JJ merely watches the argument, doing nothing to stop the two of you from verbally attacking the other. Pope on the other hand, tries pointlessly to defuse the situation, and so is John B. Sarah is practically in tears, making you feel bad for starting an argument over something that could've just blown over. The problem is that if everyone continues to inflate Kiara's ego, she'll just continue to overstep boundaries.

It’s obvious at least that he finds you attractive. The problem would be trying to figure out whether he’s just being Johnny or if he actually likes you

He flirts, he makes sly jokes, he says how much you should be with him and that he could totally handle you, how great you’d be together and a whole bunch of other shit

Like I said though, the main problem would be knowing if he’s joking or not 

But I think if you simply asked “dude, are you joking?” He’d say “no” immediately 

But Johnny’s eyes tend to wander so you wouldn’t be wrong for being hesitant

You’d know he’s serious though because he keeps going for months

Probably one of the hardest to tell 

Idk if this is a headcanon I made up or if it’s canon but I feel like Kenshi is good at hiding certain emotions 

If it’s an emotional moment then yeah, it could slip but this is something more casual 

He wouldn’t say anything but he’d do things for you 

You’d mention you haven’t had time to cook because you’ve been busy and he’d offer to help with whatever 

He’d ask your opinion on stuff first as well 

As friends he makes sure you’re included but it’s even more so if he has a crush (this is not correct English but I cannot think of how else to put this)

One of the other guys would make some joke about him being in love and he’d look at them in a way that would let them know they were right 

Kenshi is not 10 so trying to blackmail him won’t work 

His eyes are always on you and even though he knows he shouldn’t be jealous of other people that are close to you, he can’t help it 

There’s two voices in his head. One says “just tell them”, the other says “you’re gonna mess up your friendship”

So he’d continue to be a little butler lowkey until he actually felt like he had to get a move on 

If someone showed genuine romantic interest in you, then he’d start moving 

He’s either gonna be stereotypically sweet and get flowers and shit or he’s just gonna ask you out at a random time

Kung Lao has such an inflated sense of self, you not liking him makes no sense to him 

Does that mean he just tells you right away though? No

There’s lots of things that make no sense and happen anyway so he plays it safe 

And by safe I mean he is incredibly obvious but doesn’t just straight up tell you 

Lots of flirting and lingering looks 

He does a lot of extra shit then looks to see if you saw it 

It’s like when a kid does a cartwheel then looks to make sure their parents saw them 

He also straight up asks for compliments

He likes compliments way better from you now

He kinda acts the same because everyone knows he has a big head but the flirting makes it obvious

In a different post I said he’d give you produce as a gift and I think that’s still the same here 

He’s gonna still have the hookup so food is a frequent gift he gives you to show his affection

Raiden is a pretty calm person but he’d actually strangle Kung Lao if he said anything. He’d get a toddler’s grip

And tbh he’d probably take so long, you’d get into other relationships and he’d just watch 

Finally though after 279373 years he’d confess which would free him from his emotions and Kung Lao harassing him 

Liu Kang

I think there’d be two stages to this 

The first stage is “I’ll just ignore it”

During this stage he’ll try to ignore his feelings for you because bullshit comes after Liu Kang constantly and dragging you into that is something he definitely doesn’t wanna do 

There’s a good chance you were in the previous timeline and you died horribly so he wants to stay away so he doesn’t fuck up this new life for you 

During this time he’d compliment you on your skills and be a lot more patient with you when it comes to you screwing up (which is something everyone does)

He either involves you in a lot of missions of sidelines you so you won’t be hurt 

Which is kinda shitty because that means he’s sending other people into dangerous situations 

Soon after this stage, he enters the second stage 

This stage is the “fuck it” stage 

Liu Kang does not have a good history when it comes to romance 

He was way too slow and lost Kitana (multiple times I think. I don’t remember what happened in the dlc in MK11) and now in this timeline, Kitana has no memory of them and has no feelings for him. Then he saw his Kitana but they can’t be together. 

Because of this he realizes that he has to start moving quicker and prioritizing his happiness 

So he just asks 

It’s better to hear “no” than to always wonder what could’ve been 

But bitch who is turning down Liu Kang? Don’t be stupid 

He’d probably take you to a secluded spot and say how he feels and ask you to go on a date with him 

It seems like it came out of nowhere but if you review what’s happened between you two, it’ll start to make sense

Here's my other two MCs:

Akos Crowfog(He/him). The more I look at his surname, the less I like it lol. He’s closed off from others, not willing to get close or get to know anyone. He’s paranoid and pessimistic. He tends to think poorly of everyone.

