Gryffindor!Charles: he’s a mischievous brat, and nobody can prove me otherwise. prolly tricked the sorting hat into this (it wanted him to do Slytherin obvi). it’s his dream & legacy to be in Gryffindor, even tho their quidditch team objectively sucks, living off the memories and washed glory of the legendary potter. the chaser of the team, the new hope. cunty, charming, flirty, stubborn as hell. not so nice and angelic because the looks can lie. AND they do. has a fanbase, very sweet with them but not so responsive to the love confessions. they say it’s cause he’s a player. he’s not. or is he?

Slytherin!George: bro’s serving diva with the most flawless skin to the extent that even girls are jealous of him. knows a thing or two about beauty potions. seems cold-hearted, but well…, he secretly has a crush on his best friend. loves the rules, equally loves bitching about them. sometimes breaks those rules - with that one friend - because apparently none of them can sleep well at night when separated. oh, forgot to mention: he got it all planned and figured out, so you better fucking run

Ravenclaw!Max: he excuse me actually 🤓☝️ can be freaking annoying. a nerds nerd. it's nearly impossible to keep up with him, but he loves a good challenge. got the nerve to cross the line: he’s calculating, rational, and straightforward. manages emotions poorly, so prefers not to manage em at all and stays distant. kinda socially awkward, but once he feels comfortable enough to be around, can be pretty chill. both the best in studies and quidditch. sarcastic and rough on the field as a chaser/team captain. despite his own claims of being single, wears the hickeys so often that had stopped trying to hide them at all. and, frankly speaking, he dgaf.

Thinking about the fact that some of my younger followers who like MCR (I see a lot of MCR based usernames in my follows lol) get to grow up with the current band and it’s making me cry.

When I and people older than me grew up with them (before and during the breakup), we just had old MCR. The ones struggling with addictions, eating disorders and a social climate that pushed against them. I wouldn’t change it for the world, it was my childhood, but I’m glad yours is healthier.

I’m so glad you get to grow up knowing Gerard isn’t Cis because they proudly told the world so. I’m so glad you get to grow up knowing that your favourite band eats healthy meals and don’t care if people don’t like how their body looks. I’m glad you get to see Gerard dance across a big fucking stage in a beautiful fucking skirt. I’m so glad you are growing up with the MCR who are parents, who are husbands, who are queer and love their gender no matter what it is.

Do you really want me to believe that Sasuke who lost his family when he was a child would just abandon his baby? You can tell me all about ‘He did it for her’ bullshit. He had time to meet Naruto. When he finally got family after all these years he should be the most loving father in the world.

Same thing to Naruto. He never had family and you tell me that he sends a clone to his daughter’s birthday? No, that would never happen. Naruto was always all about close ones on the first place, career on the second. It was explained so many times when he was choosing Sasuke over his dream of being a Hokage.

Half-foots are highly discriminated against in the world of dungeon meshi.

They have a difficult time living in places outside of their own territories because places where larger races live aren’t built for their size and crowds can be dangerous.

they’re the least valued race by long lived races because their life spans are the shortest out of all the races. this means that they’re dehumanized and often considered disposable. their superior senses make other races use them as “lures” when hunting succubi/mermaids (usually dying in the process).

They’re often mistaken for/treated like children because of their appearances, and because of this they have a difficult time getting jobs because it’s assumed that they’re immature/can’t handle it.

Because of this, when living outside of Half-foot territories they’re forced to get money by any means necessary (often resorting to crime), so other races stereotype them as “cunning” “greedy” and “manipulative”.

On top of that, members of long lived races who tend to fetishize them.

Even the name “Half-foot” is discriminatory.

Ryoko Kui does a fantastic job at world building.

But even after all of that, im not gonna stop talking about how bad i wanna put Chi Chi in my pocket.

there are a lot of evil people in the world and a lot of darkness in the world and so it’s very important for me to stress that now more than ever is the time to spread kindness and compassion. combat the evil by not only not partaking in it, but actively refuting it. destroy the notion that being compassionate or generous or kind to someone is uncool or embarrassing or even scary. be the change you want to see. start a chain reaction. positivity only breeds more positivity. do an act of kindness for someone so that that person who is too afraid to do it themselves can see you, realize that they’re not alone, and perhaps sheepishly follow your example. and then the next person who is too afraid but sees that person can do the same. when bad news comes out about bad people or horrible atrocities in the world it’s such an easy impulse to despair, and obviously it’s important to feel what you need to feel. grieve. be angry. be sorrowful. be empathetic. but dust off your pants and get up and be a part of a chain reaction that, no matter how small the scale, and spread compassion and love and care. all the reasons why you might not—“it’s hard! it’s scary! people will make fun of me! it’s useless because there’s too much evil!” are all grade A arguments as to why you should. you have no idea how many people you could inspire to do the same. even if it doesn’t get you anyway far, you can at least say you have the nobility of trying. please choose love and please choose life. you are worth loving and you are worth inspiring others to love
