Warning Signs of Mental Illness -Know Here!
Understanding and noticing the warning signs of mental illness is super important for everyone. Mental health problems can affect anyone, no matter who they are or how old they are. That's why it's really crucial that we know about these signs to keep ourselves and others safe.
By paying attention to these signs, we can make sure we take care of our mental health and get help when we need it. Whether it's seeing these signs in ourselves or in someone we care about, it's really important to take action and get support. Don't hesitate to seek support from the top psychiatrist in patnaÂ
In this article, we'll talk about the common warning signs of mental illness and give tips on what to do if we notice them.
Warning signs of mental illness
Signs of mental illness vary for each person but some common ones include:
Mood Changes: Feeling sad or hopeless a lot, or having big mood swings might mean depression or bipolar disorder.
Anxiety: Excessive worrying, irrational fears, or panic attacks could indicate anxiety disorders.
Trouble Concentrating: Difficulty focusing or making decisions might be a sign of ADHD or depression.
Behaviour Changes: Acting differently, like avoiding friends or being more irritable, could signal a mental health issue.
Suicidal Thoughts: If someone talks about wanting to die or hurts themselves, it's crucial to get help right away.
.
Physical symptoms of mental illness
Sometimes, our bodies can tell us things about our mental health. Mental illness not only affects our thoughts and feelings but can also show up in physical ways.
For example, if someone often gets headaches or stomachaches without any clear reason, it could mean they're feeling stressed or anxious.
Changes in appetite can also give us hints about mental health. If someone suddenly gains or loses a lot of weight without changing their diet or having any health issues, it might be a sign that they're going through emotional distress or have unusual eating habits. Sometimes, people eat more or less than usual as a way of coping with their emotions.
Having trouble sleeping is another sign that something might be up with mental health. Whether it's struggling to fall asleep or sleeping too much, these sleep problems can make us feel tired all the time and affect how we do things during the day.
It's essential to take these physical symptoms seriously and consider if they could be related to mental health. Even though physical symptoms alone don't always mean there's a mental health problem, they can be a clue to explore further. Talking to a mental health professional can help understand what's happening and find ways to feel better overall.
Signs of madness
Having Strange Beliefs: Sometimes, people believe things that aren't true, like thinking they have special powers or that someone is trying to hurt them.
Seeing or Hearing Things: People might hear voices or see things that aren't really there. This can be scary and confusing.
Trouble Thinking or Talking: Sometimes, people have trouble organizing their thoughts or speaking clearly. This can make it hard for others to understand them.
These signs could mean that someone is going through a really tough time with their mental health. It's important to get help from a professional who knows how to support them and help them feel better.
Do i have a mental illness or am i overreacting
It's common to feel unsure if what you're going through is normal or something more serious. Sometimes, we might think we're making too big a deal out of things, or our feelings might seem too strong for the situation. This can leave us feeling confused about whether we should ask for help.
You might notice changes in how you think, feel, or act that seem strange or worrying. Maybe you're feeling more nervous or sad than usual, or you're having trouble sleeping or focusing. It's okay to wonder if these changes will go away on their own or if they mean something deeper is happening with your mental health.
Behavioural signs of mental ill health
Behavioral signs can tell us about our mental health. Sometimes, when we're struggling with mental health issues, our behaviour changes. These changes can affect how we act around others.
For example, you might notice you're not interested in things you used to enjoy, or you're spending more time alone instead of being social. You might also find yourself easily getting mad or upset over small things, or having trouble controlling your feelings.
Changes in behaviour can also show up in how we take care of ourselves. You might notice you're not keeping up with hygiene like before, or you're forgetting important tasks like paying bills or going to work or school.
It's important to pay attention to these changes and think about if they're related to your mental health.Â
Mental illness symptoms
Mental illness symptoms affect different parts of our lives, like our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Thoughts: Mental illness can make us have strange or confusing thoughts, like thinking things that don't make sense or having trouble concentrating. These thoughts can make it hard to do everyday things and can be confusing.