When he actually gets close enough to someone to trust them, he calms down a lot. He’ll do a lot for the people he cares about. He also gets very protective… sometimes overly so. His loved ones would have to say something, I don’t think he’d know that he’s going overboard on his own.

Sometimes he gets stuck in his own head. Not long, usually, but people tend to notice right away.

I think Akos is the kind of man that inserts himself into a situation when he thinks someone needs help. He seems like that kinda guy, lol. And he’d be stubborn about it too, like “No, you need help doing this! What do you mean you don’t want help??” He means well, he’s just a little dumb about it.

I think I’ll pair him with Anwyn, Azaha or Saevain. I think they’d all have fun dynamics with him.

Not sure what house to put him in. He's like Laverna, where he could fit in all the houses just fine.

And my favorite child Lace Heartchaser(They/them) /jk

I love their surname, it’s def my favorite lol. Anyways, they’re one of my two extroverts. Lace is aggressively bold and confident. They love being the center of attention and getting to know as many people as possible. They can be very confrontational and has gotten into a couple fights before. Really, it borders on argumentative.

Do not let them think that they’re smarter than even one person, it will inflate their ego immediately. They can get very arrogant, very quickly. Lace is one of those people that can’t stand being seen as weak by others. They will do anything if it means being seen as strong. I imagine this’ll come up more in the war portion of the IF. I can see them doing some questionable or terrible things to maintain this image.

Like Akos, they’re a very protective person. Unlike him, they only care about their loved ones. They will happily leave someone to their fate if they’re not close. They’re that friend that is willing to break someone's bones, all you to do is say the word.

As for ROs, I think I’ll pair them with Lamatri or maybe Sumiel?

And I keep flip-flopping on what house I want to put them in, Violet Foxes or Maroon Rams. I think putting them in the Maroon Rams would be funny, so I might go with that lol

I cannot stress enough just how DANGEROUSLY understaffed most hospitals and clinics are in the US right now (I'm sure it's like this elsewhere too, but I only know US stats atm). The folks who worked healthcare for the "money and stability" quit in COVID. Anyone left at this point is there because we freaking love medicine (and are masochists). Medical support staff (MAs, CNAs, technicians, RNs, etc) have to regularly protect our doctors' health by saying No to patients.

NO we can't work your non urgent issue into an overbooked schedule today because if our doc doesn't eat they will collapse in the afternoon. Doctors are humans too.

NO we will not agree to update a prescription if we haven't seen you in 3 years. You'll need to make an appointment and it will likely be a few weeks to months out.

NO a scheduled outpatient clinic will not take a patient walk in. That's why we have Urgent Cares and Emergency Departments. (Despite this, many clinics will take a walk in if they have the time, but we seriously almost never actually do)

Yell at me all you want (which, RUDE!), but everyone is shortstaffed, undersupplied, underpaid, underroomed, and running on fumes. Most medical facilities are millions of dollars in the hole from COVID, inflation, an aging population bubble, and being severely shortchanged by insurance companies.

So here we have medical professionals who have willingly stayed in the profession for YEARS under these crushing, burn out conditions who were willing to strike for better patient conditions knowing full well some patients may die because of the strike and you try to tell me that's not brave.

Here with some soft big family dad!jake thoughts -

Baking things from scratch with the entire family! Breads, desserts, etc. and of course he makes dog friendly treatos!

Outdoor family movie nights (especially on the big ole ranch) he sets up those huge inflatable movie projectors and has a cute little popcorn stand.

So as I have said before, my hc is Jake can cook (might not be the best, but he can for sure). I don’t feel like he can bake, but once he has kids? The man learns.

I’m going to say it is because while he wants his kids to be kids, and for them to try everything - Jake is all about moderations, he doesn’t want them scarfing down too much sugary stuff from outside - because he had to be abit of a health nut in some way (I am convinced - see that body), but not an overly crazy way, especially not with you and the kids. He just wants you guys to be healthy and happy.

So he learns - you teach him, his sisters teach him.

Some Sundays, it’s mass baking day for the week - you make breads, normal banana muffins, weird oat protein banana muffins for Jake, cranberry or oatmeal or peanut butter cookies for your kids for the week. He’ll totally eat those home made no bake date / nut balls as well.

And of course - the dogs, who are family get their own treats as well.

