The softest of caresses kiss my cheek,

The spill of marching lips sweep my forehead,

A breath whispers a warm soft rhythm

A touch of intimacy showing possession and devotion.

I mumble incoherently in my slumber

The beginning of a sweet dream,

or the real initiations of my lover?

Semi-somna, I cannot distinguish.

This sensation feels pure and rich

I may be delirious

I easily coax my mind into surrendering

either to an illusion

Or to my lover’s increasing insistence.

hi so, good news! im settling in really well at my job and am getting more hours, but for the next few weeks my hours are still low and im averaging around $250 a week (and bills are 1k a month) which leaves me with very little, if anything. id really appreciate it if yall could throw a dollar my way just so i can more consistently help support our household and not stress as much. thank yew 😁✌🏽

I'm preparing for a long road trip so I only wrote 256 words this week, but I did put the completed first draft of my Christmas fic to bed (and I'll wake it up in early November to begin the edit).

I won't be posting a word count for the next 2-3 weeks @mega-aulover, as I'm taking a vacation from writing while I'm visiting family and sightseeing. Hopefully my word counts will be higher when I return.

The weekend was stressful but, I managed to write 1572 for Everlarked Ever After A Cinderella Story. I also began editing The Hybrid, 32 words I want to post it in October. How did you guys do?

Why do this challenge now? Since DGAW went live six years ago, the DC fandom event corner has changed! A lot of excellent ship events are happening all year around and DGAW has always attracted more gen prompts, so highlighting Dick's gen side during his 85th Anniversary makes for a good challenge to celebrate the character's milestone.
