later. Luigi instead grabbed the nozzle once more and faced the door he’d just run through. Taking a stand as he waited for King Boo to finally arrive.
.
.
.
At some point.
.
.
.
Where was he?
.
.
.
Surely King Boo wouldn’t just-
“Found you.”
That was the only warning Luigi received when he was hit with a bolt of purple energy. Feeling his body turn cold before he was released, collapsing to the ground.
“What was your plan here?” King Boo laughed, “That your little, dinky vacuum would hurt me in some way? All you did was piss me off.”
Luigi let out a small groan as he got up onto his knees. Trying to stand once more, only to be sideswiped by the Boo’s large tongue. The human hitting the wall hard. Sliding to the ground, the clothes and skin burned from where the saliva had touched.
“You are weak! I’d been hopeful your blood would have benefited me as your brother’s had. But I might be a bit disappointed on that front. At least we still have him to feed on.”
Luigi looked up weakly, “T-That’s why you t-took Mario…”
“Boos don’t care about hunting. If our victim escapes, we don’t follow. We don’t go out of our way to invade… Until I met your brother.”
Luigi had gotten himself back up. Leaning against the wall he’d been flung into prior. A flicker of movement behind King Boo catching his attention. Seeing Polterpup holding the frame in their mouth. Slowly floating closer to Luigi, clearly keeping an eye on King Boo in case they needed to run.
“S-So what?” Luigi asked weakly, “What about Mario? You guys got a taste of his blood, b-big deal. W-Why do you get to be the b-big leader to call the s-shots?”
King Boo laughed softly, mouth stretching wide. “Who among us do you think actually sank their fangs into his flesh?”
“Human blood…is such an interesting delicacy. Very enlightening, if you catch my drift. By the look of horror on your face, it appears you do. We thought his fears were delicious. But his own life essence is what made me.”
“...What are you going to do to Mario?” Luigi whispered.
“Feast on his worst nightmares for as long as possible. Then drain him. But don’t fret, you won’t have long to worry about this. You’ll meet the same fate soon enough.”
Luigi felt his powers crackling as his anger rose, bubbling in his stomach. “I am going to make you regret ever going after my brother.”
“Oh really?” King Boo hissed “And what are you going to do about it?”
“Return the favor.”
King Boo let out a small hiss and floated back as Luigi flashed the Strobe Bulb. Allowing the human the needed few precious seconds to run past. Barely avoiding the Boo’s teeth as King Boo gnashed down. Grabbing the golden frame from Polterpup’s mouth, placing it on the ground with the nozzle propped against the top.
Just as King Boo turned to face the human, scowling deep and crown crackling, Luigi activated his own powers.
Bolts of pure white energy encapsulated not only the frame, but the Poltergust and surrounding area as well. King Boo faltered as his illusions faded away. Letting out a shriek as he was trapped in a familiar but far more powerful vortex. Letting out hisses and cries of pain as the bright bolts contained him. Pulling him to the suddenly glowing frame.
Luigi held his ground as King Boo fought back. The human focusing on holding onto the frame. Feeling something pulling at the back of his overalls. Overworked mind providing that it was Pulterpup, doing their best to help Luigi keep his ground.
The entire hallway seemed to tremble and shake over the struggle happening. Two large powers fighting against the other. Area crumbling as it could contain the energy that was building.
“You little pest!” King Boo growled out.
"You did this to yourself! This is a warning to you and your little minions! Stay away from Mario!”
Getting on final surge of energy sealing King Boo away in his decorated prison.
The human was launched away from said frame as it sent out a pulse of clashing energy. Luigi tumbled until he hit the wall once more. The Poltergust gave out a heavy cracking sound. Polterpup whined softly as they rushed over to Luigi, laying across the dazed human’s lap.
The frame gave one final shutter before clattering to the ground.
Luigi panted hard, eyes still wide, with his hands still crackling. He started to stand, only for the entire castle to let out a heavy groan before beginning to shake. Luigi and Polterpup huddling close together as they wait for everything to calm down once more.
The ground soon stopped shaking…
The area became lighter…
Daring a peek, Luigi slowly lifted his head. The heavy air was gone. It didn’t look like the caste was breaking apart. There was the sound of a gentle breeze and birds chirping from outside.
Luigi slowly relaxed. Polterpup shaking themselves out of Luigi's hold, panting happily. The human letting out a shaky laugh upon seeing the familiar town resting below the castle upon reaching the window.
“...We did it… It’s done… It’s over-”
“NO!”
Luigi jumped back when the golden frame violently shook. King Boo still clearly trying to break free. The human shrinking away as Polterpup stood between him and the frame, growling at it.
“You little pest! As long as I have followers. As long as I have a conscience. As long as I know you’re still breathing… I will come back. I will hunt you down. You’ll never know rest for as long as I’m here. Your last breath…will be done by my means…I promise you this…”
The frame stilled once more. Wide eyes staring it down as if waiting for it to jump to life once more. Despite Polterpup’s whines of worry, Luigi cautiously walked forward. Eventually close enough to lean over to see what happened.
The internal section of the frame had turned into what Luigi could only describe as a painting. King Boo's face taking up the majority of the given space. Glaring out at the world before him, eyes burning purple. Still moving slowly, Luigi picked the frame up. King Boo didn’t move. All was still quiet.
Letting out a slow sigh, Luigi tucked the frame under his arm. Turning to Polterpup hearing the spectral pup whine softly. “It’s okay pup… I think he was all talk, I don’t think he’ll be back… Come on, let’s go check on the others…”
Opening the double doors revealed the Great Hall. The area as bright as the area he’d just left. Everyone clearly felt the same relief as Luigi. Knowing that the danger was gone.
Luigi perked up hearing his name called out by Peach and E. Gadd. Happily accepting a tight embrace from them both. “H-Hey-O… Everyone okay?”
“As far as we can tell, yeah.” Peach replied.
“The Ecto-Ghosts and Boos fled!” E. Gadd beamed, “Your plan worked, well done Luigi!”
Luigi smiled weakly. “T-Thanks…um, the Poltergust. I think…it’s cracked…”
He passed said item to the professor, who merely shook his head. “It’s alright, my boy. Just cosmetic. Nothing major to worry about, an easy fix.”
“Luigi,” Peach whispered fearfully, “What is that?”
She was pointed to the frame. Which Luigi held out for the other two to look over.
“He calls himself King Boo. He’s the same one who bit Mario. Says the blood made this change.”
E. Gadd gasped eagerly as he took the frame. “Curious… So many questions. But that can be dealt with on another day. How are you feeling?”
“...Tired. A little sore…my hands hurt. I should put my gloves back on…” As Luigi slipped said item on, another thought hit him. Tired eyes scanning over the room. “Wario…is he back? Where’s Mario?”
Before either could answer, the double door on the opposite side opened. Wario walked in, looking exhausted but unharmed. Mario’s limp form resting in his arms.
Luigi was pushing past the other two the next second. Running over, desperately pulling at Wario’s arms until Mario was passed over to him. Luigi collapsed to the ground as he held his brother close. Pressing his ear to Mario’s chest, relief hitting him hearing a steady heartbeat. He felt something cold pressing against him, knowing that Polterpup had joined him
“Where was he?” Peach asked.
“Your parent’s old room, oddly enough,” Wario answered, “I think whoever was in charge of running the show made themselves really comfortable there. It was…weird… How’s everyone here?”
“Shaken, but fine. Everyone’s finally counted for.”
“So…we’re in the clear?”
“Looks like it.”
Luigi jolted when a hand was placed on his shoulder. Unaware of how close he’d been to falling asleep when he opened his eyes. Unaware of when he closed them. Blurry vision landing on Wario, who was kneeling in front of him.
“Hey,” Wario said softly, “How about we got you and Mario to an actual bed, yeah?”
Blinking slowly, Luigi slowly nodded. He put up some resistance when Wario tried to collect his brother again. Only letting go because he couldn’t keep his hold strong. With Mario easily held up in one arm, Wario offered the other for Luigi to cling to. Which the younger brother took happily.
Twins in hand, Wario looked to Peach. Who nodded and gestured for him to go. “I want to check on everyone again and talk with the professor. I’ll join you shortly.”
“With doctors?”
“With doctors.”
Wario walked out, Luigi shuffling behind. Polterpup trotting along happily at their human’s side.
Deciding on a guest room far enough away for the chaos of the Great Hall to not be heard, but not far enough before Luigi collapsed, Wario shepard everyone in. He was about to close the door when a flash of the night’s events hit him. Wario decided against it. Leaving the door open just crack.
Just in case.
The twins were non-responsive as they were placed down on the cushioned bed. Luigi did jolt away when Wario started pulling off one of his shoes.
“Just me,” Wario whispered, “Figured sleeping in your shoes wouldn’t be comfortable.”
“...Yeah…” Luigi concluded, allowing Wario to finish before laying down. Pulling Mario close, forehead pressing against his brother’s. Polterpup claiming their spot on the foot of the bed.
Exhaustion pulled at him, but Wario couldn’t settle down. He found an extra blanket to drape over the twins. Patted Polterpup’s head before turning to the fireplace, turning it on to chase away the dark and cold. Opening the curtain slightly to allow the slowly growing sunlight to pour in. Then, he paced the room while constantly checking that the twins were still sleeping soundly.
Wario wasn’t sure how much time had passed. But his mindless stupor was broken hearing the door being gently knocked on. Looking over to find Peach peering in.
“Hey.” She said softly.
“Hey.”
“Are they asleep?”
“Yeah… Little worried about Mario…” Wario fell quiet as a few Toad doctor’s came shuffling in. Walking over to the bed to check over the brothers. Both still unresponsive.
Wario was led out of the room by Peach, who left the door open just as he had before. Joining at the wide window that showed a new day starting. Basking in the warmth the early morning sun provided.
“Is it shameful for me to think we would never see the sun again?” Peach voiced weakly.
“Nah, I had the same fear as well.” Wario replied.
“...Did all of this really happen in one night?”
“Apparently.”
“Are you tired?”
“Yeah…”
“Think you’ll be able to sleep?”
“Absolutely not. I want to keep an eye on them anyway.”
Peach smiled knowingly. “Just in case?”
“Just in case…” Wario let out a sigh, shoulders dropping as he tried to let himself relax. It was over, they won. Everyone was safe.
So why did it feel like a huge loss?
The start of the answer came when Peach eventually whispered out, “I’m sorry.”
Wario, stunned by that, looked frantically over to the princess. “What? What are you talking about? Where you secretly working with the ghosts or-”
“I feel like I did.”
“Peach, come on, I… I don’t have the energy to figure out what you’re talking about.” Wario’s worries grew when Peach let out a weak sob, tears falling, “Peach, I need you to talk to me. You’re freaking me out.”
“Grambi, I don’t know where to start,” Peach choked out, “Last night… I kept reliving my worst fears. I saw my parents die again. I felt that sickening feeling when you stopped talking to me. I…I…”
“Hey, I’m here. I’m right here.”
The princess shook her head, looking over to Wario with tears falling, “I’m scared of losing him.”
“...Who?”
“Mario,” Peach whipped her eyes desperately, “It’s so silly the more I think about it. But I’ve become so attached to them both… I feel as if I’ve been so…horrible to them.”
“I really need you to back up and explain what the heck is going on in that brain of yours.”
“...I need to show you and Waluigi something.”
“Peach-”
“I love him and I’m not going to lose him because I’m terrified.” Wario was a little shocked by the sudden confession, Peach seeming just as surprised. But she shook her head and continued, “I know that sounds silly to say. They haven’t even been here for a full year. Mairo and I had just made this connection. But I will do anything to keep him. Him and Luigi. I just…”
Wario reached out and wrapped an arm around Peach, who more or less collapsed against him. “How about we get some sleep before we go even more insane, yeah? We’ve all had a long night and this… You’re rambling.”
Peach merely gave a small nod as a reply. The sound of footsteps drew their attention back to the room. The small parade of Toads giving small waves as greetings.
“Mario was dehydrated, but otherwise fine. Luigi had a few burns, a few bruises, but has been treated for both. Just let them rest…which you two should be doing as well.”
“Will do. Thanks for looking them over.” Wario said while leading Peach back into the room.
The brother had been tucked into the bed proper. Wario noticed two pairs of overalls draping over the foot board. Luigi was clinging to Mario once more, the older brother showing clear content.