Because your kids are still small, toddlers / children (let’s say you only have three here rn) - it is chaotic. But the sunlight is streaming in and the kitchen smells fantastic, and there are little happy giggles and voices.

You see your eldest dip her finger into the batter of the normal banana muffins and lick it, before grinning at her father in delight.

“Good?” Jake will ask, and she nods, before dipping her finger back in and offering it to him.

He grabs her tiny hand and licks the batter off, before gasping hugely and going, “most delicious thing ever!!”

She is p l e a s e d.

Jake picks her up and tickles her, it has her squealing and the dogs are barking and the kid, is laughing and the baby cuddled to your chest is gurgling happily, drooling onto your top.

When it’s all done, you chase the kids out to the backyard, apart from the baby who you put down for her nap. You can see the two kids and dogs running outside from the kitchen window while you and Jake clean up.

He stands behind you, arms going around your mid section as you both watch.

“Just three more to go,” he tells you, but while kissing his way up your neck. It makes you hum in satisfaction, but you also protest.

“Your last kid hasn’t been out of me that long yet.”

“Mhmmm,” he’ll just hum snd continue kissing his way up your skin, maybe even sucking and leaving a visible hickey - because c’mon - even after three kids, it is Jake.

Ahhhhh OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHTS. WHEN ALL YOUR KIDS ARE OLDER.

It is summer and everyone is at the family ranch - Jake’s sisters and all their kids. There is huge projector, picnic blankets and pillows all around, popcorn from a stand, fairy lights.

You and Jake are lounging on a picnic blanket together,your youngest, still just a toddler between you both, occupied with the blocks in his hands.

The rest of the children are… somewhere…. with their cousins, among the sea of aunts / uncles / family.

Jake reaches over, his hand cupping one side of your face. Sayyyy you are wearing a white summer dress, your face is flushed from summer and wine.

“Five kids later and you only get more beautiful with each one”.

It’ll make you giddy, because even after so many kids and years later - Jake sweeps you off your feet.

He’ll tug you towards him by your chin, and press a kiss to your lips. It is of course, not just a kiss, but a kiss.

And it goes on for longer than it needs to be.

Everyone is used to this by now - his family, your kids, his nieces / nephews. Jake has never been shy about physical affection with you.

But it still earns him shouts of “eWwWwww uNcLe JAkE!!” and “ewwWwwww DAdddd” - some of the older nieces and nephews (who were kids when you both started dating) are just doing it for fun / habit at this point.

Even your toddler stands up and toddles over to the neighbouring picnic blanket with one of his aunts.

It makes him kiss you deeper, and you can feel his smirk.

He finally pulls away, and drags you to him, against his chest, arm around you, just chuckling in amusement.

“I’m going to be there with a microphone when all you little turds find your partners,” he yells out (because he is a lil childish yk), and you turn your face into his chest, your own shoulders shaking with laughter.

I tried to record my voice answering this, like I sometimes did on tik, suddenly ended up trying to muffle the floods of my burning tears, so now I have an awkward vid of me talking then weeping out of nowhere, which a good reason for me to keep up the no cry habit, heh.. but seriously, I suppose I'm fine till I be conscious of it.. its much easier for not to talk .. even tho I'm aching to be back in thy company, lonely in my foresight to catch on to the present that joins us, hand held out to reach like minded souls but shying from the fear of forgetfulness occurring..

I'm fine tho, did few new stuff, merely drowning in too muchness and nothingness as usual, this month I guess you could say I took an act of mad fury in search of any happy source because the echoing silence and the swarm of sadness nipping on my brain cells thickened, and the reasoning merged with the obscene. So instead of giving my guardians the usual of 3/4 of my earnings last month for net and groceries, I spent it all. Ya know, as it was told to me it mine to do as I please? As being prevented any chance of work if it was possible, 't was supposed to be spent on art supplies & measly delights craved for years ?

Before hand, I've been begging them to take me for months to get any clothing or whatever, be it the first time I ever see a shop, then just to drive around, then just me peaking to the outside when the front door is open, merely seeking change I suppose. They kept vaguely promising me until they refused point blank— getting tired of my nagging, then their car just stopped working till this day. Its in the workshop rn..

