help? i can't lose weight!
lol how am I maintaining a super fat weight even though I only OMAD and workout everyday (kms). I think i hit a plateau which is why i started working out in the first place but the weight just stays no matter what i do, normally i'd just ignore it but i'm staying the same weight down to the ounces. any suggestions ?? (5'6\164.2\ bmi 26.5)
