revisited the old "they descended from ancients + shadow was made by them" concept and put more thought into the markings this time, that and i took cues from their concept arts as a treat for myself. no chaos forms this time bc if this has to sit on my hard drive any longer im going to start running up the walls hee hoo

Real talk: how long do you take posting chapters on fanfic? Cause part of me is like “oh it’ll be fine if I take a couple months cause life- out of all people AO3 understands.”

But then I wonder if I severely overestimate the attention span of current fans in the wake of instant gratification and consumerism.

My fandom brothers! Doth ye still wait years for a fic chapter update? Is there hope for a long winded scribe?

4 years since I made this blog during covid and I didn't really expect to actually improve in art this way because when I first started I've never drawn proper chibi art ever in my life (ikr crazy) like that one and this one that took me way too long at first, years later this is now the art style I'm most comfortable with/draw the quickest and most consistent !! I wouldn't have been able to achieve it if I didn't start drawing silly art of many goofy block people almost everyday [explodes]