Anyway, befouled by despair, needing the mere basics of life and not granted, I was delighted when i found a site to buy from cheap & pretty, I pressed buy without any further considerations, or taking their permission and thrilled to be able get gifts for my siblings too. I say gifts but really they are deprived necessities too and not even much just one each cuz well, they are 5 of my babies and to start with the top of priorities; we all draw

I could already see it, they can't help themselves; heck seeped through the clenched gates of their mouths, trying desperately to poison me with undirect attempts this time, cuz I bought for my sibs they're out of the option of calling me selfish. I was upping the same trance like state of vague existence dealing with them, absorbing their insults and degrading just to make sure my shi arrives safe.

Unfortunate for me, the site chose the worst carrier in this country

I did everything in my power to make it into their convenience, by embarrassingly messaging the carrier daily, they took a week of promising to deliver and flanking so my guardians reached a heated level of threatening, waving their hands nd almost tossing shi at mE saying that they don't care if they came and if i dared to order something again they'll do this and that. Not allowing me to open the door for the delivery guy when he comes, blaming me for missing vaccination dates (they kept missing them even before)& missing going to important places(again, they just didn't go to for ages), made them loose sleep, etc etc— in turn, I seen red and regretfully blew up.

I screamed at them its literally the only time I ever did this, it BECAUSE it easier on them & I'll do what I want whatever anyway, & to stop interrupting me while I try to explain things , then they suddnly back done and be like I'm not mad at u I'm mad at the delivery ppl, that they are proud of me for being able to do all this, and such sort. I left them to cool in my room, Idk how I did it but must have slam-gripped something so hard it chipped most of my short nails & cracked one, was glad I didn't hurt my drawing hand but yeah, goofy mani

They robbed me of the joy of anticipation & the dissipation of apathy, I started to lose sleep again and my liberating dreams left me and I don't think I remember leaving bed.

But still, If not force myself to do things.. there'll be nothing for me if I don't.. at least I know im able of that

I got my guardians happy tho after another tiresome refusal, by trying out one of those Uber-eat like local apps here, since they have no car and being disabled & ill, I ordered McDonald's for the first time. Slythry behind their backs per habit, told them someone coming and they had that look again, but thankfully the guy came through and didn't steal my money, heh. For a big 1800 calories meal I suppose it was passable, the happy fam faces I got was the real treat..

Oh with that thing with the credit card stating I owe them money, waited weeks & nobody got back to us? They started taking from my guardian's account directly to pay it, saying oh we did send you warnings--- TO THE SHADOWY LINES OF THEIR POSTERIOR A.K.A NOWHERE. Thankfully the account is mostly empty nd just for random transactions, i alerted my guardians not to use it. And again, my god, another round of endless calls and promises started, and we wait again so they just don't act as if we owe them a frking 17k dollars that we don't have.. was panicking cuz I have nothing and but my guardians were weirdly comforting about it and told me not to worry

One thing good bout no net is it made me stop thinking about life in general, and stop the tiny unnoticeable prick of misery when I have no input to share, trying not to helplessly compare people just living, in inflated style or not, in media, to my isolated-most-of-my-life style and missing much of that organic "life experiences and chances", heh. At least, my situation would be favorable to me if it was ever possible for it to let me have peace, or have the simple knowledge I'm not virtually imprisoned and have never familiarised with nothing of this world but the surrounding walls.. its nice to have more time to be consumed by muse and day dreaming that flutters life through my dull being and sing chorus of inspiring means for art to flow and finds its way delicately onto my realised canvas.. but no, I continued drawing whilst sight blurred with salty droplets contradicting that happy tintin dance on tiktok I worked so long on just cuz I couldn't stop, not the tears or the mad scribbles of determined intention to visualise the mourned excitement I need, hating everything I make

Somehow the lilac dream still intrudes, visualising me friends, living, in a quaint home, maybe we roommate, arm in arm we go to make every fracture of fate's encounters a disgusting adventurous thrill, like building a maze of cardboard or chasing each other in the dark.. maybe getting that half bleached head and endless ear pericings ... then it dies and I totally forget it..