Feelings: Mental illness can make us feel really sad, angry, worried, or empty inside. These feelings can make it hard to get along with others and do our work.
Feelings: Mental illness can make us feel really sad, angry, worried, or empty inside. These feelings can make it hard to get along with others and do our work.
Actions: Mental illness can make us act in ways that are different from usual. We might avoid being around people, do risky things, or change how much we eat or sleep. Sometimes, we might not take care of ourselves like we should.
Prevention of mental illness
Preventing mental illness means finding ways to keep our minds healthy and avoid problems before they start. There are different things we can do to help with this.
First, it's important to learn how to deal with tough situations and stress from an early age. This means finding ways to stay calm and handle problems without getting too upset. Doing things like exercising, getting enough sleep, eating healthy food, and doing activities we enjoy can all help us feel better.
It's also important to talk about mental health and make sure people know it's okay to ask for help if they need it. This can help reduce the stigma around mental illness and encourage people to get support when they need it.
Creating supportive environments where people feel included and connected is also important. Having good relationships with others and access to helpful resources and services can make a big difference in how we feel.
Overall, preventing mental illness is about taking care of ourselves and each other, creating supportive communities, and making sure everyone has what they need to stay mentally healthy.
Causes of mental illness
Understanding why mental illness happens means looking at different factors that can change how we feel and think. While we don't know everything, we do know that several things can make mental health issues more likely.
Genetic Factors: Sometimes, if someone in our family has a mental health issue, we might be more likely to have it too because of our genes. But it's not just about genes; other things around us matter too.
Biological Factors: Changes in how our brain works or the chemicals in our brain can lead to mental health conditions like depression or anxiety. Hormonal changes during puberty or menopause can also affect our mental health.
Environmental Factors: Tough life experiences, like abuse or trauma, can affect how we feel. Social things like poverty or feeling alone can also impact our mental health and make us more at risk for mental illness.
Psychological Factors: Our personality, how we deal with stress, and the way we think can all change our mental health. Negative thoughts or feeling bad about ourselves can make mental health issues worse.
Social and Cultural Factors: The society we live in, its rules, and how others treat us can affect our mental health. Being treated unfairly or feeling judged can make mental health issues harder to deal with.
Conclusion
It's crucial to understand that having a mental illness doesn't mean you're weak. Asking for help when you need it is a sign of strength. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health.
With the assistance of the best psychiatrists in Kankarbagh, Patna, and the right treatment, it's possible to manage and overcome mental illness.

Shachi x Reader - Explicit Content
ITS HEREEEEE Sorry everyone I suck at banners and dividers I hope this is okay? If you hate it lemme know so I don't use it again lol I needed some Shachi thigh riding in my life and it delved into some cock sliding too oops! 🥵💕 Content Warnings: Implied afab reader (no direct mention of reader genitals or pronouns, one mention of breasts), briefly mentioned drinking in the beginning, semi-public sex, thigh riding, cock sliding, and overall desperate in love Shachi!!! My Beloved!!!! Fic Summary: You and Shachi have a few drinks with the crew after shift change and proceed to get handsier and handsier with each other until you're barely making it to your room! Rated: Explicit Word Count: 810
You’d both had some drinks with everyone after shift change and had already been getting handsier and handsier with each other as the night went on.
It started with Shachi undoing the top half of his suit a few drinks in and tying it around his waist, leaving his sculpted and tattooed arms on display in his tank top right there next to you, already getting a little flustered, your face would only burn brighter as he threw one of those arms around your shoulder and pulled you close you’d try to hide in your drink, try to get drunk off the liquor instead of Shachi’s laugh.
But then you would be starting to get into your drinks and your hand would be on his thigh, and he’d be blushing and whispering in your ear about how much he missed you that day and how cute you look wrapped up in him while giving you little tickles, your hand sliding up his thigh, his lips brushing against your ear when you giggle,
“Ahh, you’re so cute y/n- chan, I love seeing you get all blushy and giggly for me~”
then his lips would press softly against your neck and make you gasp-
And then you’d be just as surprised as Shachi when Penguin elbows the shit out of him from the other side , both of you having forgotten about the rest of the crew so wrapped up in each other.