Peach broke away to move a chair closer to the bed. Taking Mario’s hand in her own. Wario turned to Polterpup, who hadn’t appeared to have moved.
“Were you a good…ghost? Caused no trouble?” The spectral pup let out a small whine before rolling onto their back. Tail wagging as Wario rubbed their stomach. “Good to hear.”
Wario pulled up his own chair. Settling down with a low grunt, reaching out to place a hand on Peach’s arm. A quiet understanding as they watched the twins sleep.

Fic Rec Friday 3/1/2024
Title: not everything becomes bullshit (not with you)
Rating: General Audiences
Archive Warning: No Archive Warnings Apply
Categories: Gen, M/M
Fandom: Stranger Things (TV 2016)
Relationships: Steve Harrington/Eddie Munson, Robin Buckley & Steve Harrington
Characters: Steve Harrington, Eddie Munson, Robin Buckley
Additional Tags: Emotional Hurt/Comfort, Trauma, Eddie Munson Lives, Steve Harrington Needs a Hug, theyre a mess, Miscommunication, ya know the bullshit thing?, yeah - Freeform, that, thats the trauma, along with his damn parents, Healing, Cuddling
Summary: bullshit: n - stupid or untrue talk or writing; nonsense.
The thing with Nancy comes up with Eddie during an argument and Steve cannot seem to handle it.
———
For this, the last fic rec Friday (of this particular batch anyway), let’s take it back to the start. Back to the beginning of my newest obsession. So here you go - the first Steddie fic I ever bookmarked.
I went into this with next to no knowledge of the context surrounding it. I didn’t know about the whole bullshit thing, didn’t know shit about Family Video, or Vecna, or anything. Heck, I didn’t even know what their voices sounds like (almost still don’t in Eddie’s case - I’ll get to S4 eventually!). But the emotions, man. The emotions just drew me in. The dynamics. Even from this story, going in like 90% blind, I got the sense that I would latch on to Steve Harrington like a dog with a favored toy, and would never let go. Ever. Welp, here I am over a year later, still not letting go of my babygirl.
This fic easily established for me one of my favorite Steddie dynamics. That being emotional wreck!Steve and comforting!Eddie. Everything I’ve seen canonically makes Eddie seem like a great source of comfort. He looks like he’d give great hugs, you know? And Steve just deserves to be able to let himself go, emotionally speaking. That boy has been through A Lot in three or so years - either let him get therapy, or let him cry. Maybe both.
There aren’t very many other characters in this, other than Robin of course. Which is kind of as it should be. And that’s another aspect that I had no context for (still don’t, technically; S3 will continue! Soon!) - her platonic with a capital P relationship with Steve. There’s only a few crumbs of it here, but they are delicious. Also, yet another Steddie fic trope I love pops up here: Robin being extremely protective of Steve when she thinks that Eddie might have wronged him. It’s subtler here than I’ve seen in other stories, but that girl would go feral on a motherfucker for Steve’s sake. I adore that about her.
And let’s not forget that this fic features something else that I adore but rarely see in angsty fics - COMMUNICATION. A huge part of adding drama to relationships in fiction (in RL too let’s be real) is a distinct lack of communication. People keep secrets or dance around what they mean, when just SAYING SOMETHING straight up would solve so many fucking problems, lol. And while this may start out with typical miscommunication shenanigans, the shift when they realize that, no, we need to actually talk about this, is just too good. There’s even a line in the narration that says “communication is key and all that jazz, right?” YES, BOYS. YES. Talk to each other.
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the COMFORT in this emotional hurt/comfort story, is out of this world. I can deal with my Stevie baby being put through an emotional wringer as long as someone, preferably Eddie or Robin, is there to comfort him in the end. To remind him that, yes, he is loved beyond measure, and that he deserves said love. How lucky for me (and him) that this fic has comfort in it from both of them?
Just a beautiful, simple little h/c gem of a fic. Steve needs a hug, and he gets several of them. Perfect.
———
Next Week: Nothing! Zip! Nada! Null! This is, officially, the last of these fic recs I’m doing.
FOR NOW
Thanks so much for reading this, and for reading the fic if you do!

find the word tag
tagged by @e-klair, over here! my words were valid, left, repeat, and pity.
valid (did not turn up for Witch's Book, so welp, gonna pull from the first book instead. luckily there was one result!)
“Icarus,” Crys says, firmly, and he looks up, and stops. A deep breath, and Crys continues: “It’s not – it’s not your fault. I came because they were going to execute you, and I couldn’t let that happen. That’s it. I – Klysmos,” another dry laugh, “they were going to execute you. They hated you so badly they were just going to burn you alive at the stake, without giving a trial, without a single valid reason, and – “he sucks in a sharp breath, realizes his hands are shaking and tries to make them stop, and why is it that now, when all of it is over, that somehow all the fear is coming right back? “That’s messed up.” Icarus shrugs again, a little helplessly. “That’s what always happens.”
left
It’s just past lunch, and they’re trekking through the forest towards the clearing where they usually practice spells, an out of the way place where they can best avoid getting anyone caught in the crossfire, or accidentally destroying the house (Madge is trying very very hard to control her magic, she is, but it’s just too easy to blow things up sometimes). Mama had gotten caught up with a customer, so it’s just them for now – though she’d made Zephyr swear up and down and right and left, cross-your-heart-and-hope-to-die, that he wouldn’t let Madge do any magic without her to supervise before she let them go.
repeat(s)
“’Nothing much’ my ass,” Kas grumbles. There’s a screech of wood against wood as he yanks out a stool from under the kitchen table, his ankle hooked around the chair leg, before plopping himself down. Zephyr gasps, as he always does, immediately darting over to Madge’s side and clapping both hands over her ears. “Kas! Think of the seven-year-old!” Madge cranes her neck back until she’s staring at Zephyr’s upside-down face, half-tipping off her own stool. “Zee-zee, I already heard it.” She pokes her tongue out between her teeth and repeats: “’Nothing much’, my ass.”
pity
Creed walks forward, still smiling, the tap of his boots echoing against the stone – steady and even, each step a war drum, a herald of death – and plants a foot on top of their head and slams it into the floor with a crack, and the choked cry that rends through the air is something awful, a desperate attempt to stifle the pain that doesn’t quite work. Icarus sucks in another sharp breath and it sounds like it physically hurts. The one without wings shouts, “Taya!” – the crowd stirs, Creed holds up a hand; the crowd stills. “You should remember,” he says pleasantly, “that these are Beasts. They aren’t human. Given the chance, they would slaughter all of us in our beds, use our blood to paint their houses red. There is no need to feel pity for these creatures. After all” – he turns, looks out over the crowd, and in the one second his cutting gaze sweeps over where the three of them stand, Crys feels his bones locking up, feels something inside him turn brittle like ice – “that would make you a Beast sympathizer.
Tagging @arctic-oceans, @macabremoons, @reneesbooks and @sidhewrites for the words evening, bitter, sample and mutual!

You like Undertale too? 🤩 I think I almost love your page. You’re nice. You’ve been in so many fandoms and aren’t toxic. You’re creative. You’re so cool! Thank you for being so nice and introducing me to so many ships and fandoms I’ve never seen. Also for getting me into Bethyl and Merth (I don’t like calling it the other thing).
I'm sorry it took me so long to reply back to this! You are so very sweet. My health has been absolutely horrible so this really made me smile like I can't explain. Thank you!
Also yes! I love Undertale. Recently fell back into it, funny enough. Someone sent me a link to a fic and welp! Down the old shipping rabbit hole I went hehe. It's such a fun and unique game. And the soundtrack is the best :D So yeah! Love me some Undertale.
I don't consider myself that creative but that's sweet of you to call me so. Honestly I have an overload of stuff in my head that I gotta go through and it's always hard to pick what to work on. I feel more disorganized that creative lol.
Being toxic is too much energy. It's being hateful for no reason. I don't get it honestly. Yeah I know what it's like to not like something or not be a fan of something but it's called a block button or the good old ignore and scroll on. Don't gotta be so hostile. Laaame.
Also yaaay! Welcome to the Meth and Bethyl fandom :D There's so many other creators for it I could suggest if you would like. I'll just tag all the peeps for Meth and Bethyl goods :D the Bethyl community has its moments but overall it's usually very full of kind people. So I know they would agree when I say we are so happy to have you! Also even though are ship name is hilarious, the Meth shippers are awesome folks! They'd say Hell yeah to having you aboard the ship ^_^

Bed tickles
Lee Antonio ler Dolores and pepa
(Summery: Antonio is to energetic to go to bed so his mom and sister come up with a plan to tire him out)
It’s not a lie that Antonio is an energetic kid but at times he is a little too energetic which makes it nearly impossible for him to go to bed so what his family would do is they would tire him out by playing with him but sometimes they are too tired to do that, which leads us to to this story
Antonio had recently finished a game with his animal friends, freeze tag or animal tag as they like to call it
All was going well until they heard the door open and close Antonio turned to see his elder sister
“Aye good job you changed into your pj’s and now it’s Time for bed” said Dolores
“Nooooo” the animal boy took off running and hid
Dolores sighed and face palmed until her mother entered and asked her what’s wrong
Dolores calmly told her that Antonio doesn’t wanna go to bed, the ginger hair got a cloud but it wasn’t a thundering one just a white grayish cloudy one (meaning she was tired)
Dolores had an idea with a smirk she told her mother the plan and her mother happily agreed so together they looked for Antonio all over his room, now since Antonio was only 5 years old he didn’t hide very well and needed someone older than him to hide with him so he can remain hidden. everyone knew this so this was about to be a piece of cake
Not even 5 minutes in and he as already caught, squirming in his mothers hands yelling “NOOOO IM TO YOUNG TO GO TO BEDDDD” or “I’m not even tired why should I go to bed”
Finally they put him in bed but he just wouldn’t go to sleep no matter how many times they tried, stories, lullabies, soothing rain you name it they did it but it just wouldn’t work
They were on the verge of giving up until Dolores had an idea
She began to gently run her fingers up and down his sides
“Ahe hehrmahna what ahre you doihng”
“Tiring you out so you can go to bed” she told as she started to tickle both his sides gently
Pepa soon started to give pokes to her son’s belly while saying the words “tickle tickle toñito, funny notice how it has a little ring to it?”
“Yeah it really does”
“WAHHAHAIHIIT” Antonio trying to protect his belly and sides
“Mom I think we forgot a lullaby” Dolores said before tickle Antonio’s ribs and humming a melody to tease him and just as expected the animal boy squealed,
Keep in mind that Dolores has gone through many tickle fights so she is used to the squealing
“AHAHHHAHAHAHAHA NAHAHHAHA HERHEHEH HEHRHRMAHANANAHAHA” Antonio was having trouble saying his words because of all the tickling
“STOHOHAAHHA STOHOHOHOHOP”
“Dolores be a sweet dear and pin his arms”
“Got it”
Antonio was fighting every urge to not let his sister take his arms but due to the prodding and poking of his mother’s devious nails it was about as easy as taking candy from a baby
She pinned Antonio placing his arms under her legs and tickle his armpits
“NOHOH *squeak* I CAHAAHNT PLEAHAH *squeal*PLEHAHAHHEHEHSEH
“Aw can’t handle the tickles? Well maybe you should have gotten to bed and listen to your elder sister and mama”
“NAHAHADAAHH” (nada means no in Spanish)
“Oh really?”
“We’ll see about that” soon spoke pepa before then blowing a raspberry
“HAHHAHAHA NAHHAHAH MAHAHAHMIHIHI” Antonio screamed laughing
Pepa was blowing raspberries all over his stomach before making Antonio go into a silent laughter
Both girls knew he was done, dolores released his arms and pepa gave a few kisses to her son’s belly
“Ahe hah nahah ihi cahnt” he said wiping the tears he got before elder sister wiped the tears away for him and brushed his hair out of his face
Pepa gave one last kiss to her toñito’s nose as he held his mother’s face and giggled
“Who’s Mi principito? You are, aren’t you mama’s little warrior huh?” (Mi principito means my little prince) pepa grinned before kissing his nose
“welp time for bed” pepa smiled placing her son to sleep
“W-wait before you go, could you sleep with me?”
“Of course”
“I don’t see why not”
The animal boy’s face lit up as he got comfortable in his bed
Both girls were getting ready to sleep, holding Antonio and softly smiling while singing a precious lullaby and before you even know it, the boy was fast asleep
before pepa and Dolores were going to sleep they gave one last kiss to the sleeping boy before drifting off to sleep holding him in their precious arms
The end <3

It’s about time I did this.