But what those awesome headphones helped me do, literally blocks all their voices listening to Sev losing it and I can Waltz around not feeling gutted to go and interfere or play the referee each time. But I can't wear them forever, gives me a bad headache, and honestly; I can't be too neglectful.. my sibs hates me for it already hehe

At least these clothing came true to their measurements, felt the new sensations on how everything I wore hugs me & learnt the baffling ways on how "gender" and region plays different tunes on the same measurements. Getting fitting things felt like suddenly there's hope to be, for myself to be me, and ease this severe disassociation between who I am, and what my body is .. from how little I see myself nd consider it worthy of anything because of how long it been living like a phantom among people.. to numb this dysphoria until it be gone one day

pocketing her phone after reading tendous message, she opens the door waving to a couple friends and offers friendly smile taking her seat. a pair of pale green eyes follow her. after yesterday suna did a little research about her y/n y/l/n the bassist and youngest in the band called 4u, she has quite a big following on twitter, she's really nice and interacts with the fans. looking at her now you can't imagine her on stage suna thought. breaking away from his thoughts as the teacher walks in. spouting for about what feels like hours and the students taking notes, finally lunch approaches. y/n jumps from her seat grabbing her case she walks to the third year hallway. waving to her friends they walk to her, tendou wrapping his arms around her “y/n!!!!!! i missed you” laughing as she hugged him back “tendou!!! i missed you toooo.” she turns to the grey haired male, “semisemi!!” she says giving him a hug, he rolls his eyes and hugs her back “and ushi!!” she turns to the brunette to which he pats her head “good afternoon y/n.” as they go to the lunch room to grab their lunch, they walk to one of the music rooms they usually occupy. a beep from her phone grabs her attention seeing her friend atsumu asking if him his twin and their friend can join for lunch, “hey guys you dont mind if atsumu and his friends come join us?” she says setting down her case against the wall. “nah you can invite them, atsumu is our biggest hype man” tendou says, grabbing his drum sticks from his back pocket. texting him its cool she goes to unzip her bass. “oh ms lady ive missed you” she says hugging the instrument, “i can't believe you two and always wanting to play, dont yall have any other hobby?” semi says, grabbing the schools given guitar setting the speaker up for y/n. tendou gives a scoff “semisemi dont act like you hate hearing us play i see you listening to our covers alllll the timeeeee” he says “yeah semi besides we have a concert soon and it wouldnt be bad to have an audience” y/n says walking to semi to connect her bass to the speaker when the door opens, entering is atsumu in the middle, osamu on his left, and a mystery guy in the back. setting her bass down running up to the blond “tsumu!!” giving him a hug “y/n!!” he hugs her back, she waves to osamu, who shes met on an occasion. looking towards the dark haired guy she walks up to him, noticing shes seen him somewhere. “youre suna right? we're in the same class?” she says giving him a hand and a awkward smile, nodding at her words. “hope its okay im here” he says taking her hand giving a slight shake. “nah dont worry its nice to have a different face, seeing tsumu is getting boring” turning around to the male. “what she means to say is we could use practice in front of new people” the grey haired male says giving a small laugh when tendou scoffs at him, both guys walking towards the small group. “this is semi and this is tendou” she says introducing them. when the introductions are over the two males go back to setting up, y/n walks the newcomers to the sitting area “here you guys can sit, im sure you all know ushijima” on hearing his name he looks up from his name giving a small head bow. they all sit “any recommendations tsumu?” y/n says walking to her bass making sure everything was good, looking towards the small group. “y/n you know my favorites” atsumu says stealing one of his brothers onigiri. y/n laughs and rolls her eyes, turning to tendou “anything you wanna try tori?” tendou looks at her with a smile “y/n lets show semi whatweve been working on” hearing this semi looked at them “what do you guys mean? what did you two do” y/n chuckles at the grey hairs doubtful expression “mr semisemi you know your favorite mcr song” when she sees him nod she continues “me and tori learned it” she says pushing him lightly. semi looked at her with wide eyes then at tendou, looking at semi tendou flicked his drum stick between his fingers with a nod. “wow semi cant believe you, we spent so much hours perfecting a my chemical romance for your sap self and he doesn't believe us y/nie i might