You’d be sheepish and embarrassed at having gotten so intimate in public and hide in Shachi’s chest, butterflies in your stomach from the dopey smile on his face as he snapped back at Penguin for being jealous before leading you out towards your rooms, hands intertwined and pulses racing
But neither of you would make it very far before finding your hands and lips all over each other.
You’d have him back against the wall, hat falling to the ground unnoticed by your mutual urgency. The overwhelming heat radiating from his body fanning your desire as you kissed up his neck, relishing in the shivers that run down his body when you wind your hand in his soft curls, kissing him desperately as he groans and squeezes your ass before pulling you up by your thighs, sliding you up his leg and nipping at your ear. Your arousal pooling between your legs, Shachi’s breath hot on your neck as he started to babble,
“God, y/n, you don’t know what you do to me, you’re so beautiful like this, let me give you anything you want, please”
You’d find yourself nodding along to anything he said, unable to stop yourself from bucking your hips, grinding along his strong thigh and melting under his touch as he clutches at you like you’re everything he’s ever wanted. His name on your lips as his sharp teeth graze your neck and you’re riding his thigh with abandon, chasing your high to the background of Shachi’s worship, unable to process any of the words he’d said as you shudder against him, coming with his lips against yours.
But it wouldn’t be enough, breaking the kiss and leaning your forehead against his would leave you panting and desperate for Shachi even more than before, you’d lean over and whisper in his ear
“Now let’s make it to the room and let me take care of you“
You’d pull back, arms around his shoulders as he wraps your legs further up along his waist, rushing to his room with such enthusiasm it made you laugh from the euphoria rushing through you as he carried you through the door, kicking it shut with his foot and flopping you down gently on the bed with a grin and a kiss, a few tickles tossed in to make you squirm against him before you began to tug at his tank top and demand
“Now let’s get these fucking suits off”
Neither of you would waste any time discarding the offending clothing before falling back into each other, kissing roughly as you push him onto his back and straddle him, settling your dripping arousal along the length of his cock, Shachi would let out a loud moan as he threw his head back, his hands gripping at your thighs as you used him to chase another climax, your hands trailing up your body to grab at your breasts, his babbling picking up the more you slid your delicious heat over his cock
“God, yes, just like that, just like that! Y/N!”
You’d both come just like that, sliding over his cock making a mess all over Shachi, world going white as you reached your peak, you wouldn't even notice when Shachi flips you over before he’s kissing you gently
“God you’re so perfect, stay the night with me, please?”
And of course, how could you resist?
#shachi x reader#shachi one piece#wow well fed by MYSELF#look at me go#RIP his hat#dont worry penguin found it on the way to bed well after you made it to the room#he took it as a bad sign for his mental health and went to sleep as far away from Shachi as possible#youre welcome the end!#jk theres actually 2 more versions of this maybe ill post one day#one ends pen x shach x reader#the other ends absolutely raunchy and dirty in the hallway hahaha ooooops#fr lemme know about the banner/mdi warning topper thanks!#for my shachi bestie <3#unhinged writing

(Part 22 is here)
Though we doubt that this will be the end of formatting issues, knowing when they'll begin will give us a solid start. Considering the achievements in this game, the fact that we're on act 2 of 6, the fact that we know someone who's also playing the game right now, and... everything else, we sincerely doubt that this will be the end of the game, and thus, we have no need to rush that banana peel death after this - we can, instead, simply observe the knock-on effects of giving that bow to Mirabelle. Once we've finished with Dormont, of course.
Perhaps fittingly, this post begins with Loop.
We have thought long and hard about the Loop Activities, after the grievous accusations of kinning that occurred a few days ago. Through our musings, we have come to a conclusion. We are not a reflection of Loop, not are we a "Loop kin", or similar statements. We simply bud off the same branch - reflections of the same image of irreverent glamor, the same flavor of "godlike and uncaring of the rabble", the same sort of, as they say, Hot Girl Shit. That said, we are better at it, Loop wishes that they were us, we're hotter than them, also.