Salvētē! I’m Brenilla.
I’m an artist, nature lover, gamer and all arround media enjoyer. You’ll mostly see me posting my Art on this blog! In general I mostly do art of my own Characters. But I will draw fanart on occasion and others OCs in trades or for Artfight Season.
Asks are open feel free to ask about them or me whatever!
About Me:
- I’ve been drawing more “serious” for just over a decade now. Mostly with traditional pen & color pencil.
- My Favorite games are Minecraft, Sky COTL, The Long Dark, Genshin Impact, & DnD (TTRPGs in general)
- I love the outdoors, camping and such are so much fun and I love doing it with family. I hope to visit all the national parks one day!
- I’ve taken 3 years of Latin but I’m still sloppy. I enjoy it a lot tho.
My OCs Worlds/Stories: I have three main stories / worlds.
- The Druid’s Tale: A middle aged Druid has gone through a lot in her life, she finally set out to find a new permanent home only to start setting up and become friends with someone familiar in a way. A story loosely inspired by a MC modded server my friends had. Heavy on loosely, there was only personal “lore” made with no actual interactions but I had a story in mind for my character and this is that. It’s Tag is #The Druid Doirean.
- My Homebrew World: Where my DnD (or other TTRPG) campaigns I run is set. A high fantasy setting. I’m working on more things every so often and throw most my loose fantasy characters their when they fit.

One hour until school in which we aren’t going to follow Autumn today. Enough time to get some breakfast. Whims for Freddie are to meet someone new, which is tied to his aspiration, and to brag about possessions. But I am waylaid from doing those because a song I like is on the radio that he turned on for breakfast. And I gotta listen to my song! (It’s Zumbray from the Romance station) We got Augustus Cooper dropping and wanting to be Freddie’s best friend. Eh. I’m not really spending so much time with ya so...no thanks! I mean, we know only one trait, after all. Still I get to know him and welp, now we know he’s a bro. We can have a bro-friendship!
ACK! BILLS. Bills of 18 thousand. WOOF. Cheated in money but DANG. Annnnd now Freddie is bitter towards Augustus for feeling he’s a creep. Yeesh. Going to set him to meditate to try to ease his mind before the party. Anyway, while I’m not able to do too much with Autumn’s crush on Sidney and her friendship thing before the party, might as well send some messages in Social Bunny Dms. Oh! And take days off of school! Whatever vacation time I have gathered up during the school week, hopefully five days but perhaps less, I spend on Summer Vacation for teens and kids! We got four, the fourth being earned today but I got three days left of summer work week to do!
Party time! Time to get people dancing, drinking, and even more drinking with the keg stand! First since people were gravitating towards the music, I fulfilled the dancing goal of the party. Then I focused Freddie on keg drinking! All the keg drinks all the time! Autumn, meanwhile, focused on getting food for herself. And also got a teenage pop up of heading out to an R-rated flick! Easy enough to sneak away, in the chaos of this party. Freddie was in a flirty mood for ages so I roved my eye around who to see who is the ‘hottest’ dude and picked up J Huntington. And I had my first kiss in a party! How fitting!
And gold party achieved! Our reward? A sweet keg. Right into the inventory it goes! Autumn is back and before she goes to bed, she makes another lifestyle review, this time about media production! ...which is not even what’s she supposed to do for her job. Whoops!
Neighborhood Watch!
Tyrell Carlise in the Carlise household is now a Floral Organizer in the Floral Designer career.
Let’s try for another day. The siblings are making breakfast the day after a fantastic party. Ah fun. And Freddie is grumpy because...he sent a message to his sister being rude to her. ...I think it’s supposed to be the other way around buuuuut ah well. He’s mad and so ANGRY WORDS SHALL BE SAID! Argue over who is better! Oooooh, Freddie won the argument! Interesting. Anyway, going to lower their friendship to just friends at this point rather than good friends. And both are hurt towards each other. Autumn has itchy skin from an ailment. -checks online resources- Cold showers are evidently recommended. (Also medicine but eh) Sidney has dropped by and wants to become besties! OHMYGOD YES! Annnnd he’s flirty! Now might be the time! Reveal crush! AYE! Romance bar get! And we got asked out to Prom as friends. Oooooooooo! Anyway, time for a tried and true way of romancing someone, flirting over chess. Freddie still wants a new purchase so I got him a new tabletop decoration. And I’ll set him to DANCE!
Oooooooh! Autumn has a whim to ask out her crush! Let’s go! Nearby is a pool, a bar, a cafe, a bowling alley and a sketchy park. I think I’ll go for the pool! We’ll keep things casual first, do the friendly goals and then BAM! First kiss!
BAM! And now he’s our boyfriend! ...really wish I could post about that on Social Bunny. At least I got a flirty tag. And let’s ask to prom properly! As a proper prom date! So yeah, lots of romance socials, lots of love and flirting and now these two are boyfriend and girlfriend!
Also nabbed this. And now she’s smitten. Aww. Also hungry. Time to head back home! (Would go to the restaurant next door but eh, it’s experimental food. That’s for ULTRA SPECIAL occasions.) We come back to a sleepy Freddie. To bed! And after food, sleep for Autumn as well. What a day this one had been!

A sort of Fairy Tail - Chapter 7
Rating: T / PG-13, SFW. Fandom: Mystic Messenger Relationships: 707/MC (Jaena)/Saeran Chapter 7 Wordcount: 3549 Summary:
Freelance Hacker by day, cosplayer by weekend, Jaena Grey was living her best life. One fateful convention, she meets a scarily talented fellow costumer and his friend Zen.
When Jaena finds herself embroiled in the usual Mint Eye apartment plot, Seven panics to see someone he knows. Hijinks ensue, including Jaena spending the majority of her time cosplaying as 707 in his own bunker to hide herself from Vanderwood - for better or worse.
You can also read this on AO3! <- Also a good place to check tags.
Chapter 7: Extractions are never Painless
“And what are we going to do if we can’t get Saeran out?” Jaena asked the question that she knew no one else wanted to.
“We leave him.” Vanderwood said, gruffly. “If he’s too far gone to extract, it won’t do us any good to kill ourselves trying.”
“Once he’s out…” Seven said quietly, trying not to think too hard about a future where he couldn’t save his little brother. “I’ll get Jumin’s intelligence team to take down the rest of it. I’d ask the agency, but with the money they’re funneling, it’s likely a conflict of interest for them.”
“You think Han will just agree?”
“Well, he and I have been talking for a bit about figuring out what it is that V’s involved in. Their friendship is older than I am, and he’s right there with me that something’s sketchy about V’s behavior. I wish I knew exactly what V’s up to, but given that he won’t even talk to me about Saeran, even now… yeah. I’m sure he’s in way deeper than we thought.”
“Should we tell the messenger, or at least Jumin, what we’re planning?” Jaena asked, not feeling good about leaving her new friends in the dark. “In case something goes sideways.”
“Jumin yes. Jaehee as collateral because there’s nothing he does that she doesn’t organize. But telling the messenger as a whole is just warning Saeran we’re coming at this point.”
“Alright. Zero Seven, you handle that, I’ll get my car.”
“Aw, your car?”
“Yes, unless you’ve actually properly equipped one of yours?”
“Welp. Your car it is.”
As the car rolled as quietly as possible down the dirt road, Seven glanced back at Jaena, curled up in the back seat.
“We’ve been driving for hours, aren’t you uncomfortable?”
“This is nothing. You even brought me snacks.” She reached forward and squeezed his shoulder.
Vanderwood chuckled and shook his head. “She’s almost a better agent than you are.”
“Hush.” Seven said, sticking his tongue out before stopping the car. “We’re as close as we’re getting by car.”
“Okay.” Jaena said, steeling herself for the wait. “Y’all go get our punk rock goth child, and I’ll be here ready to get the fuck out of dodge when you get here.”
“Not happening.” Vanderwood said, and Jaena paused. She’d expected an argument from Seven who didn’t like leaving her alone, but not from Vanderwood, who she’d expected to be on her side about keeping her out of danger.
“What?” She couldn’t help the argument from bursting out. “Why?”
Vanderwood’s eyes flashed dangerously. “I am not leaving an untrained newbie alone in enemy territory. As I said, not happening. Zero Seven, you’re taking her with you. You’ll need her skills if you’re going to be able to keep watch and get your brother out of there. Do not let anything happen to her.”
“Understood.” Seven said, and Jaena suddenly understood their dynamic. Vanderwood didn’t complain about Seven being an unrestrained brat at home, as long as he was getting his work done. But out in person on a mission, Seven followed Vanderwood’s orders without question. Which meant that he trusted Vanderwood implicitly. Jaena swallowed, and steeled herself to do the same. When she’d run from home, she’d had to promise to do everything exactly how Tangerine said it, even if it sounded stupid. In the end, she got out safely only because she had gone against her better judgment and done exactly as he said.
Jaena felt more than saw when they both turned their attention on her, expecting more argument.
“I’ll go.” She said. “I’m sorry for arguing, it won’t happen again.” She may have sounded meek, but the steel in her eyes must have shown her sincerity, because there was no further discussion, they simply started moving.
As they approached the building, bouncing from blind spot to blind spot, Seven quietly filled her in on the route, the plan, and what to do if things went sideways.
“I know the plan was initially to get as much information as we could from this place, but I think it’s more important to convince my brother to come with us if we can. Do you agree?”
“100%.” Jaena said. “There’s nothing here he can’t get us if he’s on our side, but more than that… this can’t be a good place for him.”
“No. Not with that drug in circulation. I only hope he’s not too far gone on it to choose to leave.”
“Good. Now before we go in, we’re going to have to figure out how this building works. They’ve kept enough of their systems off the grid that we’re only going to be able to get into them once we’re close enough to the building. I’ll keep watch, you hack in, okay?”
“Got it.” Jaena said, slipping her laptop out of her bag and tapping away.
“It shouldn’t be too hard to infiltrate, there are gaps in the camera pathing that make it look like they’re inviting intruders.” Seven muttered.
“Seven, look at this. The green part here is the view parameters of the security cameras which we already knew. The parts in red are the alarm devices we didn’t know about - As soon as the security system is down, we’ll enter through this blue route here.”
“Good.” Seven said, scanning over it quickly. “This room, it’s the one we tracked the data transfers back to - that’s probably where we’ll find Saeran. I wish I could go in and get information and then find a way to get him out safely, but I just have this feeling that we’re battling against the clock right now.”
“Seven - we’ll find him. He’ll come with us. Everything will work out fine.”
“How are you so confident.”
“I met him, remember? There’s no way he’s that far gone on that drug.”
“God, I hope you’re right.” he muttered, and she reached out and tapped his nose.
Seven startled, a blush creeping onto his cheeks. “Don’t ever leave my side, alright? Vanderwood would never forgive me if anything happened to you…”
Jaena smiled. “I won’t, I promise. Now, let’s go get your brother and go back home!”
He grinned. “Okay, with that encouragement, I know we can do this. I’ll be watching for threats, so you get us where we need to go, alright Scarlet?”
“Got it. Kicking out the security in 3…2…1… Let’s jam.”
“Listen close for footsteps, Scarlet. I don’t think anyone knows we’re here yet. I’ll keep an eye out.”
“Mhm.” Jaena said, already working on hacking the intricate lock system keeping them out of the information room. “Ok, we’re in.”
The door clicked open to reveal a wall of screens. This was absolutely the room that they were expecting it to be. Unfortunately, it was all but lifeless. All those screens, but no Saeran.
“This is…” Seven spun in a slow circle once the door clicked shut behind him. “God… Where in the world did he learn how to hack…? Why did he have to learn this… I want to know.”
Jaena was walking the perimeter of the room looking for possible computer inputs, and potential signs that would tell them how to find Saeran. When she found the bay of drives, she bit her lip. She’d brought along a secret weapon to make sure Saeran would go with them, but… she didn’t know how Seven was going to feel about her choice. Luckily for her, Saeran’s systems were old enough, or at least thorough enough, to still have a 3 1/4” floppy drive.
“Well, the break in the security’s over, so it won’t hurt us to just stay here for a little bit. He’ll likely come back. Especially if we missed something, he’ll have to come check it.” She said quietly.
“Ah. Right. I’m sorry.”
“For what?”
“Getting distracted.”