” tendou says fake sniffing. the little group in the back beyond confused, atsumu clearing his throat “have you three forgotten us already, wheres our show” ushijima nodding his head “yeah why are you guys being so vague” tendou snickers “dont worry you three and wakatoshi we have decided to play a new song or well cover i should say” “yeah and its semi’s favorite band you know the one that he wears on his shirts?” ushijima looking towards the girl after hearing her statement he nods. “okay can we play now ive been waiting to show my skills and get our lovely semi's opinion” y/n says removing her pick, both boys giving a ‘yeah’. finally tendou does the countdown. suna looks at all three of them with slight excitement in his stomach, ‘is this a new song im going to hear?’ before he could think of anything else, semi started playing a few chords by himself and y/n starting to add her own strums then tendou adding drums. sunas eyes widen at how well all the sounds blended together, freezing in his spot when semi started singing, when hitting the chorus y/n joins him. suna looking at her, he felt like he had been put in a trance, feeling like theres a spotlight on her when she starts nodding her head seeing her tongue sticking out when stringing the instrument. towards the end you can see y/n lose focus and her eye twitches, ending the song she sighs. “hey sorry about the end” waving to the guys to her left with a frown. hearing applause from the group the frown doesnt last long. “WHOOO!!!!! THAT WAS MY BESTIES GO SEMI! GO TENDOU! GO Y/N!!” atsumu gets up and yells. “that was so good what the hell that was yer first time too?” he says going up to the group, high-fiving y/n. “i mean me and tendou practiced together but semi basically has every song by them memorized but together? yeah our first.” tendou getting up to get his water that was next to ushijima. semi joining the fake blond and the girl, patting her on her back “that was a good first for us i can tell you and tendou worked hard, we're definitely adding it to the set list.” getting a laugh from both of them semi walks to the small group. “hey man that was really good, you have a nice voice” suna says as semi approaches, semi turned to him surprised “oh thank you im glad you enjoyed, do you listen to our stuff?” he says taking a seat next to him. “ive recently just started, i hope that doesnt sound too weird” the dark haired suddenly getting a little embarrassed, chuckling “its not weird i promise, well its good you listen to us or im sure it would've been awkward to just be here” nodding along to what he said. tendou going back to the drums “are you cowards tapping out now?” “COWARDS?!?!” y/n yells back turning around “i am no coward tendou satori i'll make you eat those words semi get over here” she said grabbing semis attention and shooing atsumu back to his seat. chuckling as he sat back down, turning to suna “howd ya like em? theyre good huh?” suna rolling his eyes “im not going to help inflate your ego tsumu” “yeah tsumu yer big ego is not cute” gasping to their remarks “you guys are so mean to me, i introduce you to nice music and even the artists and this is the thanks i get” before any could respond tendou starts clicking his sticks. starting this one is tendou with a slower sound, y/n entering second then semi with vocals. y/n leans down to mess with something by her foot turning a notch noises like static come out adding to the music, coming up fast she starts adding her vocals complimenting semis. pressing on the box she leans down as more noises come out. atsumu leans over to sunas ear “thats a pedal that holds other sounds and can help stretch other sounds” suna giving him a nod. towards the end y/n reaches down to the pedal again adding a distorted sound before adding her last bit of ‘oohs’ before the song ends. everyone clapping as the members stay still for s bit before y/n dramatically bows “youre so welcome lovely audience” she says blowing kisses to them, laughing at her atsumu jumps up and down pretending to be a crazy fan “oh y/n you were so go

od i love you y/n!!!” y/n laughing at him. “hey atsumu what about me!” tendou asks swinging his hand “howd i do?” “oh tendou you were so good, i love you too tendou!!!” he says swinging his arm back. tendou satisfied with his response nods his head, “and with that lets play one more i still want time to actually eat before we play again later.” “yeah lets try ‘crybaby’ we haven't done that in awhile” semi says getting in position.“remember y/n you do the verses” y/n nods clearing her throat “go tori” she says and tendou starts the counting again. starting the counting fast he gets one beat then y/n starts off with singing, swinging her bass back she grabs the mic. suna cracks a smile nodding his head a little as he remembers this song on their youtube, atsumu whistling when y/n dips down her mic as she sings, letting the boys have a solo in between verses she bobs her head. the last few seconds of the song she swings the instrument back as she steps on the pedal creating feedback, as semi goes to vocals she starts getting a solo with tendou playing, y/n leans forward and her and semi sing the rest of the song. after the last note they all look out of breath. clapping for them again letting them catch their breath, y/n starts laughing “i forget how hard that song is towards the end” laughing with her tendou nods “its literally the last 50 seconds that get the hardest” “alright lets clean up” semi says laughing at both of their bored looks they send him. finishing up they all go to the group whove are talking among themselves. sighing as she sits y/n takes the seat next to suna, “so howd you like the songs?” she says with a smile “they were good though i only recognized the last one” he replies, “tsumu told me you started listening to us recently so i thought or well semi thought wed show off a bit with our best song being that” she says with a smile grabbing her bottle. a small smile appears on his face “oh hey tsumu told me youre like really good in your classes and i really need help in history and since we have that group project coming up do you wanna pair up?” she says setting her bottle down grabbing a bag of chips. “yeah i dont mind as long as you actually do something and i can help you study if your grade is that bad” he says. “thatd actually help me out a lot i really appreciate it” she lets a breath out. after that the two spent all lunch just talking, the conversation coming easy for both of them. hearing the bell ring y/n hugs her friends and walks with suna to their class, pairing up in the project the teacher had given them in their period. after class before y/n rushed out she passed him her number with a wink “text me for the deets foxy boy.” ‘foxy boy? suna thought to himself shaking his head texting her with a simple ‘hey its suna’ and heading home.

