The world exists in such a baffling state of simultaneous sex-aversion and sex-hegemony. Every social platform on the internet is trying to banish sex workers to the shadow realm but I can't post a tweet without at least two bots replying P U S S Y I N B I O. People are self-censoring sex to seggs and $3× but every other ad you see is still filled with half-naked women. Rightwingers want queer people arrested for so much as existing in the same postal code as a child and are also drumming up a moral panic about how teenage boys aren't getting laid enough. I feel like I'm losing my mind.

Unpopular opinion: All games should have the option to enable pausing.

And to save almost everywhere.

Yes even in soulslike games.

I am an adult who has a full time job and responsibilities. I get to play maybe an hour a week. I do not want to lose that hour of progress because devs decided 'pause' was not allowed in their game and I had sudden unexpected things come up that meant I had to quit the game without saving/leave it playing and hope enemies wouldn't respawn.

Also it would massively increase accessability. I have fully working non-injured hands and they still need a break after a tough boss fight. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for people with joint pain, arthritis, etc, etc.

#gaming #accessability #a solid portion of games these days are 18+#so they should be designed remembering that most 18+ people do not have hours every week to do nothing but game #I am in a loquacious mood tonight

Victorian elegance plus space-age flair, with just enough dirt and grime and wear and tear to make it feel real? i really don’t think it’s “typical dragon age fandom nonsense” for people to be genuinely upset about the world state choices. combat, level design, art direction, gameplay gimmicks, those have all varied across each dragon age game. the one thing that’s remained constant are nods to our previous choices.

i wasn’t expecting my HoF to come riding in on a griffon, but i can’t find a monument dedicated to warden tabris somewhere around the anderfels? lucanis couldn’t have some lines about the time that one arainai boy was stirring up trouble in antiva city? you’re gonna tell me that making a mage the new divine wouldn’t have some impact on nevarra and antiva? on the anderfels, the supposed most devout militant andrastian nation in thedas? you’re saying nobody in the north is paying attention to who rules orlais or ferelden? come on.

a small comic i started foreeeeever ago but never posted bc i wasnt happy with the poses so i tweaked it a little :3 much happier with how it looks now

I will say this was originally a vent comic but my feelings on the matter have sense changed. I used to struggle with romantic validation for a REALLY long time (sometimes i still do) but honestly i have really fulfilling relationships so why should it matter who finds me attractive or not! as long as im happy with myself

also this comic isnt saying that romantic relationships are better than platonic ones or anything like that, it was just to reflect on my own insecurity in the field. plus sometimes people just yearn!

okay here we go!!! first of the season with Sailfin! It's common along the southern coastlines to see deathclaws whose vertebrae have developed into broad fans. These are flush with blood vessels for absorbing the sun's heat.