“That’s okay, you’ve always been good at getting distracted.” A third voice said into the quiet, causing both Jaena and Seven to turn and face the speaker.
“Unknown?”
“Saeran?”
“Hello.” He said, nodding. Unlike his previous red-and-black ensemble that he’d worn when she met him, Saeran was wearing a three piece suit, full black. His hair looked simultaneously messier and more intentional, and he looked… tired. “Nice to see you again, should I say…?”
“Saeran!” Seven said, and took a step in his twin’s direction, tears in his eyes.
“I expected you.” Saeran said to Seven. “I expected this. That you’d come here first if you came to Magenta. I take it you came to get the information from our servers? You’ve probably got a module installed over there by Miss Jaena, right? Don’t worry, I installed good coolers, so the main board shouldn’t overheat with the amount of data you’ll be pulling. I’ve been seeing traces of an anonymous hacker hacking into our system. I knew it was you.”
“Actually…” Seven started, but Saeran didn’t stop to hear him out.
“But I had no idea you’d hacked into the satellite to see the exteriors. You found our blind spot and got it. I admit, you’re pretty good, brother.”
“It was me.” Jaena said.
At her voice, Saeran turned and stared at her. “What, the little costumer? Not a chance.”
“She’s telling the truth.” Seven said quietly. “Though she didn’t do the satellite work, the rest was her hands.”
Saeran blinked. “Oh. I didn’t anticipate that.”
“Saeran… I don’t know what to say.. There are so many things I want to ask you, to say.”
“I’m not surprised. You did leave me alone. Abandon me. To this hell. I’m sure you want to run right now, not that you can.”
“Can I ask a question before y’all get into the weird twin speak that I won’t understand?”
“Yes.” Seven said instantly, and Saeran just quirked an eyebrow at her.
“What changed your style? Not that I mind this suave Suit Saeran look, but the Unknown I met had an edge that you seem to lack.”
“Oh, him.” Saeran chuckled darkly. “He doesn’t get out much. This? This was another one of her attempts to fix me. Not that it’s even possible.” As if in reaction to his own statement, Saeran shucked off the jacket, vest, and tie. He left himself in just the slacks and white shirt, the latter he unbuttoned the top two buttons, as if to allow himself room to breathe. An irritated hand through his stiffly styled hair made it look more like what she recognized. “That better, princess?”
Jaena chuckled and shrugged. “You look happier, so I’m going to go with yes.”
Seven looked between them. “…Princess?” he said, barely audibly. Jaena didn’t know where the nickname had come from either, but was Seven …jealous? She didn’t get a chance to ask before he shook off whatever that was, and went back to what they’d been on about.
“Saeran… We really need to talk. Can we look past, well, the past? Get everything out on the table and figure out the truth of things? I miss you.” That last was said with more pain than Jaena had ever heard in his voice, even when he was initially telling her about Saeran, and her heart hurt for him.
Saeran looked like he wanted to lash out and shook his head. “You abandoned me to this hell. Why should I believe you won’t do it again?”
“Saeran… still, please listen. Nothing will change just by you listening.” Jaena said, even as she started to free the disc from its holder in her bag.
“If you’re talking about our childhood… there’s at least one misunderstanding.” Seven said. “I never wanted to leave you.”
“Mhm, but you sure tried to find me later, didn’t you? Came to rescue me from this hell?”
“That’s why I’m here.” Seven said. “I thought… I thought you were happier without me.”
“You used your own brother to escape that hellish house. I guess you don’t want to admit that.”
“No! I wouldn’t!” Seven said, “I didn’t use you. I thought… I thought you were happy. I did not tell you lies when we were little. I meant everything. I meant when I said I’d protect you, that I’d get us out of there together… I swear.”
“You want me to believe that?” Saeran said, eyes closed.
“I changed my name and became a secret agent not to just abandon you and live a good life on my own.” Seven said, and Jaena bit her lip. Was it time to show Saeran? No, not yet. “I believed we had to part ways first and change our identities to escape our father’s eyes. He’d tried to kill us so many times. He knew where to find us…”
“Who thought of that insane idea? We were 12. There was no way you’d have…” Saeran opened his eyes, and Jaena could see the tears welling in them. He wanted to believe Seven, despite whatever lies he’d been told.
“V did.” Seven said. “V promised that he and Rika would take good care of you once I went where he told me to go. I trusted his promise. It was so hard to leave you, Saeran.” The tears were running freely down Seven’s cheeks, and Jaena couldn’t just stand by and watch him pour his heart out and get no response out of Saeran but this bitterness.
“Saeran… after Seven got me out of the apartment I went looking for you - I found a surveillance camera on the street that showed your face - when I asked Seven if he had a twin… well, that was the first time he realized that V didn’t keep his promise. It took some prodding, but he told me everything.”
“That’s fairly convincing.” Saeran said, and Jaena could see the wheels turning. “A lot of people would probably fall for that, but… why would it take you that long? You’d been away from me for so many years and never questioned it? You disappeared without a word, just leaving your burden of a little brother behind.”
“I didn’t want to leave without a word. V told me I couldn’t tell you anything because mom would find out if I told you beforehand and it would put you in danger.”
“It wasn’t enough.” Saeran said quietly. “At first, I looked for you. The sun came up and the morning came in that hell, but you weren’t there. I looked and looked. I was so worried. I worried that you might be dead, that our father got to you. I cried for days. No matter how many times that woman strangled me, hit me, threatened me for being noisy, the naive me cried for days missing you. Did he leave because he was sick of me? Was he mad at me? Still, he’ll come back. Yes, he’s my brother. Of course he will.”
“Saeran…” Seven said, impulsively taking a step toward his brother. Jaena expected Saeran to move back, but he didn’t move a centimeter.
“I thought you were dead. But… once I found out you were alive, the shock.. I can’t even put it into words. And you want to tell me you thought I knew? That I was happy without you? How could I ever be happy without you, Saeyoung?!”
Jaena looked between them, thinking. Saeyoung? Is that Seven’s real name? Not Luciel?
“Saeran.. I believed that V and Rika saved you the morning I went missing. They told me… showed me… I was a fool to have believed them. I’m sorry I didn’t protect you like I promised. I should have known something was up, since they would never tell me anything, but…”
“Showed you? How could they show you anything if it was all lies?” Saeran’s interest was piqued, and Jaena knew it was time. She met Seven’s eyes, and he nodded to her.
“Please believe me Saeran. Everything I’m saying is the truth. The year I turned 20, Rika gave me a floppy disc without letting the agency know. On it were pictures of you and what she wrote… I believed all that.”
“You’re making that up.” Saeran said, though it lacked the heat behind his previous statements.
“He’s not.” Jaena said, slipping the disc into the drive, and hearing the telltale sound of it spinning up. On the main monitor, all of the pictures started opening, and Saeran hissed in a breath. “Do you remember when any of these were taken?”
“I remember that day. She made me smile so much my cheeks hurt, and change clothes so many times so it looked like different days. It was horrible. I had no idea why we were doing any of it and she told me not to ask. That was right before…” he shuddered, but didn’t finish the sentence. “The only candid shot there is the one with the butterfly.”
“Saeran…” Seven said, his voice rough. “What happened to you?”
The sound of footsteps broke through Jaena’s focus on the twins, and she froze. “Boys, we have company. Can we continue this conversation at home? Saeran… please come with us. We won’t force you, but I really hope you would.”
Saeran, attention still on the photos, nodded. “There’s more to this story, and if we stay here, I’ll never be able to figure out the truth. I’m not sure I believe you, but… you’re not wrong that staying here is not in either of your best interest.”
Jaena popped the disc back out of the drive, hoping she hadn’t corrupted the data, and closed up her bag.
Seven was still a mess, and Jaena had a moment of worry about getting him out of the building back through the path they’d taken. He was the one trained for this, not her.
A knock came at the door, and Saeran turned, herding them into a small room with a cot and a door to a small bathroom. He held a finger to his lips, and shut the door. For a brief second, Jaena was worried about his intentions, but her attention was immediately on Seven, who practically collapsed against her when the door shut, silently crying into her shoulder.
Jaena pressed a silent kiss to the top of his head and wrapped her arms around him, half of her attention on the man in her arms, the other half on what was going on in the room past that door.
“Mr. Ray. We’ve had word that there are intruders on the property. Have you seen anything?” The voice on the other side of the door was unfamiliar, and that in itself was a bit of a relief.
“I have not, I was on a break mandated by the Savior, and have only just now returned to my post. I will check the feeds. Should I be reporting to her directly, or would she prefer me to speak with Information or Security?”
“Security noticed the breach, but we’ve been unable to see anything on the cameras.”
“Then how do we know there’s a breach?”
“The system was down for a few minutes, we can only assume it was an incursion.”
“Or those damn mice again.” Saeran muttered. “I’ll look into it.”
“Thank you, Ray. For Eternal Paradise.”
“For eternal paradise.” Saeran repeated, and the door clicked shut.
With that click, Seven stood up properly and wiped his eyes. “Thank you.” he mouthed, and Jaena smiled at him and nodded. Moments later, the door to the tiny bedroom opened.
“Alright. We’ve probably got ten minutes before they check on me. Let’s get moving. Follow me. Try not to look around like tourists. I’m going out the front, where did you park?”
“Northeast corner. Behind the pines.” Seven said, and Saeran nodded, and led the way out of the complex. They passed robed people, but Jaena kept herself from looking at any of them, instead focusing on Saeran, and trying not to think too hard about Seven’s tear stains on her shirt, which she was sure were obvious to everyone who even glanced her way.
Jaena started to breathe easier once they were out of the building, but it was too soon.
“Now, where exactly do you think you’re going?” a voice called out, and both Saeran and Seven stopped short.
“…V?” Seven said, confused. “What are you doing here?”
“I should be asking you that. You’re practically silent in the messenger these days, and then you show up in a place like this, with a stranger?”
“That’s my line. Don’t say anything weird and answer me. Why are you here? Oh, of course… you knew about this place, right? And everything that was happening with Saeran. But you wouldn’t tell me anything when I asked. I’m not even surprised. You’re with them, aren’t you.”
“I know that you won’t believe anything I say. So you won’t be able to accept it even if I tell you why I’m here.” V said, quietly, reaching into his pocket for something. Saeran was on edge, and Seven looked like he was about to lose his shit.
“Scarlet. Get to the car, this might be dangerous.”
“Too late, Luciel. You brought a stranger into this, I’m taking her out of it.”
From his pocket, V pulled a gun, and despite his supposed blindness, pointed it directly at Jaena and pulled the trigger.

Anon, if you don’t like Separated AUs and/or think they are too many or whatever; just ignore them; like s0ft said, just block the tags for instance.
There is literally no reason to go to a Separated AU creator (like s0ft), any SepAU creator; that has worked hard on their AU, and say something like this.
I personally adore what people do with Separated AUs in Rottmnt and in basically any TMNT version, because I find them interesting and cool, and there is just so much you can do with Separated AUs.
I just love seeing everyone’s takes on them. Heck, even if Rottmnt being really popular; there is still so many Separated AUs I wish I could see more of. Like Leo being with Big Mama (welp, at least Wild and Weary kind of gives this to me. And then there is Dead Man’s Deal, with Future Leo being a Mama’s boy with Big Mama), because I love them both, and their dynamic and I want to see more of it/them; separated AU or not. I am getting to the point, where I might make my own thing with/about them in some way. Maybe my own Separated AU.
Anyways, there is still things that haven’t been done yet with SepAUs, and so many different takes that can be done. And even if a take is a similar starting point or whatever; those takes can still be very different, and they have their creator’s unique take. Plus, that just means you have two (or more) cakes!
So yeah.
Anyway, anon, it is funny that you are saying to S0ft that “they aren’t special”; when comments/asks like urs aren’t special either.
Just another anon ask bothering a creator for no reason.
So just goodbye Anon.
(S0ft; ur stuff is great and I love ur SepAU so much! I love seeing new and cool SepAUs, they are fun!! Don’t listen to anons and/or askers like them).
there are already wayyy too many sep aus
ur not special
Anon, I have to ask: what was the reason for this message? (and the 2 others you've sent)
Separated AUs are a popular kind of AU among the TMNT fandom, as it's a very broad prompt that leaves room for many cool and interesting ideas. In my personal experience, every separated AU I've come across has something new to offer.
I understand that some may dislike sep AUs, and may be annoyed with seeing them all the time— however, I don't understand the motivation to come up in my asks specifically to tell me this. I sincerely hope you aren't coming up to other sep AU creators like this. Please block the tags for Tentative Devotee and other sep AUs if you wish to not see more.