He doesn’t really mind how bold and blunt they are, even admiring their intellect...until it’s against him. This guy does not like being attacked, especially in front of other people.  When this person is just correcting something he’s said, he’ll stammer and try to outlogic them, or at least roundabout explain why he’s not entirely wrong. (Truthfully, he’s hurt that he might be wrong and he’s making a mental note to research this topic more later.) 

But if they’re criticizing him, he’s quicker to set off. He’ll find some way to backfire those comments, mostly building up himself/making excuses, possibly coming back with criticisms of them. (Truthfully, he’s quite hurt. All that inflated ego is built on deep insecurity)

He’s not going to initiate arguments with them, he doesn’t want the hassle. Honestly it only takes calling him out once or twice for him to start avoiding them. But he doesn’t hate them, no. He might think he does at times, because “how dare they” but at the same time he can’t help but take notice of their confidence and intellect.  Of course, brutally honest doesn’t always mean rude. Be kind to him, point out his good qualities, talk space with him...it all makes him enjoy their presence.He would greatly enjoy discussing space with someone who knows a lot about it. Less explaining on his part, more opportunities to just muse about it. And if this person is a nerd about some other subjects as well, he’d like listening to what they have to say about those things as well. Tie those other subjects in to space and he’ll just be in awe.

He’d take note of their work as an artist as well. What kind of music they make, trends in the song subjects, how they manage their district, how they act at meetings, what they’re wearing, oh no..

Poor guy has some very confused feelings because he admires a lot about this person and yet he’s nervous around them but he likes talking to them but surely they hate him and ashtsgjf??? Uh oh somebody has a crush and even he’s not sure if he has one, because he can feel that he’s developing these feelings but he keeps pushing them aside because no way it would work right??? incredibly confused how he feels about them and how they feel about him

He’s probably not going to admit this quickly. First thing he’s going to do is ask about whatever he got called out for before, a light treading of “Do you remember the time...” and “Did it bother you” He’s trying to make sure it’s okay for him to approach with deeper questions. eventually he’ll get to asking directly how they feel about him. Because reading people is admittedly not his greatest strength, as he’ll add.

Now if this person has feelings for him this is the perfect opportunity to plant a kiss on him and see if THAT answers his question.  Or in the situation where they don’t feel that way yet, but they tell him how they truly feel about him, he’ll find great relief on knowing for sure what their thoughts are. He doesn’t avoid them any more, on the contrary he starts to seek them out to talk and maybe even ask for advice.

Either way, he ends up a flustered mess and it’s not until he’s laying in bed staring at the ceiling at 4am thinking about them that he accepts that he has a crush and he better do something about it.

ok this dream was so strange and vivid i had to write it down

there was this huge outdoor inflatable pool that was a popular hang out spot, but i noticed that the water in it was getting really shallow (couple of inches) from people moving around and splashing in it. it wasn't a pool for swimming, you would sit along the edge leaning backwards on it. so yeah i wanted to help out by filling it up.

i turned on a hose and started filling it up a bit but suddenly it was almost filled entirely to the brim?? so i turned it off quickly and ran to some lifeguards to ask them how to empty out some of the water. but they were aready swarmed with people who were dragging along their drowning friends, like, with their faces still under the water?? and it wasn't even that deep, you just had to stand up slightly to get your head over water, and these were all adults. but still obviously a grim sight with all these glassy eyed people floating in the water with their friends desperately trying to get help from the very understaffed lifeguards.

so yeah. a lot of people end up dying, it's a national tradegy, and what happens then in my dream? do i deal with the trauma? am i arrested for my crimes? no. james corden writes the worlds worst, most insensitive support song and everyone hates it. but instead of writing their own support song, celebrities are rewriting HIS song to make it better (unsucessfully). until some unnamed woman makes the fifth varitation (dont remember the song title but it ends with a V, as in the roman numeral). it's kind of a modern pop ballad (?), not the most exciting, but kinda touching somehow. and that becomes the official support song.