In a turn of events that we're certain will surprise no one, we still dislike them. Their lovely suggestion of applying euthanasia via Tear to get out of a dead end has done nothing to endear them to us! They have new dialogue, though, and that means we're coming over to harass our dear Dandelion until they offer us some decent chatter. The amount of excessively infuriating habits packed into them is almost impressive! It's making us better as a person by being able to observe all of the ways in which they fucking suck! We would love to pin them to the wall like an insect.
Thank you for the lovely suggestion, Starlight, but we actually aren't very interested in killing ourself in the starting town so that we can sacrifice our memories to move forward! We do enough memory loss in real life, thank you. We'll die when we die! Preferably, in a manner that doesn't involve you.
#we speak#liveblog#in stars and time#act 2#loop 3#suicide mention#we're gonna wind up with like half of our posts tagged that just because of the loopback aren't we#ah well. if the “self harm/suicide” section on the website's trigger warning page wasn't enough of a blaring sign...#the mental illness game continues we suppose

any thoughts about Hoult's Renfield ending up in an asylum like in the book? Do you think Drac and him just had a Big Fight and he ended up there or do you think they just erased that part of his story in that universe?
I think Houltfield def spent time in the asylum because Houltfield is based on if not IS Fryefield from Dracula 1931, which largely disregards the book. And there's a very brief scene in the black and white portion of Renfield 2023 where you see Houltfield entering a room and he's got his maniac hunch goin', where he's saying "Look, I didn't just 'jump in' to serving the Prince of Darkness, we had some great times!", that is a direct scene from Dracula 1931 of Renfield eavesdropping on/ interrupting a conversation between Van Helsing and Seward.
So Houltfield's story is "real estate lawyer who travels up to meet Dracula, Dracula falls for him/tells his wives "jk this one is mine back off," travels on the Vesta with Dracula to England (by that point he is fully Familiarised), gets into the asylum (but breaks out frequently ig?), tries to save Mina from becoming a bride(?), gets killed because Drac thinks he led Harker and Van Helsing to the Abbey... and then we can assume Dracula didn't die for whatever reason (Van Helsing didn't use a proper stake? He didn't hit Drac's heart?) and managed revived Renfield and they both went like, fuck, we need to get out of here." And then almost a century passes and then we get Renfield 2023. Right????
#renfield#I forget where I had it but Hoult did mention that his Renfield had the madness quote beat out of him unquote#like obviously mental illness Does Not Work That Way but also Ren seems like the type to ignore every warning sign you know?#robbie don't look

Brain be flashing back to before YouTube existed and I wanted to listen to anime music, so I would get onto this website I don't remember the name of anymore (that I'm pretty sure still exists) and listen to stuff on repeat, even though it didn't have a repeat button.
But I only knew like, 2 songs on the website and they were both from Inuyasha, which is one of the reasons I like the ending song Everyheart by Boa so much as an adult.
This is such a big memory for me, but I can barely even remember what the other song was anymore. I just know I'd sit in the family computer room and play the song on endless repeat for hours on the weekend and just play solitaire while daydreaming to it.
And now that I say this outloud through text on here, why didn't my parents realize I had mental illness sooner?
#what even mental illness would this prove tho#it just doesn't sound healthy but i did this my ENTIRE LIFE#i think i did this when i was about 7 or 8 specifically this memory#because i was 8 in 2005 and that's when youtube came out and i know it was before then#but i would listen to music with headphones from a portable cd player or just a normal stereo cd player#and I'd just sit there for hours just daydreaming doing a puzzle or something similar#and that was only when i wasn't reading like I'd finish a good book and I'd imagine me in it kind of daydreaming#this seriously sounds like a warning sign of something specific but i have no clue what#but i had to be doing a puzzle or i couldn't focus i wore out all of my puzzles until i was 23 years old and moved out