Hazbin Hotel: Alastor design reveal (background, character review and rant)
(Authors note: This is a LONG post, so be warned. I first start ranting about the damn background before I get to Al, sorry lol. )
Welp guys. He’s here, the tumblr sexyman himself, Alastor the radio demon. (God, that name is still stupid). The Hazbin Hotel official Twitter released what everyone’s favorite deer boi will look like in the upcoming show. And after the creator Viv hyped his design up SO MUCH, it all led up to THIS.
https://twitter.com/hazbinhotel/status/1504890445112889344?s=21
You.....you’ve gatta be kidding me right? You have got to be FUCKING kidding me. That’s it? THAT’S WHAT WE WAITED FOR? THAT’S THE BIG REVEAL YOU HYPED UP VIV???
Okay...deep breaths. Let’s talk about this shall we? Let me start off by saying........wow. After going through the Hazbin hotel tag on Twitter to see the fandom’s reaction, these people are REALLY hyped and jazzed for a damn WHITE LINE aren’t they? I mean I don’t know what I expected, the tag is FILLED with nothing but praises once again, rambling on about how “good” he looks. Christ, I feel like if you waved a pair of DANGLING keys you’d get the same reaction out of this fandom. Now, before we talk about Al himself, I want to do the same thing I did with Charlie’s design post, despite my blood boiling here more lmao. Start with the background, then the top of the character to the bottom, then my thoughts on the show and or Viv. Without wasting any time, let’s get to it.
First, the background. So, when the official Hazbin hotel Twitter posted what the hotel would look like, we saw that in the top corner of the hotel, there was a radio tower, that of course belonged to Alastor.
Now that we have the new pic, we are able to see a tad at what the inside looks like....and it looks........bland. I mean, here’s the problem. Since the pic is clearly a zoom in on Al, and we can only see the table and a rack behind him, we aren’t able to see the full room. I feel like if the perspective was a zoom out and a clear shot of the FULL room, it would have been better, because the only thing we can see here are the radios, light mic?? And clothing rack, as well as plants, but the room just looks empty and boring despite that. Now when it came to Al’s tower, I never really had any ideas, but I feel like his room here could be more interesting than what we got. Again, this pic should have been a zoom out so we can see the full thing. Who knows, maybe some of y’all can brainstorm what you think his full tower would look like and come up with some cool ideas! If you do, I would love to see them, I’ve seen some of y’alls work, don’t tell anyone but some of these fans are more creative than Viv. Also...now that I’m looking at the outside of his radio tower, it looks uncreative and bland as well. I know I’m raving over little little things, but come ON Viv, with how weird and creepy Al is supposed to be, (or at least that’s the vibe Viv is trying to go for with his character) you’d think his tower would stand out from the rest of the hotel. I mean she herself said that this man has one room that’s tidy and clean, and another room that’s literally a swamp. (She said this in a livestream) now that fact may not be canon anymore, but if it’s still true, I feel like his radio tower would look weird as well, I mean the way Viv describes him, I wouldn’t be surprised if one of his rooms looked like the cannibal family from Helluva.
Hopefully in the actual show, when we see his ACTUAL room, and it’ll be all the more creepy and jarring, especially since he’s a cannibal. Now that’s a fun concept, Alastor’s room! That has so much potential, again, if anyone wants to share interesting thoughts or ideas you have on his room and aesthetic, I would LOVE to hear it!
ANYWAY, let me share my thoughts on what’s actually in the room. The first thing I wanna say is, what the hell is that purple thing on the rack? Is that...a towel? A cloak? It seems random, I mean we haven’t seen or heard about other outfits that Al wears, so I feel like Viv just put that there to fill up space. I will say, I do like the rack design though, it ain’t mind blowing but at least it has variety. Then there’s his couch, which is just a regular couch. Again, this is nitpicky, but come on, the hotel couches in the PILOT had more variety than this! I remember seeing Faust, an ex worker on Hazbin, who designed a hotel couch that looked cool.
I bring all of this up because this is what I hope to see in the show. When it comes to the hotel furniture, I don’t care what it is, it could be anything, couches, racks, dressers, ect, I just want them to have creativity to them. Even the furniture designs you see in the pilot are a good example, I just want something other than multiple eyes to represent the hell aesthetic, it’s the least they could do since hell itself looks like earth but painted red. Okay I know I’m trailing off topic, so if you’re still reading, thank you.
The last thing I want to talk about before we actually get to the blob o-OH I mean Al, is the what seems to be a mic light switch, next to the plants, which btw, I do like.
WHY WASN’T THIS HIS ACTUAL MICROPHONE??? Like....it pisses me off because this proves that Viv knows what 1920’s microphones actually LOOK like, but she doesn’t bother having it belong to Al. I don’t understand why this couldn’t be his Mic, I’m so disappointed like....wasted potential once again. And while we’re here, I don’t even LIKE the design of Al’s Mic. It looks nothing like it came from the 1920’s, unlike this LIGHT SWITCH RIGHT HERE. Also Valentino was right, his microphone just looks like a dildo. Yeah I said it. Call me cringe. 😭
Anyway bois....we finally made it....let’s talk about Alastor’s design.
So.........did Viv EVER listen to the criticism side of the fandom? Like.....EVER? Did she EVER hear someone who had to critique the pilot out, wether it be in the form of a YouTube video, a tweet, or a tumblr post? Ever? Or did she do what I think she did, which was watch and listen to the side of the fandom who just blindly praise her and act like she can do no wrong. Cause....I think that’s what she’s doing y’all....I mean hell, I don’t know why I was expecting her to listen to the critic side of the fandom, especially since she’s known to throw hissy fits when someone critiques her, and let’s not forget how she reacted to a harmless Velvet redesign by Miss Zizi, in the most bitchy and unprofessional way possible. Of course she didn’t change JACK SHIT about Alastor. Jack SHIT. Yeah, I know there’s a tweak of change here and there, and I’ll get to that, but let’s just say it how it is guys, he looks EXACTLY the same. Remember when I said that since Charlie is completely red, I would be upset if Al turns out that way because they then would look completely the same unless Viv tweaks his palette? WELP....HERE WE ARE.
Like...I don’t care if Charlie is wearing a different outfit than him, they both STILL look the same, and that’s a huge problem. And Christ, not only that, but ONCE AGAIN, the background is mostly red, NOT making Al stand out. And yes, I know Pentagram City’s sky is supposed to be red at ALL times apparently, but it would certainly be better and even more interesting if the skies changed color from time to time, like green, orange, purple, because THOSE colors actually make a red colored character STAND OUT. I have two examples here, I found two edits. One of another wonderful person who follows me here, and another from a person on Instagram. Here are the two edits:
The first one is by @sexymen-dystopia, and the next is from insta, I don’t know who posted that one because it was a friend who showed me, but now that these are here, I’ll ask the same question I did when my friend edited the Charlie background edit. Doesn’t this look better? Doesn’t Al ACTUALLY pop out more from the environment? The yellow REALLY makes him stand out, and the green matches his swamp aesthetic, so I like that one as well! And while we’re on the subject of colored backgrounds (don’t worry I won’t talk a lot this time) it isn’t THAT hard to make the background pop out from the character. Circling back to what I said about Viv, one of the major MAJOR criticisms the pilot got was that the characters don’t pop out from the red backgrounds. Viv could have used two choices. One, change the characters color palettes so they pop out from the environment, or two, change the ENVIRONMENTS colors so the character doesn’t blend in with the background. Instead she did fucking neither, because she can’t take criticism and is still stuck in her comfort zone. Rather than actually LISTEN to the fans and try her best to make one of her most famous characters look appealing to the audience and stick out, she instead used a white line. A fucking white line. Now yes, again I KNOW there’s technically more changes than that, but the white line is more important than you think, so hear me out. Now...first let me start off by saying that despite just stating that I think Viv didn’t even listen to the critic side of the fandom, I feel like she sort of did. She knew people kept saying Al was too red and didn’t pop out, so instead of actually trying, she thought she’d put a white line on him and his microphone to make him pop out without putting in the effort. Not only does that piss me off to the core, but.....the hilarious thing is that the white line itself actually DOESN’T make him stand out!
So hear me out. I’ve seen so many fans on here and Twitter say the line makes him pop out and he has better contrast, (because they seem to be afraid to say anything REMOTELY negative) but Jesus Christ guys, that’s not true. The thing about the white like is that since Al is once again 95% red, a first viewer, (and even an AVERAGE viewer at that) their eyes would IMMEDIATELY dart to the white line, and that doesn’t make him pop out, that’s a distraction, and there’s a difference. I just find it hilarious that Viv found adding 1% white to his attire and white on the tip of his cane would do anything, because if anything, it makes him look WORSE, even if it’s a small change. Looking at Alastor as a whole, the character doesn’t even FIT with white, that’s why the critical fandom kept suggesting colors like brown, orange, yellow, or green, because THOSE (out of a few more) color environments DO fit him. Not only would they FIT him, but he would pop out from the red environment. Here are a few examples of what I’m talking about:
Now one of them is a redesign obviously, (I take no credit) but these are colors I’m talking about! Yellow, brown, greens, hell, even the crew art for the ALASTOR PROMO CLIP MADE HIM POP OUT MORE THAN NOW:
These are colors we should have gotten guys, instead, thanks to Viv, he’s just a big red blob just like in the pilot. He’s STILL an eye sore to look at. If you looked at canon Al’s full body, you wouldn’t know where the hell to look, or even know WHAT your looking at. It makes me disappointed because she hyped his reveal up only for him to look EXACTLY the same. All she had to do was just tweak his palette just a LITTLE....just a freaking LITTLE to make him pop out from the red environment, but of course, she can’t even do that, I mean......it’s Vivziepop, the girl known for sending her fandom to attack people, and throw hissy fits when people give her any form of criticism or say something REMOTELY negative about her show. I don’t know why I expected her to actually take in what critics had to say about the pilot, I mean who cares if Al literally MELTS in the background! Who cares if Charlie is now completely red, as long as the same characters are there, the fandom will be happy no matter what.
But uggh, let’s finally get to the actual changes that were made. I’m at the limit for pictures, so now ya’ll are just going to have to read. (😭) So....firstly, his damn LAPELS are red now. Viv....OH MY GOD. We can’t have ONE thing that was red before turned a different color WITHOUT having something that wasn’t red turned red CAN WE? Like that choice was just unnecessary, just proves how much this woman is obsessed with the color red. Second, his pants are black now. O-okay?? Like....I’ve seen the fandom say that makes him stand out more, and I must be in the twilight zone because I have NO idea what the fuck they’re talking about. While I’m glad they’re not brownish red like in the pilot, making his pants black doesn’t really make a difference to me, and even if it DOES, it just makes him look boring. The problem is that I’m tired of Viv using black so much as well. Sure, it made be nice that it’s not red anymore, but black is another overused color, we have enough red and black characters, (Al is a whole one within himself) and she could have used any other color to try SOME fucking variety. I feel like the only colors that Viv will consider using on these “redesigns” will always be red, black, white, pink, and yellow. All the other colors are out of her comfort zone, so she’ll probably never take it into consideration. Third, the lines on his suit are limited to two now, and they’re a bit thicker. I am glad of course, because too many stripes on her characters make it HELL for the animators to work off of, but they’re still RED. Ugh. Fourth, the color of his sleeves are a little darker than before. Again, while I appreciate no lines on them unlike before and the color being a bit darker, it still doesn’t really do anything, he’s still RED, same for the dots on his gloves being gone and the color being grayish instead of brown. I’ve already talked about the white line...but man, looking at this design, Viv REALLY thought she did something by added 2% white to his design didn’t she? She didn’t.
OKAY GUYS WERE AT THE END. If you’ve managed to get this far, I thank you. ❤️
The last thing I wanna talk about is Al’s design ALONE, because yeah, it’s bad. To this day I don’t get the whole deer aesthetic Viv is trying to go for with his character. I mean.....he looks NOTHING like a deer, he doesn’t even resemble deer features expect for those small ass antlers at the top of his head that an average viewer wouldn’t even catch. Again, if I hadn’t of followed the project since early 2018, I wouldn’t have known this man was supposed to be a deer demon. Not only that, but I keep forgetting that he’s a cannibal, I mean it doesn’t show in his design or gives me cannibal vibes whatsoever, other than his sharp teeth, which WOULD make him stand out if EVERY OTHER CHARACTER IN THE SHOW DIDN’T HAVE THE SAME SHARP TOOTHY GRIN. Again, his ROOM could probably hint at his cannibalism, like maybe he has furniture made out of flesh or something, which would he cool, but we don’t really have that here. While I do appreciate the whole bayou aesthetic with the plants and his room might result in being a swamp, his design just doesn’t match with his character or even his background of being a radio host. I’m just ganna say what everyone’s BEEN saying, Al just looks like someone’s cringeworthy deviantart OC.