this is where i woke up, and now i still have the chorus (just instrumentals) stuck in my head. best way i can describe it is a softer, more hopeful version of wrecking ball, with an entirely different melody but similar vibes. there are probably better examples but i can't think of anything rn

i can't remember the last time i had such a clear narrative in my dream. even if none of it makes sense. well that's all folks

I have two dreams to talk about :D

First is the pokemon one:

They'd introduced hybrids and badly-cracked eggs. Hybrids were kinda like fusions I guess? And I guess you could get em from breeding too. They introduced a bunch at once, which was great (a few I remember were jolteon/electrike and drowzee/gastly). They were also in pokemon go for some reason??

Badly cracked eggs (idk if that was the exact name in the dream though) were eggs that were cracked before they were ready to hatch, and they had a couple large black spots on them. They hatched into odd pokemon variants. I remember one hatching into a pretty big lotad that was shaped like a boat (it also had inflatable pool vibes).

The badly-cracked eggs were going to be in an upcoming main-series game that was similar in style to legends arceus, but in the trailer or whatever they were playing as brendan???? No idea if it was actually taking place in hoenn though.

They also had a few new animations you could see if certain pokemon were paired together. I remember there was one with kadabra and alakazam where they would try to do tricks with their spoons and outdo the other.

That's about it for that one I think?

The other dream was about prodigal son, and bear with me here cause it felt pretty normal in the dream (up to a certain point), but the more I think about it the less sense it makes lol

So.. The beginning of the episode was pretty normal, I guess? Don't really remember much about it, but yeah. I think the beginning took place in this town in a desert, though.

I don't remember what happened exactly, but it was something with malcolm that was a pretty big deal (I think it might've been did something bad or something? don't really remember :/).

Gonna skip to the interesting part I guess, cause I don't remember much from the first half or so (idk) of the episode. Other than it being as normal as it could be in a dream, it being in a town in a desert, and Malcolm becoming a bit distant from everyone else cause something happened.

So then it got really weird. There was this really tall cliff a ways from the town, and there was a cave high up on the cliff. One way or another, Malcolm (or.. me?? whoever the pov character was. dream logic and all that) ended up in the cave. A ways into it, there was a room with a big, stone wolf inside (I guesd it was kinda like a spirit? cause it was alive and moving around and stuff). I think it was called the Onyx Wolf or Obsidian Wolf or something like that.

So they talked, I don't remember what they talked about though, and Malcolm eventually ended up back in the town.

There was a spirit in the town too, though I don't really remember what it was or what they called it. Pretty sure it was orange with yellow and maybe red accents.

It resided in this big, open, kinda cave-looking room one end of the town, and Malcolm ended up there some way or another. (again, it being distinctly him is. unclear to me rn cause my memory's getting a little fuzzy)

And the spirit got super pissed cause it like. Smelled the wolf spirit on him? So it decided to either try and kill Malcolm, or kill the wolf spirit, or destroy the town (I don't really remember at this point).

So anyways, Dani (who's been present the whole episode but I don't really remember anything she did), ends up in danger cause of the town's spirit, so Malcolm saves her using magic?? That was possibly bestowed upon him by the wolf spirit???

While I'm not describing this super well, I want to say that in the dream, things were way more fleshed-out, and it was like. Y'know, a whole episode I guess.

So this whole thing is this big sequence, and at one point I (in the dream) come to the realization, "Oh my god."

"Is this how Supernatural fans felt?"

So, the whole thing is there's this episode that started out as normally as it could, and it evolved (what I think felt pretty suddenly) into something so stupid, especially because of what show it was, that it was almost baffling.

The first one I can think about is the sword fighting video during Wonderland era (when they have blindfolds and try to hit each other with like plastic/inflatable swords?). Seeing Yunho smack Hongjoong on the head never fail to make me laugh, or honestly every fight has me laughing so incredibly much lol🤣 I also like to re-watch some of the logbooks, not really any specific video (maybe I revisit logbook 26 now and again when I feel sentimental- that’s the first time I saw ateez eheh).

Those videos when they switch parts in songs are also some I like to re-watch and it’s always so funny seeing both Jongho and Mingi so lost💀💀 I have so many more but I’ll just tell you about these hehhh sorry for the looong answer :P

I am really glad that KQ let them express some different sides of themselves in this way. Yeah~ he truly excels at it. Out of all the members, he truly is the best at what he does in his content (they’re all good though).
