ermm,, hi bill!! i went to a meeting for something ive been struggling a lot with for the past year or so today and it was my first one.. the reason i wanted to tell you is because i was incredibly anxious to open up and be so vulnerable about something like that after ignoring and pushing it down for such a long time but!! i have a necklace and shirt with YOU on it!! and i wore both to the meeting and they were a big source of comfort for me throughout it,, i wear my necklace of you Religiously btw, i even shower wearing it and only take it off to go to bed because the clasp isnt very high quality and could easily break,, but yeah !! the idea that ‘you’ were present with me was really comforting and helped me a lot through it :) (to whoever runs this blog, you dont gotta post this if you dont wanna as its like.. not really very relevant to GF lol)

It's rare that someone tells me I helped them in some way? So hey that means something to me!

One of the reasons I want Morpherine to be canon is for tumblrs reaction. I want to see my rarepair trend the way Poolveribe did (it was a rare pair until the movie). I wanna see homophobes getting mad that the most masculine character in the show is a "queer" like he didn't date Hercules in one comic. I wanna see the reactions of the like, 12 Morpherine shippers who shipped them before it was canon and SHIT their pants when they scream about it on tumblr. I want to see the ao3 fics for them increase. I want to see Morph become a more popular character after it.

But, that relies on Disney and Marvel not being homophobic and wanting to torture Logan with the Jean & Scott love triangle for 8 more seasons, so it probably won't happen

Genuinely always loved the idea that after the events of the second movie, he becomes a full blown paranormal phenomenon researcher/investigator.

Traveling around the country investigating phenomenon's much like It, maybe even keeping a record or book of his findings.

And of course keeping up with the losers as much as he can, he's the glue that keeps them all together. Even if he's the only one writing letters, sending emails, texts, or even the occasional calls.

He's enthusiastic about these nightmarish horrors beyond our comprehension!!! Raving about aliens and ghosts and creatures that eat your skin alive!!!

and imo denethor latches onto how much better boromir is mostly after he dies

like yes the palantir has def been influencing him and he's been slipping into general hopelessness but we see that even in merry and pippin

and i make no claims regarding his parenting while he still has two living sons

but it really seems like some of his behavior towards faramir is centered around how boromir SACRIFICED HIMSELF, faramir, do you see how much better your brother is than you? now go measure up by doing that and see if you're worth something after all

and thats that he literally sends faramir off on a suicide mission to prove he's just as good

to clarify i am NOT making excuses for denethor here im just mentioning smth i noticed about how much of his character esp in the movie revolves around boromir's death rather than really boromir himself

he's forgotten that even his elder son was only human

raised him on a pedestal in his mind that no one, least of all faramir who dared to live when boromir died, can ever measure up too

essentially sainthood