So to conclude this long ass post, Viv can’t make changes worth for shit, Alastor will be a bitch for me to look at in the show, and I have a bad feeling that this show will just be the pilot all over again. Character’s that DON’T pop out from the backgrounds, red everywhere, a shit ton of unnecessary sound effects, ect you name it. Al’s “new” design just proves to me that Viv can’t take criticism at all, or even work to improve so that her characters are appealing to look at. And it’s very sad.

The King Arrives - Chapter 2
(A few days after ‘Plant Care’ from 'Hues’ Collection)
Everything felt off.
Everyone was on edge.
Something was wrong.
They don’t have long to fix it.
Fandom: Super Mario & Related Fandoms Rating: Teen and Up Audiences Relationships: Luigi & Mario & Wario (Nintendo) Warnings/Additional Tags: Violence, there is cursing!, fighting ghosts, separation, illusions, here we go!, this is gonna get crazy!
“Welp!” E. Gadd clapped his hands together, “no time to just stand around whippersnappers! We have a lot of work ahead of us that we need to tackle. Come along, let’s look at what we’ve got to work with.”
He waved the three along, beaming as he led the way back to the table. The trio gave each a look of worried confusion before following along. Feeling a chill at his side, Luigi looked over to find Polterpup trotting alongside. Happy as could be with their tongue hanging out.
“As stated before, in order to fix this, we need to find the source. But with everything as messed up as it is, my scanners aren’t able to solidly locate anything. I can get a rough outline of how the castle’s layout is. But even then, it’s a large guess. So, our first, first, task is to clear out as many of the Ecto-Ghosts as possible in hopes that will clear up some of the conflicting information.”
They all jumped back when the heavy tables let out a loud hiss, the tops opening up to reveal a number of different gadgets hidden below. Amid the numerous flashlights, communicators, and container units sat, strangely enough, a red vacuum cleaner.
“...Really?” Wario asked with a raised brow, turning to face the professor, “What are we going to do? Scare the ghosts with how clean the place is?”
“Now, now, don’t go judging a book by its cover. Is it a vacuum? Yes. But it’s so much more! It’s been modified to the extreme. I present to you…the Poltergust!”
“So…a glorified vacuum. Great.” Wario winced as Peach hit his arm, along with a strong glare.
Luigi, however, leaned forward with interest. “How does it work?” E. Gadd lit up, standing closer to point out the features he listed off. “Well, it still does work much like a vacuum. However, the nozzle switches between three modes. Suction to the extreme, an attached flashlight with a Strobe Bulb, and a black light that helps find hidden objects. The Strobe Bulb helps stun ghosts long enough to trap them into a strong vortex, which if not broken will lead to said ghosts being caught.”
“The nozzle is attached to a heavy duty container. Normally, I could only catch one ghost at a time in these smaller iterations. Two if they were very close. But this can hold an infinite number of ghosts! …Or at least 100. I’m not really sure about the range. Any who, this is my absolute pride and joy. Hours were poured into this amazing piece of machinery. …Do you want to try it on?”
Luigi, who’d been leaning closer as the professor talked, reeled back in surprise. “I- really?”
“Of course! I wouldn’t offer if I wasn’t serious. Come along now, put it on.”
There was no argument once he’d gotten E. Gadd’s approval. Luigi slipped said machine onto his back easily. A little surprised with how light it felt. The nozzle held into his right hand, Luigi flipped through the nozzle modes.
…Why did this feel so…natural?
“Huh, fancy looking,” Wario had pulled away from Peach’s steel glare to look the contraption over. Shaking it slightly on Luigi’s back, clearly confused as to how this was supposed to work. “Lots of bells and whistles. This thing going to save our butts?”
“In theory, yes.” E. Gadd replied.
“Wait, I’m sorry, ‘in theory’? What does that mean?” Peach asked worriedly.
“Well, I mean, I never had the chance to fully test it before arriving here. Was kind of in a hurry!”
Luigi shook his head. “It can’t be helped now. We have to work with what we have.”
“Yeah, suppose so,” Wario huffed, turning back to Luigi to tug gently at the Poltergust, “Alright Luigi, hand it over.”
“W-What?”
“I’ll hunt down these ghosts, you’re staying here.”
The younger brother stepped back, “No, I’m going out there to get Mario!”
“You’re staying here. I promised Mario that I’d keep you safe and that means you’re staying here.”
“If you’re going to worry about that, then you can keep me safe out there. I’m not going to just sit around and wait.”
“Luigi…give me the vacuum.”
“Poltergust.” E. Gadd quickly added.
“Not now, old man.”
“It’s on my back and I’m not taking it off,” Luigi glared Wario down, “I’m also not taking any more time to discuss this. We need to do something now.”
“To true!” E. Gadd interjected again, “I do have the smaller containment units here, quite a number of them. They can only capture one entity at a time, but you can carry a lot. You’ll have to return here to empty them out once filled up. Communicators that also double as a way to display the map that I have, as well as heavy duty flashlights.”
“Fine, give me a few of those containers.” Wario lamented, walking over to the table.
“Same here!” A soldier called out. Rushing over to the table to stop by Wario’s side.
“Me as well.”
“Over here please!”
More Toads shuffled over, small hands waving to gain attention and the given tools. Peach was about to step forward when Toadsworth placed a hand on her’s.
“Please, my dear, I need you here. For my sake.”
“...Alright.”
Luigi shifted the Poltergust better onto his back, jumping back when the ghost pup appeared before him. Polterpup barked happily, seeing they’d caught the human’s attention. Remaining by Luigi’s side as all were geared up and lined by the door. E. Gadd by the side to address them all.
“Now, our current goal is pretty straightforward. Clear out as many Ecto-Ghosts as possible. No only to help keep our reality stable, but to also clear enough crazy energy so that I can find the source of this issue. It’s a maze out there. Make sure you stay in groups and that someone has a map for you to follow.”
“I advise you to start with the room that you find as soon as you leave here. If you don’t see anything…that’s kind of the point. Make sure you check over everything before moving on. Understand?”
All nodded in agreement.
“Very well! I’ll be on the monitor if anyone needs advice.”
Luigi felt his heart hammering as the doors opened once more. No fearful purple portal greeting him this time. Just a hallway that was drenched in shadows. Thankfully, he was walking out prepared and with a small army.
As the large group headed out, with the doors closing behind them, E. Gadd called out, “Good luck! …And run if you need to! Living is important!”
With that, the doors closed behind them with a heavy thud.
Time: 8:10pm Stability Lost: 18%
Luigi was leading the way, flashlight facing forward while his eyes continuously darted around. He was frantically scanning the area to catch the first sign that would indicate a ghost was nearby. But it had been just as quiet when he’d walked through before. His attention did go to Polterpup, who seemed at ease at the moment, which had Luigi lowering his shoulders slightly.
“So, I hate to ask,” Wario whispered to Luigi, “How do we find these ghosts? Do we just start opening draws and shake the vases? Or are they going to come to us?”
“I honestly have no idea,” Luigi replied just as quietly, “But the professor did say there were ghosts in here.”
“Okay, well, how about we just start opening doors as well or-” Wario fell quiet when Luigi lifted a hand, both paying attention to Polterpup. Who’d started sniffing the ground. Padding forward before stopping right next to a potted plant. Plopping down before facing Luigi, head tilted happily as he waited for the human to react.
Luigi quickly placed a finger to his mouth to indicate for everyone to remain quiet before stepping forward. To which Wario immediately reached out to grab at his shoulder, silently shaking his head and holding up his own container. There was a silent argument between the two, Wario wanting to see how dangerous these ghosts could be while Luigi kept pointing to the Poltergust. A clear indication of ‘I have the better tool, let me do this.’
Wario frowned but did pull back. Holding his own tools out while Luigi crept forward. Polterpup trotted away as the human reached the plant, Luigi reaching out to nudge it.
…Nothing.
Luigi frowned and turned back to Wario with a confused shrug. The other indicates to shake it one more time.
Swallowing weakly, Luigi reached out once more. Giving the vase another, more harsh shake.
That caused the ghost to finally pop out. A yellow one, letting out a violent shriek as it towered over Luigi. Who was scrambling to switch the nozzle to the appropriate setting. Only to be pushed away with a strong pulse of energy. Luigi feeling his own powers reacting negatively to the spark the ghost seemed to give off.
Wario started forward the moment Luigi had been pushed back, the human clearly dazed. Grabbing his container unit…only to have a Toad scream in both fear and furry, throwing one of their own. To which it soared through the air, right through the ghost, and clattered to the floor on the other side. Said ghost letting out a chortle, advancing towards the group.
And then the container activated.
Luigi was temporarily blinded by the bright burst of light the container gave off. Frantically rubbing his eyes to clear up the spots. Vision returned in just enough time to see the ghost, who’d been frozen from the flash, was pulled towards the container. Able to see the vortex E. Gadd had talked about before, Luigi spotted small bolts of white energy sparking from said vortex. The ghost let out a small shriek of fear before disappearing into the container.
The lid snapped closed, gave a small jolt, and stilled. Polterpup walked forward to gather said container in their mouth and carried back over to the Toad who’d thrown it. Who was frozen in their throwing stance, eyes wide.
“...Well…that’s one way to do it.” Wario commented.
Luigi let out a sigh, shoulders dropping in small relief. “I’m just happy to know those things work.”
“Are you okay?”
“I’m fine… A little mad I couldn’t get this working fast enough, but fine.”
Wario helped the human back up, looking him over. “You sure? I know you were knocked back, but you looked dazed.”
“...I was shocked.”
“We are facing ghosts, it seems pretty normal.”
“No, not shocked as in ‘surprised’. Shocked as if it was an electrical shock. My powers even acted up, as if trying to counteract it.”
“Weird…well-”
The group tensed again when Polterpup started barking. Growling low as their head swivels from door to door, back arched, fangs bared. The communicators suddenly sounded, those carrying them answering it quickly.
“HEADS UP!” E. Gadd said, “We have big movement heading your way!”
“Alright everyone, stay in groups, stand your grounds!” Wario called out.
The doors lining the hallway were slammed open, numerous Ecto-Ghosts suddenly flying through. Different sizes from small to barely able to squeeze through the door. Different shapes and colors. All of them eventually became a blur of multi-colored as they floated above the group.
The first attack was from the ghosts, one quickly swooping down to grab a Toad. Who let out a fearful squeak as they left the ground. Dropping their container that lost its charge.
Luigi jumped into action again. The flashlight mode on, he built up the Strobe effect, the light flashing over the escaping ghost. Who immediately froze up, dropping the startled Toad back onto the ground. Not pausing, Luigi quickly changed to the regular nozzle, activating the vortex.
He wasn’t prepared for the ghost to be broken from their stupor so soon. The spectral being putting up a fight, trying to pull itself free. Which meant Luigi was pulled along for the unwanted ride as well. Stumbling slightly as the ghost practically dragged him down the hallway. Digging his heels in, Luigi pulled the nozzle back as if he was reeling in a fish. There was an eventual and satisfying ‘SWOOSH!’ when the ghost finally went in. Luigi just able to keep himself on his feet.
As he lifted his cap back into place, Luigi felt the Poltergust shutter weakly before calming down once more.
He’d done it. He caught his first ghost.
And it had been utterly terrifying.
Luigi panted weakly as he straightened himself up, legs shaking weakly. Only to tense when a number of Ecto-Ghost dashed past him. Just as he was about to chase after a group of Toads quickly followed after. Each giving a yell of something primal sounding as they waved their containers around.
He could only watch in amazement, trying to take in just what he was witnessing, when his shoulders were shaken.
“Ha, nicely done!” said Wario, “Way to lead a revolution! Come on, we already have some Toads going into the other rooms.”
Wario let out a laugh as he opened the closest door and rushed through. Luigi, having a hold on his cap, followed close behind with Polterpup right by his side.
The castle had become an absolute madhouse.
The trio of Wario, Luigi, and Polterpup jumping from room to room. Catching brief glimpses of small groups of Toads tackling every ghost that dared crossed their path. Capturing one before running after their next target. It was all strangely…animalistic.
“Are all Toads like this?” Luigi asked.
“Ha, no! Why do you think these Toads are part of the army?” Wario smirked.
Ah, alright then.
The non-spectral beings jumped back when another ghost popped out. Green this time, with two tapered tails instead of the expected one. Letting out a laugh seeing the living beings react in surprise. Only to falter when Polterpup barked at it, growling as they stood before Luigi. Wario took advantage of that hesitation to throw one of his own containers. Trapping the ghost in the next second.
There was no time to pause when another ghost appeared, two actually. Yellow and skinny, looping around the trio, making it difficult for Luigi to land a good flash of light onto them. Eventually hooking in one, with the other throwing an orange at him (what the heck!) that hit the back of Luigi’s head. Wario catching it the next second.
Another room, another round of ghosts to capture. Luigi became comfortable with the tools given to him. Beaming when he was able to collect two ghosts at once.
“Nice!” Wario called out, “You’re a natural at this.”
Luigi could only offer a sheepish smile as a reply. Eventually, the Toads were calling out to fall back, being unable to capture further ghosts. Wario also commented that he’d gotten all that he could.
“Please tell me that we got something out of this, besides just a headache.” He said to E. Gadd, communicator held up.
“Mmm…yes and no. While some of the interference has been cleared up, the readings I’ve been getting are…strange. And inconsistent. I feel that I’ve seen this data before, but I can’t think as to what it is.”
“What about that fear of our reality being torn apart, we still in danger of that?”
“Very much so. The collecting that’s happened has changed nothing. Which leads me to think that this is all just a guessing game created for us from the person pulling the strings.”
“Yeah, and we’re losing.”
Luigi frowned as he listened to the conversation. No longer entertained by Polterpup, who had started to put their front paws on the human’s legs. “So, we’re still unsure where anything is.”
Wario immediately changed his tone, “We’ll find him.”
“Possibly.”
“Unhelpful.”
“Realistic. We’re not in a situation where we can promise anything.”
“Doesn’t mean being blunt is going to help!” Wario argued.
Luigi pulled the communicator from Wario’s grip to talk to the professor. “Do you have anything positive that you can give us?”
“Mmmm… No, but let us have a different perspective on this. Have you been able to find a Boo?”
“None.”
“Then they’re hiding for a reason.”
“Boos aren’t confrontational.” Wario argued.
“They also don’t invade a kingdom or kidnap a human. It’s worrisome to know so many Boos are here, but none have been seen. This is technically a dream come true for them. A place where everyone’s on edge and they can eat fear? This is an opportunity they wouldn’t pass up.”
“You don’t think that…since they have Mairo…” Luigi swallowed weakly.
“I very much doubt your brother would be enough to satiate every Boo. Especially with the number that’s supposed to be here.”
Wario sighed, “So, what needs to be our next move?”
“Annoyance and draw out? Perhaps if we continue to dwindle the number of Ecto-Ghosts that are here, our ring leader will finally appear. If anything else, we might draw out where the Boos are hiding.”
“We’re really just trying to play catch up, aren’t we…”
Luigi handed the communicator back to Wario, grabbing the nozzle again. “You need to go back to the Great Hall.”
“What?”
“You don’t have any more containment units, you’re a target. I can still keep going.”
“I’m not leaving you out here, by yourself.”
“I have Polterpup.” Luigi smiled softly when said dog barked happily.
Wario was going to argue further, only for a group of Toads to come rushing over. Claiming they needed to go back to regroup. With the other distracted, Luigi was given a moment to think.
“Mario…”
Gadd was right about the ghosts wanting something from the kingdom. Everyone else was right about what that was they were looking for. It still did nothing to ease Luigi’s worries. What would Boos even want from Mario? It seemed weird that they would suddenly change their hunting patterns. It was weird that Boos would work with Ecto-Ghosts.
What could have changed? Would they be able to find Mario in time? Or was everything going to fall apart before they figured out a good way to fight back? Was Mario being pulled through the wall the last thing Luigi remembered from his brother?
“Big bro, where are you?”
.
.
.
“Luigi?”
Tensing upon hearing his name, Luigi lifted the nozzle up to fight…
Only to find nothing. The hallway was empty. Polterpup gave a worried whine upon seeing the human move so suddenly. But Luigi didn’t seem to hear them, eyes peering around. Trying to figure out who or what had said his name.
“Luigi?”
His entire right side suddenly chilled. Turning sharply, Luigi was surprised to find a door, created from purple wood and with a decorative frame. Said door slowly opened to reveal a dark interior. But it didn’t deter Luigi, who’d lowered the nozzle as he walked towards it. Ignoring as Polterpup pulled at his pants leg.
“Luigi?”
His heart leapt. Eyes widening as he tried to peer into the darkness. His name seemed to echo. He could have sworn…it sounded like…
Luigi.”
“Mario?”
“What was that?” Wario asked, turning away from fiddling with a leftover container. Only to freeze.
Polterpup was frantically tugging at the back of Luigi’s overalls, whining softly. Luigi seemed to be absolutely transfixed with the nearby wall. The younger brother showed a spark of hope as he leaned forward. Eyes a pale gray with a haze of purple clouding around his head.
“Luigi?” Wario called out.
The younger brother didn’t flinch. He didn’t even give indication that he’d even heard Wario. Still staring at the wall. Polterpup now barked as they pushed on Luigi’s stomach.
Wario tried again, more forceful this time, “Luigi.”
Still nothing.
Wario’s heart fell as Luigi moved forward. Polterpup phasing through the human’s chest, who was still heading directly for the wall. Panic rising when Luigi reached out to touch said wall and his hand went through it.
“Luigi, stop!”
Wario wasn’t fast enough. Luigi was more than halfway through before Wario got there. His own hand met a solid wall when he tried to reach out to pull the younger brother back.
“Wha- shit! Luigi, come back! Luigi!” Wario slammed his hands against the solid form. It amounted to nothing. He let out a low growl before turning to Polterpup. “Can you find him?”
The spectral pup gave a bark. Wagging their tail furiously before disappearing through the same wall. Wario froze as he listened to the furious barking grew distant. Only moving away when he couldn’t hear the other any more.
“Do what you can… Which isn’t standing here like an idiot.” Gathering his discarded supplies, Wario walked off. Following the map on his communicator back to the Great Hall.

It was a weird sensation. Luigi’s stomach churning at the confusing and conflicting information. His mind told him there was nothing to see in this inky void. While his feet confirmed that he was walking on solid ground. The human moved forward slowly. Eyes continuously scanning the blackness, trying to find something.
“M-Mario?” He weakly called out, “...Mario?”
His heart was beating furiously. Luigi could have sworn he’d heard his older brother. Maybe he was-
“Luigi.”
He whipped around. The flashlight providing no help in breaking through the darkness. Swearing the voice sounded right behind him.
“M-Mario?” Luigi whispered again, sounding very unsure. Because now that he was in here, his brother sounded…
Wrong.
“Luigi.”
“Mario? Where are you?”
The singular voice suddenly became dozens. All sounding like his brother, shouting Luigi’s name, along with shrieks and icy laughter. The human desperately covered his ears as the sound seemed to rattle his head. Squinting his eyes as he tried to find where all of this was coming from. Bending over in pain, the vibrations shaking him to his core.
Just as sudden as the voices sounded, it stopped.
The eerie silence pressing down twice as hard as before.
What was happening?
Was this just another illusion?
Had he really just walked into a trap?
How stupid could he be?
Grabbing the nozzle again, Luigi lifted it up to try and defend himself from whatever was happening. “Who’s there, where are you! C-Come out and fight!”
His entire form was tense at the chill washing over to him, barely able to see his breath in the minimal light the flashlight provided. What was he supposed to do? If this was an illusion, how could he break through? He was a sitting duck with no way to defend himself!
‘Suction to the extreme, an attached flashlight with a Strobe Bulb effect, and a black light that helps find hidden objects.’
Wait, black light. Luigi quickly switched to that setting and activated it. Swinging it around until he swerved over an area where the air suddenly vibrated. Still the light on the area, hearing something hiss and shriek as they were pulled from the darkness. The waving air turned into something solid.
Something white and translucent. With black dot eyes and little nubs for arms. A long mouth filled with jagged, different sized fangs turned to a frown. Deep hisses of discomfort leaving it.
Luigi took a step back, eyes wide.
This…
This was a…
“Boo.”
A new voice sounded. High-pitched and echoey, Luigi felt his hair standing on end. He let out a yelp as something sharp scraped across his shoulder. Causing the nozzle to clatter to the ground, the Boo he’d found laughing and floating away.
Shaking weakly, Luigi checked his shoulder, slightly relieved to see no green venom mixed with the red. But that didn’t help the situation when he found himself surrounded by four Boos. All laughing at the fearful look Luigi held.
“Aw, is little Weegee lost?”
“Looks like he misplaced his big bro.”
“That’s a shame, but don’t worry! We’ll take you to him.”
“No skin off our bones.”
Luigi jumped back into action. Pulling the nozzle back up and activating the Strobe Bulb. But it didn’t work out as he thought. The Boos merely winced before disappearing back into the darkness. Their laughter mocking Luigi as he racked his mind figuring out some kind of solution. Shaking as he waited for some kind of attack to be launched at him.
Swallowing weakly, Luigi knew he had to take this situation into his own hands. If the Strobe Bulb didn’t work, and the black light did, was that the key to take these Boos down? Would he be able to use the black light long enough to even get one? It couldn’t hurt to try.
Well, it could. But Luigi didn’t really have much of a choice.
Flipping back to the black light, Luigi stilled himself. Needing to rely on his senses to warn him about the no doubt incoming attack. Wide eyes staring at nothing as he waited for one of the Boos to take the bait.
A cold shiver traveled up his left arm.
Black light already flipped on, Luigi whipped it around to the general area he’d felt the shiver come from. Catching one of the Boos in the beam. Said creature hissing and shivering as its cover fell away until it was completely solid. Painting in pain, it’s purple tongue lolling out of its mouth.
Luigi didn’t pause. Switching the nozzle and trapping the Boo into a familiar vortex. Again, this didn’t work the same as the Ecto-Ghosts. The Boos’ tongue was caught first. Which jerked said creature out of their stupor. Luigi being pulled back into a familiar tug-of-war situation.
He dug his feet into the darkness as the Boo tried to pull away. It would only fight for so long. Luigi was more than a little surprised that, upon pulling back, he was able to actually swing the Boo around. Who let out a pained shriek as it hit something solid, but unseen.
The wall.
It was enough force to unstick the Boos’ tongue. The being successfully caught and contained in the Poltergust.
The darkness fell away. The remaining Boos let out hisses and shrieks of fear as they shrunk away from the human. Turning away and disappearing into the wall before Luigi could react. Clearly making their escape.
Luigi was somehow still standing. Panting weakly as it slowly dawned on him what had just happened.
He caught a Boo.
A creature that had no known weakness. That wasn't even hurt by Power Ups. Luigi now had one in the contraption resting on his back.
“...Holy shit,” Luigi uttered in absolute disbelief, “...I really hated that.”
A loud bark broke Luigi from his tense stance. The human let out a scream as he jumped away from the sudden sound. Only to relax upon realizing it was just Polterpup.
“Oh, h-hey you,” he couldn’t help but laugh in relief, “Hey puppy. D-did you come looking for me?”
Polterpup let out another bark, one of agreement, tail wagging happily. They stood on their back legs, placing their front paws on Luigi’s chest. On his part, Luigi lifted his arms up to wrap around the spirit. Realizing he just needed a few minutes to just…breath.
Polterpup let out a soft whimper.
“I’m okay.” Luigi whispered weakly, but didn’t let go.
The spectral dog let out a small bark, wiggling slightly. Luigi got the message. They weren’t safe there. They needed to get back to the hall.
Luigi released the ghost, grabbing the nozzle again for light, and silently gestured for Polterpup to lead. The dog doing so with Luigi following behind numbly. Paying no attention to the numerous twists and turns they made. Only showing attention to his surroundings when they arrived back to the Great Hall, startled by the light and bright colors.
“Luigi!”
The human had barely registered his name before he was pulled into a tight hug. “...Wario?”
“Yeah, it’s me.”
Luigi immediately dropped his nozzle to wrap his arms as best he could around Wario. Polterpup was good for comfort. But this was helping Luigi ground better.
He didn’t argue as Wario pulled away. The other quickly checked Luigi over.
“Are you hurt?” Wario asked, “Where did you go? What even happened?”
Unsure of what to answer first, Luigi simply provided a weak, “I caught a Boo.”
“You what!” The exclaimed remark sounded from both Wario and E. Gadd. The professor looked absolutely gleeful.
Luigi slipped the Poltergust off, holding it out for E. Gadd to take. “The Strobe Bulb didn’t do anything. But they really don’t like the blacklight.”
The professor looked up to Luigi.” Do tell.”
“They acted like they were being burned…and they became solid… Oh, and they can also talk, apparently. Did you know that?”
Wario shook his head slowly while E. Gadd gave a hum in contemplation “Solid? And talking? Interesting…this is absolutely thrilling!”
“At least someone’s enjoying themselves,” Wario grumbled as the professor walked away, “Seriously, Luigi, what happened?”
“I thought I heard Mario…but it was a trap,” Luigi answered, “It was just another illusion. I really thought I found him…”
“This is getting out of hand.”
“Were we able to find anything with the scanners?”
Wario rubbed his forehead. “No, not really. There was a large collection of energy found once. But, it disappeared in a few seconds after and, apparently, it’s moving. Which is unhelpful to our situation.”
“What?”
“Eureka!” E. Gadd’s call broke their conversation, beaming at whatever was being shown on the screen.
Peach was by his side first. “What did you find?”
“Oh, this is brilliant! Capturing this Boo was the key we needed to fit the final puzzle piece. I was incorrect about the entire thing…to a point.”
“Can you please just tell us.” Wario grumbled out.
“At first, I thought the state of the castle was due to the amount of Ecto-Ghosts here. Reality falling apart, all that fun stuff. But, I was wrong about the source. It’s the Boos!”
Luigi frowned at that, “Wait, what?”
“This illusion is just created by the Boos! The energy signature surrounding the castle and the one that I’ve scanned are the same! Or, well, close to the same. The one trapping us in here is far more stronger in comparison to what this Boo is creating. However, this still proves what all of this is caused by!”
“B-But I thought Boos could only cause hallucinations by their venom. H-How are they able to do all of this?”
“No idea, but this is absolutely fascinating.”
“Would you please stop being so thrilled about this!” Wario frowned.
Peach pulled him away to lean closer to the screen. “What does this mean for us?”
“Well, this information, combined with the brief moment of seeing how large that energy field was, means that it narrows down to one thing. All of this has been caused by one Boo. Meaning we have one main target for us to focus on.”
“Wait, back up, I still want to figure out how Boos were able to pull this off. If one Boo is behind this, how was it able to change so much to find so many Boos and Ecto-Ghosts to create an army? This seems so extreme for them.” asked Wario.
“You’d be correct… If we were working with normal Boos. Something in their structure has changed since my last data point. Dramatically. Or drastically. Either way, these are not the same Boos that we’ve faced before. They’re supposed to be scavengers, only attacking when someone wanders into their territory. Something like this is unheard of. This was all planned.”
The group moved back as E. Gadd pushed away from the desk. Beginning to pace as he thought over his next words.
“When I first saw the change, I commented that the Boos seemed to be almost migrating. Large numbers were collected as nights passed. Which was strange for a number of reasons, but the main point being Boos don’t normally gather in large numbers. Then Ecto-Ghosts started to join their ranks. Arriving here, seeing how the hallucinations turn to full blown… Something in their fundamental structure has been changed somehow…”
“The main point I’m trying to get to is that something was commanding all of this. Leading them. Brought them here.”
“They took Mario.” Luigi added weakly.
“Yes!” E. Gadd frowned, “Yes, they did! The structure of all of this is strange. Following this with the large moving form of energy… I believe there’s one Boo who’s, somehow, controlling everything. How that all came to be, I’m unsure.”
Wario and Luigi casted a worried glance to each other before the older said, “Mario was bitten by a Boo. Do you think-”
“Human blood?” E. Gadd hummed softly, “...Possibly? But I fail to see how. Humans are just another set of living beings, same as the rest of us-”
“Mario has Firebrand,” Luigi quickly stated, “A-And I have Thunderhand.”
“You- Why has no one told me of this before! You and your brother have access to magic? Natural magic? This is unheard of! Tell me, when did these powers begin to manifest and-”
“I think,” Peach said strongly, “what Luigi is trying to get at is that while they’re human, they’re…different.”
“Different humans…creating different Boos? Goodness, what a thought. Be that as it may, these are just speculations at the moment. I can confirm all of this once this has reached a conclusion. Strap back in and arms up! We need another round of cleaning if we’re going to see tomorrow!”
Professor E. Gadd walked off, the Toads clamoring back around the table once more.
“Luigi.”
The younger brother faced Wario, “Yeah?”
“...If this guy is even a sliver of a chance of being correct… I just need you to stay close, alright?”
“...Alright.”

“Run, run!”
“I didn’t know that could happen!”
“Oooh, he’s gonna be so mad!”
Passing through walls and traveling through the large void the castle rested in, three Boos frantically raced towards their destination. Phasing pass a pair of ornate doors. Unconcerned that the once comforting room for royalty was nothing more than a black void. Unbothered by the human dressed in red withering in unseen fear. Only stopping when they could huddle in the ‘back’. All shivering.
They weren’t given a moment to recover when a gravelly voice spoke.
“What happened.”
They all jumped in unison. Turning to find deep purple eyes staring down at them.
“W-We’re sorry!”
“We don’t know what happened!”
“Apologies are not needed. However, it is concerning to see Boos of all creatures so fearful.”
“The green human has a vacuum contraption thing!”
“I’m aware of this.”
“It caught one of us!”
The eyes widened hearing this before narrowing once more. “...Well, this was not the outcome I was expecting. Even more so from that cowardly human. But it doesn’t matter. We still have the upper hand.”
“B-But…”
“We have nothing to fear. A stupid little vacuum carried by a cowardly human is not a threat for us.”
“L-Luigi?”
The eyes snapped over to Mario. Who had fallen limp, gray eyes appearing to be staring into the darkness. But the Boos knew better. They knew the human was still trapped in his own nightmares.
The voice growled, “Your worthless brother will be joining you soon enough. I can only imagine how his fears will taste. If the brave older brother, who can face Bowser without worry, now quivers before me…I can only imagine how that wimp’s fear will be. We’ll get him soon enough. Another trap and he’ll be under my nightmares.”
One of the Boos softly spoke up. “He saw through our illusion.”
“WHAT?” The entire room shook at that. Mario’s relaxed position disappeared, now fearfully curling away from the unseen danger. “What do you mean he saw through it!”
“H-He seemed to fall for it at first!”
“But something changed and he just knew!”
The voice let out a frustrated growl, “He was unaffected yesterday and now the illusions are failing us. What is this human? Such a weakling should fall for our guise, what is he! Never mind. I’ll find out on my own when I tear him apart.”
“W-What do we do?”
“...If they want to fight, let's give them one. But…it’ll be on my terms.”
A large jeweled crown suddenly glowed from the darkness. Red turning to a deep purple, bolts of same colored energy striking out. All in the room uncaring (or unaware) at how everything began to shake. The walls and floors begin to shatter and crumble away, the void seeping through. The castle falling into darker shadows.
Those inside the Great Hall were feeling the full effect. All cowering by the tables or anywhere they could count as coverage. Wario hunched over Peach and Luigi. E. Gadd doing what he could to keep his equipment in place.
Just as soon as it started, it was over. All looking around fearfully.
“What was that?” Luigi whispered.
“...I think our big bad wanted to say hi.” Wario replied.
The tense silence was broken when E. Gadd cried out, “Criminy!”
The professor was standing before the computer once more. The screen flashing a concerning red. “I don’t know what that was. But it caused a major influx in the instability of this world. We’re running out of time!”
“How much longer do you think?” Luigi asked.
“I have no idea, but it’s not long. We need a new plan and fast.”

JEALOUSY HCS _
ft. todoroki shouto, shinsou hitoshi, shigaraki tomura, todoroki touya
n. this was a request from my sideblog that i posted b4 but idk the tags weren’t working back then so im reposting it here,,,,,
todoroki shouto _
if we’re being totally honest here, todoroki most likely won’t even realize he has a crush on you
like poor bby he’s just so oblivious when it comes to these things
all he knows is he gets rlly nervous around you but.. it’s a good kind of nervous? it’s weird
what’s even weirder is how he feels whenever he sees you talking to one of your friends…
there’s this tight feeling in his chest and his mind gets kinda foggy
and this happens every. single. time. he sees you with that person
which is a lot
at first it wasn’t that bad
he could kinda ignore how he felt and just suppress that icky jealousy
later on though,,, welp
the moment he realizes he has a crush on you is the moment his jealousy takes a dark turn
i’m getting yandere vibes writing this akdjf
he wont do anything or try to interfere with you and your friend’s relationship
he’ll just grow distant and most likely act pretty hostile around your friend
don’t worry tho,,, with the help of some of his friends, he realizes he should just tell you how he feels
and he does and you accept and reciprocate his confession and you two live happily ever after uwu
shinsou hitoshi _
this dude broods when he’s jealous
but i don’t think a lot of people would notice it anyway
if you aren’t close to him it’d probably be hard to tell the difference between him normally and him “brooding”
anyway it just frustrates him so much that you spend so much time with that one friend of yours
if you guys were already friends, this would just make him insecure and cause him to kind of withdraw from you
mainly because his jealousy and all that makes him remember that he’s “not here to make friends”
even tho he tries to convince himself of that,, he can’t deny that he does have feelings for you
feelings that go beyond friendship
and it just frustrates him even more
all he wants to do is tell that friend of yours to stay the hell away but.. he can’t exactly do that
i mean he probably could with his quirk but there’s no way he’d actually use it
he doesn’t want people to seeing him as more villain-y than he already is
besides, he can’t just tell others to stay away from you cuz like….he’s not exactly your boyfriend or anything…
he’s not your boyfriend
and the moment he realizes he really wants to be., that’ll be changed immediately
shigaraki tomura _
once he notices how much time you spend with someone else,,,,
*murderous intent*
ngl he might even just ask kurogiri to kidnap you or smth
of course, kurogiri will probably stop him before he yk... does anything too bad
then he’ll try to reason with shigaraki:
“killing y/n’s friend will only make them hate you”
he actually sees the logic there and just turns into a pouty bb
he’ll still go complain about it to kurogiri
a LOT
which means kurogiri sorta turns into some relationship guru for shiggy
his advice would differ depending on whether you’re a pro-hero, fellow villain, or just a civilian
if you’re a pro-hero,, kurogiri will most likely try to convince shigaraki to just give up on you
hero/villain relationships are extremely complicated and a lot of hurt is definitely going to be involved
he doesn’t want shigaraki getting hurt and neither does he want him getting captured
if you’re a fellow villain, odds are he tries to get shigaraki to accept his feelings and confess to you
having someone important to him close in his life might help him
and if you’re just a civilian,, he’ll try to convince shigaraki to stay away
for your own good
he doesn’t wanna involve innocent people if it’s not necessary anyway
whatever the case tho, kurogiri would try to help shigaraki get over his jealousy, whether it means getting together with you or not
dabi / todoroki touya _
depending on your relationship with dabi, he might just end up teasing you about it
“OoOooO going on another date with [friend’s name]”
“it’s not a date..”
he’ll probably also try to just spend as much time with you as possible
if he sees you and your friend together, he’ll be quick to swoop in and come up with some excuse to drag you away
or if you made plans with your friend to hang out and dabi find out, he’ll be sure to be there acting as if he totally hadn’t crashed in on your plans
ofc the longer this continues on for, the more hostile dabi becomes to your friend
as if he wasn’t hostile enough already
truth is he hated greatly disliked your friend since the moment he met them
he always suspected they saw you as something more than just friends
it pissed him off but.. there’s not much he could do about it
if there ever are any signs of them making a move on you tho,, dabi plans to just pull them aside for “a nice chat”
and you can all probably guess how that would go
in any case, your friend gives dabi slight insecurity issues and most likely,, he’ll end up confessing to you one way or the other
altho lets be real,, this “confession” would be more like:
pulls you to his chest “hands off my s/o”
“s/o? since when?”
“since now”
